give you guys like a little review how I enjoyed the program now Andra has a really different style to me he really goes heavy on hypertrophy and there's there's a lot of law of volume in there I've been really into my functional work recently so it was definitely an interesting change for me I'm looking forward to carry on with the program and really just challenge myself now working with athlete has been so so cool because I find that the timer feature especially it really like keeps me on point I'm finding the a lot of times
you know I'll pick up my phone I'll start you know I'll hop on Instagram snapchat reply to messages but having that timer there reminds me you know time is precious and you really got to stay focused and just get the most out of your workouts now you know this is only the beginning I'm gonna showcase a lot more features moving forward now I'm actually going to be working with athlete really really closely in terms of content creation and building the brand so there's gonna be a lot of exciting stuff coming soon I really hope you
