And then I am rigid. Amen. Thank God from time to time. I'm scheduled. So 4:00. So I would have four 4:00 5:30 5:30 for 1 hour and then 8:00 start. So that's my rational mind. The Holy Spirit would say no no go out Lord message that's the rest is not from you. So it's not what you think now you

will rest. Rest is the Holy Spirit dictates directs you how to rest. and many times and this I would be surprised and then I may not be okay. It takes me 5 hours just to take down the notes. Now I'm rested I would take just 30 minutes. So the rest does not come from you. Rest is you are not the one who is dictating how you will rest. Rest is not inactivity. Rest is not inactivity. >> Rest is you you trust the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit I trust you. Lord how will you make me rest?

The Lord, Holy Spirit is the one dictating how and many times last week the way the Lord leads us is out of our comfort zone. Amen. Second service is uncomfortable for me.
