hello America i'm Mark Leavvin and this is Life Liberty and Levvin Saturday thanks for being here two great guests as always lawyer extraordinaire David Shown will go over the the landscape of what's going on with these courts and the law robert Greenway a tremendous expert on Iran and we'll discuss that too but before we get to our guests I know why you're here i know why I'm here we like to do things a little differently we like to go a little deeper and we're going to go much deeper tonight so I'm really thrilled that you're
here much deeper for what these Democrats these leftists these judges people in the media we need to understand we the people they don't share our view of this country they don't share our view of the founding and you'll say Mark for crying out loud we know that but now I want to go deeper i'm doing this as much for us as I am for John Roberts Amy Coney Barrett and others on the Supreme Court and the other courts so let's get started two German philosophers Hegel and Marx these are the founding fathers of the modern-day
Democrat party not the founders of our country not the framers of the Constitution hegel and Marx for Hegel every idea and fact or situation evokes its opposite the synthesis of the two these opposite ideas coming together creates a new unified whole a new idea a new thought this became the new reality that is this whole becomes the new reality but that so-called reality is only the reality for that time and place this is a constant it's just constantly h happening so this new reality goes up against another reality this is a neverending process there are
no eternal truths there are no permanent principles this is a constant process a constant evolution they call it dialectism a dialectic process this constant evolution and the state the state the country the government is the ultimate realization of freedom and reason when this process is done finally it keeps getting tighter and tighter more and more perfect and perfect and perfect we are left with effectively a perfect state the state is the ultimate realization of freedom and reason he says this is the march of God on earth that's what he called it the march of God
on earth stay with Stay with me individuals find their true selves ultimately in this state so individuals are there to serve the state the full realization and fulfillment of the individual this is somewhat rouso but I don't want to get into that is this process and it leads ultimately to this state the state he said is the divine idea as it exists on earth we must therefore worship the state these are his words as the manifestation of the divine on earth the state is the march of God through the world the state must be comprehended
as an organization to the complete state belongs essentially consciousness and thought the state knows what it wills the state exists for its own sake the state is the actually existing moral realized moral life so this is ultimately the apex is the ultimate power the absolute power of the state now the reason he did this is because he was a professor at a new university in Berlin and the Prussian Empire the king he was one of his philosophers so you can see basically what he was arguing for ultimately was fascism or some form of desperatism then
there's Karl Marx who agreed with a lot of Hegel but said he didn't and he stole some of Hegel's ideas these are all German philosophers by the way so Markx stole this idea of dialectism this constantly evolving society but he applied it to materialism and turned it upside down he said the opposites are the bajgeoisi the property owners the merchants the more wealthy so forth versus the proletariat the workers that's the constant struggle the experience of human history surrounds the oppressed versus the oppressor whether it's preudalism feudalism capitalism he was the one who coined the
word capitalism that is who owns the mean of production who benefits from feudalism or capitalism he said the boogeoisi does there's no god religion is mysticism promoted by the bourgeoisi to confuse people to keep them in their place it distracts people there is no such thing as natural law there are no eternal truths or unalienable individual rights there's this constant evolution this constant battle between the halves and have nots and you need a constant revolution so he took philosophy into activism all history he said must be wiped away why because it's rotten the evolution of
man or this dialectic I was talking about is a material-based dialectic because first and foremost men must eat they must eat therefore all the talk about individualism free will God-given rights eternal truth is nothing more than the bajgeoisi the oppressor to maintain the status quo and continue the injustices of the ancient world they must be obliterated the slate must be cleared the world begins when the revolution is over old social constructs faith family must be eliminated they're in the way of the promised land it requires a revolution requires the people the proletariat to rise up
and overthrow what exists now let me bring this to present day that's Hegel that's Markx that's the Democrat party and I'll prove it in a minute see the problem is in the United States and a lot of these other western countries but in the United States the proletariat the middle class the people love their country they built their country they are patriots they fly the flag of their country they fight to the death for their country see the assembly line worker in America is far better off than the assembly line worker in any Marxist state
the assembly line worker has access to the same supermarkets that everybody else does which has all kinds and varieties of foods and wines and breads more than kings ever had 100 years ago they have access to electricity and light bulbs and housing and clothing and so forth and so on you see as a side point the reason why Marxism is so popular isn't because people understand it if you actually read beyond the communist manifesto you will realize that this guy was barely literate and same with Engles they make contradictory arguments confusing arguments which is why
you have all these offshoots of Marxism Leninism Mauism Troskyism on and on and on with the isms but it's popular among many people college students congressmen because Marxism is easily turned into bumper stickers slogans the oppressed versus the oppressor the workers paradise and on and on and on it's much more difficult to explain it and once it's really explained people realize it's problematic i mean Bernie Sanders is a walking talking bumper sticker he throws out slogan the billionaires the billionaires it's it's we against the bill that sort of thing and so that has that has
a intuitive sort of appeal then there was a Marxist an Italian thrown in prison for a while by Mussolini mussolini was communist then he became a fascist but anyway his name was Gsky it's a little fella he had all kinds of physical issues and so forth but while he was in prison he wrote a lot about communism he said "Mark's got it wrong." Marks got it wrong you mean our demigod got it wrong yes he got it wrong in the West places like the United States the revolution will not be the bottom up it has
to be from the top down it has to be imposed now listen to me this is the key the workers paradise the people's paradise individuals lost in the commune that's not a revolution that's going to be from the bottom up in the West the middle class is mostly satisfied and well off has to be from the top down one of the leading progressives aka American Marxist progyny of Marx and Hegel was Woodra Wilson he was a scholar different top universities he was the president of Princeton University of course he was a a horrendous racist but
he became president of the United States he was the first quote unquote progressive in the Democrat party and so he was an acolyte of Hegel and to some extent Marx in other words he liked them especially Hegel and he agreed with this idea the revolution has to be from the top down he spent a lot of his time did did Wilson even as president attacking the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution why well what's the Declaration talk about that's based on on ancient philosophers like John Lockach in Montescu and Judeo-Christian principles and values hegel says
we can create godlike situation here on earth through the state well that's certainly not the case mark says the hell with God the hell with religion the hell with faith the state is everything we obviously that's incompatible with the Declaration of Independence the American Revolution and our founding it's incompatible quite frankly with the Enlightenment the evolution and revolution must come from the top down not the bottom up it must come from the elite the ruling class so what does Wilson say we need to build this elite this ruling class through the centralized government we must
reject separation of powers in this arcane constitution reject the idea of eternal truths and unalienable rights for the individual remember what Hegel said we can only be realized and fulfilled through the state and Wilson says the people are fine they just don't know how to run anything we need people who are educated to run the country we need effectively experts and masterminds who take a more scientific and mechanical approach we need to re-engineer society in fact we need to rejigger human nature to create a more perfect society hegelism Marxism now how do I know this
because he wrote about it and I've read his original writings he's not shy about it he's very open about it he was one of the leaders of the progressive aka American Marxist movement which it's a progeny of the German intellectuals so the revolution needs to be imposed on the people he agrees with Grampsky he understands I'm not going to be able to convince the American people to overthrow their society because we're talking about more than overthrowing government we're talking about a complete revolution against the society almost like a French revolution remember our revolution wasn't against
society our revolution was about government representative government and so forth it wasn't about we hate our society let's overthrow it so for the Democrat party today like Wilson before and like Hegel and Markx before him the target is the society the target is the people not the will of the people the control of the people mark what's the hell does this have to do with judges stay with me stay with me woodro Wilson was among the intellectuals who embraced and promoted this ideology he rejected the Declaration of Independence you know what he said and he
said "Well that's fine for those people at that time all this talk about unalienable rights and eternal truths that's great but again remember what Hegel and Mark said this constant opposites keep changing." He said that is a time and place in history that has absolutely nothing to do with today so dismiss it the Constitution he's the one that came up with a living and breathing constitution she said we can't have these separation of powers where the courts and the legislature and the president are constantly fighting with each other and working against each other in other
words he rejects lock and Montescu and says you got to divide power you got to divide power in this case three branches or you're going to wind up with some kind of a despot some kind of tyranny no no no no you need all branches of government to work together to create the promised land this arcane constitution is poison to the modernization and socialization of our country and our society this is the dialectic that the Democrat party believes in today elections Wilson said they're distractions they only delay every cycle they delay our ability to have
progress this constant progress this evolution this revolution this top-down administration and Wilson said "Not only do we need to create this administrative state the judges the lifetime appointed judges they're the ones ultimately through which this revolution will occur they're not subject to the will of the people we need people who are going to be judges." Now you see where I'm going we're going to advance our agenda our belief system and impose it on the people and reinforce uphold and defend the administrative state and what the administrative state does that we are creating this ruling class
and so ladies and gentlemen that brings me to today lifetime judges a bureaucracy the unelected parts of our government these elections are fine they're cyclical these politicians are temporary they're mostly an annoyance they get in our way so let's steamroll them top down graky said top down wilson said "Create the bureaucracy use the unelected judges the lifetime appointed judges." That's what's going on today they're rulings these judges are violating the Constitution separation of powers they know it and they don't care they're intervening in executive branch authority and policies and decisions across the board and they're
doing it purposely they're desperately trying to President Trump and Elon Musk because President Trump and Elon Musk are the greatest threat that judges and the bureaucracy this unelected top-down revolution against we the people have ever faced in a century they use the Constitution to usurp the Constitution by wrapping their lawlessness in constitutional and legal jargon this ladies and gentlemen is what we face we're at a historic crossroads do the judicial and administrative autocrats win out that is this permanent ruling class and their Democrat party that represents them or do the people and constitutional republicanism survive
let alone win out that's the question that's what's going on it is hilarious in an ironic sense when Bernie Sanders is talking about the Constitution and separation of power he's a Marxist or when Jaime Rascin does the same he's a Marxist or AOC does it she's a Marxist this ideology of Hegelism and Marxism is the ideology of the Democrat party and their judges who they specifically put in those places and who they are cherrypicking for their litigation so Trump with Musk are the greatest threat this permanent ruling class has ever faced in a century you're
hearing these people as I said use the language of the founders the language of people like me constitutionalists you hear them talk about the constitution and separation of powers how Trump is the dictator how Trump is the danger how Trump is creating a constitutional crisis they stole this form of propaganda from Markx too they're very good at this they learned from Markx that the ends justify the means that is you appropriate the language and the words and the symbols of your targets and use them to attack discredit mischaracterize and demonize them so Trump who's defending
the Constitution republicanism separation of powers and so forth he's said to be the dictator destroying the Constitution separation of powers he's a threat to democracy etc an endless conga line of Democrats and leftists on TV and elsewhere are spewing this propaganda they learned well from Markx this is what we're up against john Roberts Amy Coney Barrett you have enough smarts and enough guts to put an end to this or you going to be part of the revolution that destroys this constitutional republic i'll be right back hey Sean Hannity here hey click here to subscribe to
