is too close to my heart and compared to before I manage to find a lot of satisfaction in the routine and in the small actions that I repeat it every day, it really feels so good, it really brings instant satisfaction and it also brings a lot of comfort casually because when we're in our little routine and we repeat the actions we do every day our brain turns OFF there is no need to think because these are actions that we do on a daily basis it just feels good for me personally it soothes my soul too
much and in short today we are going to spend the day together is going to be a very Cie day as you see I put on my little sports outfit I'm going to go for a little leg session yesterday I did an upper body session at the gym with my boyfriend the day before yesterday I went for a run tomorrow I I'll probably go running and I'll do a little mobility session also during the week just to stretch it all out and this afternoon I have to go to the pottery workshop to pick up my
little creations because I told you about them on Instagram during the whole month of July I participated in classes on Monday evening pottery classes it was really great I love this activity it's so calming creative honestly I I loved it reminded me childhood memories because when I was little I made pottery every Wednesday afternoon it really did me a lot of good to reconnect with this activity I feel like I have reconnected with my child self the little girl I was a few years ago it made me super nostalgic and I really love experiencing this
kind of moment this kind of moment which takes us back a little bit in the past which reminds us of a little little bit of the innocence of when we were little and so on and it always does a lot of good to remember this kind of thing, moreover, speaking about it the last time I went bivouac with my darling towards Chamonix we stopped in a store to buy little things to snack on and in the biscuit section because I never stop in the biscuit section, cake and everything else, I found small cakes from when
I was little that I ate when I was little and I no longer remembered that it existed ex and when I found myself in front of the package of cake I do n't know if you see what it is it's the little hearts read no but really childhood memory unlocked and like I I was there fashion but it's so good it reminded me of a childhood memory and and I love seeing this kind of moment like the last time I went to the bookstore and there was a book that I read it when I was

brings some pep into my [Music] life I went to my Touré mailman I took my little machine to grind coffee and now I'm going to poter's workshop to get my little [ Music] I'm arriving with all my bags it's time for me to show you my little ones that I made at the pottery really I saw them they are so beautiful and I'm so so happy with the result unfortunately there is one which cracked but it still remains usable so well I have to have that the very first piece was a piece which was imposed
because it was the very first course and so that everyone learned a little bit of the techniques of pottery modeling we all did more or less the same thing basically it was a flower pot and uh so there was the spherical shape we also had to make the nose the mouth the eyes and the ears and here is the result I don't know if I have to make fun of myself or my play I find it cute and on the other hand I find it a little creepy I don't know too well it was uh
my very first play so uh you don't make fun of it true I find her cute and I think I I'm going to use it as a water bowl for Venus because the capacity is quite exceptional and I tell myself that I don't really see what other use I would use it for although in real life in a flower pot it could be Mims too no but in reality it's okay she's cute just no in real in real cuties look I'm giving her little eyelashes and everything I don't know I don't know I'm happy because
it's my very first piece in years and in reality I didn't do too badly, it's cute it will make a little bowl of water for Venus I'm going to stick with this idea then I promise the other pieces are incredible I'll show you my favorite at the end the second piece it's a pie dish and look at this little marvel with little cherries unfortunately the piece is cracked during cooking but the pie dish is still usable it will easily go into the oven there is no risk of that fart because it was over 1500 degrees
I think in the oven for cooking what are you doing the last piece you're not ready it's too beautiful it's a coffee mug and look at this nugget it's a little Italian mood I really like it and in reality the details are too cute I can already imagine drinking my coffee from it it's too beautiful that's it as far as pottery is concerned then I made some little ones purchases so as I told you I bought a grinder to grind coffee it wasn't the cheapest clearly it costs €90 but all the materials are high end
it's stainless steel and honestly I listened to the advice from the barista regarding my use recommended this one to me and I think I will not be disappointed I will tell you the news of course I bought some coffee beans to test it and to use it every days I'm going to go put this in the kitchen in my coffee corner I'm also going to put my little pottery in the sink to wash them by hand then I'm going to take out my little spools to start making my crochet sweater and at the end of
