for one there'll be a PR that'd be 275 pounds and then I'll move on to some front squat practice that maybe get let's I'll see if I can get 80 kilo 80 kilos with like not too much buff wink so I can still count as a PR let's see and then after that gonna go into like hypertrophy training for legs which I absolutely hate so they'll be interesting and then tonight I am actually going in again to my other gym to train with a friend so we will be doing shoulders there so pretty much having
like an Arnold Schwarzenegger type day training in the morning and evening see in the gym alright guys so that was 72 kilos which is 90% of my one rep max today or what I'm getting so now I'm moving on to my PR looked back at my form I think the buff wings that I have is mainly just because I'm going so deep so yeah we'll trying at this PR I'm feeling quite confident say I'll leave the rock that right now so let's go alright guys so I managed to get it look back at the clip
it's clean I should really should have done like a side-on view for the PR so you can see my form once again a little bit of Bob wink I think that honestly just because of the depth I'm going to so you know I'm gonna count as a PR really happy with that I think I could go heavier but I'm not going to because I want to save myself for the back squats which I'm gonna do right now see how this kind of clips all right so just hit 100 12.5 kilos went up pretty easy so
now I'm going to move on to a PR which will be one hundred twenty-five kilos 275 pounds my lower back is so dead but I'm hoping I'm gonna get this so I'll just put a rock clip alright hey guys so yeah as you can see from the raw clip I did get it it was such a grinder I'm so happy that's literally three four PRS in the last three days lifting heavier weight pretty happy about that so now we're gonna move on to some like bodybuilding style like training so yeah let's go alright guys so
just finished up on the hamstring curls and the leg extensions one thing I do recommend is on on both first set you point your toes in and bring your feet together and then the second one you point your toes out and bring your like your legs out wide I'll have more angles so yeah now we're moving on to walking lunges alright guys so now we're doing Russian twists with the kettle ball 16 kilos 12 reps and then finish it off with just a 5 kilo five reps so we'll do four sets of this all right
hey guys so I actually just looked back at the clips right now for my back squat I just noticed that I didn't put the two point five kilo plate on it was just 25 15 and 10 which makes 50 each side plus the bar 120 so it wasn't a hundred and twenty five kilo PR it was just 120 nonetheless I'm happy with that and hopefully I'll get the hundred 25 soon alright guys so I'm ordering a couple things umm next month I'm doing a powerlifting cycle for either 2 or 3 months and I want to
have a couple things before that before that starts as well as I'm currently doing squat everyday so I'll do that for a week and see how it goes oh yeah here's basically what I'm getting I am getting a lifting belt nice leaves and the powerlifting shoes I've been thinking of getting these these 3 things for a while now even just for my regular style of training but Yad now I just think it's the right time so I'll order these hopefully I'll come in a few days and yeah alright guys so I've gone lots of requests
