so it's getting harder to open US bank accounts and a lot of it's because people are opening llc's using registered agent addresses and while we can't tell which addresses are blacklisted at the banks and which ones are which ones aren't and which banks to apply to I'm going to show you how to register an LLC without using a registered a a registered agents address I'm going to talk generally about that topic in this video and explain like some tips and tricks about getting bank accounts opened um by having a unique address for your LLC the
big culprit here is that the best online banks relay and Mercury which aren't Banks they always give me a hard time about that but um these these two institutions are becoming more particular about using registered agent addresses especially depending on where you actually live so when you go to Northwest registered agents or when you go to bizy or Inc file and you open a company and you don't have your own business address they're just going to stick you with one of theirs which is basically a registered agent address and these these companies opening up thousands
and thousands and thousands of llc's and thousands of people using these addresses which makes them basically worthless in the eyes of the bank to them they know nothing about you so what we're going to do is the short answer is you get another address first and then you register the LLC so I think I might do it in this video I I've been looking up like different mailing address options and then we check if it's a cmra address and then we register the LLC and then we can apply for the accounts the problem with like
the next problem after you've solved this problem is uh make is having a personal address so if you have a real physical address relay will let you open an account and you can click my affiliate link below it doesn't cost you anything but I think I can make money if you click it so that's cool I'm making these videos to help you out come on and uh they said it impr increases your odds getting the account open in any case they need a unique physical address if you're going to be a foreign person a non-
US person it's possible to open an account at relay but you need a real us physical address and they want to see the company registration with that business address the Ein letter with that address and the operating agreement if they ask for that still with that address too so I'm going to share my screen and we're going to play around a little bit and find some other addresses that we can potentially use me lower this to get our llc's open and our bank accounts open because again the the whole point of this is not to
oh I got an LLC it's to have a bank account right because we need to do some business business out here so there's obviously addresses on here what we're going to do Texas registered agent registered agent they're all using the same ones Legal Zoom Legal Zoom I have a lot of videos on how to find a business address but we want mail forwarding I've used anytime mailbox a lot because it's basically like they just have thousands and thousands of locations like well not thousands and thousands but if you go to like California for example you
don't necessarily have to have a California LLC but they have all these different addresses look at them all and then I know this is the same address video I did before but I want to just go to it and um explain it that you need to do this you find this address this one looks pretty cool we're going to go to smarty and we're going to check the address and let's see if the cmra is I think a commercially reg a commercial mail registered agency or something it's a commercial mailing company I'm going to log
into this and let's check this address let's do the tool single address let's throw this one in here view the results confirm cmra see so it's confirm it's probably not going to work with the banks it might if none enough people were working there but that's kind of what we want to go through is like find different ones that might work FedEx on site maybe like a smaller one just getting set up see what they how this one's set up FedEx onsite tuscala let's look at this one see it's present USPS it doesn't look like
it's a cmra it's a commercial address record type s analysis cmra no so here you go I found one on the second try this is a FedEx on site a mailing service that you can contact it's not a cmra it has a decent address 4 to 400 University Boulevard Alabama and there's just like that was my second one so if you search mail service you can just find them and then you just run them into smarty and see if it's good so now great we got an address copy it now let's go to let's go

going to do any of this uh we don't need any of this crap you don't need it number of members just one number one is a person it's Dr James and you can use that address great okay free registered agent nice free first year you should always get the registered agent it's free anyways so keep the registered agent nope we get our own Ein we're going to watch James's video on how to get an EIN by filing form ss4 and then calling the IRS this Bank of America they're not going to help you out they're
going to open an account for you we got to do it different way not at this time electronic delivery is this really going to be free not interested I'm watching james' videos I don't need a free tax consultation I'm following James nope no licenses that's you don't need a license trying to sell me stuff stop it okay DB's and this address I can't obviously go through this because I didn't pay for that address yet so there we go that's it I'm going to pay and then they're going to register the company at that address it's
