as a new VA we need to talk about impostor syndrome if you're not familiar with the term impostor syndrome it is this psychological phenomenon where people doubt their accomplishments and feel like frauds at work despite having external evidence that suggests that you are successful as a VA myself I dealt with impostor syndrome for years and years and despite having hard evidence like clients who resigned with me year after year I would constantly feel inadequate and I was afraid that one day one of my clients might say to me you are not good enough and you

more positive like this grow mindset I don't know what I'm doing yet it it's only a matter of time until I figure it out also I want you to focus on progress not Perfection progress is not always linear in your business however I want you to celebrate wins no matter how big no matter how small they are acknowledging your achievements your accomplishments your accolades is a great way to give yourself credit for the hard work that you're doing and as a VA bus business owner growing a business by yourself is hard work when in doubt
the next time you find yourself doubting your abilities to be a VA to run a business I want you to adopt the growth mindset that Adam is presenting here and kick that impostor syndrome to the curb
