Rest assured, we exist beyond the constraints of space and time, for we are non-physical. We are consciousness; everything is consciousness manifesting as energy, including all of you. [Music] Your world is currently experiencing the resurfacing of energies that have long been hidden and dormant.

These high frequencies of light are automatically bringing old energies to the surface, allowing them to be recognized, experienced, and released both personally and globally. This process is essential for the clearing of Earth's collective consciousness, regardless of one's status or beliefs. Those who continue to align with low resonating energies will find it increasingly difficult to exist in the higher frequencies of an ascended Earth.

The advancements being made spiritually are groundbreaking, yet many of you may still feel as though you are struggling. Take a moment to recognize the light within; to see yourself as a being of light merging with your physical body to exist on Earth. This connection supports you in your relationship with the Divine.

The more you become aware of your own energy and rhythm, the more impactful it becomes in your daily reality. Sometimes, the mind requires time to align with the body and being; it needs time to reflect and resonate at the same vibration. Thoughts can become enlightened, supporting you to open up to receive and embody more light, love, and wisdom.

Take time for yourself: light a candle or invite the violet flame to assist in transforming energies. Call upon us, the Arcturians, and remember your power to face and release any sadness. In doing so, you will deepen your connection with the [Music] Creator.

Ah, my friends, everything is accelerating, and while this may seem overwhelming, it is also natural and appropriate. You will become accustomed to this quickening momentum, and as you do, you will notice the profound growth and mastery occurring within you. Embrace simplicity in your process of releasing old energies.

Know that you are powerful, supported, and ready to face whatever comes your [Music] way. This means that when you face a physical ailment, illness, or ascension symptom, it is beneficial to remember that you are not merely skin, bones, organs, hair, and muscles with blood coursing through you. You are so much more; you are consciousness expressing itself as energy, some of which has merged with your physical body, giving you a sense of belonging in a specific place.

[Music] Primarily, you are localized in the expression of your consciousness. When you acknowledge that you are more than your physical body, healing becomes easier. Recognize that you are the consciousness creating the experience of your body, and you can alter that experience by embracing the expansiveness of your eternal and infinite nature.

It becomes simpler to change something as small and temporary as a physical [Music] body. This is our invitation to you: feel your infinite and eternal nature while inhabiting your body. Perceive yourself as a light shining from within the physical form you consider yours.

Transform your self-perception, and you can transform everything. Many yearn for a light body, a crystalline body, and we assure you that the best path from where you are now is to acknowledge that you are the light destined to express in a different form. It is you, not the body, that will make a significant difference in your self-experience and your life.

Do not hold back or wait for others to be ready for the shift in consciousness. Let the light of your true being shine and transform from yourself from within. You can dissolve any blockage, trauma, or stuck emotion by remembering that you are the light.

You can place yourself on an entirely different timeline, with a different past and future, at any moment, on any [Music] day. You are more like us than you realize. We have simply chosen not to merge with a physical form, which makes it easier for us to maintain a high vibration.

But you can do it too; we know you can. We know you are becoming those light-bodied beings, but we also know there is no time like the present to embrace the truth of who you are and to heal every aspect of who you have [Music] been. I am Ly, and we are the Arcturians.
