the most challenging moments he is not distant God is nearer than you think so this should give you hope that you will soon experience a change when it looks like all doors are closed against you the way to react is to take it to the Lord never wait until it surpasses you he has assured you that you can surrender all your worries and anxieties to him most of the time you get anxious when you keep trying to handle situations by yourself you must understand that God did not create you to know it all there will
be issues that you can't understand or solve when you encounter these challenges God does not want you to get anxious I'm yet to see anyone overcome a challenge with the instrument of worry so what can worry do nothing it changes nothing about your situation beloved you must put yourself together and understand that there is a better approach to those trials you can deal with anxiety and enjoy a stress-free life now this does not mean that you will stop facing challenges however you will learn to have dominion over them if you are wondering how you can
handle anxiety let's find out number one Keep Calm this is one of the hardest things to do in a crisis while the challenges seek to take over your peace no it does nothing to change the situation asking someone to be still when they should do something about the problem is a Herculean task however you must understand that it is possible to maintain your peace even amid the storm let's not look too far Jesus did it he and his disciples were in a boat when a turbulent wind arose immediately his disciples panicked they thought they were
going to die because all they could see was the wind in the same turbulent and raging Storm Jesus was fast asleep you would think he kept that level of Peace because he was asleep and later through a tantrum when his disciples woke him up but that wasn't the case he got up calmly and rebuked the storm you can draw lessons from Jesus when You Face troubles in your marriage business or career God gave you his peace which is beyond human understanding what it does is keep you still amid chaos Jesus said you will face trials
and tribulations as long as you are in the world nonetheless he also reminds you that you should be of good courage because he has overcome the world so you are assured of Peace as you understand God's presence in your life you will realize that nothing thing is worth losing your peace over if you worry it changes nothing it only distorts your mind and keeps you under pressure you have to tap into the peace of God when the storm comes and know that God is with you since worry does not provide a solution you can try
peace it keeps your heart at rest even when it is understandable to worry God wants you to subscribe for peace over anxiety the next time you run into challenges number number two communicate with God for most people prayer never sounds like the logical thing to do when you are neck deep in a challenge however it is the right thing to do in such moments God offers you a shoulder to lean on in difficult times he wants you to remember that his presence guides you in all situations he is a reliable father so he understands your
pain God is not just a superior being who lives far away and is disconnected from your challenges Jesus who is also God was once in human flesh which means he faced every situation you are experiencing while Jesus walked on the earth he suffered rejection criticism and emotional Detachment from loved ones because of his call and betrayal he suffered physical pain and mockery Jesus once Stood Beside the grave of his dear friend friends and wept Jesus went through every form of pain and discomfort you could have gone through so he understands how you feel would you
rather not communicate with someone who resonates with your experience this is why you must talk to him the good news is that God is beckoning on you today he wants you to bring that doctor's report to him he is asking you to express your deepest hurt and trials to him God wants to listen to the burdens of your heart this is why he calls on all who are overwhelmed and pressured on all sights he wants you to let off the heavyweight God wants you to pour your heart to him in prayer and watch him take
over the situation Jesus said come to me with all your burdens and take my rest when you speak to God you are surrendering to his will you are letting go and letting him take control when you give him the wheel he drives you to Safe grounds and comforts you all the way he said you should cast your cares on him because he cares for you he genuinely wants to share those burdens with you and be present through every stage holding your hands God gives you a solution for handling worry Philippians 46 says do not be
anxious about anything but in every situation by prayer and petition with Thanksgiving present your request to God that debt or health issue that seems too hard for you to handle is not impossible with God this is why you must bring it to him when it's beyond you you don't have to fight that battle yourself you don't have to let that past overwhelm you you have someone willing to help when it feels too much to control let God have his way you don't have to wait until it is beyond you before praying to him you must
know how to constantly run to God telling him about the slightest details while you communicate with him you can ask him for Direction one of the reasons why you feel anxious is the absence of knowledge of what you should do God knows all things including the things that you are uncertain about he can give you the wisdom to face even the most challenging situation he is willing and ready to show you as long as you to ask he says he will not withhold anything good from you so instead of wallowing in the uncertainty why not
just ask number three magnify God above the situation the Bible instructs you to cast down all imagination or evil that exalts itself against the knowledge of God this means that you are to subject every feeling of anxiety and raise God's word above it worry tries to make the challenge seem greater than God which means you must bring it down you have to subject it to your understanding of your heavenly one example to learn from is the Hebrew boys they faced a dire moment when they refused to Bow before the idol caved by King Nebuchadnezzar he
became Furious and decided to punish them for disregarding his authority the reactions of the Hebrew boys are worth learning from they did not panic or were unaware of the trouble they got into their response to a death sentence was not fear or worry they did not dwell on the thought they instead raised God above the challenges they boldly replied King in Daniel 31617 which says Shadrach mesach and Abednego replied to him King Nebuchadnezzar we do not need to defend ourselves before for you if we are thrown into the Blazing furnace the God we serve can
Deliver Us from it and he will Deliver Us from your Majesty's hand God wants you to see every trial is insignificant before your God remember that anxiety and worry are choices you either decide to let the challenge overwhelm you or be in charge one of the ways that you can exalt God above but you f is gratitude each time you acknowledge his faithfulness it lifts God above every circumstance it also reminds you of his acts in times past this stirs your faith and lets you know that if he has done it before he will do
it again what is troubling your mind and keeping you awake all night with your pillow soaked in tears are you concerned about a family dispute have you been battling an unending satanic affliction whatever you might be going through talk to God about it the Bible says that they will all bow At The Mention Of The Name of Jesus if you keep seeing these mountains as greater than God you give them the power to remain however if you show the mountain how big your God is it crumbles at your feet being like David before Goliath when
he faced the giant he was not worried like others about the abilities of Goliath While others fled David stood his ground and belittled the giant 1 Samuel 1745 says David said to the Philistine you come against me with sword and Spear and Javelin but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty the god of the armies of Israel whom you have defied David was sure that the God who delivered him from The Lion and bear would save him from the uncircumcised Philistine this type of confidence does not give room for fear or
distress each time you disturb Yourself by trying to find Solutions you shift your focus away from God and empower the situation always remember that all things are possible with your God you must remind yourself of his faithful love for you and his power to deliver all who trust him as you keep magnifying God you receive his strength to defeat the enemy and you will so take the matter to God In Prayer number four speak to the mountain another way to handle anxiety is by exercising your faith which is the opposite of fear or doubt when
you need to fight distress your antidote is to put Faith to work the Bible says that faith is what gives you victory in the world each day a mountain stands before you it could be the mountain of financial drought or stagnation whatever these mountains represent in your life they can be moved oh yes you can alter anything you are uncomfortable with the way to do that is through faith-filled words Mark 11:23 says truly I tell you if anyone says to this mountain go throw yourself into the sea and does not doubt in their heart but
believes that what they say will happen it will be done for them how amazing is it that you would exercise this much Authority in the face of that challenging situation Faith flows through your declaration your words are evidence that you believe the Bible says that with the heart man believes but with the mouth made unto salvation in other words it is not enough to believe that God Will Make A Way in your heart you have to translate it into work by saying it this shows that you are bold and sure about your faith in God
this means that you must speak in faith if you truly believe speak to that mountain about the greatness of your God tell it the superiority of the almighty and command it to move never allow that situation to have the final say when that sickness makes you feel pain weakness and loss you must learn to react to it with positive words do you know challenges can hear your voice especially when backed with scripture in the realm of the spirit everything listens which means you can control your circumstances every time you exercise Faith you drown your worries
and instead focus on where your solution lies aside from speaking to the mountain you must also speak to yourself the Bible teaches you to encourage yourself in God you must keep reminding yourself that you are loved by God and precious in His sight when you feel overwhelmed start to speak God's word to yourself tell yourself that God has a future for you connect to the Divine ability at work in Jesus through your words most of the time it may seem like nothing is happening as you keep speaking but on the contrary you are conditioning Your
Atmosphere for victory through your voice each time you speak you release seeds bound to germinate a harvest of Joy healing strength and breakthrough your words carry the power of life so when you make declarations you naturally become revitalized it is almost as if a new energy is infused in you number five find the right Community never underestimate the power of Godly companions when you feel down Proverbs 1114 says for lack of guidance a nation Falls but Victory is one through many advisers these people will be one of God's greatest weapons to reach you if you
want to resist anxiety and fear then you must surround yourself with people who encourage you there will come moments when you lack the strength to carry on these people will be present to hold you up sometimes you might give in to worry even when you know you should not ensure you surround yourself with friends and and loved ones who understand and share your Christian values they will help you remember God's mightiness when things seem fuzzy if you do not have such people trust God to bring them your way you can also fellowship with support groups
find people you trust and confide in them let them know how you struggle with anxiety they will help you and be better accountability partners and they will keep your mind in the right place number six meditation this is another remedy for letting go of anxiety and worry it is not just about meditating this action has to focus on something in this case it is the word of God it is one place to find Solitude and quiet the overwhelming thoughts the Bible provides you with God's thoughts and intentions it covers every area of your life including
your trials and it always speaks about your Triumph so you should take the word each time you start feeling anxious and fighting for control over your mind search the scriptures and find out what they say concerning you the next thing you do is to accept God's word most times Believers struggle to align their hearts with the scriptures when their circumstances say otherwise they forget that they should live by faith and not by sight you must think about the word until it becomes your reality make a habit of focusing on the right thoughts Philippians 48 says
finally brothers and sisters whatever is true whatever is Noble whatever is right whatever is pure whatever is lovely whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things this verse gives a clear understanding of God's thoughts he wants your thoughts to flow in the right direction keep thinking about your healing see the Lord's manifestations of all you desire think about the testimony that God will bring your way if you want to handle anxiety then you must take charge of your mind the Bible reminds you to guard your heart because life issues proceed
from it this means that you first receive Victory or defeat from your mind worry usually begins with just a thought once you give in to that thought and begin to analyze or weigh on it you eventually manifest it you have to understand that your mind is a battlefield just as God can use it for his purpose the enemy can also exploit your weaknesses this is why you must program your mind to only see what God wants you to see always ensure that your mind is occupied with God's word never leave it to wander without direction
if you do so you will find yourself dwelling on thoughts that make you anxious fight to take control of your mind and decide what kind of thought goes in you can program your mind to always Ponder on God by surrounding your hour with stickers and posters of scriptures you can always listen to messages worship songs or Bible verses that speak to you in profound ways as you make a habit of listening it becomes engraved in your subconsciousness you soon find yourself thinking about God's word instead of worrying about the situation even when a contrary thought
tries to take your focus thoughts of the word also fill your heart you can deal with anxiety through constant meditation on the holy scriptures number seven walk in God's will each time you forgo your plans and yearn for what God wants you can be sure you are on the right path even when the road gets Rocky there's always an assurance that he will lead you to safety Christians most often face anxiety when they try to force their way do your plans align with God what has God instructed you to do did you move in obedience
your answer determines your experience of anxiety or stability you never lose sight of his presence whenever you choose to follow God's way he also keeps guiding you with his voice the fact that you have Divine guidance keeps your heart at ease deciding to follow what God desires is choosing Tranquility often you might get worked up pursuing paths that God did not bleed you on maybe you are trying to purchase a catchy offer When God says no when you keep pushing for it by all means you might start to meet hurdles and stress ultimately you will
get overwhelmed because you have been trying by your strength or walking out of alignment if you want to enjoy calmness on your journey it's time to stop struggling to have things your way give it to Jesus by ensuring that what you want is also what he wants surrendering your will and plans to God gives you access to him it allows him to take control of your life each time time he is in charge it gives you confidence and certainty you have to take a moment to reflect on your decisions think about your plans and how
you carry them through are they in agreement with the perfect will of your creator decide to align your way with his and let go of what is not his intention for your life remember that it is possible to leave above fear and anxiety if you keep worrying about little things you start to lose faith in God worry is a sign that you do not believe in God there is no way that you can effectively focus on important things when you are constantly worrying even the Bible says that you cannot serve two masters when you start
to overthink your challenges doubts slowly creep in which keeps God far away remember that faith is your access to receiving from God god without faith you limit God and what he can do in your life another thing that worrying does is to close your vision you cannot see beyond your circumstances if you are constantly worrying and that is primarily what faith is it is believing the things that are not as though they are another way anxiety can disorganize you is by taking your focus on important things and prioritizing minor issues isues when you worry you
lose mindfulness of the present and the things happening around you this is because anxiety keeps your mind wandering thus disconnecting you from the present reality it keeps you busy without results and robs you of your peace you must learn to look beyond that situation and look into God's promises for you choosing to live free of anxiety might not be easy if you have made it a habit you must unlearn and pick new habits it takes your Consciousness and intentionality to defeat anxiety you can begin your journey to Freedom today first liberate your mind by feeding
it with God's word and constantly renewing it once your mindset is right you will have a positive attitude towards life and all that comes your way before you can have the nature of Jesus and choose to be calm you must first renew how you think it is important to have the right perspective about the circumstances you face rather than see them as roadblocks you can see them as necessary hurdles your blessings when you have a terrible experience at work don't be anxious instead see how it creates an opportunity for God to show himself and do
the miraculous through you do not have a defeat mentality always see yourself in the best circumstances of your life you should also understand how worry comes they might be unique and peculiar to different people take a moment to reflect and understand what triggers anxiety in your life it could be catching up with old friends or maybe for you recalling an imagined event from the past whatever this might be learn to manage your stress level each time you notice yourself overthinking try to focus on the present find ways to shift your attention or thoughts to what
you can see hear or feel it helps to distract your mind from wandering off letting go of anxiety is not a day's job but as you practice it daily you will experience wholeness beloved God is with you and you will not be moved that illness is not your end that mistake will not throw you off Divine course and you won't be in debt forever when you go through trials it will not end in shame Isaiah 432 says when you pass through the waters I will be with you and when you pass through the rivers they
will not sweep over you when you walk through the fire you will not be burned the Flames will not set you Ablaze what joy to know that you will overcome despite all God is present with you so do not worry choose to live free from the shackles of anxiety start leaning into God and his power to rescue and deliver you do not worry for God is in control he's about to make ways that you cannot imagine let us pray Heavenly Father you are the almighty God all creation stands in awe of your majesty you rule
in splendor and Grace you've been mindful of me from birth and I am grateful for your love thank you for teaching me what to do when anxious and overwhelmed you filled my soul with light and I adore you I ask for your mercy today search me and cleanse me from every evil way Lord I ask that you separate me from whatever is not your will for my life grant me the grace to live for you Lord let my thoughts and actions be pleasing to you teach me to walk in your precept always I cannot carry
these heavy burdens myself I can do nothing in my strength but with you I know that all things are possible I am overwhelmed by these trials and lost on which way to go your words say there will be an answer if I Call On You Jesus I ask you to help me today and be the strength of my heart I do not want to live a life of worry and anxiety so I am laying all my fears before you right now please hold my hand through the trials and give me the grace to become stronger
as I keep changing phases I know that moments of Trials will come there will be Seasons when anxiety will try to creep in please help me stay afloat during such moments remind me of your unfailing love and Grant me the grace to see your perfect plans for me remind me in such moments that you will make everything walk out for my good father I want to always run to you and not away from you when I am overwhelmed teach me to cast my cares on you strengthen me to know that I can find refuge in
