All right, ladies and gentlemen. In this video, we're going to be taking a complete [music] beginner who has never knocked a door before in his entire life to selling $1,000 a day in window cleaning jobs. >> Do you want to say that again, but with 500?
>> Well, I just see you have two scripts. >> No, I think you got to make it happen. Let's make it happen.
This is one of my good friends, Drw, who worked a 9 toive job for a marketing company, but reached out to me and told me he wanted to start something of his own. So, Drw, I guess what made you curious about window cleaning, want to start your own thing, want to do door to door sales, like how did we get here? 9 to5s never pay really how they should in this economy in this day and age.
If you really want to make it, you're going to have to do it yourself. Kind of tag team with Nick and let him know that I wanted to kind of take the next step in life and kind of bettering my future. He's doing the best in his power to kind of shove me in that direction.
>> Yes, sir. So, what better way than to knock some doors together, get his first reps in, and uh make a video about it to show you guys what's actually possible as [music] well. So, by the end of this video, hopefully you will have seen us sell $1,000 in window cleaning jobs from absolute scratch.
We're not going to be knocking in my company polos. We're just going to be coming in as random guys starting from complete scratch and see if we can get Drw here to $1,000 a day by the end of this video. So, without further ado, let's get into it.
All right, so we're going to go do some basic roleplay, go over the basic scripting of the front half and the back half, get him an opportunity to get comfortable with the actual words and the pitch. Um, mastering the basics. We're not going to do any crazy objection handling, just the basic foundational stuff.
I might as time goes on sell a bit to show them an example later on. Uh but for the most part, we're going to throw them to the wolves and see what we can make happen. So, let's get it.
Today, we are not going to talk about anything super crazy. We're just going to do the basics. The best analogy I always give to people starting out is it is it is better to do a basic simple more elementary play ran really well as opposed to like NFL level play ran really poorly.
Front half, back half of the pitch. We're going to practice it, go back and forth, get it down, and then go knock some doors. First is the front half.
Three steps. Who you are, why you're there, what you'll do. Hey, miss.
Um, name's Drw. We're just helping a couple of the neighbors to wash all the windows, frame, sills. What I'll do, I'll go around, count up the windows, and give you a quick price.
Cuz if you say this confidently, you you will make sales. I want you to repeat back to me the three steps. Hey, miss.
You shaking the hand. Name's Drw. Uh, just in the neighborhood.
Just wanted to come by and let you know I'm counting up all the windows, frame, seals. We're doing all the washing for you. And I was just wondering if I could walk around, count up the windows, and give you a quick price.
Okay, boom. Couple things. Let's literally keep it to those words just cuz the more thinking you do on the spot.
Even if it feels like, okay, like how would I say this conversationally, your brain's just going to be thinking on the spot and it's scatterbrained. Practice those basic lines just so you don't have to even think. >> Hey, miss.
Name's Drw. We're just helping some neighbors in the neighborhood. Just we're washing the windows, frame, seals, and I was just wondering if I could walk around and count them up real quick and give you a quick price.
>> Great. Boom. Three steps done.
So, we're going to do it three times just to like hammer that in. And then we'll do the back half. And then we'll do all of it together three times.
We're going to do fivestep back half. First step just some sort of compliment or icebreaker. It could be literally anything.
And I'll give you a couple canned ones just so you don't have to think. So that could be, "Hey, miss. Uh, I love the setup back there.
" Another one that you can do is, "Hey, miss, you actually have a lot of windows back there. " Yeah, I know we do, right? Yeah.
Cool. Just point is to break the ice. Not to get right into the pitch right away.
Kind of humanizes you. Um, so some sort of compliment. Step two is to pull out.
So you're going to take them to the dirtiest window in the house. Typically, that might be for you the easiest one. Just might be the the dirtiest front window just to keep it really really simple.
But yeah, I can kind of show you right here a bit more about the actual process. Uh if you just want to take two steps and then pull them to that window. Three is a summary of services.
So like I was saying, we do all of the actual glass, but we also hand clean every square inch of all the frames and all the sills and tracks as well. Four, price anchor. Normally, if you were to call us out, just you guys, it would be a bit more expensive.
It's normally $3. 49. $49.
Um, but while we're here, we just take off our transportation fees, which is $100. So, comes down to just $2. 49 for the windows, frame, sills, repeat yourself, cuz it it makes it build a little bit more value and makes it even more clear.
So, for the windows, frame, sills, doors, step five is just a close, bring them to a decision. So, rather than just saying, "Hey, here's the information. " And leaving it up to them, we bring them to that decision by saying could be something like, "Does that sound good?
Does that sound fair? " Where they have to either say, "Yes, let's move forward. No, let's not move forward.
" Best way to do it is to assume the sale. And then as soon as we're done, me and you can walk around and make sure all the windows look really good for you. Does that sound fair?
Now they have to either respond yes or no. So first, let's just go through one at a time. So we got compliment.
>> Yep. >> We got pull out. >> Yep.
>> Then we got services. Y >> and then we got >> what's next? We got two left.
>> Price point. >> Yep. >> And then the next one is the close.
>> So we'll do the whole back half together. Um take your time. Treat it like hey, this is not a real game scenario.
This is practice. If you need to pause and think, >> go for it. But just really try to say exactly what we just went through.
Even if you got a pause, but just all the way through. >> After you, brother. >> We're knocking this one.
>> Yes, sir. Anything myself up more than I need to be right now. >> You got it down.
You got it down. You're going to forget some stuff. You're going to maybe leave some stuff out.
You're going to talk more than you need to. But it's okay. It's okay.
Cuz the worst case scenario is they're just like, "Oh, no. We're good. " And then it's on to the next.
Let's get it. I don't want you to think about selling anybody. I just want you to think about having a good conversation.
go through as many of the steps as you can. How are you doing today? >> Good.
How are y'all? >> I'm doing fantastic. >> What's up?
Sorry. I'm just >> So, the reason I'm popping out is we're just helping a few of the neighbors in the neighborhood. Just wash windows, frame, seals, and everything like that.
>> Um, so what I'll do is I'll take a quick lap around the property, count up the windows, pay, and seals, and then just come back and meet you and give you a quick price. >> We're okay. >> Thank you.
>> No worries. No worries. >> Y'all have a good one.
>> No worries. Have a great day. All good, brother.
The goal there is just to have a pleasant conversation. We do what we can. You did exactly the steps.
You did a great job. She was nice. Doesn't really have the budget.
No worries. Fantastic. >> All right, let's get it again.
Hey there. How you doing today? You live here?
>> Uh, no. No. >> Okay.
Okay. Is the homeowner home? Do you know?
>> Awesome. It is 11:35 right now. Second door of the day.
We're going to see how long it takes to get to a,000 bucks. >> Hey, come on in. >> I just wait there for it.
We'll swing back. When we're knocking door to door in houses like this, always jog door to door. Two reasons.
One, you get through more houses. The faster you get through houses, the faster you sell jobs. Two, mental state.
So, if you get like told no, right, and you like kind of start walking it off, when you're walking, it's really easy to just like kind of get down and your brisk walk like this >> starts to turn into a slow walk and it starts to turn into this after a few nos. When you're jogging, your brain literally doesn't have time to like >> Oh, there she is. Oh, hey there.
[laughter] >> I was trying to find you. How are you doing today? >> I'm good.
I got to get in here. I'm cold. >> Yeah, I know.
It's freezing. It's freezing. Wondering if you've seen us handsome young fellas walking down the neighborhood the past few days.
Do you really think [laughter] >> it looks like you've been busy? What we do is we kind of come out and we clean these windows, frame seals, and everything like that. So, I wonder if I can just take a quick lap around the building, count up the windows, and give you a quick price.
>> You can. >> I'll meet you back here in just a minute. Okay.
>> Okay. >> All righty. So, when you count, what do you look for?
>> We're doing like $5 per paint. So, we got 25. I'll let you count it out from here.
1 2 3 4 32 33 34 35 54 55 56. And then we got to count the other side. We'll round.
We're at 280 right now. >> Okay. >> So, it' be 299 because there's probably a couple more, but 299 is great for this one.
So, normally if you were to call us out, we do every square inch of all the windows, frame, sills, tracks, but while we're here, we take off 100 bucks. So, normally 3. 99 comes down to just $299 for everything.
>> Okay. He's a natural. He's got this.
This is a deal. All right, I'll come in so I don't make you cold. So, normally it would be $3.
99 for us to come out, but since we're going to be in the neighborhood, like I said, we're doing a little bit of a discount. So, it's $100 off. So, it just be $299 for all the windows, frame, seals, and that's everything on the building.
So, how does that sound for you? >> Well, I mean, it sounds really good, but that's like the last thing on my mind right now. Kind of would just rather wait when the pond comes off settled and everything outside is fine, but it's not.
So, that's kind of where I am. >> Okay. Well, does it sound good if I circle back with you here in a couple hours, maybe before we leave here today and just just double check your mind, make sure it's good.
All right. Thank you. >> Of course.
Well, she threw a few objections. She was like, she just has too much on her plate. The money is not the issue.
Uh it's just timing. So I was like, "Well, is it okay if I come back here in a few hours before we leave here today and just double check with you, make sure your mind's good. " And then she was like, "Yeah, that's perfect.
Just come back in a few hours. Double check with me when everything dies down and then maybe I'll give you a different answer. " And I was like, "Okay, >> there we go.
There you go. Let's go. We're warming up.
You feeling good? " >> Oh, yeah. I feel fine now.
>> Hey there. >> Hello. >> How are you?
I know it's freezing chilly out here. My hands are a little freezing. How are you doing today?
>> Well, my [snorts] name is Drw. Um, we're just helping a few of the neighbors in the neighborhood just come out and clean these windows, frame seals, and everything right here. Would you be okay if I took a lap around the house and just counted up all the windows and came back and gave you a quick price?
>> No thanks. >> We're just giving a little bit of a discount while we're in the neighborhood. >> I understand.
>> All righty. Okay. No worries.
Have a good day. Okay. So, main thing there, don't want to focus on objection handling.
>> Just the actual pitch. So rather than saying, "We're helping people wash windows, frames, and sills. Would you be okay if I count up your windows and give you a quick price?
" It just gives elements of like uncertainty as opposed to giving her a reason why you would do it and then telling her what you'll do. So like, yeah, um, we're helping a bunch of people wash windows, frame sills, and we're just giving a bit of a discount while we're here. What I'll do for you, just so you at least know, I'll count the windows and give you a quick price so you know what the discount is.
So don't ask. I think great stuff overall. You did great going back in.
I would just say mention the discount. Tell what you'll do rather than ask and imperfect. >> Hi, >> how are you doing today?
You have a gorgeous little puppy dog in there. >> Thank you. >> Um, my name is Drw.
What we do is we come out and we help neighbors in the area. Just clean these windows, frame seals, and everything like that. Would you be okay if I just took a quick lap around the house, counted up the windows, and came back and gave you a quick price?
>> I'm good. >> We're giving about a little discount in the neighborhood right now. So, would it just be okay?
I got my running shoes on. I can take a quick jog around. Just come back.
Uh-oh. >> The attack pug. No worries.
No worries. Well, if you ever see us and need some help, just flag us down and we'd be happy to help you. Okay.
>> All right. Thank you. >> All righty.
>> What do you think I'm going to say? >> Uh, quit asking. >> Yep.
Quit asking. And one more on top of that. >> What I'll do slow down a little bit.
>> Okay. >> Having it be super fast where there's no missed beats. It makes it feel like a pitch as opposed to an organic conversation where it's like, "Hey, miss.
Uh, my name's Nick. Have you just kind of seen me? " >> Yeah.
>> Okay. Gotcha. Um, we're doing all this.
Just slow down and like let there be pauses in between and then just tell. Don't ask. Okay.
>> How are you doing today? Um, we're just in the neighborhood helping out a few of the neighbors clean the windows, frame, seals, and tracks. Um, would it be okay?
Or can I just walk around the building real quick and take a look at all the windows and give you a quick price? >> I think we're all set. >> No worries.
No worries. Well, you have a blessed rest of your day. Okay.
>> Thank you. >> All right. Thank you.
>> How it going? >> Yeah, I asked again. >> Yep.
I'm going to show Go ahead. I'll watch >> just to to give you a refresh just to change the flow. >> Go for it.
Little man crew. >> That thing looks pretty fun. >> Yeah.
>> Do you guys live over here? >> Oh, really? Have you uh have you seen us by chance up the kind of towards the end of the street the past like 2 days?
>> Yeah. >> Okay. Helping a couple folks wash the windows and we had a couple more spots.
So, we're giving a bit of a discount. If you want, I could count up the glass for you and just give you like a cooked price. >> Yeah.
We're actually going to um ask people about that soon anyways. >> Sure. >> Awesome.
Well, my name's Nick. I'll just meet you back front. Cool.
Fairly small house. Hi. >> Hello.
I was just talking to your husband. We're counting the windows. We're doing window washing.
>> Great. >> Counted everything up for you. Windows, frame sills, all the doors, um, and then even the tall ones you guys have up there.
The whole shebang. If you were to call us out, it's a bit more expensive. It's normally $299 for like a one-off appointment.
While we're here, we've just taken a 100 bucks off each home. So, >> uh, comes down to just $1. 99 for the whole shebang.
Tomorrow, we could do um, either morning or afternoon. You have any preference either way? >> Uh, yeah, we can do that like uh send you an tomorrow.
>> Perfect. I'll just grab your name and address and I'll throw it on the schedule. >> Yeah.
>> What's the name? >> Palmer. >> Well, sounds good.
It'll be tentatively 1:00 p. m. I'd say plus or minus an hour or so.
Um, but I'll just shoot you a text on the way over. >> All right. Awesome.
Yeah. See you guys then. All right.
So, 199 on the board. Pre-upsells. We'll probably get some upsells on that one to to push it.
Try to get it to 250 or so at least from that last interaction. We only had two interactions, one sale. What did you kind of notice from the last two people we talked to?
>> A lot of people are nicer than I thought they would be. I do need to be a little bit more assertive in what I say rather than asking a question and letting them shut me down cuz realistically a question that early on in the stage is getting asked to get shut down. No closes for me yet.
But I feel like that's more so of timeline issues and not really handling objections too well yet. But getting that far down the route in the first 15 minutes is not that don't hurt my feelings at all. >> 100%.
I think you're doing great. I think that one that I sold, I think if we kept going, I think he would have closed that one, too. Absolutely no objections.
I just said, "Hey, helping some people wash the windows, um, I'll give you a compression, you know. " He's like, "Yeah, we're actually just thinking about that. " Um, and that's when we talk about the numbers game.
Like, if you have the process down and you can just make the offer compelling, you'll have those. We'll walk down to some slightly nicer ones. These look a little rough.
Um, and then we'll let you pick back up. >> Okay. Thing about you is not going to glaze or anything, but you're like you're kind of on it.
So like anything that gets said, you know how to handle any situation. The one thing I'll say is I try to pick up personality and the friendliness from you. Like you just know how to carry a conversation without letting it get shut down.
And then even when it gets shut down, you know how to overcome it and keep it going for at least another few minutes. Like you got a lot in your arsenal. So it's hard to take everything you have.
But I'm trying my best to like grab the bits and pieces that are like the most important to put together so we can try to try to get everything knocked out. I think somebody's in there. There's a doggy.
>> Yeah. Yeah, go for it. Going to let him take the reinss back.
Try to get to 1,000 ASAP. >> Hey, how are you doing today? I'm Drw.
Nice to meet [music] you. So, what we do is we come out, we clean all these frame seals and everything by hand. What I'll do is I'll take a quick lap around the house and then just count up the windows.
Come meet you back right here in just a few seconds. Give a quick just windows. >> Yep.
Do that. I'll be interested. >> All right.
I'll be right back. Okay. In just a moment.
So, 50. What's the pain thing? 249.
249 with Oh, 349. Yep. Watch this kid get his first deal on the doors ever.
I forgot I have um I have some of the stormwind as I'm [laughter] down the clean. >> Right. No worries.
Yeah, you have a big old backyard. I love it back there. But we'll knock out all this dirt and dust that's all around the windows.
Normally when we come out, it's around 3. 49 for all the windows, frame seals, panes, and everything. Um since we're going to be in the neighborhood tomorrow humping the Simpsons right down the road, um we're doing a $100 discount.
So we're doing it for $2. 49. Um so >> hand clean the window.
>> That's that's hand clean. So, we'd come through with a brush and then as soon as we get finished, we take a lap around the place, give you make sure everything's good with your standards, and as soon as you approve it and say we're good to go, then we'll be finishing up. >> Now, let's look here at these back.
>> Have those solar panels ever been washed, too? >> Well, uh, yeah, they have. I was going to ask about that, too.
Do y'all do some >> We do the solar panels. It's just 20 per pane um to to scrub down and rinse all the solar panels as well. >> Yeah.
Um, I I won't do the uh paint the solar panels now, but when I when you get done, if it if you know, assuming you guys I'm sure you guys will do a good job, then we can talk about the solar panels. >> Sure. Awesome.
>> All right. >> Cool deal. So, what's a good first name for you?
>> Ron. >> Ron. And then tomorrow morning's good with you.
9:00 a. m. >> Yep.
>> Awesome. All righty. Well, we got you on the schedule.
We'll see you tomorrow morning. >> I'm Nick. >> Nick.
Drw. Drw. Nice to meet you.
>> And I was Drw. Do you know how many panels there were? I counted up 360 total for the price and it was 20 a pane.
So it was around 18. I think >> if we did the panels, we would do those first just so they don't drip back down on the windows. >> Um if we could just go ahead and plan ahead since we do have an extra hour before the Simpsons.
We could just round down and just call it 100 bucks for all the panels. Um so just 349 for everything. >> All right.
>> Cool. >> Cool, dude. See you guys in the morning.
Y grab that ball. Give me alley. Oh, [laughter] let's go, dude.
>> W. >> We're now at 550 on the day. Two sales.
First one. How do we feel? How do we feel?
>> I felt pretty good. I mean, how what time is it? >> It's 12:54.
I'm pretty sure we started at like 11:30. >> Yeah, it started. It's only been like an hour.
>> Not bad. Hour and a half. We got two nails on the board.
>> Also, like super quick. These aren't crazy houses. Like, we're not knocking in like super super rich crazy areas.
Just a normal average house. Like pretty old style windows. normal guy, normal house and 3.
49 that we're going to make from cleaning the windows and it's gonna take about an hour and a half. So, we have a ton of social proof on these houses right here. We're like literally surrounding them milk the social proof.
We're now literally the neighborhood window cleaners. Oh, yeah. Do you know Ron and uh Palmer?
Yeah. Nice. We're helping both of them.
I'll show you right here. Boom. Let's bring Get it.
I'm Drw. It's a pleasure to meet you. >> Yeah, pleasure, Drw.
>> Hey, we're helping Ron and Palmer down the road. Uh we're just the neighborhood window cleaners. So, we come out, we clean windows, frame, seals, and everything like that.
I'm going to take a quick lap around the building, count up the windows, come meet you back here in just a second and I'll give you a quick price just so you would know. >> I appreciate it, but I'm good. >> Okay, awesome.
We're just giving a quick discount cuz we're going to be in the area tomorrow. So, we're just giving about $100 off. So, it's just helping everybody out, saving the price, and just just something like that.
So, I'm just going to take a quick lap. I'll meet you back. I got my running shoes on.
I'll be fast. Just so you would know what the discounted price would be. >> I'm good, man.
>> Awesome. Awesome. Well, I hope you have a blessed rest of your day.
Okay. >> Quick thing. So on that one, whenever you're saying, >> "I'll count it up and give you a quick price to kind of soften it to make it sound [clears throat] >> what I'll do.
" >> Yeah. What I'll do for you, just so you know, and always mention the discount, that's why you'll do what you'll do. Because if it's just, "Hey, I'm the neighborhood window cleaner.
I'll give you a quick price. " That feels like soliciting. >> But if you say, "Hey, we're helping Ron and Jim, so it's a lot cheaper while we're here.
" What I'll do is I'll give you a quick price just so you know. There's a real reason for them to hear you out. There's a discount.
Like they they need to know about it. It's it's a discount that they're taking you up on. they're taking you up on.
So, it's always, >> hey, um, we're helping Ron and Palmer just to wash all the windows, frame sills, and we're giving a bit of a discount to fellows wearing gray jackets cuz we got the basics down. We can even throw something like that in or if you're not feeling crazy, just say, um, and we're giving a bit of a deal while we're helping them. So, I'll count it up, give you a quick price, just so you know.
>> Okay. >> Right now, Drw has 3. 49 on the board.
I sold one for 199. So, we're at 548 total. It's 1:12 p.
m. 453 left to a 1000, baby. Let's get it.
>> Hey, how's it going? >> How are you doing today? I'm Drw.
Pleasure to meet you. So, we're helping Palmer, which lives right down there, and Ron, which lives right down there tomorrow. Um, we're just trying to get one more person added to the schedule.
We clean windows, frame, seals, and everything on this part. We're giving a quick bit of a discount to people that are wearing nice hats like yourself that want to get on the schedule. So, what I'll do is I'll walk around, count up the windows for you real fast, and then give you all the discounted price just so you would know what it would be.
So, then you can give me a yes or a no whether you want to get on the schedule or not. How do y'all feel about that? >> Yeah.
Yeah, go ahead. >> Okay, awesome. Let me give him a count up real quick and I'll be back in just a moment.
Okay, sounds cool. You know what did it? >> What?
>> The joke. >> The joke. The joke, bro.
Did you hear him laugh? >> Humanize you. >> I can get that from you, Mr Nick.
>> Well done, sir. >> 11 12 13 How many pains we 46 I think for everything >> I would do between 275 and 299. >> So we'll do 399 bounce down and then we'll bounce out even more if they throw an objection.
>> Yeah. So pull them out, take them to the dirty window. >> Okay.
All righty. So I just got done counting everything up. So what I'll show you real quick is how we do the process and how everything works.
We're going to do with a squeegee. So we're going to squeegee all this stuff off. So then there's going to be no marks, no smears or nothing like that.
What we'll do is we'll come through with a brush. We'll brush down all these tracks. You see all these little spider webs and everything like that.
And we wipe down the seals and everything as soon as we get done. So then there's no residue, nothing left behind. But since we already have two people on the schedule for tomorrow, we're giving a bit of a discount.
So normally for a house of this size, we would come out, it would be around $3. 99 for us just to come out. But since we're going to be in the neighborhood, we're taking $100 off.
So then we're doing it $2. 99 and that's going to include all the windows, frames, seals, taking the screens out and putting them back in when we get done. And then as soon as we get finished, I'm going to grab you, make sure you walk around with me, take a look at everything.
So then you can give me the thumbs up before I even leave to make sure that we're good to go. >> Did you say you're working for Ron? >> Yeah, we're working with Ron and Palmer.
Yep. Yep. Sounds good.
>> Yeah. >> And then what's a good first name for you? >> Sharon.
>> Sharon. All righty. Thank you.
>> We'll see you then. Yep. Bye-bye, guys.
[music] >> You ready for this? Hey, let's go, brother. How we feeling?
>> Fantastic. We just sold a 300. You sold uh 3.
49. Um literally an hour ago. 1 hour later, we got another 300 on the board.
Yep. First day ever knocking. How we feeling?
>> Oh, feeling phenomenal. That's 2 and 1/2 hours worth of knocking. We're at 850 on the day.
That's pretty phenomenal. That's a lot of people's paychecks, dude. That's a lot of people paychecks.
850 bucks in 2 days and we're not even done knocking. Pretty phenomenal. Nick, >> couple weeks ago, you were working at um graphic design company 9 to5.
>> Yep. >> Making cold calls, non-stop cold calls. The process was a lot longer than this.
This process right here, I'm knocking. I'm working the next day. I'm closing out and collecting payment immediately as soon as I'm finished.
And then that's money that's coming straight to me. The last sales job I had, you had to book the appointment, get a meeting. Once you got the meeting, 2 weeks later, you get a job.
2 weeks later, you have everything finalized. And then you get started on the job. A month later, everything's finished.
And then 2 weeks later, you get the job completed. And then you have to collect payment. And then 15 days later, you're supposed to get paid.
But a lot of people do net 45, net 30, and they don't pay till a month after the job's finished. So then you got to wait 4 months for your commission to hit. I'm trying to set up a career for my future, my children, my family, everything I got going on here in 20 years needs to be covered and paid for and happy.
And I mean, stuff like this, this is it's a easy skill that can get me six figures in 6 months. Like probably gain more than that earlier than that if you just really grind down and hustle. I could probably do like 20k a month in revenue alone.
easily easily do 10 even like like 20k a month buy yourself no employees profit when you hire somebody pay someone [snorts] 20% of the revenue you can spend all the time selling so everything you sell door to door you spend all your time selling just generating more jobs generating more cash and you get 80% of everything without having to touch a squeegee yourself I mean yeah for starting out first day literally ever selling to be at 850 in literally under 3 hours >> Mhm. from never having knocked a door ever in your life and it's only up from here. So >> that's pretty crazy.
>> I guess what would you say to someone in a similar spot who is just stuck. They don't know what to do. They don't know what their options are, but they just know that the job they're in, they don't love.
They're not passionate about and that they also don't have any real way of actually getting ahead. What would you say to that to that person? I mean, to become successful, you're either born into it or you got to get it.
And if you don't have it when you're born, then you really got to push yourself out of your comfort zone to keep grinding, grinding, grinding to get to the point where you want to be. Working a 9 to5, getting complacent, making the same paycheck to paycheck to paycheck to paycheck just to pay your bills. Like, that's fine.
But if you really want more, then you got to take the leap. Um, and it might be scary, but I mean, if you become complacent, that's on you. Like, being scared is part of the journey.
It's part of the process. This is part of getting out of your comfort zone, jump into something new, and then doubling, quadrupling your income. And if I mean, if that's what it's about, financial stability or purpose, then like jump out of your comfort zone and find something that makes you purposeful.
But like sitting behind a desk and being complacent just so you can pay your car bill or your phone bill or this, that, and the other, dude. Like, it's hard for some people cuz they're stuck in that position. But if you can save up enough money to pay for it for a month, like just pay for all that for a month, that's all the time you need to get started and get out the door and go ahead and start your next chapter.
Finally, my first day out knocking, dude, we already did close to $1,000 in revenue. And like that's pretty insane. Like compared to what I used to make, like that is pretty phenomenal.
So yeah, we're going to get started living proof. Never knocked the door before in his life. We're at $850 on the day right now in 3 hours.
We're going to close out with $1,000 in profit. Um so let's get after it. We're going to go get that first one.
Yeah. No, we got to close and then we're going to we're going to hit 1,000. >> If we close Jean, we're going to be at plus 1,000 for the day cuz her house is pretty large.
So, she's right here. Hey, Miss Jean. >> Hello, Andrew.
>> I got some good news for you. So, I got three people on the schedule. I got Sharon, I got Palmer, and I got Ron.
We got one more spot on the schedule for tomorrow. We'll actually drop $150 off the price just so we can get out here and clean off these spiderw webs and all this gunk that's on these windows. We just trying to make everything spotless for you.
And then we also do a plan. So, we'd come out right now, get all the heavy stuff off, and then come back whenever the pollen season's over and done with, but it would lock your price in at 249. We can go ahead and treat you as an existing customer, then we can come out and do it for $2.
49 tomorrow, and then whenever the pollen season's over with, then you could just let us know. We'll come back out as soon as you want, and then we'll do it for the same price instead of changing it. >> Okay.
So, so the price to do that tomorrow is what? >> $2. 49.
And that would lock you in at 249. It would never change for you. So then when the pollen season comes back, we can come back through like you see these black spots and stuff like that.
>> That's it. >> We knock all that off. >> All right.
When you going to do that? >> Uh tomorrow we have 9:00 a. m.
is taken. Uh after 9:00 a. m.
we have an 11:00 a. m. that's available and then we have a 1:00 p.
m. that's taken and then a 3:00 p. m.
and then we can come as late as 5. So you can either >> you can come anytime tomorrow. >> Okay.
Awesome. Awesome. Well, I'll go ahead and get your information so we can get you put on the schedule.
Okay. >> You just follow me cuz I don't have time. Okie dokie.
>> I know that man is over the moon. >> So, let's see. And then what's a good name you want to put on there?
>> Um, I'm Jean. >> Got it. Awesome.
Well, we'll see. Okay. We'll see you later.
See you tomorrow. >> He talked me into it. >> Oh, there we go.
>> You know, mouth of the sound. >> He does his thing, I tell you. Awesome.
And your name's Jean, right? >> I'm Jean. >> Awesome.
I'm Nick. >> All right, Miss Jean. Well, we'll see you tomorrow.
Okay. Any point tomorrow. See you later.
>> We'll try. >> She wants to be on your quarterly plan, too. >> Oh, yeah.
Yeah. >> There we go. How much?
>> 250. >> Bro sold $1,000 in that one house. >> Let's go.
>> Basically, after that last job in cash collected that we're going to collect tomorrow, we're at $1,096 sold that will be cleaned and collected at a 100% profit margin. And then with this one, the fact that he upsold a quarterly plan, that's $1,000 from this one house alone. So technically, we are at $8.
47 plus a,000 in total revenue. $1,847 generated in the span of three and a half hours. So, Mr Drw, we came into today.
You were feeling nervous. >> Do you want to say that again, but with 500? >> Yeah.
>> Weren't sure how it was going to go, but uh it is now 2:25 p. m. We started at like 11:30.
So, literally 3 hours into the day. Going to have $1,000 sold, clean, and collected by the end of the day tomorrow. How are we feeling?
>> Oh, feeling on top of the world right now. Feel like we could go for 6,000 in a day. [laughter] No, I feel [clears throat] great, dude.
I mean, definitely change of pace. Shocking how well and how capable it is just by being personable, nice, and knowing what you're talking about. Uh cuz that's all that was.
Like there was a few objections that came my way all day. And at the beginning, I got shut down a lot. Like I was just like, man, it wasn't even the homeowner shutting me down.
It was they said one thing and then I personally would just go and [snorts] just shut down. Um, but as the day went on and with Nick's help, then we just kind of learned how to keep kind of surpassing, surpassing, surpassing, and now we got four jobs scheduled for tomorrow that are going to pay out $1,96. I mean, that's pretty that's pretty good.
If you don't say, that's pretty good. >> So, obviously today, I didn't want to get into any objection handling. We just wanted to do the basics well, which I think we did a very good job of.
I think the numbers spoke for themselves. Um, what do you think is realistic coming from having no idea like where you would be at day one? What do you think is realistic once you actually understand the process?
Practice objections because you now know what the main ones are. It's, oh, I got to talk to my wife. Oh, we have someone who does it.
Oh, we want to wait. Once you kind of get down the actual rebuttals and how to actually handle the overcomes and how to handle those objections, what do you think you'll be able to make like per day, once you kind of get those down and as time goes on, like where do you think >> where do you think we'll be >> leisurely? Like I mean, and I'm talking like leisurely.
Like this is a stroll. I could probably do $1,000 a day. If you were to really grind down, hustle, work the whole day, not take a lunch, you'd probably be able to get up to like two grand in revenue in a day, maybe a little bit more just cuz I mean, we've only been out here for 3 and 1/2 hours and we're already $1,96.
And this is with me with zero experience at all. leisurely a,000%, >> but you could probably get up to 15 to 2 grand to potentially $2,500 in a day, if not more, depending on if how many hours you're knocking, how many doors you're knocking, and how your morale stays all day long. I'm sure some guys can do like four or five grand in a day.
>> There's there's been a few. My my my personal best in one time, so not including service plans, is 5,100. I've had a couple guys in the program do 5K, I think.
I think two. I've had like five or so do 4K and I've had a bunch do 3K. Um, and most of the guys that have been in for a while that have like they've really learned objections, they've really learned tonality, they've mastered all the basics do 2 to three a day consistently.
So within the span of 3 hours, this street behind us just paid us $1,100 without any company logos, any names to drop, any business cards, or any experience ever selling doortodoor in his life. And while Drw did a great job, he didn't do anything that no one else can do. He just pushed past that initial discomfort and that initial uncertainty of can I actually do this.
Learned the very very basic fundamentals. Nothing crazy by any means at all, but the very basics of what to say and how to sell. And then he put in the reps.
Obviously, I was giving him some feedback, giving him some pointers as time went on. Everything that we just did is something that absolutely everyone and their mother can do and make $1,000 per day in profit by starting a window cleaning business. And so if you want help starting or scaling a window cleaning business of your own to 30K per month in net profit and beyond, I do coach people on how to do exactly that.
At this point, I've helped over a dozen people personally scale past $1,000 per day. And I'm so confident in this business model and my ability to help you achieve that same result that I offer a full money back refund that if you don't get that result within the program, you literally don't pay. There's a link in the description for you to check out below.
So, hope you guys enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching and I will see you in the next one. Peace.
