in the videos you know i don't know here we are all right can everyone see my screen yep cool so this is a website we're going to pretend that they are a client mix fitness uh i'm looking for three things about their website that are good tell me one thing um home fitness so the the the headline one is good redefining home fitness see what else hmm so that's the you could we can pass it to someone else um marva what is something user experience related about their website that is good uh cta so you
have shop and then above the folds you have can you go up see what you get like buy your home studios ctas [Music] what is something else about this website that is good um i i really like how everything stands out i like the the call to actions i feel like aesthetically it's really pleasing um i'm looking through it now i like the free shipping at the top it really stands out that's a good i like the scroll too with that i like that that's the scroll up here like the banner that scrolls yeah great
the free spring all right boo say what is something about this site that is not good quote unquote whatever not good means to us can you go to a little bit up please this is the top of the page and so okay a little bit scroll down please this part is good and a little bit scroll down so you say this part is good i would say this is a lot of text yes i was gonna yeah i was gonna say but i i wanted to see another part as well so yeah too much text
and so i think cta not effective um okay i i think the ctas are effective i think that the context for the cta might get lost for a user just because it's so much and they probably won't commit it to memory it's like too much homework um ivana what is something else that could be improved on this website uh maybe on the main navigation there some things that we can put in a secondary navigation like blog and then maybe financing and uh this this product product details uh is it a drop down no it is
not maybe it should be i can you click on that nice informational page so do you guys understand based on the home page and this page like exactly what you're getting if you purchase this no no i would say that probably could be improved all right so quickly i know this is like very fast and dirty so it's all right if they're not perfect answers but just quickly looking at the site i'll drop it in the chat for you guys who do you think a competitor to this is to mix fitnesses and do they sell
equipments or subscriptions they sell equipments right yeah it's like a peloton would be a good competitor they're a fitness bike that also offers other classes on that screen yeah because telling them boot camps so peloton is a is a good competitor say that again ask one more time joanna no you're fine i just think joanna had a question that we didn't quite answer so my question was so you get the buy or whatever equipment and then you get us not a subscription but an extra bonus of having the live classes or online classes correct i'm
not sure if they're live or pre-recorded but like yes you get like a library of classes there's also a secondary peloton um competitor called echelon i think that's a great one so i would go to similar web and see in terms of competitors what comes up when you uh research on their domain just to make sure that in terms of keywords and um website ranking we're looking at similar brands that's great do you want to do that while we go through these sites perfect all right um okay so peloton echelon's a good one uh what
about one other i saw nordic track in there nordictrack is a great competitor so we'll go with these so i'm gonna pull up seo minion all of you guys should have this downloaded ricardo you get a pass today it's done i haven't perfect all right cool all right so what are you guys seeing in seo minion what's good what's bad what's questionable that you just want to highlight that you think you should pay attention to each one i don't think the um the h1 is very front loaded with how it's supposed to be yeah what
do you think their keyword is based on the h1 i have home fitness maybe fitness equipment [Music] they don't have it in the title title tag let's think of just the h1 and let's say home fitness is their primary keyword how what's a really easy fix you would recommend to front load it and keep the same general message home fitness redefined correct perfect uh what is something good you notice about their seo good you know listen let's take that with a grain of salt they have a lot yeah they have 400 000 h2s that's great
what is something bad about their h2s most of them are not seo-optimized correct i think most of h2 right yeah if they were trying to rank for home fitness and variations of home fitness the best way to do that would be to include home fitness and similar long tail variations of that keyword that makes sense in those h2s it doesn't really seem like any of that's there they have a couple fitness things so maybe that's helpful they're not really front loaded none of them are really optimized all right so let's look at pellets on okay
well we're done there's nothing there let's look at don't mind this uh that thing that pops up uh that's because i want discounts when i shop online so that is not related to their website all right so this is echelon uh what do you guys notice that is good about their seo noise that would be bad about their seo but uh that is correct there's a correct answer that there's no h1 which is really really bad uh what is something that is good about their seo lots of h2s looks like they're speaking to a lot
of their branded keywords potentially so maybe they're not trying to rank for non-branded keywords without looking deep into their website what is a possible tactic for only doing branded keywords on the homepage and saving non-branded keywords where else might they put those and why i would say about us or a product page maybe product page or product collection most likely because it would get them closer to the actual conversion uh something to remember when you guys do conversion funnels is that you want the fewest number of obstacles and that also means the fewest number of
clicks to get someone from point a to point i don't know z the ending point so you don't want them to have to click around 100 times to get to the product page and then have a complicated checkout process you want to kind of drive them right to where they want to be the closest point you want to give them all the information and then usher them into paying or signing up for their free trial or whatever it is we want them to do all right and nordictrack what is something bad about their seo i
mean it's like an open book test h1 correct uh what is something interesting about their seo maybe not good maybe not bad but something to note uh specific art yeah yeah they're highlighting their products in h2s something to to note might not be great but could be beneficial something new i think strength one should be a little bit more elaborated upon than just strength because it doesn't really highlight a product agreed i think strength training would likely be more beneficial to their audience again without doing any real research here uh so joanna in terms of
competitors have you noticed any one different uh that we should maybe take a look at before we move on i don't know them but the one that has the highest traffic is e e t r dot com e e t r like eater yes center but without the last part okay so it's c-e-n-t-r oh i got you dot-com it says it's well simple oh this is the chris hemsworth one oh okay so if it's just for sports it shows that one skeleton and bowflex and nordictrack so we'll do these really quickly so seo wise let's
look at this oh lord well he doesn't need this you know he's crazy that that is a good point that i would have gotten to and that uh the seo is abysmal but people are probably going to find this website regardless if they're interested in looking like thor so i guess he has that going for him probably why apple doesn't need amazing seo optimization so something to keep in mind when you have clients who say but i like apple and their website and the way they do their headers and you say you're not steve jobs
people don't know who you are like apple you don't get to be like that now sorry but you will if you work with us exactly excellent excellent follow-up sentence did you check the fitness training start say that one more time yeah girl by club sorry say that one more time girl bike love your bike your bike girl bike love let me copy and paste yeah copy and paste all right what is something good that bowflex has on their like within their seo and one more competitor so they have an h1 so the fact that they
have one is good uh it's not optimized that's bad is it good to have like well it's better to have a bad h1 than no h1 but it's not good to have a bad h1 so ultimately it's not great but it's better than nothing so they have somewhere to begin uh what are some possible keywords that they could be going for work out anywhere [Music] possibly yeah that could be a good one uh what are some other ones home gyms yes home eq equipment yes workout workout equipment whole body workout correct yes i think all
of those are great um what how would you how let's do number two how would you guys redo this h2 to front load home gyms homogeneous with a hundred dollars discount yeah something like that home gyms one hundred dollars off well yeah something yeah i mean it's basically the same thing exactly okay so let's start taking a look at keyword research so we have some technical difficulties with scm brush so ahrefs it is we're gonna look at our client mix fitness first what are you guys noticing in their seo profile just based on this little
snapshot right here right here domain ratings good 54 above oh no we didn't have any limitations with the domain what are you guys noticing about their backlinks or referring domains and multiple things can be true you can say kind of conflicting information and we can draw some conclusions based off of that they have a lot of backgrounds which is good backlinks is the amount of links that comes to the site so it can come from the same domain let's say one domain can send you out like hundreds of backlinks that's why our backlinks are higher
than insuring domains would it be safe to say that maybe they started a backlink campaign around january 2020. and it increased during the pandemic when they wanted people to buy their home fitness gym yes what up what are you guys noticing about their keywords um that could be potentially room for improvement use a lot of branded keywords um they could potentially expend their keywords to more generic keywords that are related to their products so it looks like they're losing not a ton of backlinks considering they have a lot of them but they're losing some backlinks
and they're losing some keyword rankings so some adjustment would be necessary probably to gain those keywords back and improve their other rankings uh what's one other thing it's a tiny thing but i think it's important to keep an eye on particularly for backlinks and any sort of link building campaign with follow versus nofollow links and they have more no fault right they're at it looks like 50 for follow versus no follow so potentially with a client like this let's say we redo their website we can potentially get them on a link building campaign with us
where we can acquire more do follow or follow same thing links for them to improve their seo and keyword rankings so there's like a lot of room for opportunity in here all right um what do you guys notice about their keywords go for low keyword difficulty which is good uh in terms of volume it looks like they go more or less an average above 150 which is good but they also have some um there are not 150 in terms of volume um they always use their brand yeah with the keywords something to note is beachbody
is also their brand oh really okay but this is competitor of this uh company i think this fitness center uh where's fitness center let me see beachbodycompany.com i see beachbody is the owner oh okay so if you look at their website you'll see a little clue that it's their owner looking for beachbody because they know people will land here potentially looking for beachbody um all right and then let's look at their top pages so while we're doing that what are some non-branded keywords that you think would be beneficial for mix fitness knowing that they're hoping
to compete against other home gym equipment companies peloton particularly peloton because they're all encompassing like beachbody echelon center bowflex mirror could be a good one that they're competing with against also so what are some keywords that we can maybe start looking up to see if those make sense for them they use something like pets on bikes yeah they could potentially do a comparison chart or an faq on a product page what's the difference between you and a peloton bike and maybe they would get a little juice for that they were also saying uh it was
this one right save 100 was it this one um no but that's okay because i gave you a lot of rapid fire websites stephanie is it ethically right to compare your product with your competitor like on your website i think it probably is not ethically right to say this competitor is horrible and we're amazing and that's that but sometimes it is necessary to lay out the facts simply a lot of software companies do this with comparison charts simply outlining the difference in features and i think that if it makes a lot of sense for seo
and if it makes a lot of sense for building the uvp and you do it really carefully it can be beneficial i would not recommend it for every website out of the box necessarily does that answer it like case by case yeah i mean i usually see those kind of comparisons and like uh like press websites you know where they would compare china uh products and then that's right publicity yeah i think they're definitely more able to be very candid in terms of the user experience of a particular product versus fact of fact like apples
to apples and i think that that would probably be the defining difference in a comparison chart with another brand on a website but again i something to note in your seo research is you don't have to use everything you know uh as you're creating your messaging and planning but you do want to know some opportunities and some things to explore so you can create a really strong conversion funnel and speak to all the relevant keywords that are going to kind of give the best bang for your buck so what are some things you're noticing about
their top pages based on organic traffic their main product is indoor cycling and the fact that there is not the home page the first one could indicate that they are doing ppc campaigns what are you noticing between position one and position three are both products what are you noticing for their seo optimization just based off of this snapshot they're having the position one and in terms of the volume is exactly the same they use the same top keyword they have the cycling keywords in the first one so they might be trying might be i don't
know we haven't looked at these pages yet they might be trying to do indoor cycling bike for this one an indoor exercise bike for this one why might they use two similar but different keywords um sophia maybe there are a b testing possibly remember that the easiest answer is likely the correct answer so something we talked about last week or the week before is that google gets very confused very easily and if they see too many things with the same exact keyword on too many different pages on a website google six google doesn't know what
to do google says oh my god i don't know which one to rank so i'm gonna rank none of you so with that in mind why might they be going for two different but similar keywords on their main product pages vanya um could it be because they don't want their product pages to compete against one another but still rank for relevant keywords to the product that makes sense cool what is another thing that they could do between those two product pages to improve seo connection would be very repetitive but um link each other yeah so
you could easily let people toggle between the two products linked on the applicable keyword and that interlinking will improve seo value cool all right so we'll skip the competitors for now i got kicked out so i'm going to jump back in what keyword do you guys want me to search for first gym equipment i'm jim exercise bike drop your request in the chat because i can't keep up i hope i spelled that right okay what are some things that you notice about this keyword keyword typical difficulty 66. more than 50 like we were aiming 50
right 50 and below and very high volume volume is correct uh what do you guys notice about this top ranking result it's a competitor sort of it's sort of a competitor but it's also it uses in the link so it does it does so that's great and it's a short url it's kind of front loaded which is great i think that a keyword like this um so dick sporting goods is going to offer probably like 40 different versions of home gym equipment with all sorts of systems and all sorts of stuff it's very slow loading
apparently but it might be hard to compete against the sheer volume of options on a page like this so possibly it's worth trying to make your primary keywords something a little bit different so you're going to go up against like companies versus you have one option or two options that are very very similar and dick sporting goods has a thousand so something to note is as you search for keywords you can obviously go into these columns over here which is great you can look at domains pages matching terms related terms search suggestions anything like that
but you also have them kind of spoon fed to you with the volume down here which is awesome and it's a really easy thing to just kind of get a snapshot overview of what's going on with this ideal keyword question for who i want to give this question to bushra uh what is a good way to use these questions uh like if like i i want to optimize a page and these questions have let's say they all are 2 000 for volume let's just pretend what is a good way for me to incorporate them onto
a page we can use them on our blog like that's a good option yes faq correct it's the easiest way to just jam in relevant questions that are a gonna help customers which is actually the goal of the page is to give them information and help them convert with all of the things they need to know in order to do so successfully but also to jam in keywords in a way that's natural so it's the easiest way to do it uh what is uh what are some good ways to use these like terms match what
what might we let's say let's say we do want to rank for home gym equipment that's going to be our primary keyword how might we use these terms match or will we use these at all it's they are also kind of long tail keywords right so it's kind of kind of i like to think of long tail keyword well yeah they're kind of long some of them are so we can use them on the text or some title i would not necessarily prioritize text but when you say titles do you mean the page title or
do you mean headers um not headers but maybe subtitle i mean not h1 for h2 so i would actually use these as h2s these are ideal secondary keywords to keep an eye on uh because they are relevant to your primary keyword they frequently include your primary keyword this one they will uh what's something to note about let's say remember our primary keyword is home gym equipment so what would happen if we put best home gym equipment as our first h2 uh what is like a uh what would what would google register as our keyword that
they're going to really pay attention to if we front loaded best home gym equipment equipment would we also go get credit for home gym equipment or just best home gym equipment both correct you would get credit for both of them so anytime you have these kind of adjectives it's a two for one special you get your primary keyword and you get the longer one too so it's great to include them it also it it raises the value of the whole page so uh good to include those okay uh what is another possible keyword we could
use for mix exercise equipment uh what about something a little bit more specific we talked about this keyword earlier looking at their top pages like yeah that one works know what i was going for but sure let's do it not wrong peloton or peloton bike penton bike so looking at this profile of this keyword is it valuable to try to go after it or no no no correct uh what's another key word we could research and go after home blindness uh someone said something about a bike what was that home bike yeah would here let's
do this and then i'll go from there so what about this keyword do you think it's worth going after or do you think it's worth tailoring it a little bit more what do you guys want to tailor it to home [Music] whole max no that's already there home exercise we can do that one yep stationary but stationary bike's a good one because i feel like that's a very common term so depending on your demographic you know my mom's not gonna call it a cycling bike or a home cycling bike or a home exercise bike but
she is going to call it a stationary bike and that's just her vernacular and that's where we're at so depending on your demographic you might want to include some other keywords as well so what do you guys think about this keyword still hard can we try exercise bikes like plural yeah that just came up like the first i wonder the key for difficulty stationary bike cheap exercise bike exercise bike for home these are the related research sections i'm a little frozen in here let me refresh this all right we'll look up indoor cycling workout and
see what comes up if i can get my computer to unfreeze on ahrefs what questions while i attempt to make my computer work do you guys have about conducting seo keyword research for a competitor i think some cases are pretty clear like this one's very clear but the other one that was like 65 how to be determined that it's not advisable to go out you cut out a little bit at the end how do we determine if it's if it's not worth it to go after it so i think the key word difficulty is going
to be your number one indicator uh something else is intent and this one takes a little bit more finesse uh i do think indoor cycling workout is a great keyword to go after uh quick question and then i'll keep elaborating on this uh where would be a good place to incorporate indoor cycling workout on the mix website that we're going to theoretically redesign product page with the cycling possibly i think my first instinct is to actually include it in the blog and then interlink to the product page because my intent when i look up an
indoor cycling workout is i either want to go to one right now and book my bike and go in person or i want you to tell me what i'm supposed to do on my bike at home so i'm thinking a little bit more action and a little bit less i want to buy a bike to go in my basement so this one's a little bit more vague there's probably some better examples out there professional yeah exactly i'm looking for like a little bit more information versus i want to buy a 2 000 bike and have
it delivered to me so that's something to always keep in mind as you're looking at this is what's the intent what are people probably gonna look for what do they want to know about it and i think this 30 minute indoor cycling workout is a good example of someone who's looking for that wants to do it right now and they want to just kind of know what to do or have someone telling them what to do in real time uh so my instinct would be to put this on the blog or have some sort of
content related page about it all right we'll look up one more and then we'll look up one of their competitors and then we'll probably be out of time so cycling streaming what do you guys notice about this keyword bad nobody searches for it yeah so something to pay attention to is global volume you may run into a circumstance in which the global volume is incredible it's 42 000 but 41 000 of that is in india and this product only sells in the u.s so that ranking that volume doesn't really make sense for them so you'll
always want to keep a close eye on that global volume and look at this like quick little breakdown of okay but where are people when they actually search for this so stephanie what about exercise bike workouts exercise bike workout i think is good i have a similar gut reaction to that as i do indoor cycling workout uh where my intent would be i want to go do it and i don't want to wait six to ten weeks for the bike to come to me before i can do it but i do think it's a good
keyword and i do think it's a good keyword to eventually have ranking on their website to drive people in uh but may not have the exact purchase intent that we're hoping for so because i checked that keyword and the keyword difficulty seems 42 and not bad yeah yeah like i said there will be especially if a client has a blog that they plan on really investing in seo content and content marketing which are services that we offer by the way um those kind of keywords are great to drive people in generate more brand awareness maybe
someone searches indoor cycling workout thinking they're going to book a soul cycle class and they realize that you have this really cool bike and you offer all these other classes on your little screen and it can just be right in their basement and now they know about your brand and they then we can hit them with a retargeting ad and then we can hit them with a browse abandonment email i'm just making up things and eventually we usher them into the conversion funnel so i think those keywords are very very valid it's not always for
the key pages that we're going to do messaging and planning for so i was going to say can you please click the update button but it's okay we'll do more of this don't worry so we're just going to look at a competitor really quick what questions do you guys have are you like read it so i read it somewhere uh on the in the intranet uh it was like for a digital strategist it was saying something like you get to see the words from clients is that true you get to see the words from clients
feed words s-e-e-d um yeah probably i mean i if you're thinking of like matching seo keywords with like the products that they actually offer yeah to some degree it's a little bit of i think i said this earlier it's a little bit of like an open book test and that at some point you have to use the keywords that are the product that they described so an example of that would be the dognomics dog dna test there are dog dna tests there's no other there's no other way to say that that's what they are that's
what we have to call it that's the primary key word and that's it so you will have some circumstances in which you already know and you don't have to do a lot of like scouring the internet to figure out keywords so what do you guys notice about bowflex crazy backlinks yeah so many organic traffic that's great what do you notice about their traffic value compared to mix i don't know if you guys remember what mix is was what is something mixes was like five point six thousand versus two hundred and thirteen thousand so vast fast
fast fast difference in the value um what do you guys notice about follow links 76 percent yeah so much higher ratio of follow to nofollow links uh probably contributes quite a bit to their uh their seo value they have a better uh traffic from organic traffic then ppc if you realize 213 thousand dollars for ppc and 225 for organic traffic that means they're doing real good seo yeah which makes sense so let's see home gym equipment let's just look up what comes up when i search for that so if i just search home gym equipment
the google shop ads tonal hydro whatever climber is that's new i guess the mirror i think i mentioned that one so those are what's coming up and then we have rogue fitness tempo fit so they don't come up with that not saying that that's their keyword necessarily but something to note i sometimes like to just google and see what comes up in the ads and the page search and then the organic searches as well just from my browser all right what do you guys notice about their keywords branded yeah mostly branded they're all still in
position one for that so let's see if we can find anything else nope all branded so people would have to search for the brand and know what they're looking for to stumble upon them and a lot of it is like specific products that it's branded for too which you would think would be really hard to search for that select 2060 or whatever that says mm-hmm what might be a way for someone new to a brand's ex like who has just learned about a brand or just remembered a brand uh what marketing tool might encourage them
to search for a specific product like in google search without really knowing the brand if that makes sense social media ads paid ads yep so what do you guys notice about their top pages it's more descriptive to exactly what it is home exercise equipment bikes home gyms dumbbells like specific words yeah i think it's interesting that so much value is on their homepage so that's clearly their priority is just driving people to their home page and hoping that they can get to where they're going from there uh this one is really really buried but what
is something you notice about possible competitors to them within these title tags climber that's a tread climber but maybe that's probably there's pokemon yeah yeah so peloton and zwift apps so their bike is compatible a lot i don't know how familiar you guys are with peloton a lot of people might balk at a i don't know how expensive the new bike is say 3 000 bike and so they might hack the system by getting a much cheaper indoor cycling bike and then just pay 40 a month for the peloton workouts they get access to the
entire library that way so good seo value and good information for someone looking for a cheaper alternative to that uh by highlighting that their bike works with the peloton app whatever that means and it even says it like one more down it says connects to cycling apps so they must really try to get that hit that hard yeah what are you guys noticing with the difference between these two urls that's what i was going to ask um what is it so this one is definitely a collection or a product listing page it's not a specific
product this one looks like it's truly a specific product so there looks like they're trying to kind of rank them for slightly different things while still imparting that information this is the one that said peloton and this is the one that said cycling apps it's a product cat cool let's see what else we can take a look at um let's look at competing domains this is a great the competing domains is really great for identifying competitors specific to seo so something to note when you guys are doing your site planning and architecture is that the
client may identify their own industry competitors and those competitors may be different than their organic search competitors and that's okay it's okay if they don't totally match up the organic search competitors might just give us ideas for ways to better optimize their website within the site planning and architecture and the messaging and planning it doesn't have to change the client's perception of brand brand who they're up against so stephanie is that okay if i take only five competitors a top five competitor in this area right so i don't need to use all these competitors all
of these no you don't have to i would say i would say when you're doing seo keyword research for a client for site planning and architecture i would i would look at all of the clients they are not clients competitors that they provided unless they provided like 10 of them that's too many i would take maybe the top three to five that they sent over and then i would look at competing domains and i would see who goes up against them schwinn is a really good one nautilus is a really good one and then maybe
these two that's all i would do treadmill review review guru what would you guess that they do based off of their url they're just reviewing informational correct so correct so exactly great for backlinks it would be great to get them in there for a mention a follow link something like that but they're probably not like literally a direct competitor they're probably just trying all these equipments and writing honest reviews about them or not so honest if they're getting paid who knows i don't know uh so we could probably skip them so we could probably use
these three or four and call it a day and do a quick analysis on them see what they're ranking for so let's just pop over to schwinn and then we'll do a quick analysis what do you guys notice about their seo no h1 only one h2 so that should be i think there should be at least five h2 correct what do you guys notice about the words that they're using it's very specific for someone who doesn't know their brand or products i don't think they would rank for ec4 yeah exactly it's a horrible that's a
horrible keyword don't let any of your clients do that uh what are you guys noticing about their h3s some of their h3s keywords like good keywords but very uh general like i don't think they'll be able to spot it right away good keywords poor usage i mean there's no real conversion funnel on this home page as you can see it just kind of jumps you down into these indoor cycles yeah so yeah i think it's good that they tagged them as something versus leaving them plain text i think that this would do better uh broken
up into a proper conversion funnel with some sub h ones and some modules and some valuable information and ctas that pair with some of these like incumbent bikes upright bikes indoor cycling to help users actually convert get some more information and kind of know where they want to go um do you guys have anything else any other questions any anywhere you want me to go in ahrefs so you get kind of a better sense of keyword research looking for competitors looking up keywords yourself anything like that there's anything you'd find relevant or any tips that
would be great i think here let's think of something uh i'm gonna do a totally different keyword so mobile forum software so this keyword is relevant for do forms is a good example of a client that this is relevant for and something that i would keep in mind as i'm let's say i want to do a landing page for them so not their homepage i want to do a landing page specific to their mobile form software and what they offer uh 52 is hard but it's not terrible uh the volume's not great uh for the
us but the global volume is fine uh something to note about do forms is that they do work internationally and they have international resellers so in this instance global volume is pretty good and pretty good to know uh what's something about mobile form software uh that would benefit the seo keywords like that would benefit the overall seo for do forms in terms of this particular keyword as a primary keyword so they would also get credit for mobile forms which is much easier and has higher global volume so two for one so you could do mobile
form software you're not going to get dinged for the software it's not front loaded mobile forms is front loaded so you get both of that value and this one obviously is much better and it's less difficult interestingly enough even though mobile form software is a little bit more specific i also think that looking at also rank four is really good to keep an eye on especially with more specific ones you can see due forms actually came up for also rank four um but i think that these could be good possible faqs or h3s possibly in
h2 types of software uh an example of this could be types of software that do forms offers for mobile devices you know it's kind of long let's say that's an faq you'll get the benefit of types of software you'll be able to answer a question for customers and something else to note about faqs is that i personally think it's okay to ask an faq that you know the answer is like a no to like do you offer mobile forms hardware do forbes could be like no but we're compatible with sex benzene and schwinn brothers how
great so the answer can be no in your faqs and you can spin that to be a positive thing so don't be afraid to shy away from those type of questions if you're like oh that's not relevant they don't offer that there could be a potential answer in there and then you still get credit for that keyword was that helpful any of that helpful yes yeah very cool all right i will leave you guys here i'm going to put this on the internet along with our videos from friday that i did not put on the
internet yet um if you guys have any questions if you need any further clarification on anything let me know i'm going to email you guys an assignment by tomorrow morning also it's not due tomorrow don't freak out um ricardo we'll chat separately if you're like i'm good i'm going to do this that's great too not go for it um so i'll send that over to you guys and tomorrow uh i think what makes the most sense because we've been through messaging and planning we've been through the seo keyword research there's 100 videos i don't want
to read the internet to you anymore so what i think we're going to do is do a messaging and planning for a completely different site as well that has a good brand foundation but their conversion funnel is horrible and we'll go through that together do that exercise and hopefully all of this practice will get you guys really comfortable with our best practices great awesome cool thank you thank you let me know and let me pause this
