all right guys so that is what my bedside currently looks like been trying to drink a lot of water but as you can see I've just been so sick um this has come in handy Vapor Rub it's basically like Tiger Balm if anyone's used that um pretty helpful but still I've been sick for like a solid two weeks I blow through like five packs of tissues a day it's just just so so unbearable I hate this so [Music] much all right guys so I literally just bought the domain to my website and paid like the
monthly um subscription it was really cheap this time I managed to get it for like the whole service4 a year so really not that expensive last time I created a website I think it was like 50 a year uh from the same company uh you know all these uh web hosting companies do have sales so wait for them because then you get a year at a lot cheaper rate than you normally would £14 as I just did anyways my plan was to actually have the website bought in like 3 weeks but there's just no point
guys you might as well start where you are with what you have it's just pointless to start in 3 weeks and do 3 weeks of preparation for what or take 3 weeks to take my time there's just simply no need first of all I've done this before and I'm too excited to hold off that long so I'll flip around right now and show you you this is just the uh C panel so what I use is if we go right here WordPress this is the same sort of infrastructure that companies like apple uh I think
Facebook large large very profitable businesses use WordPress so that's something I'm going to use it's super super easy um and my website is called eem Fitness I wasn't able to get iig Fitness for some reason I can't imagine who else would have that website domain but you know it is what it is it's weird but there's nothing I can do about it so yeah guys bought my website going to start working at it um have big plans for it I don't want this just to be a regular website where I have a Blog and I
offer a service I do really believe in giving value so I want to have lots of free content on there and then for the people who can see the value I bring to their lives they can reciprocate that and I'll have some paid products on there as well going into the future where I can really really go in depth long talk really excited for [Music] this all right guys so here's the plan for today I have just a regular chest workout um really really want to focus today so rather than focusing on gang bunch of
different angles and stuff and making a Cool Edit I'm going to leave it really raw for this and I'm going to do a voiceover something I haven't done in a long time um with a bit of information on my chess workout and some of the stuff to come up from this channel so roll in 3 2 1 so I have exactly 3 minutes and 52 seconds to talk over this footage as well as tell you about the future of this Channel and some other exciting project going on that's going to go on so I'm starting
off on flab bench here and really just doing some warm-up sets uh start off with like 50 kilos and work my way up what you're seeing right here is a 90 kilo my PR is 100 kilos so I'm going for 90 kilos at I actually go for two reps and I managed to get three there's one there's two and the even the third one was quite solid I'd say so I was really happy with that one thing you'll notice me do is once I lay back on the bench I'll bring my chest up to the
bar and that sort of sets my scapula and make sure that I'm really getting a good arch in my back as well as keeping my shoulder blades tucked into the bench itself guys if I sound a bit nasly and a bit sick that's because I completely am as you would have seen at the beginning of the video after that I moved on to 3x3 which you just saw and what you're seeing right here is some pause bench which I really really recommend if you guys are trying to get your bench up what you're seeing is
one Mississippi 2 Mississippi 3 Mississippi and up I think I do six reps six or eight reps I'm not quite sure um and that's really all I want to talk about in this portion of the video now I want to talk about what's going on with this series going forward I've been doing powerlifting and the conjugate program for around two months it's been really really fun and I've definitely found that it's helped my three main lifts but not as much as something like the linear program would have I'm not insanely strong guys and I'm nowhere
near my potential so for that reason I just think a linear program would be much better suited to me uh as opposed to a conjugate program another reason is that I'm at a like quite a commercial gym and that means that there's not very much equipment and there's not very much variability which really isn't quite good uh you know there's no power racks there's only two squat racks it's quite hard to do a lot of the movements by the way guys what you're seeing here is uh some dumbbell presses I really need to improve my
dumbbell work even just looking here you can see that my control isn't very good um but yeah getting back to my point what I'm doing doing from here on out is simply not assigning anything to this channel it's really just going to be a vlog and the title of the video will be whatever the main point is from the video I really just don't want to restrict myself uh I want to train in a bodybuilding and powerlifting sense and I really just want to be free and have the option to do whatever I want so
that's what's going on uh that's what's happening going on forward with the channel uh as well as a couple other exciting stuff I'm sorry this is commentary has been quite nasly quite sick uh and enjoy the rest of the video guys all right guys so if you want good sleep here's a couple recommendations number one take zma it's zinc magnesium and vitamin B6 especially for people who work out they have a usually have uh deficiency in zinc um and magnesium for that matter um take this like half an hour 45 minutes before bed and I
just find I get much deeper sleep and I tend to wake up a lot earlier when I have this um so that's number one number two I know this is probably quite silly but even if your room is dark use an eye mask your body is really good at detecting any sort of light and that is quite a hindrance on your sleep so zinc eye mask and lastly one of my friends gave me this a while back stopped using it it's called the Jawbone I had one myself a long time ago there's a feature on
this [Music] where it wakes you up and it buzzes while you're in light sleep and this isn't exclusive to this specific band there are a bunch of other uh you know activity watches that are pretty cheap out there they'll do the same thing so just Snoop around and it comes in handy I'd say so yeah three things ey mask a sleep tracking device and some zma makes for a really good night's sleep so right now I'm going to show you what I do after I finish a book so always when I read a book I
will highlight I'll highlight quite a bit of the book actually and then what I do is ever node is basically just my favorite app in general um so I'll go on my phone and I'll take a photo of all the pages all the highlights that are most important to me and I'll load them all on one Evernote note and then I'll come on my computer uh I'll have them all on here and then I'll also write little paragraph just a little reflection on [Music] whatever is highlighted within that certain thing however it relates back to
my life how you know I can work on it and improve it because it's one thing just to read a book it's a completely other thing to understand it and retain the information so that's why I have that on my computer and I also have it on my phone so when I'm on my way to school I'll just review some of the notes I have and I do this for every book guys it's really really helpful and it's just helped me remember a lot more of the book so I definitely recommend it
