have you ever noticed that job hunting kind of feels like trying to find a parking spot at a mall during Black Friday everybody's fighting for the same spots circling endlessly and getting increasingly frustrated what if I told you that there's an empty parking lot right now around the corner well that's exactly what these companies are they're constantly hiring but most people don't even know they exist and the best part you can work for them without ever leaving your house what's up Freedom Seekers Shane here and today I'm about to drop some serious value bombs you
see several back I was exactly where you might be right now I was stuck working at a 9 to-5 every day dreaming of either working from home or working remote but having no idea where to start and fast forward to today and I've helped thousands of people land remote jobs through this Channel and let me tell you something these companies I'm about to show you they're not just hiring occasionally they're always looking for fresh talent but before we dive in here's something crucial that you need to know the remote job market is changing and that's
why I've personally verified every single company on this list for 2025 so if you're serious about Landing a remote job this year smash that like button right now because that means the algorithm is going to recommend this channel to you right when I post these opportunities all right so one that we noticed is hiring like crazy is thermofisher scientific and this is a $40 billion company and trust me you don't need to be a scientist to work for them these folks are kind of like the Amazon of Science and as they say they're the global
leaders in serving science which is kind of a fancy way of saying we make cool stuff that helps cure diseases and save the planet pretty cool well right now they're particularly thirsty for two types of remote rock stars first up is content optimization Specialists which is a fancy title for people who make complex science stuff actually makes sense and in this role you're like the translator between science speak and human speak then there's the instrument sales representative position and that's exactly what it sounds like you'll be calling up businesses that might be interested in buying
scientific equipment and pushing them over the line and they care much more about your sales skills and your ability to build relationships than your knowledge of molecular biology or chemistry now let me share something interesting from one of their current employees picture this competitive pay benefits that actually benefit you and PTO that you can actually use and one field scientist on glass door mentioned how laid-back the culture is their exact words management is fantastic at letting you do your own thing no micromanaging here and there's even a running joke that people who leave eventually come
back it's kind of like the hotel California of science companies but here's what really sets them apart they're growing so fast that they keep acquiring new companies faster than I acquire random subscriptions that I forget about and yes this does mean occasional reorganizations but it also means constant opportunities for internal movement fresh projects and challenges and never being bored and the bottom line thermofisher scientific is kind of like the cool science teacher who never lets you conduct experiments at home they just trust that you do great work wherever you are now speaking of trust and
flexibility let me introduce you to our next company you know how everyone says money can't buy happiness well our next company might make you question that philosophy meet kforce the Matchmaker of the professional world they're like the Netflix of Staffing except instead of recommending shows you'll never watch they'll connect you with jobs that you might actually love and every year they play Cupid for over 23,000 professionals matching them with over 4,000 companies and right now they've got two smoking hot positions that caught my eye first up low code digital application Builder now this one pays
$42 to $49 per hour and you'll basically be getting paid to play digital Legos and the best part you only need 2 years of experience and in many cases when it says 2 years you can just go ahead and apply anyways then there's their it help desposition and this one's perfect if you're bilingual in English and Spanish and it pays about $ 20 to $21 an hour and the word on the street from kforce employees is that the company's great and the pay is fire One reviewer put it perfect ly good paperwork and pay now
that is what we like to hear sure some folks mention there's no benefits for temporary agents but here's a pro tip when you're making $49 an hour you can buy your own benefits and still come out ahead and what makes K4 special is they're always hiring and the culture is actually great now by the way if you're wondering Shane I love these opportunities but you know some of these require you to have a skill set even if they don't require you to actually have experience so how do I learn those skills well I recommend taking
certificates from companies like Google IBM and meta because these companies will teach you the exact skills that you need to know in order to get started it's literally straight from the horse's mouth it's not colleges teaching you a bunch of skills that maybe are useful but 95% of the time it's not actually applicable it's the actual companies teaching you the in demand skills that they need and I made a list of my absolute favorite certificates and you can check that out down in the description and the pin comment below number three is going to be
Beacon Hill staffing group now speaking of going places let me introduce you to a company that's all about career movement picture this a staffing agency that actually staffs that would be great not revolutionary I know but trust me this one's a little bit different they have a 4.5 star rating and they have multiple best of Staffing Awards so they're more like career Architects and their current remote lineup is particularly interesting check this out they're offering a B2B copywriter position at 20 to 30 hours a week paying $ 40 to $50 per hour and here's another
one an IT communication specialist position that's fully remote that also pays well and this is a great company however employees say things like the culture and Company values are great but prepare for intensity however 71 reviewers can't stop talking about how well they keep everyone informed and they're incredibly quick One reviewer landed their dream job within a week of applying however some folks do mention how hours can get heavy but this is pretty normal and you kind of have to prove yourself especially when you're at the beginning of your career so go ahead get that
experience prove yourself gain those in demand skills and then you can do whatever you want down the line number four is aor and they're basically running like a global village of remote workers across 18 different companies and if they hire you they'll actually give you the equipment that you need to work from home none of that bring your own computer nonsense that's right their remote opportunities are seriously worth checking out for instance Healthcare customer service representative starting at about $15 an hour and they offer daily or weekly pay options now it's not just customer service
roles they also offer Global product marketing specialist roles and they say you only need 1 to two years of experience which I show people exactly how to generate 1 to two years of experience in my Ultimate Guide to getting a remote job which you can check out down in the description and the pin comment below now let me share something interesting from their team the word around the virtual water cooler is that co-workers are absolutely amazing and I mean multiple reviews say the same thing and you get a full benefits package tuition reimbursement and 70%
of leaders are promoted from within plus you get some really cool stuff like employee discounts on everything from groceries to travel now now full transparency some folks mention the leadership can be a bit flip-floppy but that happens in just about every company so yeah this one rated extremely well lots of positive reviews also tons of job postings we did lots of research on this I really liked it next one is going to be JJ Keller and they're a company that's dedicated to keeping workplaces safe and they've been doing it for over 70 years and they're
currently looking for inside sales representatives but before you run away screaming nope sales can't do that let me tell tell you what makes this a little bit different first of all you're making $53 to $770,000 a year right off the bat and there's no nights or weekends plus there's 17 days paid time off plus nine holidays plus they have lots of amazing benefits and sales is one of those positions that you can get into relatively easily now this isn't some kind of used car salesman type of position sales is completely different depending on the industry
that you go into and according to their Glass Door reviews this is a really solid company for instance they say that most employees have been with the company for years and all they're asking for in this position is a high school diploma so yeah this one is really solid and by the way if you haven't done it already what are you doing hit that subscribe button you definitely don't want to miss out on these future opportunities cuz we're looking these up all the time and if you don't watch the video right away you probably won't
be one of the first ones to apply next is going to be tte that is ttec now they actually have a lot of openings but at the time of making this video there's three that really caught my eye first production clerk this one is an entry point into the company right it's a total entry level job and it starts at about $15 per hour with a clear path upwards second we've got quality assurance specialist this one is perfect for the detail obsessed people that are among us and basically you're going to be making sure that
the company gives really good customer service then third we've got web developers and they make about $10 to $130,000 annually and in this position you're going to be building AI powered solutions from your home office now let's see what glass door says cuz we analyzed thousands of different employee responses and 849 employees say that the flexibility is unmatched 422 mention the workload can get heavy but 558 reviews specifically mention good pay with low stress and 361 employees Rave about working with people worldwide and yes the benefits package is actually comprehensive but training can sometimes be
intense however once you're through that phase you're basically set for career growth because ttec isn't just a job it's a career ladder and the best part is every rung pays better than the last all right so the next one on the list is going to be found ever and this is one that might make you rethink everything that you know about insurance jobs and found ever is where Insurance meets Innovation and one opening that caught my eye is this one which is a PNC personal lines life or health licensed agent and it's basically just inbound
Insurance related support and you're making $18 to $19 per hour plus bonus opportunities and yes they actually provide the equipment now here's what caught my eye from an actual employee they respected deadlines no ghosting whatsoever another employee said says I have nothing negative to mention after working for them for 6 months and overall the sentiment was really positive especially for an insurance company next one on the list is going to be CVS health and this is a company where customer service Representatives can make up to $25.65 cents an hour show me the money and they'll
even help to pay for your education and this isn't the corner store CVS we're talking about we're talking about one of healthcare's biggest players with over 300,000 employees right CVS isn't just filling prescriptions anymore and there's two career paths that caught my attention first of all customer service representatives and they make about 17 to $25 per hour and it's 100% remote second is the client implementations analyst role they make about $43 to $85,000 a year and this is for those who have some project management skill now they've got great benefits they've got stock purchase options
and according to Glass Door reviews they actually care about your situation just for a few examples if you're a single parent they'll work with your schedule if you're a night owl they've got shifts for you if you're pursuing education they'll help foot the bill etc etc so yeah overall really good stuff next is going to be opum and this is another healthc care Giant and you can kind of think of them as healthc Care's Mission Control connecting patients with care making sense of medical mumbo jumbo and they have a lot of remote employees for instance
you could become a care team associate now this particular position prefers if you're based in Houston or within 100 miles of Houston however they have lots and lots of these posting and chances are you probably live in one of the areas that they're hiring in and in this particular posting you get 2 to three weeks of paid training and all they require is a high school diploma medical terminology knowledge Microsoft Office skills and a dedicated workspace now I found this glass door review from an advanced practice provider who's been there for 8 years they said
the schedule flexibility is amazing you make your own hours and since you're not prescribing you can actually focus on patient education and getting them to healthier outcomes now there were some comments about the work being a little bit lonely this is something that you'll just experience with remote work however some employees say that that can be a pro there's more Focus time and they have a lot of the other things that I mentioned with the other companies like comprehensive benefits packages Career Development actual work life balance so yeah definitely one to look into and they
have a ton of job postings number 10 is going to be Pearson and remember those standardized tests that you took in school well do you ever wonder who grades them now there's a very good chance when you were studying for the act or the SAT or one of those standardized tests that Pearson was the company who actually did the test itself and they're the company who sells some really good study material for them now one position that they posted is a math scoring assistant and you earn about $17.50 per hour another one is a general
exam scorer with the same hourly rate and there's a lot of part-time and full-time availability and on glass door over 700 employees say their colleagues are fantastic 338 praise the work life balance This reviewer put it perfectly they said the work life balance is pretty good and your schedule can be flexible with options to work from home however some of the reviews said that the pay isn't that great however 712 reviews say that the benefits are solid and 207 reviews say that the work is Meaningful so yeah this is a great opportunity for you if
you're a teacher a retired teacher an education professional a math Enthusiast or anyone who just wants some structured flexibility so yeah another really solid one and like I said before if you want to know where I recommend that you get skilled I'll have that link down in the description in the pin comment below now there's some other really good companies guys I'm just going to go through these really quickly GitHub is great they've got a lot of options especially for people who are technology Savvy aha literally the company called aha is really good too they
got a lot of really good options activist connect is a good one AC Quint is a good one and HubSpot HubSpot is a phenomenal company that's going to be more for people who are already pretty skilled and they already have some work experience typically HubSpot is a little bit picky about who they accept but it is a phenomenal company so yeah definitely check those out and if you want to know a guide on exactly how to land these jobs literally the entire process my system that's helped hundreds of people land the jobs I also have
