The expectation is for the quarterback to turn it all around. There's the boy. You never know when your opportunity is going to be.
I feel like I could take a zebra. What's a zebra going to do? Kick me.
We got 7 days till proday. So, today we're just going to go through the proday script. Being able to get back here and work with the other guys has been huge.
Um, we're looking to get some good work in today. [Music] [Music] and I'm going to name the row of routes you got and we'll just get on the ball. Go throw it.
We go. We go. We go.
He's deep. Hold up. I felt like you were a little deep.
So, how deep do you want me getting out my Do you want to knod it like that? I do. Okay, then we're going to have to treat it like it's man.
You think it like right here? Yeah. Bop bop bop bop.
Yeah. We [Music] go. You're out.
We go. We go. Go get it.
Let's go. Zone like cover three. You're going to go You're going to go higher like chase the hills of the post.
[Music] Look. Here we go. [Music] I'm tripping, bro.
Why am I throwing it like that, bro? Ah. Hey, can you run that?
Come on, bro. You know that. Look.
Yeah, I like that. Appreciate you. You repping this like clockwork.
I know. I come out of that right smooth for day one. Got to clean up on a few things, but day one was good.
In my line of work, capability alone isn't enough. It takes power, confidence, and passion. I'm not here to meet expectations.
I'm here to exceed them. So, usually we have our pregame speech in the locker room. Start the walk up right here.
This walk, it feels long when you're not like you don't have a ton of adrenaline and stuff, but when you get your adrenaline and the juices flowing, the walk feels fast. And then usually right about now you can start hearing like the stadium like and the fans kind of go crazy. The stadium shaking.
So usually like huddle up like right here. Kind of link arms with everybody. The whole stadium would lock arms and kind of like rock back and forth.
It was sick. I didn't really understand SEC football till I got out here. You hear it all the time how it's different.
Football means something different in the South. So, we have the best tailgating in the country. I think we have the best fan base in the country.
This place sold out for every home game. It's a special atmosphere and environment to play for. So, you mentioned that one of your favorite memories was uh when the fans rush the field, you know, just taking that knee and then just feeling like the rush of excitement and joy in that moment was super special.
And I remember like being hyped and kind of like mobbing with everybody. And then I got like super claustrophobic cuz I couldn't freaking move. But it was sick cuz I kind of crowd surfed me from here to the sideline which was sick.
I kind of just blacked out for a while and then I got pissed because I went down to the locker room and all my teammates were still stuck up here. They couldn't get off the field. So then I was like I got to come back up here and celebrate.
So I came back [Music] out. It's definitely special. This place means a lot to me.
Um, you know, miss will always run through my blood and uh, yeah, I love the sip. So, definitely means a lot. Fudge.
I totally locked us out. That's impressive. I guess I didn't mean too much to him.
Oh, let's go, Kyle. They cut you off. They cut me off.
What? Isn't that crazy? We should be able to get that fixed.
I know. I'm gone for like two months. Come on.
Got to go late about that. There we go. Let's go.
There we go. Thank you, sir. Win.
Oh, let's go to the NFL wall. 16 Super Bowl champions. Going to be 17.
We got 312 alltime Rebels drafted. I'm going to be right there. Mine's going to be silver.
Super Bowl champ. Eli. Oh, yeah.
Yeah. Eli's been like a huge mentor of mine when I first got here. Here's like another little highlight thing.
There's the boy. It's a fit, too. You guys want to go see the practice field?
Yeah, let's do it. Let's not get locked out this time. You can get a little leg workout in.
Oh, I always get my leg workout in. you know, if you ever just, you know, want some time to get away and kind of be at your own peace, come up here a little bit, you know, meditate. How important is mental health to you?
H it's huge. Um, you know, quite honestly, like growing up, you heard things all the time, oh, that's just soft. Just get over it, right?
But I think that when you get to a certain place and you're trying to be the best and excel at the highest level, you know, your mental health, your mental capacity is probably the most important thing because everybody can do the same things, you know, physically. And then it turns to, you know, who's mentally the strongest, who's the one who can just, you know, be at neutral through it all. And so anytime that you're out there, the last play, success or failure means nothing.
You know, it's about going on to the next one and executing it. So when you can have, you know, good mental stamina, staying at neutral, being confident in yourself, that's when you really excel and put yourself at the next level. And I think that that's where you see, you know, good athletes turn great and then great athletes become the [Music] greatest.
Look at the dust. I just I just dusted you, bro. [Music] What's up y'all?
I'm with Caleb aka Bucks right here. About to take this thing off road and go shooting. See what's about.
You want to connect the sweet dog? We don't need no I want air conditioned seats. God, this is a lot of high tech for low tech redneck.
Even even the passenger side. Look at this thing. That's a screen, too.
Yes. Okay, here we go. Off-road.
That's money right there. How about [Music] that? This right here is dirt.
Oh, good. Oh my god. How about that?
Oh my god. Uhoh. Uhoh.
Uhoh. Uhoh. Uhoh.
Uhoh. Uhoh. Uhoh.
Hold on. Here we go. It's kind of cool when you start when the sand or like the dirt gets softer because you kind of feel like you're floating when you're driving.
Look at that sun beaming right on us, bucky boy. Oh [Music] god. If I put it on the floor, I'll go higher.
Go. My god. [Music] Oh, I know.
We're in four-wheel drive. I got something in two wheel drive. Had to hit a donut.
You want me to? Okay. Hold up.
I'm putting too Keep going. Keep going. We're good.
I can hear that engine fan. [Music] Had a lot of good times out here, haven't we? Oh, yeah.
[Music] This thing turns pretty dang good. Four-wheel drive. It [Music] does.
Just got done driving around. Got to Eli's farm. About to go shoot some ski.
Let's go do [Music] it. So, that would have been a good starter right there. I would have loved that.
Start. Did you get that? There you go.
So, this kind of takes me back to right when I moved to Mississippi. You know, Eli and Buckshot were some of my first friends when I got here and kind of took me under their wing. For the people, we're playing a game.
Don't really have a name for it, but it's just something we come up over the years of doing this. All right. It's a good way to start, huh?
If you shoot and you hit it, but you leave a good chunk of it, the second person can shoot. If they hit that little chunk, then you get a strike. If you get two strikes, you're out.
Damn. If you shoot and you miss, you get a strike. And then the second person shoots, they hit it, then you get two strikes.
You're automatically out. [Applause] That's a strike. That's a strike.
I got a strike though. You do? No, you're two strikes.
You're actually How am I? Cuz you missed and then I missed. So you're at How many strikes?
I'm at one. You're at two. Wait, don't we switch order?
Yeah, you're out. We'll just switch it up. No, I'm not out.
You had two strikes. You're out. You know, they're both local kids from the state of Mississippi and kind of just got me accustomed to the state and what it's about.
You know you were going to hit that. I don't think I've beat bug shot yet. Pull.
Dude, that thing is murdered. That thing is murdered. Pull.
Oh my god. Shot over it. It's technically yours.
Three strikes. Cut that out. Well, pretty boy wants to edit out.
I think so. That's where it counts, baby. Pull.
Don't let that Don't let that pressure get to you now. The first one. Uh, two strikes.
Yeah, we'll start it over. Ladies and gentlemen, this game pretty quickly. What is he saying?
What is he saying? He's going to get whooped. Pull.
Oh. Ah, that's a strike for the pretty boy. Trying to get him.
How many shots you got left? I got one. That's all I need.
I'm going to end it right here. Oh, ball game. Ball game.
Boom. That's just unfortunate. You know, being able to come back out here with them, you know, kind of our final time here.
It's special and the bond that we've created will last a lifetime. So definitely grateful for it. Wait, hold up.
I want Ash to shoot it. How much? Kind of put under it.
See that? See the path? Put it right under it and then you'll Okay.
You ready? Yep. Hey, she smoked it.
That's tough. Let's go. You did better than Jackson.
He misses one. You are. Thanks, guys.
That fire you up. That fired me up. [Music] Oh yeah.
You like that? I like that. What do you think your uh your overall on men's going to be?
I would say rookie year I would feel good if they started me out at like a 80 three solid. Is that solid? That feels realistic.
I think that's somewhat realistic. This is going to be a hard pivot, but we asked uh Ashton this question, okay? And it was great, and I feel like we need everyone's answer to this.
What animal do you think you could take down in nature with your bare hands? Like the biggest What did he say? Oh, a bear.
Come on, bro. I'm running through his face. Yeah, that's not happening.
Hell no. No, you're not going to be able to do that. I feel like as a hunter, you've got some like uh Yeah, I think I've seen stuff live.
So, I think a bear would be on the bottom of like what I would actually even put myself in the situation. I would say a young adult that is not full size and maybe starving a little bit. So, let's skinny mountain line.
But a full grown tom cat. Heck no. I feel like I could take in the wild.
I feel like I could take a zebra. What's a zebra going to do? Kick me probably.
Okay. I think I could box a kangaroo for sure. Or a panda.
An emperor penguin. I'm not going to say a monkey. No.
Like a chimp. Screw you up. I'm not going to say a turkey either.
They are aggressive. You ever seen a turkey fight a turkey? Could you take down a turkey with your bare hands?
Well, if my life depended on it. Yeah. Yeah, I could kill a turkey, but I wouldn't want to.
I feel like I could take an analopee. What animal would you be the most horrified to fight? Like you know it game over as soon as you step in the Thunderdome.
A h a hippo, a rhino, a lion, a grizzly bear, freaking orca, great white, a wolf. He really said a bear. Like and he and he wholeheartedly thought he could beat the bear.
Dude, you can take a bear. I'm taking a bear, bro. I might take an elephant.
Let me tell you, if he sees a freaking grizzly bear in the wild, the last thought in his mind is I I can take this thing. You're about to die, brother. So, I'm thinking just clean up like the edges.
I don't want to go like much shorter than this. Okay. And then just you want me to just clean it up around the sides?
Okay. Say no more. Bro, my hair looks sick for the combine.
Come on, dude. I was looking at that and I like how you let it flow, too. I was so stoked when I was watching you, man.
Hell yeah. How often do you hear like, "Bro, your game day fit is swaggy all the time. " All the time, right?
Does something like that that strokes your ego? Like, would you get like, "Oh, I know. " Or is it kind of like, "All sick.
They think I look sick when I'm playing. " Well, you got to feel good. Like there's no way there's no way I could step on a field and not feel like I put it on, you know?
Right. Top five swaggiest quarterbacks right now. Top five swaggiest quarterbacks.
Lamar it. Jaylen Herz. Joe, his pregame fits, bro.
And he has bro and he has aura. CJ's got drip ultra. So, at the combine, they'd ask you about your story and they would be like, "Okay, like if you could train with anybody, past or present, who would it be?
" Nice question. That's a great question. And everybody was saying Tom Brady, Pat Mahomes, Joe Montana, right?
They asked me that question. You know who I said? I said, "Jamus wants I said Jamus.
I want to trade Jamus. I'm always going to choose Jamus. I don't care what none of y'all say, bro.
If you really pay attention to his workouts though, he is like grinding. Really? Yes.
I feel like he would be like the best teammate. I would love to play a Jamus because you hear everybody talk about him like he's super he's super football like intelligent. Yeah.
And I feel like he'd be like a really good guy to like learn. Well, bro, you're not in the league this long still if you didn't offer something, bro. 100%.
Like you never know like when your opportunity is going to be. So you got to make sure that when you get out there you take the most of it. That's tough.
Appreciate you f Swaggy my guy. Swaggy my dog. Yes sir.
Let me get the hair off you real quick. Hey, I appreciate you watching that video. But before you dip, do me a little favor.
Go hit the OT shop and check out some of the new drops. They're all bangers. It's going to be hard to pick a favorite, but I promise it'll be worth it when you do.
