The easiest way to conceptualize trauma from a point of metaphysics is by realizing that trauma is nothing more than an emotionally intense experience. Any experience that is emotionally intensive, more on the Negative

side is trauma. And because it has a high degree of emotional intensity, it has the capability of actually near psyche. No one's serious. It has it has the capability of reaching the subconscious mind and altering your subconscious mind. And a lot of people may have a desire to attain a certain reality whether it's a partner but because they've been through so much toxicity and trauma emot emotional Intensity. Bear in mind every time you hear the word trauma say emotionally intense. Trauma emotionally intense. Trauma emotionally intense. Because people have been in relationships that are toxic and

have stimulated or generated a high degree of emotional negativity that has now alter their subconscious mind and put them in a traumatic experience to which now they can do nothing except materialize that same degree of toxicity because as Within as without on earth as it is in heaven. Your subconscious mind is quite literally the womb of your reality. So a lot of people will have a desire without coming to the recognition of how their trauma is actually in contradiction to what they want. And the only way to alter your trauma is to recreate your trauma

through your imagination, but alter what takes place in the subconscious mind and recreate it from being that negative experience to a more Positive experience. And that way, if you do that by creating an equal or more powerful emotional charge, then you dissipate that energy. I'm going to be right back. You're about to start. So, get into a deeply relaxed meditative state. and then recreate that traumatic experience. But just as about your just as about just as you're about to experience trauma, recreate it in a positive way. Your mind is going to resist that first.
