[Music] In the last video, we started the topic of dealing with understanding the Covenant. In order to understand the renewed Covenant, you must understand the first Covenant. There is a reason that the Bible starts with the Torah.
The Torah is the first five books of Moses: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. This is the Torah, and this is the foundation of our faith; it should never be ignored. This is the beginning foundation that you must start from if you're going to understand the renewed Covenant that we're in today.
The reason why there is so much confusion today in regards to the renewed Covenant is that people have declared that they understand this Covenant and the gospel without ever understanding the foundation that our Father laid with His chosen people. People want to start with the Gospels, and then they read Paul's letters, and then they declare that they understand the Covenant and the gospel, but it's proven that they do not, because they ignore the foundation and the culture that the people who wrote the Scriptures spoke from. When reading the Scriptures, they build on themselves; when reading the Bible and understanding it, they need to read it precept upon precept.
This means, for example, that you cannot start understanding the precept of atonement by understanding only what the Messiah does, but not understanding how atonement was given before the Messiah came. When you do this, you leave out a great deal of understanding, but unfortunately, this is what most people do. There are foundations that our Father laid that you must understand, which the people who wrote the Scriptures had.
For instance, when reading the Gospels, if you do not understand the culture of the people that Yahusha came to, if you don't understand their ways, how they were supposed to live, what they were already doing, and how they were living, then it's very easy to misunderstand the Gospels. Understand that the Israelites were a set-apart people from the outset. Yahweh told them that they were to be set apart unto Him only.
It says, "And you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel" (Exodus 19:6). You see, to be holy is the Hebrew word "kodesh," which means to be consecrated or special, or simply to be set apart.
To be holy is to be set apart, to be called out, and this is what Israel was to Yahweh. They were set apart to Him; they were not meant to be followers. They did not follow the other nations; they did not adapt to the ways of the other nations.
In fact, they were commanded to ignore all the ways of the other nations, so that they were not influenced by them. Being set apart was their requirement. Therefore, if you're going to read the Scriptures, you must understand their culture, which made them set apart unto Yahweh.
This was the foundation, and it never changed; it still is the same until this day. Our Father desires us to be set apart from everyone else. We are to be the light of the world.
So answer me this: How can we shine our light if our light is at the same level of brightness as everyone else? You see, Yahweh had a way that was different from all the other nations. His light was brighter than all others, and it was only Israel that was given His way and means to show His light.
Therefore, in order to understand the renewed Covenant, you must understand the way that the children of Israel lived. The problem is that most people have never had this foundation, but because they have read the New Testament and six chapters of the Book of Galatians, they think that they can understand the gospel and what Paul was saying. You cannot understand Paul without understanding Paul's foundation.
You must understand his foundation. Paul was a Pharisee; he boasted of it many times. Understand this clearly: there is no one in the Scriptures that was found righteous who did not follow the Torah.
So if you're following a faith that's not following the Torah, who are you modeling your life after? The Torah is not about obtaining salvation, but about service and being obedient to Yahweh. The Torah is about being set apart to Yahweh and living according to His ways.
If you are not set apart to Him, then you are of this world, and therefore you are not His. So it was important that you were given the basis of the first Covenant in order to understand the renewed Covenant. That was the premise and the point of the last video.
You were given a basis of understanding the first Covenant so that you can understand what changed in the renewed Covenant. Let me give you an example: Imagine a child who was asleep for the majority of his life until he was a teenager, waking up at 14 or 15 years old, and now you want to put him in school. You feel that you should put him in the ninth grade because the subjects learned in the ninth grade are what the nine years of school before it have just been building up to.
So instead of wasting this child's time with all the early stuff, you decide to just jump to that part that you feel that they need to know in order to live in the world. And you know what? They’re 15; maybe you could teach them things, and they could understand certain things.
But you know what? They will always be off because there was no foundation. the Pharisees, you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
This shows us that Yahusha did not come to abolish the first Covenant; rather, He came to fulfill it. The renewed Covenant builds upon this foundation, clarifying and expanding upon the principles already established. Therefore, in order to fully grasp the renewed Covenant, one must first appreciate the significance of the first Covenant.
Additionally, we must recognize that the renewed Covenant is a promise that encompasses both Israel and Judah, as foretold by the prophets. It is deeply rooted in the idea of restoration and a deeper relationship with Yahweh. Yahusha’s sacrifice was not only a means of atonement but also a fulfillment of the prophetic words about a new heart and a new spirit.
Thus, as we embark on this journey through the renewed Covenant, let us remember the essential context provided by the first Covenant. The understanding of our relationship with Yahweh, rooted in His laws and commandments, informs our comprehension of what it means to live in the new life He offers. Now, let us delve deeper into the renewed Covenant and the implications it has for those who choose to follow Yahusha and embrace the teachings of the Scriptures.
We will explore how this covenant transforms our lives and the ways in which it calls us to engage with Him and with one another. Let's begin. "Pharisees, you will by no means enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
" That's Matthew 5:17-20. This must be first understood at the premise: if you are a believer in Yahusha, you must take His words and apply them. You see, this right here is the most hypocritical thing about Christians—they say they're Christian because they follow Christ.
This is why they say they're Christians: but the Messiah said He did not come to destroy the law. He said, "Till Heaven and Earth pass away, not one jot or tittle will pass from the law till all is fulfilled. " The definition of a jot is a very small amount; the definition of a tittle is a tiny amount of or part of something, expressing that not even a small amount is passed from the law until all is fulfilled.
This is what He said. He even goes as deep to explain that anyone teaching people to break the Commandments will be called least in the Kingdom, and if your righteousness didn't exceed the Pharisees, you wouldn't even enter the Kingdom. So, the hypocrisy of people who call themselves Christians, saying they follow Christ but ignore this, then immediately go to Paul and believe the law is destroyed and done—that's pure hypocrisy.
This is not Christianity; it's what you call Christianity. So first off, dealing with Paul, let's be clear: you are applying what Paul said incorrectly. That goes back to understanding his foundation, but I'm not going to beat that dead horse right now.
Let me say this: even if, let's say, Paul said that the law is done away with, if you are one who says you're following the Messiah, whose words are you following more? Because the Messiah you label yourself after following, He said this—His words: He said He did not come to destroy the law and nothing passes from the law until all is fulfilled, and until Heaven and Earth pass away. So what are all Christians waiting for?
Yeah, they're waiting for the new Heaven and new Earth, so it's obvious that Heaven and Earth have not passed away yet. So this foundation must be established and set with those who claim to actually fight, follow, and believe in our Messiah. His words must come first—not the way that you were taught through your Christian churches.
So let's establish that now, not because I said it, but because our Messiah did: "Not one jot or tittle will by no means pass from the law until all is fulfilled," and we very clearly have more that needs to be fulfilled. All has not been fulfilled if you know Bible prophecy. So in dealing with the renewed Covenant and going back to what Yahusha said earlier, do not think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets.
I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. Let's first talk about what He came to fulfill. Now, let me first say that I have covered this topic very in-depth in the series "Understanding the New Covenant.
" The book of Hebrews breaks the subject down methodically, and that series goes in depth, breaking down the book of Hebrews. He proves it all in the book about what has changed in the renewed Covenant. I will not be going as in-depth as that book does, so I do encourage everyone to watch that series.
But let's talk about what Yahusha came to fulfill. The reason why the last video was titled "You Can't Understand the Renewed Covenant if You Don't Understand the First Covenant" is because of this reason about what Yahusha came to fulfill. You must understand that the old Covenant was a foreshadowing of Yahweh's promise for His people, and Yahusha was the fulfillment of it.
The renewed Covenant should be understood by contrasting it with the old Covenant. When saying that Yahusha, the Messiah, fulfilled the law, you're saying this because the first Covenant was a foreshadowing of what Yahweh planned to do through His Son. Throughout the Torah, Yahweh has foreshadowed this plan of fulfillment, from asking Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, his son, to requiring Israel to cover their doorposts with the blood of an unblemished lamb, to having the high priest atone for our sins annually in the holiest place.
There was a complete foreshadowing of the renewed Covenant to come, and Yahusha is the fulfillment of it. His sacrifice was the fulfillment of what the Torah had foreshadowed. He gave a more perfect, complete sacrifice that atoned not only for our flesh but for our hearts, and Yahweh would remember our sins no more.
This is what Yahusha meant when He said He came to fulfill. He had a role to play in fulfilling our Father's plan for the world. Yahusha, He is the Passover Lamb; He is the only begotten Son of Yahweh that Yahweh had to sacrifice for us.
He is the atonement for the sins of the people once and for all. Instead of requiring sacrifice of a goat every year on the Day of Atonement, the first Covenant was a complete foreshadowing of our Messiah that Yahusha later came and fulfilled through His sacrifice. But I will speak more about that later.
This point that I just made about what He fulfilled is very important for you to understand. Okay, so once that's understood, let's deal with the actual renewed Covenant. Again, dealing with the renewed Covenant, it's prophesied in Jeremiah chapter 31: "But this is the Covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” says Yahweh.
“I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts, and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people. No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know Yahweh,’ for they all shall know me, from the least of them. .
. " To the greatest of them, says Yahweh, "For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more. " That's Jeremiah 31:33-34.
You see, the renewed covenant made with Israel and Judah was not according to the covenant He made with their fathers. There were four provisions of this renewed covenant: First, Yahweh's law will be written on believers' minds and their hearts. Second, believers will have a personal relationship with Yahweh.
Third, all will know Him. And fourth, Yahweh will forgive the sins of believers and remember them no more. This is all from the prophecy of the renewed covenant in Jeremiah chapter 31.
So let's break it down; let's deal with each one. The first one: Yahweh's law will be written on believers' minds and their hearts. You see, this is in contrast to the first covenant that we went over in the last video, in which Yahweh wrote His law on tablets of stone.
In the renewed covenant, the same law that was written on stone He is writing on our minds and our hearts. This is so important to understand; if you say that the law is done away with, it makes absolutely no sense because that’s not the covenant. That the same law that He wrote on tablets of stone He is now writing on our hearts.
So, here's the thing: if you have a problem with keeping His commandments, you have a problem with the renewed covenant. You see, there’s no abandoning of the law; He’s supposed to be writing it on our hearts. If you have a problem keeping it, it is because that law is not on your heart, and that’s a problem you have.
The second part is that believers will have a personal relationship with Yahweh. This is just fulfilling what He desired in the first covenant. You find this promise in Exodus 29:45 and Leviticus 26:12.
He said, "I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their Elohim. " That’s Exodus 29:45. Also, "I will walk among you and be your Elohim, and you shall be my people.
" That’s Leviticus 26:12. This was always what our Father desired; that’s why it’s important to understand this covenant is renewed. He used Yahusha in order to fulfill what He always desired since He established the first covenant.
The third part of the renewed covenant is that all will know Him. No longer will Pharisees and scribes have to teach the intricacies of the law to the people. You can see this is what He wanted.
If you continue on in that verse from Exodus 29, He says, "I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their Elohim, and they shall know that I am Yahweh their Elohim who brought them up out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them. I am Yahweh their Elohim. " (Exodus 29:45-46).
You see, He desires that His children all know Him. In reference to the part about no longer needing to be taught, maybe you say, "Well then, why are you teaching if we’re in this new covenant? " That’s a decent question.
Let me just say that the reason people like me are here to teach is because the devil has put out false teachers and false doctrines that have been put in place of you knowing Him as you should and has quenched what has been written on your heart. He has tainted the truth. If you notice, my overall mission has always been for you to read the scriptures yourself because, get this, when this is done, His Spirit will minister to you, as is the case for many people you hear from in the comments.
So, it’s not about the fact that you need someone here to teach you; it’s the fact of what the devil has done, and we’re trying to counteract those things. I hope that makes sense. Now, the fourth part is that Yahweh will forgive the sins of believers and remember them no more.
It is on this last part that is the most important part to understand in the renewed covenant, but I will not cover this part in this video. We will deal with that next. In this video, we’re covering the first three parts.
I want to make sure you understand how the first three parts of this renewed covenant are fulfilled. What we’re dealing with now is how Yahweh's law is written on believers' minds and their hearts, how believers will have a personal relationship with Yahweh, and how all believers will know Him. That’s what we’re dealing with right now.
Understand this: part of the renewed covenant was fulfilled through the giving of the Ruach Hakodesh, the Holy Spirit. This is what Yahusha said: "If you love Me, keep My commandments, and I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. " (John 14:15-18). I stop right there just to emphasize the Helper and what the promise was, but if we keep reading, things get even more clarified.
He says, "A little while longer, and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.
He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. " "Him, Judas, not Iscariot, said to Him, 'Adon, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us and not to the world?
' Yahusha answered and said to him, 'If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love Me does not keep My words, and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me. These things I have spoken to you while being present with you.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all things that I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you, not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
You have heard Me say to you, 'I am going away and coming back to you. ' If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, 'I am going to the Father,' for My Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.
I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me. But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me the commandment, so I do. Arise, let us go from here.
' (John 14:19-31) You see, this is the promise of the Ruach HaKodesh that our Father has always desired for us. He has always desired to dwell amongst us. I mean, listen to how beautiful it is what Yahusha just said.
He said, 'If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. ' They will dwell in us. You see, through us receiving this gift, He is able to write His law on our hearts and our minds.
He's able to have a personal relationship with us that we all know Him through the Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit. This is how He is able to tabernacle amongst us, just as He did with Israel in the first covenant, and this is a major part of the renewed covenant. Now I need you to get this: the problem that Christians have—you see, they understand the Holy Spirit, yes, but Yahweh is quenched in them.
The Spirit is quenched in them, and this is because of false teachers and false doctrines that they follow more than the Spirit—the Spirit that's trying to lead them. And these false teachers and these false doctrines do not allow our Father to dwell with them and lead them, and that's another problem that I will discuss later in more detail. My point is that through the Holy Spirit, this is how our Father fulfilled this part of the renewed covenant.
And so you must understand that the Torah has not gone away; the Holy Spirit is what leads us and guides us through applying the Torah in our lives. So, for instance, our Father knew that we would be in captivity, spread out in the other nations; He knew and prophesied of it. In our captivity today, many of the laws that He gave Israel, they just want to apply to us today, and this is why we have the Holy Spirit.
You see, the Holy Spirit leads us in how He desires us to live according to His commands. When we abide in His Spirit and let His Spirit guide our lives, then we are moving according to His will for us. So when people apply Paul and speak about being led by the Spirit, this is exactly what he means.
The renewed covenant doesn’t negate the law or the Torah; the renewed covenant writes the Torah on our hearts. So if we walk according to the Spirit and how He moves in our lives, we will be living according to the Torah and applying it through a circumcised heart. So here's the reason why I've been stressing about going back and reading the Torah and understanding it.
You see, the reason why it's important to go back to the Torah and read it now is because of the exposure to false teachers and false doctrines that we have grown up under and been exposed to. All of that has quenched the Spirit in many of our lives, and therefore, when the Spirit is moving us according to His Torah, we can often reject it because we're applying false doctrines of men instead of applying our Father's Torah. You see, Yahweh is leading our hearts one way, but our false doctrines and false mindsets of Him actually reject His leading, and because of that, we are quenching His influence that He desires to have on us, and this is very wrong.
Let me give you an example. For instance, years back, I remember when I would see a pork chop, I would get an uneasy feeling like, 'This can't be right to eat. ' It doesn't look good; something in my spirit would tell me it's wrong to eat this.
Or, all of a sudden, anytime I would eat a pork rib, I would start getting sick. It had never happened to me before; all of a sudden, this started happening. Something in me would be telling me that eating this was not right for me.
But because I was still under false teachings and I had never really read the Torah for myself, I ignored those feelings and would still keep eating those unclean foods because it always seemed like that couldn't be a big deal. But it wasn't until I. .
. " Removed those doctrines and said I was going to apply the Torah. What he said was that clarity came to me, and I understood that it was him telling me to stop eating these foods.
It was him making my body sick, my body becoming inflamed and rejecting that food. It was those foods that were making my body look unhealthy. After I went to his diet plan, my health started to get better, and my body stopped being so inflamed.
All that food—the shellfish and the pork—they're not good for me, not for my body. As soon as I got rid of it, I became healthier. You see, I was quenching his spirit in my life, and I didn't realize it.
I was just following doctrines of men, but he was speaking to me all along. I was just quenching him and his influence. Another example: just living in life, there were times when someone would give me the wrong change back, or I would receive extra money for something, or if I was doing something, the easy thing to do would be to lie to get over on it.
In the past, I would be like, "Yeah, let me take that extra money and keep that," or, "Yeah, let me lie and hustle, and I can get over on this person. " But as I stopped quenching the spirit, I would hear him tell me, "Give that money back," or "Don't lie in this situation; don't say that. " He would tell me these things would be a mistake, stuff like that.
Even though I didn't actually want to do it because the other way was easier, I did what he told me to do because it was him telling me. The more I made those decisions and turned to him as he was directing me, the better my life became. I began to follow him and his leading, and I would recognize his voice because I kept following it.
This is me being led by his spirit, and this has become our relationship. From that, my relationship grew with him, and I started trusting him more, knowing his voice more. This is our relationship and him dwelling with me.
This is being led by the spirit, and the more we do this, we're following his Torah because he is placing it in our hearts. There are many situations like this. As I read the Torah, I realized that it was the laws and statutes that he was commanding me on, but also applying it with me having a circumcised heart.
You see, he dwells in me; he dwells in us. When you allow him to lead you, he will never lead you away from his Torah. You see, he's writing his Torah on your heart, so it is completely ridiculous—please understand—completely ridiculous for people to feel that in this renewed covenant, we're not following the Torah any longer.
That's ridiculous. We have the Holy Spirit; Yahweh never goes against his Torah. He never changes.
By being led by his Spirit, he leads us perfectly according to his Torah, applying it with a circumcised heart. The law is not done away with in the renewed covenant; he is writing it on our hearts because he dwells in us. If we allow his Spirit to lead us and guide us, we will always be living according to his Torah and his will.
We will keep his commandments. The Ruach Kadesh would never lead us to move out of line with his Torah, but he will always teach us how to apply his Torah with a circumcised heart while we are in captivity and dwelling among these other nations. It's important to understand this when understanding the renewed covenant.
Maybe this needs to be discussed further, but right now, understand this is how this part of the renewed covenant is fulfilled: through the Ruach Kadesh, through the Holy Spirit. He is able to write his law on our hearts and our minds. He's able to have a personal relationship with us and dwell with us, and from this, we are all able to know him.
You see, the renewed covenant does not bring in an acceptance of lawlessness. The commandments did not go away because of the renewed covenant. The Holy Spirit teaches you how to apply our Father's commandments in every part of our daily lives.
When we finally allow him to lead us, we can never be lawless. I mean, just listen to what Yahusha has said. As he prophesied that he was sending the Holy Spirit, he said, "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15).
He said, "At that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. He who has my commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him" (John 14:20-21).
Listen, you cannot say that you're a follower of Yahusha and do not follow the commandments; it does not match at all. "As the Father loved me, I also have loved you. Abide in my love.
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love" (John 15:9-10). Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him to you. And when he has come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment—of sin because they do not believe in me; of righteousness because I go to my Father.
And you see me no more. John 16:7-10. You see, the Holy Spirit will convict the world of sin.
But here's a question: what is sin? John also writes this in his epistle: "Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the Torah; for sin is the transgression of the Torah. " And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him is no sin.
Whosoever abides in Him sins not. Whosoever sins has not seen Him, neither known Him. (1 John 3:4-6) He says it clearly: sin is transgression of the Torah.
So if Yahusha prophesied that the Holy Spirit would convict the world of sin, John is clearly stating that the Holy Spirit is convicting the world of its transgression against the Torah. So let’s be clear: any attitude that says that you don't keep the commandments and you disregard the Torah is teaching you a lawless faith that leads you into sin and quenches the Holy Spirit in your life. That is precisely what has been done to most people today.
The renewed Covenant does not remove the adherence to the Torah; the renewed Covenant writes the Torah on our hearts, and He does this through receiving the Holy Spirit. So there is no argument about whether we are to keep the commandments: we absolutely must keep the commandments. Understand this: if you are ever speaking against keeping the Torah, it's because the Torah that should be written on your heart has been quenched.
That’s the exact reason why the devil wants to keep you out of the Old Testament, because when you read it, you will reignite the fire of His Spirit, and His Spirit will lead you to keep His Torah and live the way our Father has always desired. I tell you this because this is what happened to me, and I tell you this because so many of you do not read it. This is why you have disagreements; you're not reading it, and it's clear.
So, as I said when I started this in Part Five, when I dealt with the first Covenant, this is how I presented it: the first Covenant consisted of commandments that He gave to them, which He wrote on stone; it consisted of laws and ordinances that Israel was to live by; it consisted of a tabernacle that was always amongst them in order that Yahweh was able to dwell among them; and it consisted of a priestly service through the Levites, in which, if they sinned unintentionally, there was a way to atone for it. That's how I presented it to you. In this part, we're dealing with the first two parts of how the renewed Covenant differs from the first Covenant.
You see, instead of writing the Torah on stone tablets, He’s writing the Torah on our hearts and minds. Instead of Him dwelling among us in the tabernacle, He now dwells in us, and this is both done through the Holy Spirit. There is no change to the Torah; it’s just how He has given it to us.
He did not make the renewed Covenant to make it easier for you to not keep the Torah. That’s not what the renewed Covenant is, and you really need to deal with that. But with all that said, there is a major change that has occurred in the renewed Covenant, other than how He gives us His Torah; it’s dealing with the last part: the priestly service through the Levites, in which, if they sinned unintentionally, there was a way to atone for it.
The major change is about how we atone, and this must be understood. So I will cover this next. I had to cover this part of the renewed Covenant because it's crucial, and it seems to be so misunderstood.
You see, people get so mad when you read the Torah, but it just proves that either they are not in Covenant with Yahweh or that the Ruach is completely quenched in their lives. I mean, hear this clearly: there is no renewed Covenant that rejects the Torah. If Yahweh dwells in you, He wants you to follow His laws and His commandments.
That’s the only way. If you think there’s another way, you do not know Him. He wants you to understand His ways and live by them.
Your job is to live a life of service to Yahweh, and you cannot live a life of service to Him while not actually being a servant to Him. So here comes the part with humility: every one of us must understand that it’s possible that we have learned about our Father and our Messiah falsely. It’s possible that we have picked up false doctrines that have quenched the Ruach in our lives.
When you go back to the beginning of the Word and His Torah, you are feeding your spirit and reigniting the fire of His Spirit within you. How could that be wrong—to go back and start reading the Bible from the beginning? Why would you believe that?
If the Holy Spirit is Yahweh dwelling within you, that His Spirit would not reignite as we read and meditate on His actual words? When you read the Torah, these are His words; He spoke to His children. If you are indwelled with His Spirit by reading His words, you are igniting Him in your life and therefore giving Him more reign and control, which will lead your life.
The problem is that many of you are so influenced by Satan, you don't recognize it. You don’t recognize that Satan is literally speaking to you to keep you away from igniting the flame of the Spirit in your life. When I make these videos, all I keep telling you to do is go back and read—read your Bibles from the beginning—and many of you are against me.
For it, I want you to understand that it's Satan talking to you. I'm not telling you just to follow me; I'm telling you to go back and read the Bible from the beginning. That has always been the advice I've given in the renewed Covenant, through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
Our Father dwells in us; He is now able to tabernacle in us, not just amongst us. Through His indwelling, He's able to lead us and guide us in all things, and it will always be according to His laws, His commandments, His Torah. The reason why many of us are not able to follow Him is that we don't actually recognize His Torah, and we reject His voice that leads us through it.
You must not allow this any longer. So, this is the first part in understanding the renewed Covenant, and I hope this clarifies a lot about what I've been trying to say in regards to the Torah and the renewed Covenant. But, like I said, we are not done; there is still more to understand in regards to what changed in the renewed Covenant compared to the first Covenant.
So, this is what we will deal with next. It's important that you, as being Israel, actually understand the place the Torah has in the renewed Covenant, and you do not allow Satan any wiggle room to quench the Spirit in your life. Remember, being Israel means being a chosen set-apart people, obedient to Yahweh, keeping His laws, statutes, and commandments as He has always desired His children to do.
If you are Israel, you are one who does the will of our Father, walks in obedience, and serves Him with your whole heart. Be blessed! Hallelujah!
