I felt so dark and lost that I had nowhere else to look but my heart the moment I went through a spiritual awakening I started to receive the insight and the guidance right now on Earth there's so many angels that have don't have rolls because no one is asking or assigning these angels to help them they just have nothing to do Life Is Magical and they can help you they're two steps ahead leaving the trails at They're putting down the messages everything in this universe is a sacred geometrical shape holding the grid of energy to

create it into physical form the more we connect to a sacred geometric shape we're actually connecting to the frequency of what that is the more we can connect to the grids of energy the more we can receive the Insight What Spirit sees as love our human perspective might not see as love what we perceive to be light and dark on This Earth is very different from what it is from a higher perspective because this Earth has both sides and they're actually connected the intrinsically the same they just want Humanity to connect to the light because

in the light is all the answers they need what I've really been understanding is that that obviously on this Earth plane we have many different Realms of Consciousness and so when we come to Earth We're very much solidified in just An Earthly perspective like the way we see things as the way we operate so people are very much wired in a logical sense because we're operating from our mind we're also in school not encouraged to live from the heart so it's a very logical Earth perspective right so from the mind it's very dense it's very

grounded um but when people have euphoric experiences through you know breath work or dancing or anything that expands the Consciousness they're like Oh wait there's something more to hear that than what meets the eye and so we're we're moving up the layers so whenever I connect to Spirit they they say it they show it to me in like layers that it's higher and higher but it's very important for us to not perceive higher as in up and up outside of ourselves because then we're tuning into the mind and not into our bodies where that is

where the Consciousness lies so on the Earth plane we have a very Practical grounded energy which is of the earth it's of nature it's um a very slow energy as well um and then we move up the scale to our soul which is usually where we originate from it's who we truly are before we choose these meats suits these outfits These Eyes these faces you know who we choose to be in this in this world because when you really dive into your soul you realize this is just a costume for a very short amount of

time and when we pass away or Get cremated or you know whatever happens we just go back to being our soul which is the next level they show me um is of our soul and then the next higher level is of the Angelic realm it's of Spirit guides and this is Souls who have passed over who want to help people on Earth to be guided on this path and so what I'm really passionate about is helping people unlock awareness to those two upper scales so that they can be supported in this world because From myself

I was an atheist and I had very deep depression I was chronically anxious I dropped out of school like high school because I was failing everything um and it was a real time of like feeling helpless feeling no support feeling no Clarity on why I was here what I was doing and the moment I went through a spiritual awakening or what I like to call psychic Awakening I started to receive the insight and the guidance and the understanding of like what I Call a bird's eye perspective so I I love birds and I'm fascinated by

birds and the fact that they see everything from such a high lens um That's What Angels and our soul and everything can give us guidance to so when I connect to people's soul in psychic readings which I do every single day for years what I've really been understanding is that Souls our souls the higher energy and angels are the same thing we're all just different layers so we are just as much Of a human right now as we are up in the highest Dimension as we are simultaneously so we're operating in every Dimension right now

but the one we're physically conscious of is the one that we're embodied in and grounded in which is on Earth right now so we have access to all these layers all the time that's so amazing so one of the key things I was of the understanding of from uh watching some of your older work was that um Spirit guides are like you Said one of the tear and then the angels are a deeper tier let's not call it higher maybe like a deeper here um and so your Spirit guides have walked the Earth before yeah

so Spirit guides can also be Angels like they're just angels are guides as well so I see it more as they're showing me a visual right now cuz I I see everything through images they show me it's almost like um a semicircle facing outward so it's like there's no high Rocky but Spirit guides Are more grounded and whenever I connect to people Spirit guides I see them physically and they could be Wizards or they could be you know an old woman or an old man and it's not to say that's what they look like but

it's what they're showing us to understand our human such small perspective like oh they were a human and they walked to this earth and they guide us and so our Angels um is a higher frequency um it is a higher frequency it's more expanded But it's it's again to say it's all even because it's all origin originating from the same place but our angels are a lot more pure and they're very connected to the frequency and the energy of compassion of Love of forgiveness um which is what is really needed to be rooted in right

now on Earth so it's like higher principles because when I connect to the the creator of all and source of all the being of all whatever you want to label that as it's so unique To each person it's just simply the frequency of love and creation and abundance you know it's just love so angels I I always call her like The Messengers of the Creator and they spark off from that and it is a very high frequency you can feel it it's of Peace it's of clarity um I am a Christian or or even of

a religion but I go into churches a lot because I feel the energy of Angels in those in in churches because it's it's a a peaceful energy It's a very calm energy not to say that Spirit guides don't hold that but they hold more like grounded gritty answers and guidance because this world is messy and it's confusing and it's heartbreaking and it's you know what I mean so it's like they give more of that grounded perspective Where Angels are just like Let It Go forgive because they see it from a higher perspective of like you're

wasting your energy on this you're spending too much time stressing About this this is pointless so there's actually so much gifts from both sides of of connecting to both guides and Angels yeah I love that one of the Trib questions I had for you today was the archetypical nature of certain Angels now I know different cultures will have different Angels um the ones I've been exposed to Growing Up In The West are like Archangel Michael you've got protection leadership Archangel Gabrielle messenger Communicator you've Got Raphael which is for healing from what I understand um orel's

a wisdom keeper um yeah so it's interesting because like you said they're just ever so close to the unified field Consciousness which you can argue is God or maybe we can have more of a conversation about that but um but yet there are such distinct archetypes to these different angels as well and it's almost like they're primordially divided like the the frequencies like you said Compassion love it's really interesting to feel that they have they carry different frequencies and tuning into different frequencies at different times yeah so what's interesting um I even hear them kind

of like speaking to me now is like archangels um all the archangels that we know of together are the one force of angelic frequency which is freaking power so each of them embody the individual traits that unify like let's say there's 12 archangels like the Most dominant ones we know of all together symbolize the power and the strength of that entire force so they started to spark off into these but they're very connected um so for example one of the first I we spoke about this in the last podcast the first um archangelic was Gabriel

or Raphael I seriously need to look it up because I always get them confused but um when I really started getting into it I connected to Michael a lot and at the Time I was traveling into in Poland and I went into a church and I sat down and all of a sudden like this presence came over my body and I was like there is a man like around me in me like what is happening and I heard the words like I am Archangel Michael I'm here to guide you on your next adventure I come

with protection with strength and like I felt the sword in my hand like of a warrioress he was like just go around the left and you'll see me and I was Like okay so I like walk around the left and there's a statue of Archangel Michael there with a big sword in his hand and I hadn't been around to that side of the church yet so at the time I was like oh my God this is very real this is crazy and and then I went on to do like Angelic raiki healing Angelic uh card

reading and studying all the archangels and and what I've come to learn is like they're so beautiful and they're so amazing but what I continue To hear for most people in the world what they're actually wanting us to connect to is what I like to call unemployed angels and this is super exciting and it's a very funny term and I'll give a story that I read in a book a very long time ago that brought me in this whole journey where This Woman This psychic said to her friend that if you want help if you

want Guidance with anything ask your angels and ask the unemployed Angels because right now in The world there's definitely an Awakening of Christ Consciousness which is the Purity energy and that's why Christianity is is taking a second wave because there's in my perspective that weaves through that that religion there there frequency in it so that's what they're they're seeking because it's it's that Purity and so what they were showing me well in that story she was saying like what you can do is um call on the unemployed Angels because right Now on Earth there's so

many angels that don't have roles because again when we come to Earth in this denser realm where we we like subscribe to a law that like we have free will we get to choose what we do in this creation of course there's consequences to every action we create but people don't so they kind intervene with us unless it is a life or death experience which is why a lot of people have those interventions with angels and they give stories where something bad Could have happened if this Angel didn't come down so basically because no one

is asking or assigning these angels to to help them they just have nothing to do like they they have nothing to do and I connect to them all the time when I do Journeys in my shamanic journeys and they're just sitting there like we love you guys like we want to help and so essentially this woman wrote a list of all the things she wanted to be assigned to so she had an angel for like um like House parties and like inviting people and like a graphic designer or sorry an interior designer for her home

and so what happened was is she woke up in the middle of the night like jumped up and her entire room was flooded with angels and there was all these angels saying we heard your hiring can we help you like they wanted a rle there was so many like in her bedroom yeah and so this fascinated me like three years ago I was like what so I went down to the shop and I got a notebook and I hired I think it was like 52 Angels like an angel for my health an angel for my

YouTube thumbnails an angel for like business manager an angel for my sleep monitor like um my dreams like I wrote down every single type of angel I wanted and it was like my life felt in the best way possible like a psychedelic trip for like six months because I had so much support and help and guidance that like everything was always looked After and the synchronicities were so beyond my conception of what was like it was this different Paradigm coming in of like magic is so real because this is crazy how much my life was

aligning and flowing and just working in my favor um so I what spirit and what Angels always say to me is like we want them to work with the unemployed ones so that they can help them on more of an individual basis on like the nitty-gritty things so if it's like let's say your daughter has Nightmares or she's like you know whatever you can ask an angel to soothe her and to help her and like hire them and they're literally walking around helping you um and I find that such a beautiful thing and that's what

they kind of showed me a week ago that they wanted this message to be conveyed conveyed for the listeners that you can assign and call on helpers um that are such a highlight that see your life from a perspective that's higher and they see Your greatest potential they see what you're actually capable of and they help you guide you to that and they help give support and they help rearrange things like I always see it as if I'm walking they're two steps ahead leaving the trails out like they're putting down the trails they're putting down

the messages um I remember one time I was looking for an apartment and in Ireland there's a housing crisis like that's what like it's extremely hard to find somewhere Nowadays in Ireland and I just prayed to my angels I was like please help me out um and so what happened was is I texted had I texted into my family WhatsApp group asking for um if anyone knew have any accommodation of any apartments and no response I texted again no response so then the third time I prayed and I asked my angels I was like help

me out I'm calling on like a uh what are they called ret real estate agent Angel and so I heard this voice this is the strong Voice of the Angels the intuition saying send another message I was like I don't want to be annoying I've already sent two messages into my family WhatsApp group I sent in a third one I got a text back not even three minutes later from my cousin saying that one of his best friends um is expecting a baby so they they're moving out into a home and they have this apartment

that they're looking for someone to move into so I get the Address I go the next day it's my favorite location it's right on the ocean at like literally my favorite location if I was going to live in in Ireland it's it's there and so I went into the apartment and there were feathers all over the floor like and Feathers if anyone's watching is like a symbolism for angels and I was like wao this is so perfect it was like on the ocean it was perfect there was like big spacious energ it was so such

a nice Energy um and when I decided to move in I got the keys the next day I said to my mom like I want to go get plants I want to fill this house with plants and so I run into a friend's brother who I used to be friends with and I just started chatting to him and I'm like yeah I moved into this place in D and he was like oh I used to live in that apartment block and I was like oh my God I remember I went to a party that in

his apartment block and he was like what Number were you and I told him the number and his draw dropped he was like that was my apartment and I realized that I had been in that apartment like 2 or 3 years prior at a party and I made the decision then like wow I really would love to live here because I really liked the area but I was younger and I just was like like it wasn't even an idea to live in an apartment I was like a teenager so I just remember it was such

a weird thing because he was moving Country the next day so I would have never run into him again and I would have never found out that that answer so it was just such a weird thing and I my angels I always hear when they laugh and they were just laughing the entire time and I was just like life is magical and they can help you so yeah that's a fun story for anyone just lacking A Little Bit of Faith or or wanting Clarity with that y you're loving this conversation with Ella ring Rose and

hate using the word hack sometimes and this is probably one of those situations but it does feel like a bit of a yeah a way to reach out for support to further the path of surrender which is actually one of the most profound paths you could walk on yeah and it's so funny because the difference between Spirit guides who are Galactic or walk to the Earth or extraterrestrial beings all these people things people connect to they're more into the gritty lessons they want you to go down the path of hardship not hardship but like of

challenging and learning and they're so valuable but angels are are nothing but love so they will help you that's the difference between the two so for a little while I did stop connecting to angels for about two years because I wanted to go on a Path of lessons and that taught me so much and now I'm only going back to connec to them again and they're like we're so happy to be back but that's the difference is Angels want to help you they are nothing but love and they hold so much compassion in their hearts

for each person that they just want to make it a little bit easier so it is absolutely a hack and it's a resource we're allowed and I really want to encourage people because I know it Sounds very far-fetched or like oh well it I feel guilty asking my angels to help me with my grocery list or something so mundane and I'm like that's what they're here for like it's it's not selfish on how much you want to ask for like if you need to ask for 300 different ones to help you with something let that

be the case like allow that you know and it can be for big things as well like um my family were in like a court case and I decided To go with my mom and I asked an angel to come along with me and it kept Whispering this number into my ear it's a long story but then the resolution of that court case was the exact number that my angel was whispering and all they said to me was you have to keep meditating on this the entire time this process is going through and then my

mom looked at me and was like you're my little angel um so it's like and I didn't tell her so it's like they can Help you with such big things and then I think I mentioned this on the podcast before like I also had a cat that you know was waking me up every night and I had to walk downstairs and bring it into the kitchen and I was sick of it so I asked an angel to bring my cat home at 600 p.m. every night and the first time I did that the cat the

angel was like give me like nine minutes or 10 minutes or 50 whatever it was and then on the dot the cat just came to my door and I Was like thank you so it doesn't matter how big it or small it is I think it's really important that we learn in relying on abundance and the spirit world is super abundant our mind isn't so when we like even shoot into Source or God a lot of us have a contraction in our body and a limitation of like it's just this one being and it's very

like we have to obey and we get fearful but spirit is weaved through every single thing on this Earth and it's continuing To continuing to expand I almost see like the Creator is like crazy because it's creating so much all the time it won't stop it's expanding meaning there is an abundant resource for us to rely on and there's no limitation so we can truly utilize it as much or as little as we like truly and there's no um I believe repercussions it's just a pure essence of Love they just want to help uh because

this world is a lot harder than people give credit for right like Um just being a psychic and connecting to that realm and how easy and light and fluffy and flowy it is and it's like this is a hard path we walk on it's not easy it's like we feel a lot of emotions we feel fear we feel stress we feel anxiety we feel grief anger oh grief is a hard one it's like they want to make it as easy as possible they're honored by us and they see us as the Masters and that's what

they continue to say to me they're like we honor you it's not like The hierarchy that we're taught of like looking up to the angels and obeying it's like they really honor us you know of course respect them and thank them but it's like they really honor Us in the path we walk as well so it's very important to know that and they want to help us in any way they can hey there guys just a really quick question I'd love to hear from you in the comments below your relationship with your guides and Angels

do you connect to them how do You connect to them do you hear them speak what do they say what do they sound like what's your relationship with your angelic and Spirit guides back to today's episode why do you think we're so afraid to ask for too much I think um disappointment I think so much um is actually conditioned to us from Earth because when we're children we demand everything like I think every child is like asking for every I want This I want that they're screaming super loud crying there's an abundance of emotions of

play of sadness like there's no scarce and I think that's something we're taught here on Earth I don't believe that's something we learn from the spirit realm I don't think it's something we come in with it's just our experiences on Earth um of us being told no and then our heart closing and going oh God I have to fear and I have to be scared and so we walk around very Contracted in our energy and it feels and it's a process I've gone through it's a process my partner's gone through like of really leaning on

this abundance it's actually scary because it's like we're so not used to that it almost feels too good to be true and it is it's not too good to be true it's it's for us but it's it's really just um us as Humanity closing our hearts from disappointment from pain from grief and so as long as we can remember our heart And remember where we come from we can choose to stretch and open that a bit because abundance transcends money you know it's it's more than money but even at money I always say like Desiring

money isn't bad because you're Desiring life that is just a harsh fact you know it's like life is intrinsically connected to money right now um but it's an understanding that like we are abundant at nature and a lot of us operate from our mind when we close our Hearts which is a very limited a linear way because the mind is very designed for animalistic traits it's designed for survival I call it like you know the reptilian reptilian mind you know it's very designed to focus on all the threats um me and my partner went to

see a movie last night so if anyone has children you should bring your children to see the movie Inside Out it's the second one it's in cinema right now um it was definitely a kids movie when we Were watching it we were like okay this is not not this isn't like Shrek where parents like adults can watch it I was like this is a children's movie so we nearly left but it's basically about this girl who goes through puberty and um it's showing all these like beings as different emotions like anger embarrassment shame sadness fear

and like really teaching people about the soul and like the sense of self so I just anyone listenting as kids I really Encourage you to go bring your children to that it's it's very eye opening for them so they don't shut down their hearts too early okay I think I've left people sitting on the edge of their seats long enough how do we connect to our Ang yeah so it is an in infinite resource of ways and and that's the beauty of it I have so many dear friends like best friends who are uh who

are women who are all psychic and we all Have the most different psychic abilities so I hear my psych I hear my my angels as clear as I hear your voice and I see them as clear as you I'm in my third eye but I have friends who don't they just feel them deeply or some just have a knowing of what's being said so it's almost like they're showing me this array of many different ways again this like semicircle they're just showing me like all these different ways so I can share a few the first

one that I started Connecting to was um asking for a sign for my angels just to prove and develop a connection so I remember the first time I asked I asked them to show me a sign of a pig in 24 hours and this was during lockdown so I was living in Canada at the time so and I I wasn't on my phone either so like it wasn't like I could look at my phone I was very like at a time of just not being on my phone and so I went on a walk around

my neighborhood and there was a garage sale Um in the front of someone's lawn and there was this huge pig statue and I remember being like and I asked for another sign and then went in a walk and I saw that sign so it was really just me developing like oh you guys are here and you're listening um so it's asking your your angels to give you a symbol in the next 24 hours and just prove that I always say feathers and coins are way they're like leaving little messages um another way that you can

hear them Though is writing now I did this for years before now I I realized I could just speak to them um and I can send you like a sentence and you can put it in your description on the the the journal prompt because it's something like um yeah it's like dear angels of the highest love and compassion I now allow you to speak through me and you just continue put in I will put it's yeah I will it's like a force takes over of love and you're in Peace and it just writes out all

the resolution that you need and it's usually like I see it as like a grandmother like a very soft grandmother who's tucking you into bed and is like everything's going to be okay it's like an energy of just giving you the Peace So I really think it's beneficial for people who are anxious or stressed um so that's a beautiful way I also find Angel meditations are super profound as well there's a bunch on YouTube Just Connecting to your guardian angel um prayer is another one I know that word is very charged but I find prayer

is just you communing and connecting and speaking to Spirit connecting to Angels so you can simply just say look angels I love you please help me with this speak to them because what they're saying even right now as I hear is like you don't need to hear them they just need to hear your call right so it's not like they need to give You resolution they're helping you in a physical way so if you're like Wash Me With Your Love wash me with you're light you're feeling the love if you're like help me with this

thing in school or college or my job they will help you with that physically you don't necessarily need to hear them so if people don't have that ability because I have you know done so many psychic greetings that I've really understood there are some people that just don't Unfortunately have that gift and it's it's um they may have it in a different way though but if you can't hear them you can feel them ask them to bask you with love I'm also being shown in meditation um which is so beautiful and I I see this

a lot in readings where their angel opens their hands with this pink bowl of light and just drops it down onto the head and just washes the client with this pink love it's like a blanket so you can ask them to envelop You in a color so if you're wanting more creativity orange if you're wanting more confidence yellow more love self- love pink pink is a very prominent color in that realm it's very like uh soothing to the aura so that's another way um let me see if there's another way yeah another way is simply

I don't know why they're showing me dancing like getting into your body and asking them to invite the energy in and starting to feel them um but I think at the end of The day it's really just letting yourself trust yourself because my biggest battle for so long was hearing the voice and just being like Oh that's my mind because something that's very important for people to understand is that it's the same voice in your head that you sound like so my guides my angels sound with this Dublin accent right they sound like me so

when I was first starting I was like oh that's just me you know like whatever um but it took Me doing I think 20 psychic readings and them all being correct before I started to trust oh this voice is is of spirit you know so just a little confirmation for people to understand if they hear anything Clarity a word um just know that it usually is in your accent because they're not they don't have a voice voice their frequency um and then another way I have been having so much fun with this lately is um

the first time I saw an angel was actually in Sacred geometry it showed me it and what I've come to understand is is everything in this universe is shapes and on Geometry so like for example I have a crystal right here um on a like a physical level this is just a physical Crystal but if I actually close my eyes and tune in to what this is from what we can't see cuz I'm sure you know this statistic of like that we can only see is it like 3% of the way the world actually is

like we Can't see the full capacity of what we're seeing it's just you know it's like a spider has like what eight or nine eyes it's like to them that's their reality and it's their truth then who's to say that's wrong it's our eyes the way we perceive so crystals actually have sacred geometrical shapes and everything in this universe is a sacred geometrical shape holding the grid of energy to create it into physical form so what's Been happening is I've been channeling a lot of sacred geometric shapes that I draw at on my iPad and

I meditate over them the things that have been happening are profound so they gave me one for joy and I had my friends all put their hands over it and meditate we were all giggling like laughing like little kids and just like these hyper little children running around and I had one for abundance and the minute I put my hands over it I was getting all these Ideas I was getting all this Clarity and um the angels have been saying they want want more sacred geometric shapes to be a normal thing now and to really

understand because the more we connect to a sacred geometric shape we're actually connecting to the frequency of what that is um and so what you can do is you can Google Angelic uh sacred geometric shapes um and connect to that um so placing your hands over breathing with it meditating with it I have a Specific shape I just keep in my bag now and I I put my hands over it whenever I'm working to give some clarity and guidance but yeah it was funny because the first time I asked I mean I actually wish the

was a recording of every time I've asked to see my angels like years ago when I was really getting into it I was like show yourself nothing was coming and I was getting mad I was like well then leave me alone but then one time I said it very gently and uh yeah It was just shown sacred geometric shapes this wide Illuminating I was like what is going on now I just see them as orbs of light like multiple times a day they just pop up I'm like angel angel angel but um yeah sacred geometric

shapes is is what they really are they're just frequency so the more we can connect to the grids of energy the more we can receive the Insight so yeah that is profound thank you so much for breaking down the sacred geometry as Well just prior to that in your sharing I was um reflecting back on a conversation I had with Kathy Rose and she was talking about the four different types of psychic abilities we have which was I'm going to forget one of them for sure in the middle of the conversation but uh visual kinesthetic

um auditory and like they speak to us and now different and it was really interesting even as you were sharing about your accent we had some not to put you on the Spot on the last episode The some of them I saw was like what is this accent that's between us and UK it's like it's not in between it's different I know but it was interesting feeling into other people's interpretation of where your accents from yeah I know it's funny because um we don't hear our own accents so I've had so much comments of people

being like you're putting on a fake accent like you're Irish stop and I'm like I'm Not like I can't even hear my voice like this is my voice and I just put it down to that I've traveled so much um but what I will say and this is actually funny for anyone who isn't aware I I am from originally Dublin specifically South Dublin so this accent has become a thing in South Dublin for 15 years so every person in Dublin South Dublin sounds like me so if anyone comes to South Dublin this is the accent

um and the reason is is all the children Started watching American TV shows and we all just started copying one another because we used to not sound like this it was actually a phenomenon around South Dublin it was like a lot of people were like what is happening all the children are starting sound American because we had Disney Channel Nickelodeon which we' never had before um and truly if you come to South Dublin everyone sounds like this so when people comment about my accent I'm like this is This is the accent you know um I

don't know what to do about it so yeah I'm fully Irish I love that this is not the perfect segue uh because yeah this if it was a segue there be rud um but I have to get there at some um when we talking about angels think there is a fear in people's minds around some of the darker Shadow sort of forces that exist um can we unpack that a little bit in this conversation what do people need to well the way I'm going to phrase the Question is already what do people need to be

afraid of um but are things people should look out for should be worried of if you're calling on support how do you know you're getting the right kind of support um so on and so yeah yeah and it's a real thing it is a real thing um I've studied Shamanism and I've I've witnessed it from my very eyes that there is a a dark force at play as well and that is what we are seeing this division of Earth it is a spiritual Warfare of dark and light um and what's so fascinating is how I

see it and how spirit always shows me is like we originated as the Creator and the Creator wanted to become more different forms you know and it extended out so like it was one bow and it turned into like a thousand bows and a thousand more and so this um lights decided to separate from itself um and so it it can only be self- sustained from Fear so essentially how it works is like we have The light which is sourced by itself because that is the source of who it is but the the darkness that

extended and detached from that creator that light um cannot be self- sustained and so it it feasts or it it uh receives its energy from uh fear and from people who are operating in that frequency it it feeds it so the really important thing to understand is to connect to your heart first before you're connecting to the light because otherwise it can tune into Other frequencies that want to sustain with that energy and that's what we see in Hollywood and we see in a lot of programming online and and in the world right now is

um this entity kind of channeling through people to to leech off of of people and and spirit always shows me that there is enough people on Earth right now in fear your job is to make people feel light um not the fear because it's it's benefiting the collective of the earth when we're all Operating in a frequency of light and Faith H because there is enough fear and it's paralysis and it actually doesn't really serve us is is what the cre or spirit always tells me it's not a self- serving energy it's just feeding an

an energy bubble so it's really understand to connect to your heart first because your heart's uh electromagnetic field is so light there there's nothing that can hijack that frequency because it is the extension of who you truly are So the more we altercate and we expand that out we can only be connecting to the light um another thing I love working with and I give this to a lot of my clients and I feel like she is whispering in people's ears all over the world is the Rose the plant like the rose um and so

the rose is like one of the highest well it is the highest frequency flower on earth um and if you watch near-death experiences when people pass over to the light you know they say They felt nothing but love and light and they were like oh my God this energy was beautiful the rose is the same frequen of what they experience when they pass over and come back so the rose is is our Mighty protector and we can even see that with the Thorns right like the stems like the Thorns it's like such a beautiful Angelic

flower but the Thorns are are its protector it's the the boundaries so what I encourage people to do is imagine a white rose in your heart Or a red rose or a pink rose whatever one um intuitively comes to you first just trust that and you visualize that emanating out of your heart and creating this protective bubble around you and then from there um meditating on that expanding that light out um and one other thing I do want to share is um with this darker force or darker Spirits or darker energies um there was a

quote I heard from somebody um a long time ago and it always stuck with me which is Sometimes the light Angels ask the Dark Angels to help them out meaning sometimes like for myself when I had a quote unquote psychic attack and I had a dark energy follow me around and Whispering such like awful things in my ear and telling me I was worthless and all this it actually made me resilient and stronger and it actually catapulted me deeper into the light of finding that Journey back to myself so I don't see in this universe

anything as good or bad or Right or wrong or negative or positive I don't use the words negative or positive and I have them for a very long time they have their abilities and especially I do think a lot of people should focus on those words when they're starting out but I see like the dark has taught me just as much as the light so it's not that I don't fear that that energy because it just shows you the power of the light like whenever I see the dark and how much the dark wants to

take it's Like oh the light isn't like this weepy little energy of Faith it's freaking powerful because it's what it's wanting to combat so it's not to fear it but to really see like my greatest adversities and challenges have been from darkness and and to put in another perspective I had this conversation with my friend when we were um we were living together in Costa Rica she was saying um she's been able to see spirits since she was a child so like she can see entities like She's um very connected to entities she can see

them in people's Fields every day when she's walking around let's say there's like a 100 people she sees 300 people she's seeing all the entities in people's Fields since she was a child like she came out of the womb seeing this and what she says is um what Spirit sees as love or human perspective might not see as love so let's say you go through a deep painful Journey from spirit's perspective it is of love Because it's giving Integrity to the soul it's learning a very valuable lesson it's teaching them about compassion um if they

choose to see everything as the gift um but a lot of people move into that kind of spiral they show me a victim Consciousness and that's where they really don't want people to root and stay because I myself used to love that energy I used to feel sorry for myself i' cry myself to sleep it' be like poor me I'm so special Because I'm in so much pain and it was not serving me or anyone um but it's like what I've seen is from the higher perspective is things that seem catastrophic and and painful in

the physical it's a very hard thing for me to even say because from a logical perspective it sounds messed up but from what I've seen from the higher Angelic realm is like it's teaching them something that transcends this space it's teaching them so cellularly that Will profoundly impact themselves and the people around them um so it's kind of like what we perceive to be light and dark on this Earth is very different from what it is from a higher perspective if that makes any sense hi there guys I wanted to take a quick moment just

call back to today's podcast it's interesting I I'm not sure if you've come across the practice of um I'm pretty sure it's called Tong l I'm sure someone if it's not someone in the comments will correct me um and thank you for doing so by the way um I remember reading Radical self-acceptance By Tara bra and it was it's still one of those books I keep coming back to um throughout the ages and it's just I just feel like the more there's always more work to be done with self-acceptance it's just one of those pieces

for me um and interestingly prior to having read that book I remember the first time I read it there was this part where I like literally just slammed the book shut um because it was it and then I had to like reflect upon myself I was like wait what Triggered me so hard but it was this you know the the theme that I'm going to explore with you was like people being afraid of their power um because in there the practice of Tong Len like prior to read the book I'd always like I was a

meditation teacher I still am in many ways right and then in there it was like meditate on bringing in the good and let go of the [ __ ] you know just breathe in the white light let go of the heavy DSE dress stuff you Know and then in radical accept self-acceptance the meditation that she introduces to you is a practice the tongue Len where it's like okay you ready breathe in all of the suffering that you can conceptualize in the world and now transmuted into light and I was just like slam shut what the

[ __ ] I was just like what are we talking about here that's backwards and I remember reading it like four or five times going that's backwards and then reading on she was Like yeah really you as the human being have this incredible capacity as a capacitator of light to transmute dark to light like you've got the opportunity except your like accept yourself and I was just like dude this is on another level um it was just echoing in the back of my head as you were making your share yeah it's it's Alchemy it's we're

all Al alchemical beings we're Al Alchemists um and that is the journey so it actually that it Complet completely stems to what we were just having a conversation about is like alchemizing the dark into the light like if you feel you're here for a purpose or just fully being yourself you're going to be challenged and asked to alchemize what wants to be moved into the light because this Earth has both sides and they're actually connected they're the same intrinsically the same we can't have you know fear without joy we can't have sadness without happiness you

know It's like we have to have one to experience the other um I see it as like um the timer with the sand you know that thing what's that called where you you know whatever that thing is you flip it around it's like yeah sand timer we're alchemizing it through the like the heart into a new a new a new chapter a new anchor um yeah we're we're Master Alchemists and I know this quote I think I said it in the last podcast as well is like energy cannot be created it cannot Be destroyed it

just changes itself so I've like watched so many videos and and met some people even when I was at mind Valley in Estonia last week of people you know who had cancer and they were like well if I have this abundant force of illness in my body I can alchemize that into an abundant force of health and it's shifting that perspective and then they heal their cancer because they're like well I'm not seeing this as a bad thing and needing to get rid of it I'm seeing of it like oh my God this has so

much power why don't I alchemize this into something else right so it's like Also let's say you have um for a very long time I had social anxiety and I never understood the root of it and I was like how can I alchemize this into like exp like a weird extremist of like being sociable and chatting to everyone and being bubbly and like how can we alchemize it so I even see it as um I don't know if you've heard of like Jean Keys where they always speak about like yeah your Shadow and your gift

are the same thing so like whatever been for five years so yes it's like yeah whatever your your Shadow is actually is your greatest gift because you have an abundant for there yeah so if you have like an abundance of insecurity and I see it as an AB abundance of insecurity it's not about like erasing and getting rid of it's like how can we alchemize and transmute that into an abundance of Something else because it's where we give our source to it's where we give our power to so if we're giving our source and all

our energy to this insecurity can we transmute that energy and that abundance of giving that attention then to something else and then the energy moves from this into this um I remember I was working with aiki master and he was speaking about this client who had like this lump like a can lump on her her neck and every Time she thought about it and was stressed more energy being sent to that like abundance and it was getting bigger and bigger and bigger more energy more stress getting bigger and so what she decided to do was

to neutralize herself and go okay well where would I want to sandle my energy to the heart so instead of every time she sees us immediately thinking God I'm so grateful to be alive I'm so grateful the lump just starts getting smaller and smaller and smaller All the energy moves down into her heart she feels more open it heals so it's like where are we sending that energy to too it's it's um a beautiful beautiful um understanding when we do kind of like connect to that and I also want to say because my human self

is laughing because it's like we're humans as well you know we're going to mess up and we're not going to do that all the time um there's no good or bad of like I need to be this perfect all the time but it's Just a good thing to hold in the back of the mind and in times that you're aware of it to bring that into practice yeah no matter how many times I hear where attention goes energy flows it's it's always the right time to to be reminded that where attention goes energy flows um

cuz usually my attentions off um the heart I can feel this conversation really wants to jettison off into a few other corners and I'm can't wait to get there but I just want To take us back a few steps because you've mentioned this again the heart um I'm just being called to sort of yeah just ask you about I want to call it the engineer me wants to call it the super computer that is the heart but it's like okay okay okay slow down don't like don't program tell us about the heart and it's because

like you said tuning in making sure we're connecting from the right place make sure you connect through the heart Um tell us about the potency of the heart yeah and it's it can be very challenging for people and I want to share just briefly with a story so it can people can understand it better is like we're all born with Open Hearts like we do we're like babies are the most loving things ever and and I think it's very important for people to understand that we actually all hold of unconditional love within us because when

we see dogs and you know you see a Dog you're like oh my God the dog can like you know gets sick on you and you're like it's okay it's not that the dog is unconditionally loving it's we actually reflecting how much love we contain and now you even see that I'm fascinated by people when they see babies and they're like oh my God like it's because we have that and that is always there it's just that we choose to like bottle that medicine away cuz I see it as medicine and we refuse to give

it To things things like we refuse to give that medicine to like our job or like our like all these things because we have been like not honored for it so we're just like I'm not going to give any of it and then we bottle it from within ourselves so when I um went through a heart Awakening of some form it started from like one of the most painful experiences of my life which was a gift so again at the time it was like why is this happening to me this is a Disaster now seeing

it from like the perspective I do that was the Catalyst and The Alchemist needed to then find the Heart by going into the deepest pain where I felt so dark and lost that I had nowhere else to look but my heart so when I was going through this experience I started crying a lot like so much emotions and and feelings from when I was a child were coming up and at the time I was like why is this happening I feel like my life is falling down apart Like around me I was just like living

in this apartment and crying all the time and so overly emotional and it was really frightening me but what I now Learned was what was happening was I was releasing all this like tar and energy in front of my heart and I feel that when I connect to people who are like when I do my psychic readings um even yesterday this woman has lung problems and I always see the lungs are the grief so if anyone has lung issues it's to do With grief and I always see this wave on someone's heart when they have

emotions that need to be felt and I'm like you need to to feel them in order to connect to the heart and a lot of people are like I don't want to go there but the beauty in that is when you start to feel them you're clearing what was already there so it's not like okay I got to find the love I got to open my heart it's like it's all there there what's hiding it what's covering that up so When I started to feel everything all of a sudden I literally overnight went into a

heart Awakening um and this lasted for I'm not even kidding I would say nine months of like I remember Googling like was I having a heart attack because it felt like there was a bomb in my chest like I can't describe it the force was like too much like at times I was like it was like so big it was overwhelming me like I don't deserve this feeling of love Like this is far too much it was really like wow and I remember those nine months I was just like you know smelling roses using rose

oil I was drinking cacao I was just in Bliss and ecstasy and I was like oh my God this is in every single human's heart and we have just been told to be emotionally numb and that's what's blocked this right and so I I share that because it's like it's not really a matter of like how can we open our heart it's like well what are The beliefs that are are making me close it not trusting people not trusting life like anger at life like are you pissed off at life you live it at life

let that be your Alchemist to reveal what wants to be to be met and opened um there are some incredible ways to open your heart though like on a logical level um I find what I used to do is put my hands up and imagine green light and just push that into the heart and whatever emotion wanted to come up I even feel it now Just let it every day a little bit um I also find connecting to Earth is such a FASTT Track Way connecting to the trees um because the Earth is connected to

our hearts it is one and of the same so I can even send you a meditation as well by Joe despenza you can put in the description and it's to connect to the heart of Earth and by connecting to the heart of the earth you're also giving yourself permission to connect to your heart because you're like oh well the Earth is such a vast like you feel worthy of it essentially so connecting to the Earth's heart is realizing we're the same and one thing I channed stay for my guides they said to me is within

every single human's heart no matter how messed up they sound or whatever they have done like the the cruestv I'm such a Bob Marley fan I have Bob Marley posters in my room because he just knew it's like he connected to the marijuana plant this just flowy energy And was like yeah love it's so simple and I went through a phase of that when I was living in Guatemala I was like oh my God love it's just so easy because it is um and he was very much for that message of just Oneness and love

so another incredible tool actually I found and I I received this when I was um sitting in a a medicine C ceremony was um I was shown this cord of green light connecting to every human in the room and I was like oh we're all connected Through the heart right because when we move from the lower chakras we move from me to we so the Heart Is We it's Unity it's one whereas our lower chakras our root or solar plexus they're more like ourselves and so a gift that really opened my heart was imagining good

for everyone so what I would do I was um when I was living in Costa Rica and in Guatemala I would look at people and send love to them I was like I want the freaking best For them I want this for them I want that for them and in that practice naturally you just feel so much more deserving and worthy of what you desire because you're like I want this for everyone and actually that I I've realized is like the biggest block for people getting what they want and and the expansion they desire is

by feeling it's a scarce source and that there's not enough for everyone so being terrified of it instead imagining Everyone else having it you're like well this is so easy for me to have because everyone has it now you know so I really encourage people to just see the link with the heart um another meditation you can also do is connecting your heart to an angel's heart the heart link so calling on your guardian angel your dominant Angel guide and imagining them um above you and imagining a green cord plugging into their heart and it's

like when you're in the hospital or you know In that little like faucet of that tube when they like click it to put water into your body if you're in getting a treatment it's like um Imagining the medicine just flooding down from the the heart of the Angel into your heart and just giving medicine and naturally it's going to alchemize it's naturally going to clear some things up and you can also do that with the Earth heart I really encourage that and um each are beneficial and very different in their Own ways um but for

a lot of people they might feel it deeper with the Earth um and for other people they might feel it deeper with connecting to their Angel's Hearts so you can just you know try and see which one works for you yeah the uh practice you were Shar thank you so much that was such a great response um the um I love how you we were just talking about the heart and then green drink sorry I had to do that signs synchronicities all happening um So the the have a good day ex oh sorry I I

I I did this um example of what you were describing before of have a good day I called it my have a good day exercise where i' just be walking along the street and everybody I saw I just wish them like I wouldn't say it to them because obviously I'm already trippy enough but then it's like I was just like hey you have a good day hey you have a good day hey hope you have a good day hey really hope you have a good day And I will just be saying that internally to myself

as I was walking past people It is incomprehensible how good it makes you feel it's just like it's almost like the energy was meant to go that way like you're meant to not be so like me focused and more we focused and as you start to do it you're like like oh like you said it does tune you into that abundance it's um it's just as you were sharing I couldn't help but reflect and Smile and I was like yeah I know I know and it's just it's so counterintuitive it's almost like your mind kind

of wants to do this lockdown thing but actually the more it opens up the more your heart opens up the the more energy flows and and and the Freer we feel yeah because it's like we as humans have been taught the opposite Paradigm of like we give so much and then we're hurt or we give so much and we're betrayed and so people are like well I'm not giving this to Anyone and they're blocking it off it's like it's deeply disturbing themselves um and then they don't give it to themselves even so because when you're

blocking love to others you're actually blocking it to yourself and I saw this like with a a recent experience with a friend of a friend just um I won't but like just seeing this this specific person who is super abusive to this person and I tuned in and I was like this person's abusive to themselves 24/7 It's internal external it's all within without so it's like actually even coming down deeper of like well if we want to give love to ourselves we have to give love to others it's intrinsically connected because if it's just giving

love to ourselves and and not feeling love for others it's an egoic love it's from the mind of like I'm this I'm that it's not actually feeling the Oneness because that is uh intrinsically where we come from it's It's a Unity um listen to Bob Marley I'm telling you I have a prediction I said this to my friend I was like if America or like anywhere in the world if we had to blame lay one love all over the Earth for 24 hours I'm telling you I'm like convinced the world would completely change like everyone

would be like after this like we're changing the systems up I always had this prediction I was like to my friend one day I was like what if they Just made everyone get up in the morning and Sun gaze connect to the Earth and and thank the Earth and ground in the grass and just one love is blasted like on these telecons all over the world I was like what would happen like I really was like genuinely still visualize that a lot I'm like what would happen it's so simple it's so simple that it baffles

me that we're still like going to war and like that is a resolution for people genuinely it it's like just even on a Practical level it makes no sense to me and that's the the frequency of the darkness you know um so yeah it's it's a it's a powerful one I also want to mention as well for anyone um Cacao is an incredibly potent um medicine uh it does it's not psychedelic or anything it's just um it's chocolate um and when I was going through deep grief um someone had passed in my life and I

was just grieving my life changing and you know moving into more of a spiritual Based life I was missing my old life to an extremity and uh cacao carried me through so much so I think I mentioned that on the last podcast as well but cacao has just been an incredible heart opener um so much that they used to call it food of the Gods it used to be more valuable than gold it's what they used as currency as money because when they had it their hearts were opening they were feeling quote unquote God because

they were feeling love and they were Like this is the magic plant um and it's delicious and I have it in the mornings so if you ever want to try ceremonial cacao it's a hot chocolate it's healthy it's good for you and it's amazing I went to uh train yeah I went to train as a cacao ceremonialist um so I did that for like six months and then she had trained in Guatemala so I decided to move to Guatemala and I was sitting down and there's something in my body told me to Talk to the

guy beside me so I started chatting to him turns out he was the one that trained her so it was so weird because I had studied it two years prior and said one day I'm going to go to Guatemala and then I moved and I was living under a caca shop like my Airbnb was under a caca shop and I find myself chatting to the sky and all of a sudden he's the one that trained her like Guatemala is the big like it's a country and I'm in this little coffee shop right Beside and I

was just like life is so magical so I thought that was wild as well that's so yeah and I was at a psychic fair two days ago and this woman was selling cacao and I looked down at the flyer the guy I'd met would trained as well so super cool but turns out there's only one guy training everybody all no I'm kidding JoJo what up Jojo um thank you thank you for that share it's um I think it's high Time we we start tuning into because I'm conscious of how much time we've left uh in

the podcast um there are a few things I wanted to tune into but oh I will quickly share I it is a real um it is a real soft spot I also have for for Bob Marley um in episode zero of the podcast which for those that haven't heard episode zero it's like the one that I recorded which was like hey guys I'm little old amate and I really want to start a podcast and uh and I had this All this self-consciousness pouring out of me at the time like what am I doing starting a

podcast I love going back and listening to it though because it really aligns me back to what was really going on for me what the birthplace of the inspired Evolution was and I I said not too disimilar to what you said it's all about love peace and unity and I know that the world has a lot of noise in the digital space already what am I even doing for what I actually believe in and Stand for why would I be contributing to the noise um but I'm inspired by none other than Bob Marley and it

was a lot to sort of even say that oh yeah Bob Marley and I I remember say I say this is like Bob Marley and then am but nonetheless um yeah just a feeling to the fact that the man might be gone but a spirit lives on through his music and just the fact that we can create effects through sound vibration frequency and that just inspires me no End so totally with you one love should be blasted all the time everywhere and every now and then a little bit of Michael frany but that's okay we

of feel in give you some space um into what your angels have to say about what's sort of coming up for the next little bit because this is part of you know a big it's been a big transition this year already we're seven months in um and every time I feel into one of your readings it just feels like Things are just getting stacked on top of each other maybe I'm putting words in your mouth now I should probably pull back um but do you have can you tune in can you share with us a

little bit around how the end of the year is going and how you think the start of 2025 is going to look for there are so many pieces going on in the world yeah of course and I think um me mentally they're just showing me a visual of just it's actually very simple I'm it's like they just want Humanity to connect to the light because in the light is all the answers they need um so it's it's connecting to that light allowing yourself to connect to the light first thing in the morning before anything um

and that is the guidance of all the choices because there is a lot of disruption there's a lot of noise there's going to be a lot of change and I'm just being shown again and again that the world is uh especially since Lockdown it there has been a literal deep energetic entity of fear that has anchored into a lot of people on the Earth like I think they gave me a statistic it was like 65 or 75% of the world live in fight or flight they live in fear and that was not the way Earth

was designed that is the systems creating that so what I encourage people is to just connect to the light and that's like soothing bomb for the soul for the body the mind the heart and that Naturally in itself is what will create it so um I find there's Beauty and awareness and there's Beauty in knowing what's going on in the world but there's also just a beauty in just you connecting to the light and just following that as your noise as your guidance um very simple do what makes you happy make time for that make

peace for that and really anchor in they're just saying values as well what you truly value in life because um another Uh hack I mean I know people always say practice gratitude but I find the word appreciation is so much lighter and I learned that from a woman called ashmi paath where it's like what do you appreciate it's just a lighter energy um but it's really just about coming back to your roots of of who you are and how much we can embody that in this life because that's what we come here to be like

we can choose to be anything we can choose to be Alchemists we can choose to Be whatever we want and it's like how can we just choose to embody the light in this moment and I really want to express that connecting to the light doesn't mean being a people pleaser or overly nice connecting to the light is a Divine blueprint for each person so we all have like a soul star chakra which is above our head which is where our higher self resides and drops into and so the soul star hold its own DNA its

own soul geometric shapes every soul is Deeply unique so it's not like SLA these labels on of this is how we have to be but connecting to our light naturally there's an own uh flower or Essence that will grow from you because we're each divinely unique to ourselves and and to ourselves so connecting to the light in whatever way that means to you um meditation breathing in the light just praying to the light just letting it move in and that is going to really anchor um sovereignty into humans Because that's what we're moving into a

sovereignty over like being told the way we should be or how we should think and then this disruption and disconnection from what we know is true to us so yeah I love that thank you so much for that share and back to what you were sharing about angels at the very beginning of the podcast as well when you're like you know they're almost I almost saw these different colored Angels living into like coming together For that power and that force that you were describing it's like it is the force um and all of them sort

of banding together and all the colors of the rainbow sort of making that white light anyway it all sort of fit really tightly together in my mind yeah yeah it's interesting cuz for so long um when I thought of angels it felt like very delicate and very like I a little bit weak like it was just like oh the Angels you know floaty fairies the wings can Snap uh but it's a force it's a it's like a force it's power it's like I'm just seeing like tornadoes and tsunamis like it's a force you know like

water can be such a gentle water it can also if you've ever surfed Jesus it can you know throw wind at you so it's it's the same with the Angelic frequency it's a force um a beautiful Force yeah and there is a saying that if you call on them they have to come can you just remind us of that yeah yeah they Want to and what I'm being shown like this visual right now is them all like deep like I'm seeing like thousands just surrounding the people listening and just thanking them for opening their hearts
