uh so we have two parts of uh two worries of motivation yeah um first of all it's a content theories a second it's a process theories for uh content theories of motivation it's a maslow's uh hierarchy of needs uh uh two warrior uh heisbergens two factors theory mckinley's uh three needs to worry uh mcgregor's theory uh x and to worry why uh maybe you you can you listening about it because it's very famous theory uh alfred's uh theory uh next protesting to worry it's a adam story uh tyler's theory bandura's theory uh skinner story yeah
and uh lookers goal settings tour it's all these theories it's a they are open for us a motivation like a process not only content uh so today we speak about uh three very important theory uh first of all it's a maslow hierarchy of needs this model or muscle gives us a hierarchy of needs like a pyramid yeah maybe you can see sometimes this pyramid uh it's a in a first step in a in uh in the first step of this uh model uh muscle hierarchy of needs model first of all it can be a physiological
needs what does mean physiological needs if you have if you have a physiological needs like drink eat breathe and the other if you have needs like that you can do anything if if you can't achieve or uh realize these needs first what you need every time you must realizing first needs in the first step next a step it's a safety needs or security needs uh if we uh if we if we eat everything what we what we need yeah if we uh if we breathe we don't need uh water or other things for a drink
yeah after then uh we think about our safety we um think about what i need to to save my life yeah and the next step of needs of course it's a safety needs and we everything do or uh or take from other people uh everything every um knowledge uh maybe some results for uh our uh for say uh for for safety needs uh next it's uh uh needs of belonging or social needs uh after then when we can understand i doesn't uh need uh eat drink or uh anything other yeah uh i'm safety uh and
i doesn't have any danger for my life yeah uh after then we need to communicate we need to be a part of social area because only when we can understand we are a part of social area we can grow we can create something new after then uh we have uh esteem needs or status needs uh we must have uh one um position in social area and with this position we can communicate of course this position it's our it's belong to our personality if we can belong for one social group we can create our personality after
the after then uh very interesting and very important needs it's a self-actualization needs what does it mean self-actualization when we have a position when we belong to someone some social group yeah or when we can understand uh about our life where safety in our life when we realize or our biological physiological needs we want to show our power to show our personality and to create something not only for ourselves for others we need to help others and of course in this hierarchy of needs by maslow we can see how needs can be a goal for
us and how this needs can motivate to do something of course if we have need uh this need can be a motivation for us to realizing this need uh next story it's a heisberger's uh two factors uh two worry uh he uh tell very interesting scene uh he have uh two parts uh two factors uh first uh factors it's uh motivational factors um for motivational factors it's a social factors yeah uh what does mean social factors social or social factors it's a uh possibility to grow it's uh recognizing it's our work uh it's a social
area at all all these things motivate us to do something because when we are at work or at university we must study because we have this motivation this motivation came from our uh colleagues uh some students in our group here our uh teachers uh and all these factors motivate us to do something next our own motives of some factors uh what we need we need the status of course status can motivate us next we need our relationships yeah for communication without communication we can stay and it's our own factors so we want to communicate with
other people and for communication we can be very uh we must be very interesting for other and we must grow mental mental processes in knowledge yeah and we learn a lot of things uh next uh it's uh um we must have money for uh achieving our goals yeah for realizing our physiological needs and of course it all these things motivate us for uh for our for our powerful best life like that uh next uh two worrisor to worry very important theory is um erg model uh what does mean erg it's extincts needs uh air it's
a real realigns needs energy its growth needs uh every time every time in our life we need to grow for what of course for realizing our self when we realize ourself we need to have new needs yeah we we change our life when we're when we grow where we have a needs we realize these needs then we when we realize the needs we we want to have a new need after these new needs we again grow again needs and every time in a circle we every time have a motivation to uh to realize our life
to uh have a new needs to grow in this life and in this circle we work every time and working in this circle of course can help us to motivate ourselves because our life every time it's a big motivation for us and here you can see uh maslow hierarchy of needs pyramid and erg uh theory uh here it's a hasbro against two factors uh to worry where you have where you can see motivators and hydrogen factors what can motivate us in our life so next theory it's a processing theory protestant wording uh it's uh to
worry what can tell us about the process uh first of all when we start our lecture i tell about uh motivation it's a process in mater when we have motivation we every time must move we every time must be in active position and our active position of course uh help us uh to focusing uh in a process to focusing in a people to focusing in our needs and of course when we focusing for a something experience it worry it's about it when we're focusing in something it can help us to take uh to give us
uh motivation help us uh with when when it motivate us and then it can give a power for us uh equality to worry it's a to worry about our uh out customs yeah they are must uh help us to motivation it's a motivation what came from outside and motivate us uh inside uh because uh salary i don't know some uh benefits some presence can be a best motivation for us next thing it's um what motivate us it's our position our age our education of course when we start our education every year we have something new
in our education and this something new it's motivate us because it can give a little bit information about something and then we need to know a lot about this because it can be interesting for us and of course it it again tell about focusing on something and this is focusing can give us a power to do something in our life uh next uh two worries uh it's social theory uh of course um social cognitive theory when we are a person when we are people uh when we're or we live in social area without social area
we can be a people yeah we can be only animal uh and of course uh other people can give us a power with their behavior with their i don't know some words some communication and if we live in social area we must juice all things would do others we need uh their needs too because uh in our social area we have some rules we have some culture yeah we have some values and of course we must be a part of this social area and of course we do everything to uh to have a mark uh
like you're a part of our social area you're a best of our social area and of course for this mark mark of course it's a um appealing um of course uh we want to do everything uh for our uh for our personality uh so goal settings uh to worry of course it's a very important scenario in our days of with this to worry works a lot of big companies because without goals we don't have anything but first of all for our goals we must have some needs social needs biological needs and every time our goals
must be higher and can be stayed in a high level for our high motivation if we have a low goals uh we have a low motivation who doesn't do it we doesn't want to achieve our goal and every time when we set the goals we must we must put high goals for our life so our motivation it's a big process yeah uh first of all uh we must idea or need after idea of need we have a goal new goal then we have a positive emotions when we have a goal or positive uh feelings after
then we focusing on this goal uh when we're focusing we we do something for achieve this goal we have some uh active position after this active position we have uh we create uh new good habits for uh for achieving our goal after our goal we we have a success we win uh in this process after uh success after when we have a success when we win when we have a good result it can give us a new idea again and this circle of this actions it can be my motivation for us it's a motivation for
us it motivates us and it's work like that if you lose one of this step of course you can understand about it and again starts from idea because all new our ideas all new i don't know information in our life can give us a new goal can give us a new uh feelings and of course it can change our focusing it can change our habits and our habits and focusing for something for something what can be interesting for us what can be important for us change our life in a good part
