[Music] [Music] all right hey guys so welcome to Day in the Life Day episode 10 gang to double digits now um back doing squat every day today is day 11 of squat every day um today's variation is pause front squat so um you come down then you go one Mississippi 2 Mississippi three Mississippi come back up uh guys I was doing 70 kilos but then I feel like a strain in my lower back um so now I'm going to do two more sets with 50 kilos especially when you're doing Squad every day you have to
be really honest with yourself as to what you can and can't do because you know even just a smallest strain and you can like you can stop your street because you literally just can't go on it anymore so guys I'm going to keep it safe just going to go 50 kilos and yeah I'll let the roll Clips roll now [Music] um all right guys so finish up with front squats back is just feeling really bad um as I said vlogging in front of your friends is not easy um yeah because I'm doing Squad every day

I use for a pre-workout pump or during workout pump me so basically Iman um in this scene you're being a major wanker you're uh firstly unable to lift it and you think you're hard with the face and then you realize you actually lift it pretty bu [Music] though all right guys so I just finished up that workout um in pretty much anything I do I like to have some takeaways and I always like to learn and improve a couple takeaways from that workout first of all my mic broke while the sort of stand I think
it still works which first of all put me in a bad sour of state of mind and in future I need to make sure I don't do that because you need to live life in abundance and you can't let these little things you know take away or deter from the things that really matter um and number two guys as you saw in that last um military shoulder press you need to not underestimate the weight and you need to especially when you're doing like a one R Max you need to never half ass things and that's
sort of what I did it was a combination of underestimating the weight and half-assing it it was 62.5 kilos so that's still a 2.5 kilo um PR I'm not so much angry that I didn't get the 70 kilos it's more the way I went about it like the fact that I dropped it back that's very very dangerous um I did some Mobility work for my lower back after I finished that but it's the way I went about it that kind of makes me frustrated but going back to the first point guys you can't let little
things G you down so I'll show you what my conjugate system looks like in the next video cuz I think this is getting long now this a 2-day vlog um and I'll just show you what my dinner is and that'll be the end of it guys I just looked back over the last clip honestly autofocus absolutely kills me on this thing because sometimes especially in like um bright situations the auto I don't even know if this thing's autof FOC like Focus properly now because I have no flip up screen I can't manual like manually focus
it so I have to use autofocus and in like bright light situations it works perfectly but then you know sometimes like this it's just so bad and it kills me honestly I need to upgrade to the 70D all right guys so here's my attempt at fixing the mic just remove that so with the road mic basically this is the only thing that wait this is the only thing that matters this is just like a stabilizer so I'll check in like editing whether it like works okay hope it does just use like black tape I don't
