If true, Goku would equal Vegeta's 18,000 power level in Kaio-Ken X 2, and he'd be at 27,000 in Kaio-Ken X 3, and it was over 9,000. So, these numbers are the low end. At worst, he'd only injure Vegeta more, win the beam clash more easily and last longer in the fight, at least until Vegeta goes grade eight.
At best, Goku being less injured allows him to go dynamic with Bulma's group, changing that arc completely.
