I have been very blessed with the most wonderful wife and together we have fouring aming children we have never criticized or punished our children instead we've had open honest conversations we've always reinforced their self-esteem telling them how wonderful they are now three out of four are married and we have seven grandchild I see that our children have married people with great self-esteem and they are now raising their children the same way how can you tell if a relationship or business environment is good it's when there is a sense of happiness in good relationships people laugh

enjoy being together and feel fulfilled this kind of energy must come from within from your heart and mind you can sense if your environment is uplifting or draining you many people fail to become wealthy because of mental clutter they haven't clearly decided what they want decide exactly what you want because most people vaguely say they want to be rich without specifying how much by when or what they will do to achieve it if you're married sit down with your partner and decide what you both want together a couple working towards a common goal has immense

power it's called a mastermind the Synergy between husband and wife working together is incredibly powerful Einstein said that if you can't explain your goal to a six-year-old and have them understand it then you don't really know your goal make sure your goal is so clear that even a child could understand and explain it the next step is to write down your goals if it's not written it's just a fantasy studies from Harvard have shown that students who handw write their notes remember more than those who type them writing engages three parts of your brain kinesthetic

physical writing visual seeing the words and auditory hearing yourself think this triple activation sends a powerful message to your subconscious mind which then accepts it as a command just write down your goals and see what happens your life could be completely different from that moment forward you'll notice things start happening and you might call them coincidences but I assure you they are not step one decide exactly what you want with absolute Clarity step two write it down in detail step three set a deadline your subconscious mind needs to know when you want it once you

set a clear deadline things start happening and your life begins to transform step four is to make a list of everything you can do to achieve your goal keep adding to this list whenever you think of something new even in the middle of the night keep a notepad nearby so you can write it down right away and not forget it just remember keep writing and don't ignore it this is a crucial moment it's like a huge ship turning in the ocean your whole life starts to change when you write a list of the steps you

need to take the next step is to act on that list take action on the most important tasks immediately get up and do something right now it doesn't have to be a big step it could be reviewing your notes making a phone call or ordering a book anything that moves you toward your goals think of it like a kickoff in a soccer game just kick the ball as fast as possible what I'm about to tell you now can make you rich happy popular and maybe even fit do something every day toward your most important goal

here's an exercise I recommend and from now on share this with anyone new you bring into your circle if they don't do this exercise don't waste your time with them here's the exercise take a blank sheet of paper and write down today's date then list 10 goals you'd like to accomplish in the next 12 months write them in the present tense as if you're placing an order using statements like I earn I achieve I lose weight or I drive specific car these goals can cover Financial Family Physical and other areas of your life once you

have your list of 10 goals ask yourself if I could achieve just one goal within 24 hours which would have the greatest positive impact on my life that's your primary goal transfer it to a new sheet of paper and follow these steps write it down set a deadline make a list of everything you need to do to achieve it organize that list into a checklist take action and do something every day toward your goal if you follow this simple process nothing can stop you except yourself let's discuss competence the concept of competence is simple you

can only make a lot of money if you're very good at what you do one of the most important things is to identify the key skills needed for Success then aim to be among the top 10% in your field you don't need to be the top 1% just the top 10% successful people are good at what they do because they work work on it consistently whether it's sports music chess or any other field a study showed that highly successful people spend more than 4 hours a day improving their skills far more than the average person
