hey everybody it's me again I know you're probably sick and tired of seeing me today but we have one more feature and I promise this will be the last one for today but it's pretty exciting so we are going to announce direct integration with Facebook lead ads so you no longer need zapier to pull your leads into high level this has two big benefits one is cost so if any of you are currently paying zapier for this you no longer have to do so and then two it's speed so if any of you are seeing
any kind of lag time between the time the lead at is submitted to the time it gets into high level that lag time will go away so let's take a look at how this works so over here in Facebook you're all familiar with this these are all the forms that are underneath this page um and these are the same forms that you'll get from your ad account um and so we what we want to do is when a lead comes in on one of these ads we want to automatically push them into high levels so
let's see how that gets set up so we go into settings Integrations and then we're going to connect our Facebook account and I'm going to go ahead and disconnect that and reconnect it and when I do we'll get this popup here and this is something you've probably all already done so uh you shouldn't have to do it again but I'm going to go ahead and select the uh page that I want to associate with this location it'll close the window and at this point I'll be able to go into Facebook form field mapping and in
here I should get a list of all of my fors from the page Tada so now if you haven't mapped over the fields you can click here and map them if you have it'll show a check mark and you can either remap them so you can come in here and these are all of the different questions and here are all of the standard fields and you can see that you can just simply come in here and actually map them to uh one of the fields inside high level and then when you're done you just go
ahead and update it now if at any point you want to turn this off so it's not going to bring them in anymore you can go ahead and slide this uh little status off or you can start uh slide it back on uh to turn it back on so all that's looking good great now we've got leads coming into the system how do we do stuff with those leads so of course like most things in our system we're going to create a trigger for this so what we're going to do is go over to triggers
and I've already created one called Facebook lead ad submitted so you're going to come in and this very first drop down normally it would be uh on probably the name of your agency we're going to change this to Facebook and inside choose a trigger it'll be Facebook lead form submitted and then we're going to add a filter and choose Cho in form and then in my case I've only mapped over the fields for veron's form and so at this point what we're saying is when Elite comes in go ahead and in in my case I'm
going to do the action add to campaign and I've got a list of my campaigns and I've just have a campaign in here called Facebook campaign so all we've done here is just cut zappier out of the middle and you can now bring your leads in in real time into a high level from your Facebook lead ads so hope this helps a lot of people save some people some money um and have a great day and as always let us know what else we can do to help thanks so much bye
