Jim shark liked my photo you know no [Music] biggie good morning guys um didn't Vlog the past two days cuz got tired of having like a massive rig a foot away from my face and walking around but I'm back so today we're doing chest and triceps um going for another PR on the bench press which would be 90 kilos uh last week I got 87.5 so just like little incremental increases um and also today is working from like 8 to 10 rep range uh more strength based and that'll be interesting cuz from next month I'm
doing um my power lifting cycle also I got my belt yesterday and tried it out I'm on day five of squad every day which is going well keep you guys updated baby so baby baby all right guys so I worked up to 100% of what I wanted my PR Tov today which was 90 kilos I hit it but I forgot to hit record and everyone knows that if you don't record it if there's no proof it doesn't count simp please come to reception thank you okay um so I'm just going to go for it again
uh and this time make sure I record so let's go I [Music] all right guys so as you can see I had two more attempts at the 90kg first one got it like halfway up wasn't able to lock out uh second attempt or techn technically third attempt second attempt on camera um honestly before I even stepped underneath the bar I I knew I wasn't going to get it so I'm happy I did get the 90 kg kind of upset I didn't get it on camera but I promise you that I did get it um and

to two gyms one gym I've been going to for maybe like three months consistently uh I know everyone there who every like person there who goes consistently like by name and this new one I've been going maybe like 2 3 weeks consistently and I'm getting to know people and I just have a far more enjoyable experience I know that there's a difference between you know going there just for the sake of socializing and being focused but still you know knowing people there so I think once you have that right balance you'll have a really enjoyable
experience even like the personal trainers I like to get them to know the personal trainers and I also think uh at least for me because I film it's better to be on the personal trainer's good side because then they let me film they let me do other things like as well as you know it's just nice to be social and to interact and then you know other people can push you up and help you improve so that's sort of my opinion on it go about it as you please but uh yeah let's head on home
now guys it's also a great moment when you come home and you have two packages by the way this is the lifting belt that I ordered tried it out yesterday rigid as hell right now got to you know wear it in a bit more but yeah let me open up these two packages [Music] you take creatine bro now I [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] do feel [Music] all right guys so I just put on the powerlifting shoes fit pretty much perfectly so these were only like 70 lb on Amazon um you can get everything on Amazon
nowadays um so these in conjunction with my belt and my knee sleeves will first of all making squat will make squat every day easier as well as when I'm doing deadlifts the belt will help as well as the knee pads the knee wraps actually because I get knee pains when I do deadlifts cuz the like violent jerk motion up so yeah very happy with that I'll test this the powerlifting shoes out tonight when I do squat every day so yeah let me show you powerlifting shoes actually don't look that bad to be honest um I
mean I'll only wear them in the gym but still uh KN sleeves very happy with those so far and then my belt and then lastly I got some creatine mono if you'll focus in yeah creatin monoh hydrate I'm doing a 3-month powerlifting cycle as I've probably set the 100th this is probably the H 100th time I've said it um from next month and this will help with your ATP addin in triphosphate f stores so in in practice technically I should be able to lift at least a little bit more weight with this so literally from
my protein this is they had a sale it was 8 lb for a kilo which is if if you're working off 5 Mig you have a loading phase where you have to do like extremely more than you would normally but this was um if you use 5 m grounds a day technically this should last you 200 days um but also keep in mind you do come off it and you have higher periods to begin with so I'll let you know how this goes as well as the powerlifting shoes and everything else so see you squat
everyday day six all right guys so we're here doing Squad everyday day six I think um just did a 70% front Squad today I'm going to go for a PR which would be 90 kilos I have all my squat shoes my belt my knee sleeves honestly today is the first day where I generally just do not feel like getting underneath the bar and I do not feel solid so um you know it's just something I'll have to push past and hopefully I'll get the 90 kg so that the clips run [Music] [Applause] feel feel [Music]
do the do I feel the do I feel [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] all right guys so I hit the 90 kilos um felt pretty clean so going to get one of my friends to check my form and go for the 95 kilos honestly I feel as I can probably do 100 but we'll go to 95 just for today I'm getting a couple niggles and this is actually the first time I've felt any sort of pain during my squad everyday program so we'll probably just do one more set and then move on to some accessory work
so uh I'll let I'll leave the raw clip for you now all right guys so as you can see from the clips um I put 10 kilos more than the pr was I mean I still hit a 5 Kil PR today so I'm very happy I tried going for a 15 kilo PR basically I had 100 kg I had 100 kg on the bar um as you can see I just I failed like not even halfway up um so right now I'm just going to do accessory movements probably just some Romanian dead lifts and uh
