any reflections yeah thank you thank you so much it's uh it's good um the practabability of uh involving God in everything that we do and um the frequency the intentionality of doing it frequently like you say 25 or uh 10 minutes it's um it's kind of um help us to abide I think in his presence and to do everything with him so that that stood out for me and um yeah I need the grace to practice that so thank you so much awesome welcome um thank you I really enjoyed that lesson um because I don't
really have rest I don't really operate in rest even though I'm quite a chilled out person it's an illusion because on the inside I'm always thinking and overthinking so to hear that that that whole thing is a culture of Satan and what it releases in the atmosphere it's quite sobering um I think it's not something you think about too much when you're stressing about a piece of work or stressing about something else you're not thinking how you're affecting the atmosphere but actually I I can vouch that I can feel when something's a bit off with
someone or even even with myself when I'm stressed I can feel that like like you're releasing that stuff um but what I was actually thinking about was um rest and um an identity because there was some there was some parameters you're saying about rest towel like understanding your assignment accepting your assignment those things will come when you kind of know who you are maybe you're knowing more of your identity so I was just kind of thinking do you you rest is like um like it's on a gradient so maybe you're experiencing Someone Like You is
experiencing so much more rest because you know so much more of who you are then I don't know baby Christian or something but is that true is the rest like is it yeah um there's always Grace for every stage because there is no dimension of God that you cannot access because of the Cross because of the blood and in childlike faith so access is there just practice because for most people it's actually something that's trying to stop even what is freely given we need to practice so that's number one so access is different to functionality
so it's kind of like if a little child is learning to walk and you're a parent you're so excited that the person has taken two steps you'll be screaming and encouraging the baby to walk not now if you reach five years old and you're still doing that then I'm not sure you'll see the same excitement this is people will start thinking um something's not so the father's excitement that you're even trying is amazing so for you you it's gonna feel amazing so and I don't know how to measure what that will that encouragement for you
to the only problem is stagnation and not growing and then you feel like that Grace is not as much as it was um growing responsibility so that's what I would say so yes there's measures but it's amazing how much you can experience it just because of childlike faith wow yeah about the rest I also want to talk about the resting duration that you work for 25 minutes and you said for its 10. you see in all my lines of work for us we have this thing called The Zone once you hit the zone and you're
very productive and you're thinking okay this is the only time I can do as much as possible and I have noticed I have this sub issue walking and walking and I only rest when something goes wrong like I I was even seeing certain comedian who said I think that nobody says I'll take a rest when everything is going right we only arrest when something goes wrong and I think with this maybe if I could be resting this 25 minutes slots maybe something wouldn't have gone as wrong but as often as they do when you're let's
say an hour two hours or three hours sometimes and only when you notice okay I'm being frustrated here that's when you think okay let me take a rest let me now seek some help from somewhere else so I think this is actually eye-opening and I'll try to implement it in my day-to-day activities yeah awesome that's great awesome thanks for that sister Winnie what do you think of the lesson and say hello to say hello to the people I've also seen somebody else here on an iPad I can guess who it is but um who's on

it was challenging like I feel like uh my mindset um I feel like I could say more but I I can't think right now but that was that was one of my favorite points from today's lesson So yeah thank you awesome awesome thank you Father sorry there was something else I wanted to show ask um literally just left my brain oh arrest um about whereas you said that rest is about having the correct attitude yes in what way I feel like I know uh a little bit but we covered the lesson on work and attitude
I think it was fourth or fifth you can oh okay it's a attitude is a big thing because remember we said your attitude determines your altitude oh yeah you know and we actually covered steps of developing the right attitude which is some of the steps that I've been sharing today as well so refer to that um to that teaching and that will help yeah amen in the name of Jesus just pray with me father we thank you when we're talking about work we're talking about business we're talking about jobs we're talking about assignments we're talking
about economics and we thank you that you've provided an economic court for us to come into thank you for the economic thoughts of heaven and we all Step In by faith into the economics Court of Heaven in the name of Jesus we summon ourselves there and Lord as we come we want to honor you we honor the father we honor Yeshua our Lord we honor the Holy Spirit we honor you we honor the angels we honor all of Heaven and we thank you for your power for your Authority and we thank you for the culture
of rest and Trust and Lord as we come today we present ourselves under your covering and we present ourselves before the father and Lord we bring our work we know that you care about work you honor work you value work you're very interested in work we learned that you are working Jesus says my father is working and I am working until now Lord you want us to be busy about your business busy about the father's business Lord you gave us work it's our responsibility that comes out of our intimacy with you it's the purpose of
our existence and so we bless your holy name father we repent for not working in rest we repent for not taking responsibility we want we repent for overthinking over analyzing over planning customizing being sneaky being manipulative not being straightforward being secretive avoiding work running away from work not enjoying work not accepting work not taking it on board not having the right culture and the right systems being ignorant about how you want work to work father repent for living it to others for refusing to carry the burden of work and for not trusting you with it
father forgive my family and I where we've created patterns of doing work the wrong way that releases demonic Energies into our atmospheres Lord we are here asking for Mercy forgive us forgive our fathers forgive our ancestors forgive the entire culture of work on Earth that we can see is not aligned with you forgive us for the culture of performance we're asking for your mercy but here we are Lord today asking you to teach us your ways help us to grow to work with you to see work the way you see it and to invite you
to talk to you to invite you to be a part of any work or even any task that we're doing as a part of our day father build this culture in US Lord I realize that I'm fearful of this concept but today I want to choose it I want to choose work I want to choose responsibility I want to choose to work in rest I choose to take responsibility Lord I give away all the fears that I have fears of mistakes fears of being blamed fears of carrying guilt and failure not being able to do
it I give away all of these things and I Surrender Lord and I trust you from today thank you for the practicalities of what thank you that you're teaching us what to do fathers will stand before you I ask you to clothe us with your power with your Authority and with Dominion so that we can really excel in the work that you have given for us help us a lot help us to posture our hearts right help us to have the right attitude help us to embrace you and your work we ask you to open
up this key of work that's in my heart open up this key of work that's in my heart open it we choose your kingdom we choose your ways we love you father we accept you we accept who we are in you our identity we accept our Heavenly positions you need continue to reveal this area of work to me help me dear father I surrender to you in Jesus name Jesus name thank you thank you Father
