the project was not meeting safety standards or expectations i would pull more experienced people from other areas of the project to ensure the safety objectives are met now if this action then meant the budget was in danger of being missed i would hold discussions with contractors or stakeholders to see which areas we could amend to reduce costs so that the budget is still adhered to now at all times whilst working as a project engineer i would work hard to balance the safety and well-being of people who are working on the project with the budget that
