Ogden Marsh is a city that is very peaceful and safe the citizens are friendly and most of them are farmers the population in the city is not very large so they all know each other that afternoon a baseball game was held in the city's field the residents were very enthusiastic to watch it also present there was the deputy sheriff named Kevin along with his assistant named Russell in the midst of the exciting game a man suddenly appeared staggering onto the field while carrying a shotgun Kevin quickly approached him he recognized the man whose name was
Rory Kevin suspected that Rory was heavily intoxicated which is why he was causing trouble Kevin ordered Rory to put down his weapon however instead of obeying Kevin's command Rory pointed the gun at Kevin's face and prepared to shoot him so Kevin quickly shot him first this incident immediately shocked everyone on the field as such a tragic event had never happened before in the city Rory's wife seemed unable to accept that Kevin whom they knew well could shoot her husband dead just because he was intoxicated Kevin was confused and felt guilty about the incident Kevin's wife
Judy tried to comfort him Judy is a doctor in the city she worked at the health clinic with her assistant named Becca Judy was pregnant at the time the next day the Laboratory test results came out there was no alcohol found in Rory's blood this made Kevin feel strange if it wasn't because of alcohol H then why did Rory act so dangerously Kevin decided to investigate at the softball field he was looking for something that might explain why Rory could behave like that in the stands Kevin saw his neighbor Bill sitting alone his eyes were
vacant with an expression like someone who was confused when spoken to he was unresponsive Kevin found this odd because Bill wasn't usually like this at Judy's Clinic bill came with his wife and child Bill's wife complained about about her husband who suddenly started acting strangely he often stared blankly and was unresponsive when spoken to Judy then performed a checkup but found nothing wrong with Bill's Health that night at Bill's residence his wife and child were gripped with fear because suddenly bill turned into a different person the man raged with a knife in hand he wanted
to kill his own wife and child Bill's wife and child tried to save themselves by locking the door from inside the house but Bill casually poured gasoline and set his house on fire including his wife and child who were still inside the house Kevin who received the report immediately rushed to the scene Judy went with him because she was a close friend of Bill's wife there they saw Bill's house already burnt down with his wife and child charred alive inside meanwhile bill with his vacant eyes started singing and whistling as if nothing had happened there
Kevin couldn't believe it because he knew his neighbor well he didn't understand how Bill could turn into such a cruel person in a swampy Forest on the edge of City three Hunters found a parachute stuck in a tree they were shocked when they found a corpse still tied to the parachute Kevin and Russell immediately conducted an investigation from the uniform and equipment on the body they identified it as a pilot he likely ejected when his plane encountered trouble so now they focused on finding where the plane had crashed eventually they found the wreckage of the
plane it was a fairly large military cargo plane the plane had sunk into the river right below their boat Kevin became suspicious because no media Outlet reported the crash of a military cargo plane as if the government deliberately kept it quiet and what worried him was what exactly was being transported by that cargo plane what if the cargo was carrying something dangerous that could contaminate the river after all the river is the main source of drinking water for the city's residence Kevin immediately went to the mayor he asked the mayor to shut off the city's
water supply from the River however the mayor refused saying that shutting off the water supply from the river would mean destroying the city's Farms Kevin and Russell were shocked by the changes happening to Bill aside from the physical changes that made him look terrifying Bill had now completely transformed into someone else a mad and aggressive person who wanted to attack anyone he saw their Panic increased when they found out that the city's internet and phone networks had been cut off now the city was truly isolated from the the outside world Kevin while inspecting the morg
was suddenly attacked by the autopsy Doctor Who had now turned into someone like Bill the doctor brutally attacked Kevin with a bone saw luckily Kevin managed to defeat the craz doctor back home Kevin urged his wife Judy to leave the city immediately because he could feel that something very bad had happened in the city but suddenly several soldiers wearing masks and fully armed appeared they captured Kevin and Judy the soldier then loaded Kevin and Judy onto a bus Russell and other captured residents were already on board they were taken to a quarantine facility the quarantine
facility was large enough and was set up on the softball field there newcomers underwent a swab test those with normal body temperatures were declared healthy they were then evacuated out of city but those with high body temperatures were declared exposed to the virus and were placed in a separate facility for further examination unfortunately Judy had a high temperature at the time so she failed the swab test and was placed in the facility separated from her husband Kevin who had passed the swab test the atmosphere inside the facility was quite terrifying all the staff wore hazmat
suits and the facility was heavily guarded by the military Judy was drugged and placed in a special room for those suspected of being infected with the virus suddenly a pickup truck crashed into the quarantine fence they were residents who had bravely stormed the facility to free their families a shootout ensued and during that time the detained residents rushed out through the broken fence the situation became chaotic with residents and soldiers fighting each other The Clash didn't just occur between residents and soldiers but also among those infected with the craziness virus who ferociously attacked anyone they
encountered outnumbered the military decided to abandon the place meanwhile in the facility Judy met Becca who was also being held there then things became more terrifying when suddenly a man with a pitchfork entered the room judging by his physical symptoms it seemed that this man had already been infected with the craziness virus the man cruy St stabbed each person in the room one by one they couldn't do anything because their hands and feet were tightly bound so they could only wait for their turn to be slaughtered when the man was about to stab Judy a
gunshot from Kevin stopped him they then fre Judy and Becca the situation in the facility was utterly chaotic with bodies scattered everywhere the state of the city was no better destruction was everywhere a result of the clash between residents and soldiers not to mention those who had been infected with the craziness virus now roaming freely in search of victims Russell searched for a car they could use however it turned out that all the cars in the city had been locked by the soldiers the purpose was to prevent residents from using them to Escape out of
City suddenly they saw the three Hunters they had met in the swamp earlier the hunters seemed to be enjoying their hobby but this time their prey was not animals but humans the hunters shot anyone they encountered regardless of whether they were ordinary City's people people infected with the virus or soldiers they killed them all Kevin realized that their situation was becoming more difficult now they had to face three groups those infected with the craziness virus soldiers and the psychopathic Hunters their current goal was to head to Kevin's house because Kevin had an old car in
his garage that they could use to escape the city on their way they passed by Becca's boyfriend's house there soldiers were executing Becca's boyfriend and his mother the soldiers then burned their bodies as Dawn approached they finally reached Kevin's house they quickly prepared everything they needed for the journey out of City such as fixing the car Gathering ing clothes food and medicine before they left Judy wanted to take a moment to look at the nursery unexpectedly inside the room were two people infected with the craziness virus a fight ensued Kevin was overwhelmed by having to
fight two crazy people at once fortunately Russell saved him however Russell brutally executed the two infected individuals at that moment Russell began to change into a colder and more silent person noticing this change Judy suspected that Russell was beginning to be infected by the craziness virus then they drove the old car toward the city's outskirts suddenly a military helicopter appeared intending to attack them Kevin quickly hid the car in a building a car wash but unexpectedly several people infected with the craziness virus were waiting inside once again they had to fight with all their might
to survive the brutal attacks however unfortunately for them they were captured with a rope and hung until they died even worse the military helicopter outside dropped a bomb that destroyed their car but the struggle wasn't over now the three of them continued their Journey on foot shortly afterward they saw a car speeding towards them from a distance Russell quickly placed a spike strip on the road causing the car's tires to burst and the vehicle to crash and roll over Kevin found one person who had survived the crash so he approached him the Survivor turned out
to be a govern official he revealed that the cargo plane that had crashed into the river was a military aircraft carrying biological weapons and it was true the river had been contaminated by the biological weapons which caused the spread of the craziness virus now afflicting the city's residents suddenly without warning Russell shot the man Kevin was shocked by Russell's increasingly erratic Behavior they argued and In the Heat of the Moment Russell seized Kevin's weapon now Kevin and Judy found themselves at the mercy of Russell who seemed to be sinking deeper into madness due to the
craziness virus this virus indeed took several hours to fully transform someone into a monstrous violent being as they continued on their Journey Kevin took advantage of a moment of Russell's distraction and struck him down Russell now weakened and only a short time away from completely succumbing to the virus begged Kevin to let him accompany them even if only for a little while longer despite the danger Kevin unable to abandon the partner who had served with him for so many years agreed to let Russell stay with them eventually they arrived at a checkpoint the road ahead
was blocked by a military barricade they couldn't continue their Journey without passing through it at this point Russell realized that his time was running out he volunteered to sacrifice himself so that Kevin and Judy could pass through the barricade he deliberately walked forward and provoked the soldiers guarding the checkpoint Russell was met with a hail of bullets and he died on the spot with the soldiers distracted by Russell Kevin and Judy managed to sneak past the barricade undetected they reached a nearby terminal where Kevin found a large truck meanwhile Judy shivering with fear discovered spent
bullet casings and a pile of bodies in the back of a pickup truck inside the terminal building they found many more bodies in horrific conditions the place was nothing short of a slaughterhouse it became clear that they were in The Lair of the the hunters the psychopathic Hunters now infected with the craziness virus had become even more brutal Kevin and Judy had to fight for their lives against the hunters trying to avoid becoming their next victims after a fierce battle they finally managed to defeat the hunters next they got into the large truck and drove
away heading out of the city as they were about to reach the city's boundary they heard a transmission over the radio instructing all military personnel in the city city of Ogden Marsh to evacuate immediately as the city was about to be destroyed soon after a massive explosion obliterated the city the blast W from the explosion caused the truck Kevin and Judy were driving to flip over and crash fortunately they both survived it turned out that the government having lost hope of finding a solution to stop the spread of the craziness virus and wanting to cover
