Today is Friday, and every Friday Anya goes to her dacha. What is a dacha? Very often, there is a small vegetable garden or orchard at a dacha.
Almost every family has such a house. Today it is sunny and warm outside. Anya packs her backpack: she puts water, a sandwich, and a book.
She puts on her sneakers, hugs Tima, and leaves the house. She waits for the bus at the bus stop. The bus arrives.
Anya comes inside and says, “Hello, ticket, please. ” — Hello. That’ll be fifty rubles, please.
— Thank you, — says Anya and sits down. She listens to music, and time flies. Here is the dacha.
In the yard stands a wooden house. Flowers are growing nearby. Anya opens the door and goes inside.
The house is clean and cozy. She puts her backpack on the floor and goes out into the garden. There are raspberries growing in the garden.
— Mmm, what ripe, beautiful raspberries, — says Anya. And here comes the neighbor’s cat Vaska, who has come to visit. — Hello, Vaska, — says Anya.
— Meow, — replies Vaska. Then they sit together on the bench and Anya reads a book. In the evening, Anya drinks tea on the porch.
It’s nine o’clock in the evening. Anya has to go home. — Bye, Vaska.
See you in a week.
