over a lot and over analyze everything when it comes to content you will fail here if you were talking to people and establishing relationships before gaining momentum and actually doing the damn work guess what you will fail here if you're giving advice that you're not qualified to give you will fail here That is my biggest pet peeve we live in a world where you have overweight people given Fitness advice broke people given Financial advice and alcoholics that are leaving an AAA meeting talking about addictions I can't take it so unless you have done something of
great Great accomplishments unless you are the master and you've devoted ten thousand hours to your field please don't give advice you're not qualified to give Please I won't give relationship advice I won't give wealth management advice I won't give customer service advice I I will only give sales advice that's all that I'm qualified to give yeah I've built some companies but I built those companies for bringing in subject matter experts who focus on their verticals who focus on their departments and I do what I do best and build sales teams there's nothing great happens at
balance That happens extremes so please please please please keep that in mind um unless your bank account reflects what you've done let's let's keep the pride down okay um you will fail if you don't ask for help during the Q8 calls if you're not partaking an additional consulting or coaching um and you're having trouble implementing This invest in yourself like there's no excuse I mean if you're having trouble and you're not getting the result you need there's no excuse we've given you the best of the best people on the planet at these particular subjects you're

what I do works and I've got hundreds of sales people from 10 15 16 different organizations that'll tell you my style works now if you're here you're either going to win or learn learn there is no failure remove failure from your dictionary right now there is no failure some things that we try here will fail some sales calls won't end any Yes some deals will not go through and some relationships will not flourish and that is okay failure provides us with essential cells with essential feedback as professionals and it allows us to adjust and get
closer to success the quicker you fail the quicker you learn so here we win or we learn there is no failure second here is just take Massive Action Don't get caught up in the sauce guys don't get caught up in over analysis and paralysis and all that not everything is going to be perfect just keep moving forward some action is better than no action third I want to instill a whatever the hell it takes mentality this is your time this is your calling this is your chance to play at a bigger at a bigger level
to play a Bigger game and become a better person lose all the stories of the past because your past is not welcome here your past does not dictate your future I don't care how many times you've been beaten in the face I don't care about your background I don't care about the mistakes you've made I don't care about any of that I care about one thing you mastering this and being in the moment Leave the Past for the past leave the future for the future Zone in and master The day you got 84 000 or
86 000 seconds in a day the quicker you master the day the quicker you master your month you master your your year you master everything but just focus on the day and do whatever it takes to succeed I don't care what the sacrifice is you've got to be willing to step on glass to get to the bag you got to be willing to eat glass to get to where you want to go that's what this game's about whoever Sacrifices the most will win now lastly I will always be up front with each and every one
of you my job is to get you to your desired situation and to do that I'm known to push people I'm known to press people and I'm pretty good at motivating people to evolve my style isn't for everyone just like I mentioned in the last slide but it's proven and it works and I've never met a seven figure guy a seven-figure top producer an entrepreneur whatever it may Be they're typically pretty strong and they're not softies they don't complain so if anything I say offends you please just throw it away I'm not here to offend
you I'm here to push you so don't take it that I don't like you because that's not the case so part number nine here let's talk about my personal story we're going to keep this short run this through just so you guys can get some context on me what Celops has done for me what the art of human hacking has done for me just so we can kind of get acquainted because you're going to be hearing a lot from me throughout this program so first comes first I was born in Blacksburg Virginia my father passed
away from a tragic construction accident when I was very young fell 16 stories from a bridge and was in ICU on life support for literally two and a half weeks once my father finally passed away Me and my mom were stranded my father had the only income in the house we had no money that we could even access because we were locked out of everything and uh it was pretty bad lived with my grandmother my mom worked lived in some Motel Lakes for quite some time while everything was sorted out thankfully my dad owned a
contracting company so it did get sorted out but it was very rough there for a bit um years later my mom got remarried Um you know to a very great guy very good guy and she started advancing in her professional life as well she worked for Consulting A cardiology of carillion and worked for about I don't know 16 20 cardiovascular surgeons and she started doing really well there he did really well he I'm on a don't distract me sorry guys he was on a thing and uh that's that's kind of how that all went they
started doing super super well people always Come in my office try to distract me there um so that's that my mother got remarried we talked about that we relocated to Smith Mountain Lake Virginia it's a beautiful Lake in Southern Virginia I spent you know growing up as a kid I spent the Summer's wakeboarding skateboarding rollerblading dirt bikes doing really anything I could do that involved you know adrenaline that Involved pushing something till it pushes back and then pushing some more I was a wild wild kid and I loved risk I loved adrenaline that was my
drug I broke so many bones jumped off a house missed the trampoline had a compound fracture bone came out of the r I've broken both collar bones I've broken legs I've broken feet I've broken ribs I've done a lot of stupid things growing up but I was always chasing something I had to level up and that actually drove Me a lot in business and you know entrepreneurship as well but anyways in the winter times at the lake it was super boring this community was kind of like a vacation Community big gated community and majority of
people lived there were you know all Executives from New York or the CEO of black Decker lived there and they they had these big houses but they didn't live them at all you know all year round I mean it was 45 minutes from the closest grocery store You're in the middle of nowhere it's beautiful but winter time man it is miserable snow everywhere I was bored out of my mind and uh yeah so growing up grew up at the lake my uh my sister passed away as well when I was in high school so you
know my childhood was fueled about a lot of trauma if you will and you know adversity I think makes some people and it breaks some people I use it as a chip on my shoulder and it Motivated me it kept me focused here I am almost 30 years old I've never done a drug in my entire life I've never even drank a beer it's you know it's been able to keep me extremely focused on my financial life and success and all of that and that's what's Driven me um but I I did have a childhood
that was pretty pretty crazy there so um on top of that this is a picture of me here with uh a good friend of mine when I was growing Up this is me this is me skateboarding again pushing some limits and doing some crazy dropping in on like a 14 foot half pipe when I was just a child this is me wrestling I wrestled from the age of I think six all the way to my senior year in high school this is me jumping off a 30-foot Cliff when I was God I don't know how
old I was there this is my mother here on the left Kim this is my grandmother Wanda this is my aunt Angie and this is my Aunt Robin this is my grandmother here at the lake house during the summer she would come and of course watch me so I didn't have to go to daycare now growing up at a very early age you know some Summers we would take a couple of weeks off we would go to Charlotte North Carolina where my uncle lived and he managed an exotic car dealership there and when I was
young you know he had This buddy that worked at this dealership and it was so funny because you know we get down there I've got this love for cars I love Mustangs and things like that and we go into this dealership and this guy put me in a Ferrari started it up let me rev it let me drive it move it around inside took me outside jumped in it took me for the ride of my life and I was hooked I mean it was over and he said one day man if you work hard enough
If you stay focused if you don't do drugs and you you really stay focused you'll get you one of these cars and that passion for cars I mean it stuck with me when I got to high school I found my first job at about 15 years old working for a extremely successful entrepreneur guy by the name of Dustin Seacrest and he owned a diesel performance shop in a lift kit shop I worked for Dustin for free for an entire year and basically said hey dude I'll do Anything just take me under your wing and Mentor
me I want to learn and after about a year of doing that Dustin finally started to pay me and by the time I was 17 years old I was making three to four thousand dollars a month in commission selling diesel performance parts and lift kits to individuals that like big tires and big trucks so it was pretty funny I was super successful there I was making more than anybody in my school at the time and that's where I Truly found my passion for sales I mean it took off to the point to where I absolutely
love all right I'm back guys I had some issues here but let's keep rocking and rolling my apologies for the cut in the videos something happened with my PowerPoint presentation here but let's get back to where we were and we'll we left off right at right where I was talking about Dustin my first Mentor my first job long story short I got in with Dustin he owned a diesel performance shop made a lot of money with him was making three to four thousand dollars a month in commissions I was killing it when I wasn't at
the shop I was traveling all over the country with Dustin and his race team um you know from hanging out with Dennis Anderson to going to Florida to going to Georgia South Carolina Peach Festival we were traveling 24 7 365 during Race season and in 2013 I really found what It was like to win and you know us as a collective team was able to you know break a Guinness World Record as a race team and that was something that really changed my life and it showed me the power of teamwork and dedication and this
discipline and here's a screenshot from Dustin Seacrest talking about hey you know it's crazy how good sales communication persistence and preservation can take you anywhere just remember you first learned that breaking A world record in 2013 just when we were all ready to give up um Dustin hey I tried you took a little inspiration around with it very proud of what you accomplished this was kind of my first mentor and if it wasn't for Dustin I don't think I would have mounted to and that is you know a complete honest evaluation when I grew up
I grew up without a father so I was very soft dust impressed me Dustin pushed me he forced me to evolve into a Different human he wasn't nice he wasn't solved he was extremely Brash and hardcore but that's exactly what I needed and I don't and I think if it wasn't for Dustin I would be in a complete different place in my life right now I would not own the houses I owned the cars I wouldn't have the success that I currently have which is you know very small on a big level but um with
that being said you know I I wouldn't have anything that I had today And I owe a lot of My Success to Dustin and um yeah he changed my life but at 18 years old I received a trust fund from my father's death the only issue was that in 2008 they lost half of the trust when the market collapsed so I ended up with exactly 69 000 when I was supposed to supposed supposed to have like 250 000 and a thirty one thousand dollar tax bill from the IRS because the broker at BBT left and
no one ever paid taxes on The trust for 18 years so it was quite a show I had saved up a little bit of money working for Dustin and you know my trust fund I took that I I bought one of these massive lifted trucks out of Fort Myers Florida as a 7-3 power stroke that had like 30 000 miles on it Dustin lifted it up propane injection water methanology all these parts we spent like 55 000 dollars building this truck and by the time we got it done I kept telling myself hey it was
in memory of My dad um but you know it was it was ridiculous so I ended up selling the truck and uh got to a point to where I said hey I'm going to start my own business me and Dustin had a conversation I said hey dude I want to go out and I want to go mobile he said how about I just give you a shop you can stay there and I said I want to take a whack at this thing by myself I want to try this on my own and I want to
see if I can make it work and Sure enough it took off like a freaking rocket ship what I ended up doing is I took the money from those truck I sold the truck from a guy in Charlotte North Carolina he was a private detective I had like seventy thousand dollars in the truck and I sold it for 40. because I just couldn't get any more money and he was the first person that bit in like two weeks so I sold it he brought me the cash flew in with his family all that happened and
I took that money and I Went to a Ford dealership I financed this van and uh spent sixteen thousand dollars on all this stuff hot water extractor water tank pressure washer VX 5000 steam cleaner all my chemicals I mean it was awesome right I had this thing fabricated up it was cool my first day out I called my mom up I said hey Mom I want you to get all the cardiologists I want you to tell all the doctors that I'm mobile I'm coming to do their cars I'll clean them up get them Taken care
of and my first day out just out of that one place I made 850 bucks and I was like holy crap I just watched like four cars and made 850 dollars in a single day and that's where I kind of realized I was like damn this is this is great so within six months of that I was you know I was taking home 12 to 14 000 a month hand over fist d detail in cars within a year of that I was taking care of two massive car collections 40 million dollar car collection in one
and Uh kind of a smaller car collection in the other I got so caught up in classic cars and managing these classic cars and doing all the work on them I didn't have a lot of time to focus on the business so basically what we ended up doing is me and Tyrell Dylan an old dear friend of mine we came together and uh we built out a VIP plan to where people could sign up for 400 a month and we would detail their car at their place of work or their residence on a weekly basis
and It was super super successful and you know we scaled the service to six bands we were doing them as seventy one thousand dollars a month in revenue and I was still taking care of the car collections which were literally you know an income in itself and uh by 23 years old I said hell with it I got an offer from a guy in Northern Virginia and I wanted to do something different I learned a lot of lessons I was beating myself to the ground I wasn't I wasn't Sleeping I was burned out and somebody
came along with a really good offer and bought the debt and I walked away with nearly three hundred thousand dollars at 23 years old so here's kind of the car collections I took care of I took care of a car collection from an individual named Don moenkar super successful guy I also took care of a very large car collection 40 50 million dollar car collection for a gentleman by the name of Gary Duncan with the Duncan Automotive Network so Gary was also a mentor of mine he was a dear friend of uh my grandfather who
owned a bunch of dealerships as well and Gary's father actually bought those dealerships from my grandfather so um kind of in the business the cars the cells Gary was a mentor to me as well I started taking care of all of his cars started selling cars on the side Gary you know he'd buy me stuff at the ga Classic Car Auction we'd go in half and Half flip them I'd restore them we'd sell them it was a good little side Hustle but long long story short after I sold the business I got 300 Grand I'm
young I'm like hey I'm gonna travel for a while now I'm gonna enjoy life well I thought I'd hit it I thought you know I I could buy some time and have some fun and what I found in all that traveling is if I don't have something to chase I lose my freaking mind and I realized as I was sitting on a beach I Was in Hawaii at the time and I'm sitting there with uh I'm sitting there with my my fiance at the time and you know I'm reading and I'm just sitting there and
I'm like like what do I do like I like she's having a great time blowing money we're having a good time but uh I felt lost I mean I was not happy whatsoever and as I was sitting there reflecting I realized I was like you know what I didn't scale that business because I was just good at Detailing I mean yeah we were good at what we did but the reason why I was able to scale it so quickly and have so much success was because of the marketing angles and how I sold it um
we would go to market with a sales funnel have people apply for this concierge service to where we detail their cars every single week and we would sell these people before we even had the van we pushed their service date back two weeks and we would collect the Cash build the van send it out before we had anything and we just financed that over and over and over so I looked back and I was like you know it's not the car that I was selling a car is the second biggest investment somebody makes it was
the convenience I was selling they had a current situation of a ninety thousand dollar car desired situation they want to keep it clean all the time and they don't want to freaking do it they'd rather have a professional take care of That thing so that's what I sold and I did it really well so at the time um once I got back from Hawaii you know I started getting back into the self-development trying to discover myself some more buying a lot of courses buying a lot of education and this guy by the name of Ty
Lopez I've seen his ads and some of you've probably seen it guys sitting in his garage hey it's Ty Lopez just bought this new Lamborghini you know what I like more than this Lamborghini knowledge and you know that was a that was a big thing but Ty is like one of the first people to take a make money or a Biz op or you know some make money online course and use a mainstream platform like YouTube and do it successfully I mean 60 million dollars in a single year he was doing so I called it
I bought a 67 steps course within six months I bought everything he offered I paid him 25 000 and joined his Inner circle program and I'm gonna be quite Frank with you guys that one investment was worth way more than College it was worth way more than anything that one investment literally changed my life by introducing me to the world of internet marketing and sales right so I started as an affiliate because I didn't have a product I didn't have a service I didn't have a course I didn't have anything so I was like how
do I do it me and Ty were talking And everybody was there and you know I said hell with it I'm going to go after distress companies that need to make money and they'll will be more open to making the changes that I want to make and I'm going to find them so I found this information product uh that was a business that used to do really really well and I rolled into them I pitched them I said listen I'm Pure Performance I want a 40 commission from all the sales that I make as an
affiliate but in Order to do that I need you to do X Y and Z these are the things that I want to do so what I ended up doing is I rolled in I took all their prices off their websites made everything application based only because people want what they can't have they chased it which moves away from them and they only value the things they pay for I didn't want them competing on price I wanted them competing on value so I take all the Prices off the website make everything application based only all
those applications Roll to Me I get on phone calls I'm closing people and making a 560 Commission on a fourteen hundred dollar program we scale that we scale that I'm running eight to ten hours a day on calls making good money and then I'm like I gotta learn to work smart and not hard so I then go out and recruit a whole team under me and we I brought on six people and basically what I did is I gave them a 20 commission so if Renata made five thousand dollars a month I made five thousand
dollars a month if Michael made six thousand a month I made six thousand a month so if they succeeded I succeeded and we scaled that and rolled it out and I made a lot of money in the process at a very young age so it took me you know a real about a year to get the thing taken off and getting everything working but I made 390 Grand you know in my early 20s you Know doing this selling an online course and had some success with it and you know got burnt out on you know
just different pieces of it and the company wanted to go a different direction and I said you know what I made enough money I'm gonna I'm gonna do something else and I'll find another opportunity and by the time I was doing that you know my name had gotten around at the time I was living in New York City Upper East Side Manhattan right across from The United Nations building I ran into this guy named Peter galletta Peter galletta was one of the original Stratton Oakmont brokers in the movie Wolf of Wall Street and Peter happened
to be Jordan Belford's current sales director so I met galette in New York and uh long story short kind of social engineered my way in to get galletta on my side to get me in with Jordan to you know it was a big process you're talking About a complicated sales process where you're balancing multiple people you've got to reciprocate you've got to use biases you've got to really infiltrate this to make it work and uh yeah it worked it worked I was recruited by Jordan as his chief marketing officer and I lived with Jordan in
Hermosa Beach for quite some time Jordan was one of the best mentors I've ever had he taught me what not to do and also what to do he treated me like a son he's one of the Best persons the best people that I've ever been around here is I mean he's a complete he's funny as hell he's just a great dude and you know despite what Jordan's done in his past his past has passed you give a 26 year old you know three million dollars a week stupid happens right so he paid for his mistakes
but I can tell you the man that he is today is not who he is betrayed in the movie Wolf of Wall Street he is a family man he takes care of his people He doesn't take advantage of people and the guy's been sober for nearly a decade so you know I I trust him with my life and I we're still dear friends to this day but uh you know Jordan has been very good to me and he was a great mentor and he got me started on this journey but he taught me a lot

do these Wolf of Wall Street suits for me Jordan and his son Um this is Bowen's car that's the G550 this is me and Bowen sleep deprived as hell after we've been up for three days this is me and Jordan working on scripting a webinar and doing some videos um but yeah it was a great time and you know what truly working with Jordan was what showed me you know my talent like when you're working with somebody of that caliber that you know is doing that I mean he was making like 90 grand a Month
on automation just through his website with no paid traffic or anything and that's what really struck me once I got in there and I started showing my talents and you know kind of taking on more he got to the point where he was like Dakota you're better at scripting you script the webinar you script the video you tell me what to do YouTube and then I started to really realize holy I you know I'm pretty good at this so kind of where the direction I took Then is I wanted to you know I built a
webinar for Jordan and this webinar did two million bucks so you know the problem with organizations is all of your top producers they're trading time for money they're dialing to make dollars right so I get to this point webinars start to pop I become obsessed with them I start studying them I'm like you know what I love these webinars because you can Evergreen a CEO of a company You can run them 24 7. he can sell the product better than anybody and then you can feed a sales team off the back end where when these
people show up for the call they're so sold it's like it's an easy sale so I got obsessed with it and the first super successful one I had was with Belford and we did seven figures in literally a couple of weeks and it was mind-blowing so once we did that people started to see it people started to ask questions and you know Long story short people that I thought that I would never meet people that I thought I would never have reached to people that I looked up to my entire life started searching and reaching
out to me and Jordan and was asking me if I could help them with their businesses people like A-Rod people like dollar beer Club people like I was like oh my God this is absolutely nuts one relationship can change everything for you guys and it's crazy how that works But anyways we started blowing up and then literally based off the demand of just talent I didn't have to search for business I didn't have to advertise boom I went from making twenty thousand dollars a month with Jordan to making ninety thousand dollars a month in just
Consulting retainers with Jordan I mean he helped me build this and all I did was Front End pre-loading Sales mechanisms for webinars that fed salespeople and I would go in and build Sales organizations from an Ops perspective and train sales people and you know since then I've been able to successfully close and make millions of dollars and do six figure deals with companies like U.S health advisors they do 900 Mill a year smile direct Club 750 ml a year Bark Box 175 million years life defense 60 Milli year coin payments over eight figures a year

good at just marketing it's because I'm able to convey the value of the things that I sell and human hack my way into high level deals with very influential people The deals that I typically do are not low-level deals these aren't deals that you're going to follow up on and and become a nuisance these are sophisticated high-level cells with entrepreneurs who get pitched every single day by other people and these deals aren't about spend selling they're not about outdated sales tactics they require a certain level of finesse and they require you to understand psychology at
a high level And be able to hack your way through all the noise to get the damn deal done and sell Ops the art of human hacking is going to allow you to charge more it's going to allow you to make more it's going to allow you to have more by enabling you to influence persuade individuals and the masses and your teams and everything else in your life and get everything that you desire and quite frankly deserve now there's no reason that any of you guys that are in This program today there is no reason

I know those two deals that I sold for Craig on behalf of Craig just for
people that I know that pay him over 4 45 000 a month collectively so you do the math he traded 30k one time makes forty five thousand dollars a Month every single month from it so and honestly as we go through this you know I'm looking for a squad I'm looking to take 300 people that are learning machines I'm looking to add them to our Inner Circle I'm looking to build them up I'm looking to help train them and put them in top tier sales organizations as VPS As Leaders as sales professionals this is not

commission if they pay five thousand nine ninety five a month you're gonna make a 1199 dollar commission so that's how that works for a sales organization that has 15 to 35 people it's 347 ahead comes out to 12 145 a month or it's a hundred grand up front if they pay in full so you'll make a 25 Commission on the upfront fee which is a twenty five thousand dollar commission but if they opt in to pay per month at twelve thousand one hundred and forty five dollars you will make a 3 360 Commission and then
the scope of work above that Which is the majority of the deals that I do I typically do 15 to 35 or 35 Plus 35 Plus is all custom pricing it really depends on how many verticals how many market segments how many teams they have this is more for a bigger company typically but um yeah you get a 30 Commission on that and uh I mean I've done those deals for 250 000 up front and uh I've done like two of them in the last year at that particular Level and a lot more of the
