I packed everything into the suitcases and loaded them into the back of the van. I was ready to head to the northern part of Michigan for my twoe vacation. The destination, a secluded cabin far away from the usual hustle.
I had spotted the ad months ago. Cabin for rent in Northern Michigan. It read, "Quiet, remote, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and a fireplace.
I couldn't resist. It sounded like the perfect getaway to spend two weeks in solitude, living how I wanted, fully embracing my feminine side. I sent in my reservation, and the place was mine.
I had planned it all out. I would stay dressed the whole trip without a single change. I packed only my female clothes, and by the time I reached the cabin, I'd be in full Barbie girl mode.
It was all set. As the evening settled in, I checked myself in the mirror one last time. I had a plan.
Drve most of the way dressed up as girly as I could. But before I had to stop for gas, I'd switch into something more casual, jeans and a sweatshirt. Tonight though, I looked great.
I had on a white cotton minikirt and a tight black pullover with long sleeves. My black corset trimmed a few inches off my waist. The hem of my skirt barely brushed my black stockings, and my 4-in white stiletto heels clicked with every step.
My makeup was flawless, bright red lips, a bit of pink blush, bold red, blue, and silver eyeshadow. My wavy shoulderlength blonde wig completed the look. With everything in place, I took one last look around the house before heading out to the garage.
The cool night air felt nice on my legs, something I would never tire of. I pressed the button on the remote to open the garage door, backed out, and started the journey north. I was sipping some water when I noticed the red lipstick leaving marks on the bottle.
I liked that knowing I'd left my mark. The ride was smooth until I hit I75 where traffic came to a standstill. The cars barely moved.
At first, it wasn't a problem, but then I realized I really needed to use the restroom. All the water I'd drunk before leaving had caught up with me, and I hadn't stopped to go beforehand. As the traffic dragged on, the discomfort grew.
Finally, I saw the sign for a rest stop and decided to pull in. It was crowded, and I didn't want to draw attention in my outfit, so I parked between a large RV and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was dark and quiet, perfect for a quick break.
I stepped out of the van and paused for a moment, watching as most of the other people began leaving. Slowly, I made my way toward the bathroom, relieved to see there was only one person left, and he wasn't looking my way. I was almost done when I heard a man cough.
My heart started racing, and I realized I wasn't even breathing. Panic set in, and I quickly walked away, avoiding eye contact and keeping my head down. I opened the door and got back into the van, my heart pounding.
I fumbled with the keys in the ignition for what felt like forever before the van finally started. Even after I got it moving, I was still shaking, trying to calm myself down. I sat in traffic for a bit, but as the minutes passed, I started reflecting on what had just happened.
It was terrifying, but there was an odd thrill to it. Had he seen me? had that made me feel so exhilarated.
It felt like a strange mix of fear and excitement. What a holiday this was turning out to be. The city and suburbs faded away as I ventured further north and the scenery began to change.
I decided it was time to change into something more comfortable. At the next rest stop, I pulled off I75 and changed into jeans in the back of the van. The stop wasn't as crowded, but there were still a lot of cars and trucks.
I took some time to eat before getting back on the road, following the directions I had been given. I hadn't expected to encounter so much traffic at this hour. I figured by now I'd be the only one on the road.
Since it was my first time heading north, I had no idea what to expect, but cars and RVs were still all around me. With every turn, the traffic thinned out, and by the time I reached the final road, there was no one ahead of me. It was just me and the endless darkness.
I slowly drove down the dirt road, my headlights illuminating only a small section in front of the van. The darkness seemed to stretch endlessly on either side of me. Finally, I pulled into the long driveway leading to the cabin, and it felt just right.
The porch wrapped around the front and sides with a small table and two chairs on the right side. I grabbed my purse and suitcase heading toward the door. The sound of my heels clicking on the wooden steps echoed in the stillness, and even though it was quiet, the sound seemed louder than usual.
I noticed the key hanging from the front door handle and used the combination I'd been given to unlock it. Inside, the darkness was almost overwhelming, so I rummaged through my bag to find a flashlight. Once I switched it on, I quickly scanned the room and saw a table with lamps and matches.
I lit the kerosene lamps, adjusting the wicks until the room was bright enough. On the table, I found a set of written instructions for turning on the generator, priming it, and getting the water pump working, all the tasks I needed to take care of before settling in. I noticed the large fireplace stacked with wood beside it.
I set up the fire, starting with paper and kindling, ensuring the chimney was open before lighting it. Once the fire was going, I added a few large logs and soon had a nice blaze warming up the cabin. After that, I brought the rest of my things inside.
Deciding to get settled, I started unpacking. I checked both bedrooms and saw that they were identical. The rooms were both simple and rugged, each furnished with just a basic for poster iron bed.
The room on the right was closer to the bathroom. After I unpacked my things into the closet and drawers and made the bed, I started following the instructions to get the cabin ready. The steps were easy to follow, so I finished quickly.
I flipped the switch on the wall, and the main room lit up. I took a moment to examine the decor or the lack of it. Most of the walls were adorned with photos of past hunters who had stayed here.
The men in the photos were large, burly, and looked tough. One of the pictures caught my attention. It showed a hunter pretending to be tied to a rack with two others standing beside him, guns in hand.
I couldn't help but chuckle. I decided to take a shower, get dressed, and embrace my Barbie girl persona for my first night at the cabin. Unfortunately, the water was ice cold.
Apparently, I hadn't given the water heater enough time to warm up. The shower was quick and uncomfortable, but I made it through. I changed into a cutemade outfit, black stockings with back seams, a garter belt, white lace frilly panties, and 5-in heels.
I looked great. There were two mirrors in the main room, a full-length mirror that stood on its own with wooden legs and could be tilted, and a mounted one. I spent some time practicing my poses and modeling before starting the cleaning.
Whenever I wear my maid outfit, I end up cleaning and polishing for hours. But eventually, I decided to take a break, pour myself a glass of wine, and head outside to watch the sunrise. I wrapped myself in a quilt since it was cold and damp.
Sitting in the chair, I sipped my wine as the darkness started to fade. The fog close to the ground slowly became visible, and the dawn was beautiful. I finished my wine and went inside, ready to get some muchneeded rest.
When I went to open the door, I realized it was locked. I must have locked it when I came in, but now I couldn't get back out. Great.
Out in the middle of nowhere, dressed as a maid in the freezing cold. I was both scared and excited. My options were limited.
either walk for hours in 5-in heels and a thin maid's outfit or break a window. I chose the latter. I knew it would cost me, but it seemed easier to explain the broken window than to explain why I was dressed like I was.
I found a few pieces of cardboard and tape and covered the window as best as I could. Exhausted, I went to bed, wrapped the quilt around me, and fell asleep instantly. Then I heard a noise that woke me up.
When I opened my eyes, I saw two men standing next to my bed. I froze, not knowing what to say or do. I simply stared at them while they smiled and chuckled.
One of them spoke. "Hello," he said. "We were driving up to check if anyone was staying here since we usually come here during hunting season.
We were about to leave when we saw the van, so we decided to take a look through the window. We saw some high heels inside and since the window was broken, we thought someone might need help. He said, "I realized I was caught when I heard another voice from the front room.
" "Hey, Frank, there are some things in the girl's purse. A wave of fear washed over me, and I felt ashamed. " One of the men took the quilt from me, pulling it off roughly.
The two of them started laughing loudly. "What the hell is this? " one said.
Hey Louu, come look at this. The man from the front room stepped in. I was frozen with fear, unable to move.
Get up, little sister. We want to see you, Frank said as he yanked me out of bed. I stood there paralyzed, not knowing what to expect next.
