Have you ever imagined what it would be like to live in a reality where everything you want is already yours? Fascinating stories from people around the world prove this is possible. In this video, we delve into real, inspiring and transformative stories shared by followers of Neville Goddard's teachings on Reddit. Get ready to discover how imagination can be the key to turning dreams into reality. These experiences are living proof that change begins within us. Come listen, reflect and be inspired by these incredible stories. Let me expand your mind! Here is an interesting way to interpret everything
Neville, or any other spiritual teacher, says. What if there were an infinite amount of realities for each of us? What if, in the shortest span of time, we were shifting between these realities... What if the reason we can manifest anything, or anyone "against their free will", Was not because we are controlling them or because they are all "externally projected us", but rather because when we decide we want something, we simply move our consciousness (our perception) to the reality in which our desire already belongs to us? The quantum leap is the idea that all possible realities
exist NOW, and that your consciousness moves from one body to another every 0.0000009 seconds (I think). You do this all the time, but you don't realize you're in a different reality because you move into very, very similar realities where everything looks almost identical. And because you don't pay attention to the small details (living in the present moment)... Basically, you change according to your state of being. You change according to what YOU believe is possible. Again, belief comes into play. But it's not that difficult to change a belief. I always thought, "Oh, it's going to take
a long time to change this belief, 66 days according to science," but in the last 24 hours I've proven to myself that this is absolute bullshit. There are an infinite number of Quantum bodies for each of us. And with any of these bodies, there is a different brain, a different belief structure, and a different PAST AND FUTURE. Why do you think review works? All of these bodies live in literally different realities. And there is a way to get there. Today. There is a way to literally take your consciousness, or soul, or whatever you call it,
out of this body and into the one you desire, a quantum body living in reality that has more money, more friends, or your specific partner, or whatever you desire. Now, I don't know how many of you believe in this idea, but why do some people get "instant manifestations" while others "have to wait for the seed to be planted and then cross the bridge of events"? What if the bridge of events was just the time it takes for you to get to that reality? What if you take so long and make so few quantum leaps because
it takes you a while to grasp the idea that you can, in fact, leap into another reality NOW? And the longer it takes your mind to fully believe In that idea, the longer it will take, and the jumps will be small, and then you'll get there and say, "I manifested this," when in reality, you've just jumped into that reality at a MUCH slower pace than you could have. I came across this idea almost two years ago, and a part of me thought, "Oh, that's cool," and I let it go. But then there came a time
in my life when I was CONSUMED by anxiety. When I say anxiety, I mean the depersonalization kind. When you don't know if you're awake or asleep. When you are consumed by fear and can't get out of bed. I was so tired of everything. I had tried everything. I read Neville, meditated, did the SATS exercises and still felt hopeless. I saw all these videos about people saying it takes a long time to change your brain. And I knew that if I stayed in this anxiety any longer, I would lose everything I had worked for. So I
decided to try the idea of quantum leap. I made a list of five things I wanted to see happen. If there is a reality where these five things actually happen, I wanted to be there. I didn't want to start too big so I wouldn't get discouraged, so I wrote: My sister passes her driving test tomorrow (detail: she doesn't know how to set a marker); The weather is sunny and beautiful; My anxiety is NON-EXISTENT; My parents have an amazing day (they were under stress at work, and that always saddens me); My body feels like it hasn't
spent weeks under physical stress. Incredible change in strength (for the better). I forgot to meditate and ended up falling asleep that night. And then I woke up the next day still anxious, the mood was so-so, and I wasn't feeling anything different, nor seeing anything different. So I thought, "Okay, let's try this." I closed my eyes and began to meditate. The trick was to go BEYOND my analytical mind, my ego. The trick was to get into that state Neville mentions, the state where your body is asleep, your conscious mind is quiet, and your awareness is HIGH.
I chose the reality I wanted to JUMP to, All those things I wanted to see, and how I would feel. What would I be thinking? What would that body think and do? How would you act? Then I started generating energy in my body (fire breathing) and feeling good emotions, like joy and gratitude, and I thought, "Okay, I'm ready to jump." And I jumped. I spent a few minutes there, lying down, getting used to my new quantum body, and then I opened my eyes. The sun was shining... and I was like, "Okay, wow. What just happened?"
Instantly, the feeling of ecstasy and joy that I felt before jumping came back, strong! I felt no anxiety, nothing, absolutely nothing! I got out of bed and started walking around the house, everyone seemed excited and calm. So I instantly started accepting this idea as real. I believed with my heart that I had jumped. I HAD to be in a different reality. This body just felt different, this mind felt different, the sun was shining; It couldn't be the reality I was in before. I took the opportunity and went out with some friends To try out this
new body. I felt so strong, so healthy. It was hard to believe, but I didn't question it. While I was away, my sister called me to say she passed the test. I was flabbergasted. There was no way she could pass without knowing how to make a goal. I continued to enjoy the day, and when I came home in the evening, my mom and dad were laughing and laughing. I went to check on them and they looked so happy and satisfied. My heart literally filled with joy. I will never forget that day. Since then, I started
trying different things, like doing slightly bigger jumps. Jumping into a reality where my Instagram followers were slightly different, or where I had a message on my phone from someone unusual, or from a friend I hadn't spoken to in a long time, or a different climate, or getting rid of body aches, changing arguments, changing past events, getting different memories from the past. It was insane. A lot of things. My favorite has always been changing the past. I'm not at the point of saying I'm a "professional jumper" yet, but I can say from My heart that if
there's one thing that helped me achieve what I wanted, FASTER, it was this realization. It was this idea that I'm not confined to this body. And that I am not limited by these circumstances. The idea that I don't need to wait for my beliefs to change to change my circumstances. There is a quantum body out there, another me, living the life I want to live. One thing I've learned that makes the difference between my successes and failures is this: every time I jump, if I start to question things or my energy starts to wane, I'm
slowly pulled back into the reality I was in before I jumped. It's not scary, it doesn't mean I can't be in that reality; it just means I need to provide even stronger energy to sustain me in the new reality. It means I need to feel higher emotions, like love and gratitude, and learn to hold them. The trick to successful jumping is having a sufficient amount of energy and the ability to maintain it. So sometimes I would jump into bodies that had already mastered that. And instantly, I found it easier to sustain those emotions. Can I
Jump into any quantum body and experience that reality. Whenever I want. And you can too. You do this every day. Like anything, it takes practice. But it's fun. It's like a game. Which reality do I want to be in tomorrow? Every Possibility Exists Right Now. What are you waiting for? This is what Neville teaches, in a nutshell: creation is complete. The wave-particle of anything and everything exists now, and the observer (consciousness) collapses it into particle/matter. This is how manifestation really works. With Neville's techniques, we do not create anything, as creation is already complete, we simply
select our reality by training our consciousness to see it (and our conscious mind to accept it). When I started studying Neville, the law, etc., manifesting seemed so intimidating and impossible because I mistakenly saw it as creating something out of nothing. Once I realized that CREATION IS COMPLETE and I am not trying to manifest my preferred reality but rather selecting my desired reality, it was literally like a light bulb went off in my head. Dimensional Jumping Is essentially state change in Neville's terms, as he taught us that we live in a world of states. You don't
need to complicate this, you don't need to imagine walking through a door into your desired dimensions or other crazy spiritual rituals, you just need to change states with feeling and claim the new state as your one true reality. Here is how you can do it: The first step is to enter a meditative state. Disconnect from your body, from reality and connect with your higher self, or infinite intelligence. Or the void. Whatever you want to call it. Become awareness. So choose a timeline, set the intention to jump to that timeline. Start building emotions, good emotions, and
feel your vibration rising. Once you feel very uplifted, excited, and loving about your new timeline, imagine a door or a path between your reality and that one. And go through that door. Now you are in the new reality. You are literally in a new reality. If you start to question whether it worked or not, you will be sucked back into your old reality. So don't do that. Look for evidence that your reality has changed, even if it was a minor change. And keep trying until you can make bigger, more noticeable jumps. Definitive words: why this
works. I wanted to talk about a subject that I believe is revolutionary, but that I don't see much around here. Most posts and content online explain HOW the law works or HOW to do this or manifest that, but I don't see much content explaining WHY the law works and why you already are what you want to be. Basically, the promise of Neville's teachings. I sincerely hope that this is enough to take you away from the fear and anxiety, the doubt about whether you did something wrong, which technique you should use, and everything else... Anyway, let's
go. As mentioned above, how the law works is quite simple and widely available. You simply believe that you already have what you want, and you end up having it. Easy as magic. But why does this happen? Let's play a little. I want You to ask yourself these questions: Why do you want what you want? Why do you want your specific partner (SP), or a better job, or something else? To feel loved? To feel free? Safe? Okay, but why do you want to feel loved? Or free? Or insurance? Why don't you want something else? Why don't
you start adopting your friends' wishes for a change? It seems strange, doesn't it? So why do you want your desires? Is it something you've wanted for as long as you can remember? Oh, and why is that? You don't know, right? The answer ends up being something like: "Oh, because yes." And that's exactly what I want you to realize. You did not choose your desires. You came into this world already knowing that you wanted certain things and not others. Just like why the Pope didn't want to be a rock star, or why Rihanna didn't want to
be a nun and live in isolation. Why did Lady Gaga want to be famous so much? Do you understand the point? We don't decide what we want. Our desires are shaped By our Divine Self. They are given to us because we are destined to have them. Indeed, it is a promise. So when you want something, you should immediately feel grateful because, oh my goodness, does that mean it's yours! I was chosen to receive this blessing of being a perfect wife, or a billionaire, or a superstar, or whatever you desire. The simple fact that you want
it means it is possible. So, do you want this despite your past and circumstances? Guess what? They don't matter! Otherwise, you wouldn't keep wanting it. Do you want this despite your three-dimensional (3D) world showing the opposite? Take heart, a path exists for you to go from your current 3D to a new 3D where you have what you want. But then, why do we sometimes fail to get what we want or receive the opposite, or unwanted things? Because we still have the power. We are still the only and exclusive force operating in our reality. And although
our desires are like a marker on the map showing us where we should go, We are still the ones holding the wheel and we can go against it. And because we are so incredibly powerful here, there is no power that can force us back onto the path, even if it goes against our desires. Even if we head in a direction that leads to pain or suffering, there is no external force that can deny us this. Thus, we end up receiving what we decided to receive. How do we decide what to receive? You should already know:
your state, your attention, your focus, your beliefs... What you are is what you receive. And you decide who you are every second of the day; you just generally decide to be exactly who you were the second before. Okay... but why do we have desires in the first place? Why haven't we gotten to where our Divine Self wanted us to be? Here's the interesting part! We are here, all this Earth and life, and everything we are a part of exists for one reason: for consciousness to expand! And you, me and all of us are that consciousness.
So that we can expand, we designed this game, where we take individuals, Give them desires and limitations, and make them break through those limitations to achieve their goals. The true goal is for them to break through limitations and expand consciousness. So wanting your specific partner (SP) isn't even about them or getting them. They're the "snack on a stick" that gets you work done. The reason you want them is because you need to grow and expand. So, look at yourself and see what is stopping you from being with them. Lack of confidence? Beliefs that they are
more powerful than you? Belief that you are not good enough? Whatever you find, that's the real reason you want it. Your desire is there to free you from your limitations. Because you can only have it when you let go of them and embrace a new, improved version of yourself. So, the more you advance and the more you believe that you are God, the closer you get to the ultimate goal for all of us. So be grateful for your desires and know that simply knowing the law, Even if you are struggling with it, is part of
your expansion. If you didn't want what brought you here, you would still be "asleep", operating on 3D autopilot. But you're not. So be grateful and simply know that your desire is destined to be yours, and all you really need to do is accept that it is already yours. And when you accept, you need to let go of all the other things that you previously accepted. And know that because it is your desire, it doesn't matter what you did, what they said, what technique you used, or what words to affirm. None of that matters. He is
destined for you, whether you believe it or not. It is an invitation that you accept or reject. So why not accept it? I hope this is clear and not too difficult to understand. I tried to simplify as much as I could. I wish you the best. How to Change Your Concept of Self. I wondered about this for a while and kept looking for answers. As is often the case, the solution was right in front of my Eyes the entire time. I was in the state of questioning, and as long as that was my concept of
myself (confused and questioning), my questions remained unanswered. What is the Concept of Self? Self-concept is how you see yourself in relation to yourself and the world around you. For example, you may feel capable at work and trust your abilities to get things done. It's natural for you to succeed in professional environments, and you automatically reaffirm this belief with your daily thoughts. In this case, your concept of yourself is that of someone capable and successful in your career. Before you become aware of your power and actually put it into practice, you may have different concepts of
yourself for different areas of your life. You may see yourself as capable at work, successful in relationships, healthy, and generally happy, BUT struggle with money. In this case, your self-concept works to your advantage in most areas except money. You develop a concept of yourself through repetition of thoughts. You had a thought, experienced it in your reality, and this evidence strengthened your concept of yourself . And this works regardless of whether it benefits you or not. Your concept of yourself is constantly changing and evolving with every thought you allow and entertain into your conscious mind. This
is why it is important to be aware of your concept of yourself in all aspects of your life, but most importantly, as the CREATOR of your life. Once you can fully understand that there is NOTHING outside of YOU, that YOU are the cause of everything in your life, and that YOU have the power to do, be, and have ANYTHING you desire, your concept of self becomes one of infinite opportunity. So, How Do You Change It? Repetition. Repetition. Repetition. I thought it took some complex ritual or routine to stay in my desired concept of self. False.
All it takes is repetition, practice and persistence. You practice a strict mental diet. That's all you need to do. Control your internal conversations. All the techniques you've heard of are simply ways of experiencing what it feels like to be in that desired concept of yourself. If you like visualizing because it's good for you, great, keep going. If you prefer to state why this is good for you, great, continue. Just remember that you don't need any techniques to manifest or change your concept of yourself. You just need to control your internal conversations. What is a Mental
Diet? At first, I thought a mental diet was purely about observing my thoughts and discarding the ones that were contrary. That's not quite it. A strict mental diet is to be aware of your thoughts, cut out all contrary thoughts before they complete themselves and replace them with the opposite. Your habitual thinking has been around for a long time, which is why it takes repetition, practice, and persistence to truly change it. You have developed your current self-concept By thinking the same thoughts over and over again until they become as natural as breathing. It's time to stop
allowing your mind to run wild and free. It's time to be deliberate with your thoughts now that you know you are the operative power. You are the source of ALL your suffering and success. No more victim mentality. No more giving in to frustration and impatience. No more blaming anything or anyone outside of yourself. When you do these things, you are giving away your power and forgetting who you are: GOD. When you decide to embark on this journey, it will seem painful for the first few days. I speak from experience. There were times when it felt
like my mind was fighting itself and times when the emotional pain was so intense that I wanted to give up. But I remembered how wonderful it would be to feel relief, to feel peace and happiness, to just be. Let me tell you, though, that it doesn't take much to control your mind when you adopt a strict mental diet. It took me less than a week and my entire concept of self changed in relation To everything. Two weeks later, it was so easy to catch and reverse all the contrary thoughts, to the point of seeing them
as lies and my replacement thoughts as the truth. Dwelling on habitual thoughts that weaken you does nothing but keep you trapped in misery. Why do you want to feel miserable? Aren't you tired of fighting with yourself, of repeating the same patterns? If you are, it's time to really adopt a mental diet and discipline your mind. Conclusion. The process is quite simple, but not always the easiest to follow. You really have to be tired of returning to your usual, useless state. This is what worked for me. I got tired of feeling anxious about silly things. This
does not mean that you will never feel anxiety again or that you will never have contrary thoughts. You are human, so you will still experience human emotions. You will be able to grasp them more quickly, they will have less of an emotional effect on you, and with each day that you practice and persist, Your new concept of yourself will solidify and become your new habitual state. Be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself, and commit to yourself. You deserve peace of mind. You did not come to Earth to have a human experience and suffer. You
are divine; You came here to have a wonderful and fulfilling life. Therefore, it is time to leave behind all oppressive thoughts and beliefs and adopt empowering thoughts that will help you create the life of your dreams. I also find it helpful to follow a mental diet when I'm busy because my mind has less time to think opposing thoughts. When you are busy and suddenly become aware of what you are thinking, you can see whether it is contrary to or affirms your desire. If it is contrary, simply cut out the thought and replace it with the
opposite. I'll give an example. Just today I was walking and affirming for another desire when I noticed some stiffness and pain in my hip. I instinctively thought, "Oh, that hurts. Is something wrong?" Then I remembered That I can easily get rid of this pain and that it doesn't have to mean something is wrong. So I said to myself, "Actually, my hips feel great and strong." I kept repeating until I started to feel the pain disappear. This can work for other things in your life too, more deliberate manifestations. Let's say I was manifesting more followers on
Instagram. Every deliberate thought I have about this would be affirming that I have more followers. If at any point I feel a contrary thought come up, I would immediately cut it out and replace it with, "I'm so happy and grateful that I gain new followers every day!" Before stating, I also like to start by remembering who I really am. I do this periodically throughout the day. Another thing that helps a lot is reminding myself that everyone is me pushed to the outside and only appears in my reality according to my assumptions. A simple way to
describe everything I've explained so far is like a radio. There are infinite possibilities, Infinite realities that you (as the "I AM" of your reality) have access to. Your thoughts are like the radio dial. You are choosing what to focus on, what to listen to. If you decide that the station you are tuned to is no longer sufficient, simply adjust the knob. This does not mean that you suddenly become unaware of the previous channel. You will remember it existed because it is one of the infinite options available for you to choose from. You don't have to
completely disidentify with a certain concept of yourself or completely believe in your assumptions for them to manifest. In fact, you probably won't fully believe it until it solidifies as fact and occurs repeatedly in your reality. When it comes to something you may be more emotionally attached to, like your physical appearance, the same principle applies. You simply change your focus. Your egoic mind is used to identifying itself a certain way—which makes it can feel challenging to completely release Old history (or change stations). However, with practice (and by that I mean practice thinking as if your desire
were already here), it becomes more dominant. Eventually, you will stop returning to the old station because the new one is more aligned with you, so to speak. And another thing, talking about the past is not contradictory to your manifestation, UNLESS you still see yourself as that previous version. I persisted in an assumption until it became my reality. When this became consistent, my belief in this experience strengthened to the point where remembering the "past" no longer affected me. The only thing this strengthens is my belief that I previously had an experience and that now I am
no longer having it. In some ways, this strengthens my current assumption about my appearance. There is no technique that can manifest your desire. Techniques and tools like subliminals, SATS, scripting, you name it, don't manifest. YOU manifest. For example, when you look in the mirror and see your hair, what do you say? I have already manifested changes in my hair. When I was a child, I had straight hair and my cousin had beautiful curls. I always wanted to have curls, and as I got older, I said my hair was curly. (This was before I knew about
conscious creation). Now I have a completely different hair texture . When I get out of the shower, my hair has the kind of curl I've always wanted and I keep saying to myself, "Wow, my hair is so curly and beautiful, it looks amazing!" Your self-talk needs to be aligned with your desired outcome. As I explained here... follow a strict mental diet and give your mind time to adjust. Stop looking for results in your 3D and focus fully on your internal conversations. They hold the key to your frustration. Your 3D is a shadow. It's old news.
It is a reflection of your dominant thought/state/concept of self. That's why you have to ignore it and persist with your internal mental diet. I want you to say to yourself, every time you walk past the mirror or every time you think about your hair, "Wow, my hair looks amazing. I'm so happy and Grateful to have looser curls!" You cannot even entertain a thought that is contrary to this, otherwise you will remain in your current concept of yourself and there will only be more frustration and doubt. Once you get used to following a strict mental diet,
it becomes easier. It took me years to manifest changes in my hair because I didn't know what my thoughts could create and I didn't affirm it often enough. Here is how I affirm my self-concept in relation to topics in my life that I want to change: I write my affirmations three times a day, 10 to 15 minutes each time. Usually about 2-3 pages. I always start by affirming my concept of self as creator (i.e. I am the god of my reality. My thoughts and assumptions create. Everything is me pushing out, etc.) I track my mental
diet all day and eliminate any thoughts that are contrary to my desires. So I replace it with an affirmation. I always say that the subject is on my mind. I like affirming because it feels good and I've noticed that the more I affirm and play with my words, the more it feels like a game and less like work. When I say this, I automatically get images in my mind and sometimes it can get lost in my imagination. I fall asleep with the feeling that I am living the life of my dreams, happy and fulfilled. Sometimes
I just hold on to that feeling as I fall asleep and sometimes I repeat an affirmation that makes me feel good. I suggest you play around with how often you claim. Repeating affirmations is just a technique and will not manifest for you. As I said before, YOU are manifesting, not the technique. If you want to affirm because you feel it helps you capture that feeling of your desired self-concept, then please dive into it and have fun with it! I want to emphasize here the difference between the concept of self and self-love: they are different. Your
concept of yourself is how you see yourself in relation to the world and your view may or may not be beneficial to you. Self-love is actively showing love to yourself through Your self-talk (having compassion for yourself when you make mistakes, praising yourself and praising your achievements). By practicing self-love, you can change your concept of yourself. You rely on faith and decide to believe 100% in this entire process. Research Neville's talk "Pearl of Great Price". In the end, you either believe this works, or you don't. You will only be successful with the first attitude. When you
instinctively "know" that you can change your state whenever you want, claiming "I am healthy" stops feeling like a lie, even if you are in pain. It doesn't matter that you are in pain. It's like when you queue up a new song on your iPhone. You know the song isn't playing right now, of course, but you know it WILL play soon, because you pressed "play next." The Law is simpler than you are imagining. It's not about coercion or "hammering" the message "I'm healthy now!" It's about moving away from probability-based thinking and just trusting that a) this
is real and b) you can create something new whenever you want, Regardless of external circumstances. You want to be healthy and pain free, so you "select" that outcome and just trust that it is coming... merge with it. This shouldn't be on a pedestal, but just be one of many options you can choose from. To give you an example: I recently had to give a presentation and felt terribly anxious—full-blown physical symptoms, dizziness... and I almost fell back into my old limiting story of "I have panic disorder" and how, "logically, this presentation will be an embarrassing disaster."
But I thought, "NO—this is where our faith is tested. When we are in the real world and facing hardship." I simply "decided" that I would give an amazing presentation, trusting in my ability to quickly change states. It ended up being the best presentation my supervisor had ever seen, and he hasn't stopped praising me since... I was laughing internally! I couldn't believe it... but that's how the Law works, with faith and unmeasured audacity. It works for everything in my life — grades, money, treating people. Unfortunately, no one can teach you how to get to that place
of "instinctive knowing"... of knowing that you can change any situation you want (whether it's your own state, a relationship, etc.). I would say this is the only "hard part" of the Law... staying awake to your faith, even when your emotions tell you that thinking logically or probabilistically is the way to go. But suspend your disbelief and give it a try. You have nothing to lose and literally everything to gain! The time frame in which you see these things happening in your reality really depends on you. It depends on how natural it is to adopt the
new concept of yourself. Neville has a great quote about this: “The time it takes for your assumption to become fact, for your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportional to the naturalness of your feeling of already being what you want to be – of already having what you want.” So hold your new story and practice being from that state. Eventually it will become natural for you. Yes, you want to change all the opposing thoughts And be diligent about it. The more you do this, the easier it becomes, and eventually these thoughts barely happen because your
new dominant thought is the empowering one. This should make it "click". There's something I noticed: most explanations of Neville's core teachings come from a 3D perspective, and because of this, many things don't make sense, seem confusing, or difficult to understand. So I want to share this reminder, in hopes that it changes your perspective and brings that comforting feeling of "now it makes sense." Imagination is the ONLY reality. I know...feel free to roll your eyes about how basic this is, but bear with me. This simple, basic, trivial phrase is the core of Neville's teachings, and nothing
makes sense without it. We all know the basics of manifestation: people don't have free will, "everyone is you designed", circumstances don't matter, time is not linear, you are the only Operating power/GOD of your reality, creation is complete... we all know this, right? So why are we still here? Why are there still people wondering how to manifest someone who is stubborn or has blocked them? Why are some still unsure if they can review an event? Why do some still feel threatened by the idea of competition or a third person? Why, why, why??? When we really, totally,
100% know that the only reality is IMAGINATION, it all makes sense. Let's start with FREE WILL, as it is what creates the most controversy among people: – People do not have free will in their reality because their reality is their imagination, not their 3D. When you imagine someone giving you money, in that act of imagination, that person doesn't have the power to say: "no, sorry, I don't feel like it today." When you imagine your loved one standing next to you or calling you, you don't hear their voice in your head saying, "no, I'm stubborn, I
won't call you, I'm sorry." That's not how it works; you imagine anything and voila, it appears INSTANTLY. None of the people in your imagination can say anything because you are the CREATOR. You are the only one with free will in your reality (and your reality is your IMAGINATION). What about "everyone is you designed"? – This is a similar concept to the previous one: "everyone is you projected" does not mean that people mirror your emotions or your personality, it does not mean that if someone is rude it is because you are rude. This simply means that
people are your projected imagination. They just appear as you imagine them... the "YOU" there is the "you who knows that your imagination is reality, the you who identifies with the imagination". How do circumstances really not matter? – Again, circumstances do not matter because the only reality is IMAGINATION. So no matter where you are in life right now, you can imagine something different. There are no limits or rules that prevent you from imagining being rich even if you currently have less Than 100 thousand in your account. You can be broke and imagine being a millionaire and
because imagination is the ONLY reality, it will manifest in 3D. This is why nothing from the past matters, because as long as you can IMAGINE otherwise, it can be the opposite, as simple as that. How is time not linear? – Again, since imagination is the only reality, time is not linear because I can be here now in 2023 and imagine being in 2025... I can go back to a previous event and change it, then I can go to 6 months from now, then go back to yesterday, then go to 10 years in the future. Time
means nothing when we imagine it, and since imagination is true reality, then in our "reality" time means nothing. What about the idea of being the only creator/GOD and there being no competition? – When you imagine, you do it alone; Do I sneak into your mind and put my own decorations there? No, it's just you. Your imagination is your world, you do whatever you want in it and no one can Do or say anything. This also explains why the only competition is with yourself, why there is no one to change but you, why nothing and no
one can affect you, because you are the only, exclusive and absolute CREATOR of your reality, which is your IMAGINATION. You may decide, in your imagination, that a third person has disappeared, and he will disappear. You can decide that you will be promoted and not your colleague, and you will be promoted. There are no opposing forces in your imagination; you are truly GOD there, and whatever you say will be done INSTANTLY. (Manifesting is instantaneous remember that? Well, that's why they said it was instantaneous, because it IS if you know that imagination is reality). The main reason
people have difficulty is because they identify with 3D. They try to apply these concepts in 3D, and it becomes frustrating. When we take 3D as reality, it becomes difficult for anyone to say that time is not linear when we have clocks around us and calendars and all that, or that people don't have free will when we see them Walking around minding their own lives. It's hard to say there's no competition when Instagram stories show these people hugging and kissing all day long… It's difficult when you take 3D as reality. But 3D is not reality, imagination
is reality; 3D is just the platform on which it is projected. Just like I'm typing this text and you 're reading it on this platform, and you see it as real, whereas in reality everything is code, and a developer can go there and change it to blue or yellow just by changing the code, because the code is the reality of this website, not the interface that we see and interact with. All you need to do, to make it easier for yourself, is simply recognize this. This is the leap of faith, this is the pearl of
great price: knowing that 3D is FALSE and that the ONLY REALITY IS YOUR IMAGINATION. It's just a simple change of perspective, that's all. OK, now how does this help manifest anything? What does this perspective add to the usual “do techniques until you see it happen”? – When we imagine something, we recognize that what We imagine is REAL, so anything we see, we ignore because we know that 3D is fake and that it just hasn't kept up with the changes we just made. All we need to do is stay true to that imagination (which we now
know to be true reality) until it is projected into 3D. And without even realizing it, that's how we change our "state", that's when we become the one who has the desire, right? Because you know it's real... so now you're the one who has it, now you're living the end of it. Easy, easy, squeezed lemon! These are truly the steps to manifesting: no techniques, no nothing, and in my experience, this is how things happen VERY FAST. The less power you give 3D, the faster it keeps up. Why? Because when you react, you create another act in
the imagination, so now we have an accumulation of things to project (resistance), and 3D will choose the one that has the most power and the least resistance (more belief). I sincerely hope this helps your journey and hopefully takes some weight Off your shoulders. 72-hour challenge + how to think FROM desire! Hello! Today I wanted to share a fun challenge that has worked for me and my friends multiple times, so why not share it with you?! Before I begin, I need to explain the concept of "thinking from desire" or "living in the end", because this challenge
is completely based on that. What is thinking from the end? And how to do this? Thinking from the end/from the desire means that you think the thoughts you would have if the desire were already yours. I will explain this in more detail below, down to the smallest detail. Let's assume your brain is like a radio, and there are countless stations for each version of you. What you are doing is tuning your radio to that specific station and playing those thoughts in your mind. It's as if you are "spying" on the thoughts of this version of
yourself. More practically, let's say you want money. When you think ABOUT the desire, your thoughts would be: "I want X amount of money", "My life would be so easy if I had this money", "As soon as I get it, I will do this and that", "How will I get this money?" But when you think FROM it, your thoughts would be: "I'm grateful to have this amount", "I'll ask for this and that", "Maybe I should save some in savings". But how can I think from desire if my three-dimensional (3D) reality is the opposite? Remember the story
of Barbados? Neville was in New York, but Abdullah told him, "You 're in Barbados." As Neville walked through the streets of New York, in his mind he saw palm trees and thought about how good the weather was. It's the same! Do you want money but are penniless? You are still broke (for now), but as you go about your daily activities in "poverty", in your mind you are thinking, "Where should I invest my money?" "Stocks? Cryptocurrencies? Real estate?" It's about dissociating yourself from 3D. Let me give you more examples from my personal experience: When I did
this to attract my partner, I decided to "mind travel" to that version of myself and think about her routine thoughts. I was alone, in a messy apartment, but in my mind, I was in a big house with a huge garden, a butler, kids and my partner right there. It's not about sitting on the couch watching Netflix and thinking that it's there with you watching too. No. I said "NO" here because although it still works, it often creates a feeling of lack. Because then you will want a message, but you won't see a 3D message, or
a call, or a date, etc. If you have the resilience to do it, go for it. Otherwise, just go crazy (in a good way). You bring the "there and then" to the "here and now." For example: you might be going to the bathroom, but in your mind you're thinking about how bad the traffic is right now, because in your mind you're in your fancy car picking up your kids from school. You may be taking a shower, but in your mind you are thinking about what to prepare for dinner and what your husband would like to
eat. You may be in the car or walking down the street, but in your mind you are counting diapers and bottles or packing lunch boxes for school. Did you understand? In your 3D, you can be doing anything, but while you're doing it, instead of narrating the 3D action and thinking, "I'm going to my miserable job at 6 in the morning... I hate this." "I hope the backlog is over so we can rest today", or any other 3D thought, you will be thinking: "I'll call John and ask him what he did for our marketing campaign", "We're
selling thousands, but it would be nice to sell even more", "We need to improve", "Maybe put up a billboard somewhere". I hope it makes sense now. THE CHALLENGE. Requirements: Have a wish. Faith in the Law. Self-control. Abandon the old story. Ignore 3D. Honesty. Warning: This challenge is considered intermediate or advanced and may not be suitable for beginners. The challenge is: you select a desire you have and think about the version of yourself that already has it. You tune your brain's radio to the thoughts of that version and hold those thoughts for 72 hours. You set
a timer on your phone for 72 hours and tell yourself that once you hit the start button, you will commit to thinking only the thoughts that this version of yourself would be thinking. Honesty is important here because if you find yourself thinking opposing thoughts, thinking ABOUT the desire instead, or going back to the old story, you reset the timer for another 72 hours. When I did this, I restarted for the first few hours, then twice at the 50 hour mark... but I finished and got what I wanted (a major investor to invest in my company,
after being told we didn't have the requirements). Another important point: this challenge is obviously based on Neville's idea of "give it three days". BUT it is crucial to do this challenge to change your state, not to obtain the desire. The goal is to look inside and see the change, not see the change in 3D. (Because if you do it for 3D, you'll miss the point and keep stressing about it, etc., etc. "Nobody can change it but yourself"). If you want to check your progress during this time, simply think about your desire and see how you
feel. If you feel excitement, anxiety, or something similar, that means you still need to work on it. If you think about your desire and feel absolutely normal, then you are on the right path. Eventually this will bring your desire into 3D, but I want the focus to be on the inside, not the outside, because we all already know that "As within, so without." I felt I should quote Neville: "If I could completely saturate my mind with a single sensation and walk as if it were already a fact, It is promised to me (and I can
find no denial of it in this great book) that I should need no more than a three-day diet if I remained faithful to it. But I must be honest about this. If I change my diet throughout the day, I extend the time gap." Now, back to silence. Believe in the end until you reach the end. Trust me. In the last few weeks, I have seen so many people say that they want to give up and that they find the Law difficult. However, I hope that my success story illuminates the importance of believing in the outcome,
regardless of the current circumstances. Sometimes we need to face an absolute crisis in life to truly reaffirm what we believe to be true. I have always believed in the Law and success stories from other people. I even had a list of smaller manifestations that I did. However, I used To doubt that the Law could work in moments of intense vulnerability, because I could never manifest more difficult things (like my specific partner, SP) . I'm investing in a new career, which means I'm back to school full time, etc. I love where I currently live and never
see myself moving back to North America (I currently live in Europe). However, I faced a crisis: I was suddenly informed that the visa I was supposed to apply for after my studies was no longer available to me, because of the way my CV was structured – the deadlines didn't match. Basically, due to the CV, my current visa would have to expire before I could apply for the visa I needed to stay. I was told there was nothing to be done. When I say “nothing,” I mean literally and legally nothing. And it was terrible, because I
realized that I manifested all of this. I had this terrible belief that good things are hard to come by and that Whenever life gets hard I have to go home (a place I didn't want to be but felt was my destiny). It's a story that has played out many times before. A story of failure that always resulted in me temporarily returning home. The day I received this terrible news, I panicked. I used to suffer from chronic panic attacks, but my old therapist was unavailable (she was having surgery). I tried joining other protest support groups on
Facebook, but every time I asked for help (like the many posts I responded to over the last month on Reddit), the administrators deleted my posts for violating some rule I hadn't noticed. I felt very alone. For a few days, my mind was spinning, and I began to think that maybe the Law was bullshit. Everything I could find on YouTube was about how to manifest an SP back (and oh yes, when I told him about my problems, he basically said nothing, which only added to my feeling of isolation). My friends here were cold and unsupportive, They
didn't seem to care that I could face deportation through no fault of my own (like I said, it was just bad luck). I felt so depressed and just wanted to scream, “I CAN’T BELIEVE I THOUGHT SP WAS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF MY LIFE – THIS IS A REAL LEGAL PROBLEM!” I was very overwhelmed. So I stopped listening to people. I just read Neville. I just listened to his lectures. Honestly, it was the only thing that calmed me down. It was at that moment that I realized the old negative belief. Honestly, I was never aware of
it, even though I had brought this belief to life so many times. It was then that I decided to stop believing her. I decided to dedicate every waking moment to believing in what I wanted. It was difficult because I couldn't imagine how that solution would come about, but I knew logically that if a solution was found, it would be because I had to be an exception in some way. This became my daily affirmation. I often visualize, but because I couldn't form an image at first, I just focused on feelings. So I wrote about the feeling
of relief I would feel when the situation was resolved. I knew this would involve other people helping me. It was a problem much bigger than me as an individual. So I wrote about how I was grateful and grateful that everyone was so kind and willing to help a stranger, and how good people there are as long as I remained open to their assistance. I felt immediate relief and tears of gratitude. It was very moving. Very strange things happened: suddenly very unlikely possibilities arose, but I told myself to remain detached; not holding on to anything as
if it were the only option. Many of these possibilities turned out to be dead ends. This would have been immensely disheartening if I had been attached to either of them. There was a real possibility with the visa office. Shortly after committing to a new belief and staying focused, signs began to emerge: certain key dates that needed to coincide suddenly did. However, even though it was my biggest clue at The time, it was also a "no." I never allowed myself to regret. Not once. I wrote here telling people to keep believing, even while my own life
was a mess, but helping others also helped me because opportunities WERE showing up. It didn't matter that most of them led to dead ends. The point was: opportunities were emerging, even when I was initially told there wouldn't be any. So I kept telling myself, “This is working.” Sometimes my mind wandered, imagining returning to North America and resuming my old, unwanted life. When I realized this, I would literally tell myself, “STOP IT. NO. I WILL GET WHAT I WANT. SEE THESE SIGNS — I'M CLOSER THAN I WAS BEFORE. STOP IT. THIS IS AN ANCIENT STORY.” I
did this every day, even though I could logically argue that believing it was just false hope, etc. The state you want to feel is always a choice. Even if these were opportunities, they were very unlikely. However, I simply wouldn't allow my mind to go down that path of negative thinking. I even remember thinking, “Even if this is wishful thinking, today I feel good. So I will choose this over anything else.” And I continued. Everything eventually led me to a single opportunity, which I felt was the most difficult. It involved too many layers of management for
me to be considered an exception to all the rules. It involved negotiations where my life literally depended on it (because it did). It involved turning all the "no's" in my three-dimensional world into good alternatives for me. I was doing this so often that I didn't even notice how those three weeks went by. I didn't realize that all these "no's" were actually leading me to one last option. When it became clear that this final option was actually the LAST, I worried about appearing desperate. I was very aware that this needed to work or I would have
To leave. Then I revised the technique, because suddenly I had a goal that I could use to create an ending scene. As I mentioned, I usually visualize — that's how I manifest most things. Instead of focusing on the pressure, I focused on the fact that I suddenly had a clear vision. And I expressed it as I always did. I visualized the scene because I finally knew what it was supposed to be. But here's the key point: I never thought of this as my last chance, even though it technically was. Instead, I said to myself, “Oh,
this is great because now I can visualize the final scene since I know what it should look like. That’s good for me.” I had this "inner certainty" since the day I wrote about the relief I would feel, three weeks earlier, and I never let it go, even when everything in my reality said "no." My last option was the hardest. I won't go into detail, because I feel like some people might use this to discourage themselves, thinking, “Oh, but her circumstances Aren't like mine.” CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER. All I will say is that this option involved far
more important people than just the visa office. It involved several people who I didn't even know and who didn't know me either. It involved making a case on my behalf. It involved 100% faith. When I say I was resilient, I really was. When I say I didn't share my plans with anyone, I'm serious. My therapist ended up emailing me to try to schedule an emergency meeting, and I canceled because I simply didn't want to be taken to an emotional place that contradicted how I wanted to feel. I said, “I’ll call her when this is all
sorted out; when I get what I want.” And I'm proud to say I got what I wanted. Earlier today, I received an email saying that I am the exception. The last and most difficult option was a "yes". The way it all happened was something I couldn't have even predicted. It wasn't something super fancy, but it involved several factors that I didn't even know were possible, Much less involved. The person who helped me has a large network of contacts, and someone within that network, who had never heard of me, decided to help this time. This person
ended up influencing my university to change the entire curriculum just for me. It's much more technical and complicated than that, but it doesn't matter. All I wanted was to be the exception — and I was! I ended up writing an email to the person who helped me, expressing my gratitude. I started crying because I realized that was exactly how I felt when I wrote about the relief. I even wrote about how grateful I was for the kindness of strangers who helped make this possible (something I also wrote about). The dates I needed for everything to
be resolved were mid-October, in the scene I visualized a week ago. The email said everything would be resolved by October 20th. So trust me when I say that you must believe in the end until you reach the end. Even if you can't see the end. Just believe him. You will begin to realize how things need to change to get there, and the secret is to believe that all changes are leading to the end (even if they seem contradictory or unlikely). You will begin to see the ending you want on the horizon. When you feel the
ending beginning to unfold, step up your belief to ensure the world has no choice but to take you there. Trust me on this. Belief is never about accuracy with the ending — it's just about the possibility of the ending being 100% true. Neville once said to never tell anyone what you are manifesting because they will only reflect your doubts and fears back to you. That was 100% the case. There was only one person who knew what I was trying to do in the beginning, and she kept saying to me, “I don't see how this could
happen. I really don't think that will happen, but of course I hope it does! I just don’t see how that could happen!” I remember being extremely annoyed with her, until I remembered what Neville said. At that point, I hadn't yet committed to changing my beliefs or anything like that. So I just ignored her opinions. I told myself that was the same old story. I even visualized that she would stop bothering me about it because she used to ask me EVERY morning about this situation only to tell me it wouldn't happen. And you know what? For
a full 2 1/2 weeks, she didn't actually text me about it. Your old doubts WILL test you—ignore them. That's all you need to do. I think trying not to think too much logically was the hardest part. The key is to really be open to all possibilities. You are not trying to find the solution; It's more like you're trying to be the solution so that all possibilities can find you, if that makes any sense... Like I said, many possibilities have arisen only to lead to dead ends. Instead of focusing on the dead ends, I focused On
how there was movement toward something that would be good for me. Even though I had no idea how this good thing would take shape. That's kind of the reason I never thought of anything as the "last chance", because you have to give life space for things to happen for you. The more we overthink and try to logically evaluate a situation, the more it feels like we are trying to control and force a situation. The only One thing we can control is our attention. I was also inspired by Neville's story about being stuck in Barbados and
needing a boat to get to New York. He had an appointment to go or something, but he needed to be there in May and he was constantly told that the earliest ship would be in September. He said he visualized it until he fell into a doze. I think it was the talk he gave about repentance. His story, for some strange reason, really resonated and felt familiar to my own problem at the time (although in hindsight I realize they are not similar in any way), But he was talking about being in a state of gratitude because
so much of your desire would depend on the help of other people. I found this enlightening because it is true. We take too much for granted the “how” and “why” of manifestation and don’t thank the people who randomly decided to adjust and act accordingly at the right times for our benefit. And the key part that brought me out of my self-pitying state was when Neville said, "Repentance requires a radical change of attitude." It hit me deep inside and inspired me to truly believe 100% because I had nothing left to lose at that point. I could
be desperate or I could be a believer. I chose the last one. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire event, even though I've barely slept for the past three weeks. Not only did it solve my problem, but it reaffirmed my faith in life and in myself. Neville always said, "signs follow, they don't precede." To me, this means that the belief comes first, the signs reaffirm the belief. So when I was telling myself To relax and focus, I brought up the signs - I used them as evidence that a new belief was already forming, so I just
needed to choose to let go of the old beliefs. The new belief was not yet completely perfect, but it had more form than before. And it's true, I saw the signs and took them to mean that my subconscious mind was more open to all possibilities than it used to be. I dreamed about it too, which is always a good sign in my books. I dreamed that people were having meetings about me and saying things like, "we'll see how this goes, but I want to help her." Dreams are also just fragments of your subconscious. Signs are
just expressions of your inner beliefs coming out. So if you see things you don't like, just ignore them and start over. Oh, by the way, my SP is coming to see me tomorrow morning. But that's a totally different story. Clean skin without changing anything. I actually stopped taking care of my Skin for days at a time, which used to leave me terribly irritated. I also didn't change my diet. This happened about a week apart. The image is without filters, obviously. The second photo was taken with a flash on Snapchat. The first, without flash, also on
Snapchat. I used to get new pimples daily, and I haven't had any since Monday. My skin was actually worse than the first photo shows, as it was much more oily and textured than the camera was able to capture. My chest and back look similar; The skin on my chest especially was always rough and dry, but now it's soft and smooth to the touch. I decided to apply the Law because I generally use a moisturizer that is very difficult to obtain in my country and very expensive. At first, I thought about manifesting a free bottle, but
I realized that that wasn't really living in the end, since I use the lotion to have good skin. So I decided to simply have good skin. I stopped skincare completely because if my skin was perfect, why would I Need it? For the first few days, I had a few breakouts, as was usual when I tried this before, but I didn't care and continued. A week later, my skin looks like this. For me, it was easy. I already had a good view of myself and didn't worry too much about my skin, as I still thought it
was beautiful. I think this is very important! At night, when I went to sleep, I used SATS (Sleep-Like State), but I also mentally reviewed each time I looked in the mirror or used a camera and changed the memory of what my skin looked like. I decided that was the correct memory. I heard people complimenting me on my skin in my imagination. I didn't write this down or repeat it during the day, just before bed. I also read a lot of Neville, just to learn more, and I think the best thing you can do for your
own success is to actually read the material. I read one success story after another, but I never saw results in anything until I actually heard Neville in his own words. Oh, I also managed to correct my verbal tics and stuttering. The process was similar, but I actually found it easier. I just decided that I would speak perfectly well, I would stutter in conversations, but I wouldn't care because that's not my true reality. In my true reality I speak perfectly well. The same goes with tics, it really isn't more complicated than that. And just like with
my skin, I didn't stress about it in 3D. Self-concept is the absolute key to making any practice of law valid and successful. Years ago, when my self-esteem and vision were bad, I could affirm, imagine, practice SATS, script for days on end and nothing would happen or happen, but in a bad way. Changing the way you see yourself should not be underestimated. Once you see it in your imagination and decide it's true, it's true. I don't need to look for any proof in 3D, because why would I? Do I check the mirror every day to make
sure my hair is still brown? No, I know my hair is 100% brown, you could even tell me my hair is blue and I wouldn't care because I know it's not true. Satisfy the inner man and the outer man will obey. Works for absolutely everything. I had a nasty-looking mole on my back that one day disappeared after rejecting its existence. After a while, I got nervous because my dad had had to remove a lot of moles in his life and I was literally in the doctor's office waiting for the doctor to check the mole, but
there was nothing there. Try it! GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT (THE EASIEST WAY) To be quite honest, I lost everything I ever had, but I learned everything I needed. Something has changed in me, and I feel like some people need to know that. BACKSTORY: A few years ago, my life was pretty much everything most people want. I genuinely had more money than someone my age should have, I dined at expensive restaurants almost every night, I stayed in the best hotels in my city with my friends just for fun, I had the specific person (SP) I had
been trying to manifest for Years. The most important thing: every time I walked into a place, I felt like "the guy", you know what I mean? It was incredible confidence, I felt butterflies in my stomach every day. THE PART MOST PEOPLE DON'T TELL YOU: Okay, so listen to this. Keep it between us, but, towards the end of 2023, I lost everything. I'm talking about going from having everything to hating my reflection in the mirror, ending up in the hospital, having almost no money in my account, losing my girlfriend, my confidence and my zest for life.
And, man, because I almost started to feel like a false prophet, I have to tell you that I got to the point where I was coaching for money. Well, it was at that level. The worse my life got, the more I did to manifest a better life, and the more I did that, the worse things got; it was a terrible cycle. I was in an abyss I never thought I would be in. What do you mean, mental diets just... stop working? Is this a thing? How did my life get to this point? I was anxious
24 hours a day, with a constant pit in my stomach. I was always Looking for answers to my life. I was in a state of constant struggle and effort, and so I expressed even more struggle and effort. Now, I know some of you may be in a similar situation, reading and reading, trying every affirmation, trying to start over every day, trying and trying. Starting a mental diet every two days and saying, "This time will be different, this time I'll be able to stick with it and everything will change," only to start again the following week.
I understand your pain. I hated this cycle. But let me tell you this: DON'T BE AFRAID. I SUPPORT YOU. Here's what changed my life, and I KNOW it will change yours. I started manifesting in a very different way. I stopped mental diets, I stopped affirming 24 hours a day, I stopped trying to control every single thing around me. I stopped analyzing life and started doing just one thing, and it will change the way you live forever. Now, I'm pretty much back to where I was before. I finally have a lot of money again, I'm dating,
I'm As happy and confident as ever, and I love myself more than ever – and it was because of this one thing. THE METHOD: I want you to choose a single goal. A specific objective. You already know which one it is, you can tell. Why else would I be here? You know how it works: I want you to do SATS (visualize having the goal before bed). Do this every night for a week, no more, no less. Let go. Then spend another week visualizing your next desire, and so on. Or even a week of visualizing your
life as if you already have all your desires, and then let go. You've heard this before, right? The old classic? Do. BUT HERE'S THE DIFFERENTIAL: Don't do anything else. That's right. Just that. Don't pretend you already have it. Don't fight with yourself trying to convince yourself that it's true. Simply get into a state of enjoying and living life. Don't worry about trying not to be sad. Don't worry about pretending to be happy. STOP BEING A ROBOT. You are human. We were presented With beautiful emotions; even sadness is one of them. STOP TRYING. Everything is fine.
Cry. Laugh. Do what you used to do. Negative thoughts arising? Okay, so what? Stop fighting them or trying to change them. Maybe every now and then you choose more positive thoughts, but don't torture yourself by trying to change every negative thought. I know this contradicts what you have learned. This contradicts what I used to teach. But believe me. That was all it took to bring back everything I ever wanted. I had negative thoughts some days, I had bad days, I had good days. It doesn't matter. The more you enjoy life and accept it, the more
you will be at peace and the less you will need. You'll reach a point where you don't need anything and, BOOM, you'll have everything. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF EVERY DAY AND FIGHT TO BECOME WHO YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO BE. Trust me, everything started flowing for me again when I STOPPED DOING IT. I simply lived, visualized my Desires and continued to be the best version of myself or at least striving to be better every day. Simple. Don't be afraid anymore. Start from scratch tomorrow. Take a shower and say
to yourself, "After this shower, I will be the new me. The one who lives again. The one who stops trying. The one who allows himself to listen to sad music or do whatever he wants." Everything will come at the perfect time, trust me on this. If there is a situation in the 3D world that you are dealing with, visualize the end result you want and accept the fact that it is actually happening to you – and that is okay. It's okay if it bothers you. You can tell yourself it will get better. It's okay, you're
human. A beautiful human. I promise that soon you'll be on an amazing beach telling a friend, laughing, about how bad that part of your life was and how you came through it all like an absolute legend. Oh look, keep in mind that if mental diets/affirmations work for you, stick with them. I don't discourage you from at least trying a mental diet/affirmations Or any other technique if it makes you feel good, etc. I mean, they definitely worked for me once. But never force yourself to feel something you don't feel and never make manifesting your desires something
you put all your effort into. Just do it and let it go, trusting that it will happen. The important thing is to simply live, visualize your desires and continue living and enjoying the beautiful story that is life. Neville really wanted this to be easy for us, believe me on that. Go live. You are free now. The world is yours. Now here's the reason we go wrong is because we fail to be our best and this leads us to start believing that maybe we don't deserve the things we have. I don't think you should worry. I
think when you get the life you want, all you have to do to keep it is ask yourself, "How can I treat myself well today?" And do it. Always make sure that the only thing you do for the rest of your life, besides planting seeds, is to focus on your happiness, your pleasure, and treating yourself well. I don't think there's anything more to it than that. When you get to that point, I don't want you to feel like you have to do anything to maintain it. Because this will put you in a risky situation again
. Because this will put you back in a fighting state. Plant your seeds and while you wait for them to grow and manifest, take care of yourself and live the life you were given. Anything is possible, and I truly mean everything! My journey began a few years ago when I discovered the New Thought Movement. I was not well mentally and emotionally and was looking for something to help me make sense of the events in my life. I read books by Neville, Zeland, Hicks, Allen, Hill, Byrne, Scovel Shinn, Murphy, Haanel, Tolle, Dispenza, Maltz, Doty, and many,
many others. Yes... I was a little obsessed. But, Neville's work was my favorite. It was his wisdom and insights that helped me begin a series of conscious manifestations that changed my life. I will never forget my first conscious manifestation. I decided to test the law and chose something Small and random. I wanted a big butterfly to land on my left little finger. I visualized and did SATS for a few days and then forgot about it because I still thought it was bullshit. Four weeks later, I'm at the beach with my friends, having fun, and what
do I see? A butterfly flying in circles around me. It didn't land on my finger, but it ended up landing near me. I approached and extended my arm. Normally, this would scare a butterfly, but this one stayed there. I asked a friend to take a photo. Then I reached my hand closer and the butterfly climbed onto my left little finger and stayed there for a few seconds. I was shocked, but I had to hide it because I didn't want my friend to start asking questions. I wasn't ready to explain. I remember driving home thinking, "WHAT
THE HELL IS THIS?" It was the first time I experienced the feeling of creating intentionally. I will never forget. That day, I knew I could manifest whatever I wanted. Literally anything. As a result of this butterfly manifestation, I continued manifesting: a new house for me and my family, a new job that now pays me triple what I was making 9 months ago (this was like a quantum leap because the difference was insane). I now delegate most of my daily tasks to my team, which gives me more free time (I only work 1-2 hours a day),
all thanks to SATS and faith in the law. Now I have free time to enjoy my hobbies. I'm finally writing my first novel. I've had ups and downs with my SP (specific person) because of my unstable self-esteem (well, it was unstable before Neville, but it's much better now). Things have gotten better between us. I'm in perfect health and in a good mood (note: I used to get depressed from time to time, but I took SATS to feel joy and now I'm reaping the benefits of it). That's really insane, looking back now. I manifested a bunch
of new friends – all amazing, kind, loving and happy. All of these things took 1 1/2 years of SATS and positive self-talk. I even found myself thinking, "What now?" I feel like I have everything I ever wanted. I saw some people Here asking the same question – what do I do now that I have everything I ever wanted? Well, for me... I feel like it's time to just enjoy life. I do a lot of artistic and creative activities, and that makes me very happy. The rest of my free time I dedicate to helping my family,
my friends, my community. In fact, I dream of starting a charitable organization here in my city. I feel very grateful and I feel a strong desire to give back. Why am I sharing all this blah blah with you? I simply want you to believe in yourselves. I want you to know that you are gods. Some people feel uncomfortable with this title, so just think of yourself as being in complete control of everything. This is very empowering, if you want to know my opinion. Just know that anything is possible. And, I mean, everything. About my house,
I was previously going to buy an apartment. I couldn't find anything good. Then my friend called me and said she had seen an ad, but there were no photos. I went to see the ad (I thought it was a condominium) and It was a 3-story house exactly within my budget. It was well below average for a house in the city. I was the first visitor, so I said I would accept. But then... The owner said he changed his mind and would not accept my request. I cried for a few days because I really liked the
house. Then I shamelessly assumed it was mine. I said this is my house. That's it. I became stubborn. Even a little crazy. Because it clearly wasn't mine (yet). I simply refused to believe it. Two weeks later, the owner called me and said the house was mine. He raised the price a little, but I was happy. Specifically regarding wealth, it came from the belief that I am good at what I do. I believed, without hesitation, that I deserved a very high salary. I would joke with friends and family - telling them that I deserved a C-level
role. So I ended up getting a C-level role. As for moods, I usually visualize people congratulating me on my achievements or just myself laughing and being silly to improve my mental health. It's not about the steps. It's about how you identify. If I asked you today - who are you? What would you respond? If you asked me today, I would say, "I'm a famous author, my recent novel is a New York Times bestseller." Has this already manifested itself? No, not yet. But in my mind, that's who I am. I identify with my new role. On
a scale of 1 to 100, how much do I believe this will happen? I would say I'm at 100. I'm convinced. I feel like I'm entitled to that. I know I'm the famous writer. I won't accept anything less than that. That's the mindset of a person who sees consistent results, in my opinion. Now, I ask you again: who are you? Truly, the world is your oyster. I see so many people overly complicating the law. The law is excruciatingly simple. Chances are, if you're reading this, you still haven't gotten that famous partner (or any partner, to
be honest), that billion dollars, that admission to Harvard, and so on. First, you need To understand that no one or nothing exists OUTSIDE YOU. I mean this in the most literal and practical sense possible. That late rent? That devastating breakup? Your partner not reciprocating your love? For the love of all that is holy, PICK YOURSELF UP and understand that these things cannot exist if you do not pay attention to them. These things will wither and disappear if you don't pay attention to them. The ONLY way these unpleasant states will continue to exist is if you
feed them with your attention and energy. Try to understand this deeply. Who are you? You are "I AM". "I AM" is the name of God, nothing exists outside of "I AM". You are God in a human robe, an eternal dreamer dreaming non-eternal dreams. This whole world? His creation. Your subconscious mind exists everywhere at once. The only reason you are experiencing what you are experiencing is because you chose to be aware of one reality out of infinite states, when you could simply choose to be aware of any other state that already exists simultaneously. Every state exists
in the now; there is no past Or future. Time is a concept that has no place in the fourth dimension. And your imagination is the true reality; this world of Caesar (3D) is just a non-eternal dream. If something has happened in your imagination, then it is already done and is much more real than Caesar's world. In the most literal sense, it is not possible for you to have a problem, just as it is not possible for you to have a solution, because these problems don't exist in the first place. These “problems” are self-created; they are
only real if you consider them real. "If you deny me (your consciousness of being), I will also deny you." "You will have no other God but ME." "Be still and know that I AM God." "Come and test me and see if I will not open the windows of Heaven for you and pour out such a blessing for you that there will not be room enough to contain it." Do you understand what this means? Turn within, to "I AM" (God), and you will receive so many blessings that you won't have enough room to contain them. Your
circumstances, however "grave" they may seem, mean as much as an umbrella in a typhoon; even that is an exaggeration. You created these "circumstances", you can also uncreate them. Your special partner, do you think you are in love with him? Well, to be precise, you are in love with his state of being, and he has infinite states, so to speak. You are seeing the state you are seeing because you choose to be aware of that state. And these states? It's just you. Your partner? Just another part of your consciousness. Your mother, father, brother, friend, etc.? They
are also just you, another state of consciousness. Are you in love with your partner? No, you are in love with yourself. Do you owe your landlady rent? No, you owe yourself the rent. Do you understand what I'm saying? Are you reading this? Yes, ok, another state of mine. Everything is just YOU. Why am I writing this, you ask? If I'm just preaching to my own states? To entertain my current state of consciousness. All of humanity are just different states of a single consciousness. God loved his creation so much that he became human and abandoned any
memory of being God. Our only purpose is not to "sin," and the only way We can sin is by not fulfilling our desires, which is to deny that we are our own Lord. This is the only reason humanity exists. No one exists outside of you. If this sounds lonely, it won't be when you truly realize that God only knows the love and wholeness that comes with being complete and ONE. Can't ignore your 3D and your circumstances? The only reason you can't is because you still believe in the so-called concept of "time." Can't imagine yourself being
a billionaire? That's because you have beliefs that contrast with this, beliefs like: "I've been poor my whole life, how can I suddenly be a billionaire?" Or, if you can't manifest your special partner, you're still thinking about that breakup, that third person, etc. Why are you thinking about a non-existent past? It doesn't exist. Now that we're done with that, let's get to how to actually get what you want. If you are looking for something magical that has never been said before, you need to understand that it does not exist. Trust me, I mean really trust me
when I say this. The Assumed State in Imagination (SATS) Is ALL you need or will ever need. You don't need SATS if you can truly believe it's what you want without falling into doubt after a day or two, but if you can't and you don't have any other technique that works for you, all you need is SATS. SATS will never fail you as long as you actually DO it instead of just being a listener. Neville's teachings are deeply rooted in a specific technique, mentioned in practically all of his books, and this is no coincidence. Many
try for one night, become irritable, unable to sleep, give up and repeat this cycle – it will get you nowhere . As Neville mentioned, you can't be lukewarm in what you do. If you're going to do it, do it intensely and unwaveringly, without half-hearted determination. However, don't do it so forcefully that you "pop a vein", as Neville said, have fun. I mean, why wouldn't you have fun when you're in a scene where you already have what you want? You ARE in that imaginary scene. The steps are what Neville described, with some additional insights: Know what
you want, or multiple wants, if applicable. Don't oscillate between them. Once decided, stand firm. Once you know what you want, simply construct a scene that implies that you already have what you previously wanted and that it has already happened. For example, imagine texting a friend. Make messages exactly as they would be in the 3D world, naturally. If you have multiple desires, incorporate a scene that involves fulfilling several desires at the same time. If it's something that can be transmitted via text, just imagine holding your device and messaging someone nearby about everything you want and how
it's already done. Close your eyes and repeat "I AM" silently in your mind. Don't attach any labels after this, just keep saying until you feel like you're floating or until you see spots and light behind your eyelids. The intention of saying "I AM" is to reiterate the fact that you are a formless being capable of adorning any human robes and states you desire. Let go of your identity, Name, gender, "past", etc., and be formless, because that is what you truly are: a formless being . This will also help you enter a drowsy state, but if
you have another method for achieving this state, you can apply that as well. Either way, don't let the chatter of your mind dominate you. Whenever your mind wanders, bring it back; that is the only way to succeed. Act out your scene and repeat it on a loop until you fall asleep. The only requirement is to incorporate one of the five senses into this imaginary act – be it sight, smell, touch, taste or hearing – or a combination of them. The texting and holding your device scene that I described in the previous step incorporates touch and
vision. If you just want to hear someone congratulate you on something, all you have to do is listen to that voice saying exactly that or anything else you want. The main goal is to feel like it's real. You can also incorporate all five senses; with each repetition, add meaning, making the scene more vivid, but this is not necessary. Don't think "about" the imaginary act, think "from" it, imagining that You are actually in the scene you are imagining. This means you must do it in first person. Get lost in the scene. Don't think about anything other
than being completely immersed in your scene and feeling like you're really in it. If you repeat this until you fall asleep, there's a good chance you'll wake up feeling like it's already done. This is what Neville described in several of his stories. He did not try to think that his wish was fulfilled; this came naturally because he repeated the scene and went to sleep with her. When you realize this, you don't even need a mental diet, because the feeling of the desire fulfilled is already within you – it becomes natural. You'll know you did it
correctly when you actually feel it. A tip for those who have difficulty focusing during the sleep state, in Neville's words: "If it is difficult to control the direction of your attention while in a state close to sleep, it may be helpful to fix your eyes on an object. Do not look at its surface, but into and beyond any simple object, such as a wall, a carpet, or anything else that has depth. Arrange it so that it reflects as little as possible. Imagine then that at that depth you are seeing and hearing what you want to
see and hear until your attention is exclusively occupied by the imagined state." — Out of This World, Chapter 2. And that’s it. That's absolutely all you need to do to get anything the depths of your mind can conjure. You don't need to affirm 10,000 times, write daily for months, or whatever else you're doing to achieve what you want. In Neville's own words: "You do not order things to appear by words or loud statements. Such vain repetition is, more often than not, confirmation of the opposite. Decreeing is always done in consciousness. That is: every man is
conscious of being what he has decreed to be. The mute man, without using words, is conscious of being mute. Therefore, he is decreeing to be mute." Pretty self-explanatory, right? All countless techniques do not manifest. What really manifests is the Feeling and your inner being. One of the titles of Neville's books says it all: "The Feeling is the Secret". It turns out that the assumed state in imagination (SATS) allows you to feel the feeling of the desire fulfilled in the most "easy" way. A final quote that holds immense truth: "This world is a dream, only a
dreamer considers it real, then death comes like dawn and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your sadness" — Rumi, Persian poet and mystic. The world is your oyster, created for you, by you. How I manifested the perfect life in 8 months. The usual disclaimer: this is what worked for me. If you used a completely different approach to manifesting your new life... great! This is the path I took, and it worked for me in a relatively short period of time. I'm going to give some hard truths throughout this text because I needed them
when I started my journey. I had hit rock bottom. I didn't want to live that life anymore. I didn't want to be that person anymore. I didn't want that to be my story. I was being a victim and had lost control of my life. I was a single mother, struggling to make ends meet, Completely devastated because of a man. Mental health problems. Financial problems. I hated every aspect of my life and I hated the person I was. I didn't even know where to start changing. It was overwhelming. Where do you start when you literally want
to change everything about yourself and your life? First, you need to get to a point where you are tired of how you are living. Throw away the ancient history completely. Literally throw it away, set it on fire and let it turn to ash. Commit to never talking or thinking about it again. That doesn't exist. Full stop. I don't want to hear about how you don't have money, or how you're a virgin, or how you were cheated on, or how you can't get out of bed, or how you don't have a car and have to walk
to work in the snow and cold. Leave all excuses behind. The only person standing in the way of your dream life is YOU. No one else has control over your life. Take responsibility and commit to doing whatever it takes to change. The first step is to decide, here and now, that you are going to get where you want and that you will not stop until you get there. We call this "Audacious Impudence." You have manifested this mess and you can manifest your way out of it. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR EXCUSES ABOUT WHY YOU CAN'T
DO THIS. Change the way you think or stay the same for the rest of your life. The choice is yours. Both options are difficult, so choose your difficult one. Secondly, you need to know what you want. Many people ask me what affirmations I used, what I visualized, what meditations I did, what job I have, where I live, etc. Look, this is YOUR life. My perfect life is different from yours. What I visualize that makes me happy is different from what you would visualize for your perfect life. Choose a scene that speaks to you, that awakens
strong feelings in you. It has to be in first person. If you don't know exactly what you want, you'll manifest something half-assed. Take a sheet of paper and write down EXACTLY what you want, in detail. No "maybe I want to live in Africa with the giraffes and do rain dances all day, or maybe I want to live in Antarctica in an igloo and ice fish to survive." Choose a Story and stick with it. Know exactly what kind of life you want to live and what kind of person you want to be. When people ask about
your new life, you should be able to describe everything in minute detail without hesitation. Third, ENTER THIS NEW LIFE. You must start preparing to live in Africa. What kind of people live there? Start learning the language. Start dancing to the rain in the morning. If you want to move house by a specific date, START PACKING. When I announced the purchase of my apartment, everyone told me to give up. I was being outbid by other offers all the time, and we were in the middle of a housing crisis. But I didn't care, I continued packing. I
booked the moving truck. I bought boxes. I was packing before I even bought the apartment. Live your new life in the best way possible. I wanted a new job where I could work on my own and make my own hours. What kind of person has this job? Probably someone super disciplined, who has a morning routine, drinks smoothies and does yoga. So that's what I started doing. If you Want a new car, pretend you're driving that new car every time you go to work. Manifesting should be fun. Remember when we were kids and had such vivid
imaginations , we would pretend to be princesses or Robin Hood? I want you to create this amazing , fun life and fake it until you make it. IT'S FUN. If you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong. You can literally BE whoever you want. Isn't that exciting? You can change your entire personality if you want. There are no limits. Fourth, techniques do not work alone, nor do they matter. They just help you build the belief. The brain is complicated. He is comfortable living ancient history. He doesn't want to abandon her. For some reason, the brain
likes to wallow in self-pity and negativity because it's comfortable to do what it's always done. It's easier to stay the same than to change. When you manifest, you are literally fighting your brain. The techniques help to reprogram the brain. So whatever helps YOU live the new story, do that. For me, I did it all, Because I wanted to change everything in a short space of time: meditation, SATS, mental diet, affirmations, manifestation journal, character technique. Do it all or do none of it, it doesn't matter. You can spend all day saying affirmations, but if you are
still in the state of being a victim, that is what you will manifest. There is no magical statement or perfect scene to visualize. The true "secret code" to manifesting is to change the state of being you are in. And if you don't know what that means, here's the thing: when someone says you live in Missouri, your immediate thought should be something like, “No, I live in Africa, what an absurd idea.” You ARE in Barbados. Before anyone comes to criticize me, I said immediate thought. I'm asking you to be "delusional" in a good way, but not
so much that they try to have you committed for building African huts on the streets of Missouri. Acknowledge 3D, but also recognize that it is temporary and not real. Fifth... don't be discouraged. It's about progress, not perfection. You can still manifest without doing everything perfectly. But if you want to become A master of manifestation, it's about training your brain. Stop being a careless thinker. Be aware of your thoughts at all times. Practice makes perfect. I highly recommend meditation because it helps you get used to controlling your thoughts. Also , if you're the type of person
who easily feels overwhelmed, I suggest manifesting one thing at a time rather than everything at once. Again, this is YOUR manifestation journey. DO WHATEVER HELPS YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING YOUR PERFECT LIFE. Remember that manifestation is always an ongoing process. You will never be "ready." It's a constant leveling up. So, be patient and, once again, HAVE FUN WHILE YOU DO THIS. CHANGE YOUR LIFE (STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE) In the last few months, my life has become even more amazing! I've been where many of you are now: reading all the time, starting a mental diet, sticking
with it for a week or two, and then becoming overwhelmed with anxiety. When people said, "It's already done!" or "Let it go!", I felt like My head would explode. Many also said that large demonstrations are "the same process as demonstrating a cup of coffee", and the hard truth I realized was that, in reality, it wasn't quite like that. Although the processes are different, the ideology is the same. Giant changes require a little more effort. Not necessarily a harder effort, but a greater effort nonetheless. After years, I realized that the difference lies in changing the concept
of oneself. I've talked about this before and you've probably heard it somewhere. Even so, I cannot stress enough the importance of changing the concept you have of yourself. The reason? You simply cannot conceive of what you do not feel you are worthy of having. The 3D world reflects what you think about yourself. BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT CHANGING YOUR CONCEPT OF YOURSELF IS MUCH EASIER THAN YOU THINK. It's easier than I emphasized in my last post too. It all comes down to WHO YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE and WHAT THOUGHTS YOU ARE THINKING (mental diet).
Your beliefs about yourself create your 3D reality. Beliefs are just dominant thoughts that have no contradictory thoughts against them. Knowing this, you can create good beliefs and therefore good circumstances in 3D. I WILL EXPLAIN IN DETAIL: 1. CHOOSE 3 TO 5 AFFIRMATIONS ABOUT YOURSELF. We use affirmations to plant positive dominant thoughts , that is, positive beliefs that will create positive circumstances in 3D. These affirmations will now be your identity. Examples: I am loved/blessed/safe/the most amazing person ever. important/deserving/valuable/a priority/wealth. These affirmations will eventually be reflected in your reality, so CHOOSE WISELY. These statements are now who
you believe you are. These are the seeds you will be planting. Repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud as often as you feel appropriate throughout the day. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ALL DAY, BUT IT ALSO CAN'T BE NEVER. I want you to love yourself. Idolize yourself. Get to a point where you love yourself more than anything else. Everything around you will reflect exactly that. IMPORTANT: You DO NOT need to feel anything when repeating them at the beginning. I certainly didn't feel anything and it worked perfectly for me. I know that "feeling is
the key," but trust me: most of the time, at first, your affirmations may not feel natural. If they look the same from the start, great too! 2. MENTAL DIET. We use the mental diet to eliminate dominant negative thoughts, that is, negative beliefs that have created negative circumstances in your 3D, as well as eliminate thoughts that contradict your positive beliefs, allowing the seeds you have planted to grow and manifest. Observe your thoughts. Any thought about something bad, that brings you down, that causes anxiety, especially doubts about the manifestation process. REMEMBER: Negative thoughts often seem to make
Sense. They genuinely ring true, like: "Maybe I should give up because I know I'm doing this mental diet wrong." "I don't think I'll be able to get rid of these negative thoughts; it's never worked for me." IMPLEMENT THIS PROCESS: Negative thinking arises. Stop the thought. Breathe or stop for a few seconds without thinking about anything. Repeat your positive affirmations. By doing this, you are depriving negative thinking of the attention it needs to thrive. As long as you focus on the positive, you are winning. Just gently redirect your attention. 3. SPECIFIC GOALS. I know many of
you want specific things, like a special partner or money. However, I suggest you don't directly assert this at the beginning. Time doesn't matter, and everyone's process will be different, But within a month, you will definitely start to feel better. Your affirmations will start to feel more natural, and you will start to feel good. Those feelings of despair will gradually disappear, and you will feel lighter. Remember: Manifesting is an ongoing process. It will never be "ready". There are always new levels to reach. Be patient and have fun with it! WHEN YOU START FEELING THIS WAY, I
want you to spend no more than 5 minutes a day affirming what you specifically want. EXAMPLES: My special partner (SP) is crazy about me. My SP wants me more than anything. I have X dollars. Anything you want about any situation or desire. I want you to give yourself completely to this at the beginning of your journey. 3D cannot dominate you. On the days when you're feeling down, those are the days I want you to you intensify your mental diet even more. This process has never failed me and has transformed My life forever. I would never
have imagined not being depressed. I would never have thought that my life would be the way I always wanted. I am forever grateful for the things I learned here. This is my gift to you, with the hope that you can get to where I am now, if you haven't already. I love each one of you. This is your story about becoming the greatest being you can be. Work on it, and I guarantee every aspect of your life will change. I sincerely pray that this is the last time you need to come back here for guidance.
Let this be the final push before everything changes, so you can start living an amazing life. THE WORLD IS YOURS. THE WORLD IS YOUR ATTENTION. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE WORLD IS YOU.
