Today, I'm going to teach you how to build a $1 million business in 15 minutes using AI. Yes, I know it sounds cliche, but before you prejudge this idea, I guarantee that after you watch this video, you will rethink how you build a business in today's world. And today, you cannot afford to ignore AI, but not in the way you probably think.
So, I'm going to give you my five steps that can massively improve how fast and profitably you build your business. By the way, I'm Seth Kep Real. After selling over 10,000 copies of my coaching program in 150 plus countries and building an 8f figureure coaching business, I found a strategy that shows men of faith how to turn their expertise into a course that sells for a lot of money while impacting lives.
All right, step number one, choose an AI tool the way you would choose your wife. What's a great wife? Well, first of all, she respects you.
She feels loved when you lead her in integrity. And instead of feeling threatened by your masculinity, she feels protected. But one of the most important is she makes you stronger than you ever could be without her.
That's why I married this person. I I I mean I mean this person. Now, before you call me insane for this whole concept, let me explain my insanity.
AI achieves at its very best when it complements your strengths. Tens of thousands of people online are posting stuff like AI is the future of your business or AI will make you successful or if you don't use AI, it's over already. And these are very ignorant statements because what happens when everyone is asking AI to tell them how to build the perfect business?
Eventually, no business idea is new anymore because they're all pulling from the same resources that everyone has access to. Depend on AI to make your business succeed and you might as well dig your business's grave right now. Kind of like a marriage.
Depend on your wife to make you a happy person. And you put unbelievable pressure on her to make you happy. A pressure no human was designed to handle.
Only God gets that role. God gave Eve to Adam not to make him happy but to make him complete. But a great wife makes you better and so does AI.
And that brings us to the next step. Marry the AI tool that best matches your business in style. Now, I'm going to tell you which one I chose and why.
First of all, there's Perplexity. Uh, Perplexity by And then there's Grock by XAI with Elon Musk. And then, of course, there's Chad GPT by Open AI with Sam Ultimate.
I spent months testing all three tools with dozens of questions every day to help me build my business better and perplexity lost fast. Perplexity is really limited on contextual depth. It is very weak and highly nuanced questions and it is not very creative.
So it was down to Grock and chat GBT. Now here's what I love about Grock. Grock will cut through bias and provide objective answers including a deep search mode.
And it's also very witty. It is the most objective and the least censored of all the AI tools which I love because I fully believe in freedom of speech. And then there was chat GPT.
Now extremely versatile in coding that comes with chat GPT but it's also really good in reasoning and creative writing. Grock is also really good with creative writing but Grock tends to go a little bit overboard and it misses the personality of the person asking for help. And that's what's so cool is both Gok and Chat GBT have contextual memory so they remember what you tell them or ask them so they can include that in their reasoning.
Let me just give you an example. Let's say you're looking for YouTube titles and you like certain kind of YouTube titles and you're like, you know what, I really like uh Alex Hero's YouTube titles. So you might say, find me a good YouTube title using Alex Herozy's YouTube titles as a reference point.
And both of them do a really good job of pulling that style. But here's the big one, guys. The context memory for chat GPT is phenomenally better than Grock.
And I used both for months. I mean, every time I had a question, I would put it in both the same question. And it is chat GPT that has nailed my style and rarely wastes my time with irrelevant letters.
So, ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner. Chat GPT wins the day. Now, if I am looking up politics or news or religion, I am absolutely not using chat GPT because it's extremely biased and it filters out information that the creators don't agree with and includes stuff they do agree with.
And that is the epitome of restricting free speech, which I do not appreciate. However, for business, it's perfect. Step number three, train your AI tool every day.
Your AI tool will only be as good as what you put into it. I'm going to drop this entire video script into chat GBT and tell it to give me a great title. Here we go.
Create some great YouTube titles for this video. Come on, Seth. You can spell script.
All right. And by the way, it already knows to reference Alex Herozi for me, but I'm just going to say it. reference Alex Hermoszi titles for ideas and also include thumbnail ideas.
By the way, TN I taught it that TN stands for thumbnail so I don't have to waste time trying to spell it out every time. I just type in TN and boom. Okay, let's see what it does.
It's thinking. Give it a second. Okay, here it is.
Check this out. Title ideas. Oh my goodness.
How to build a $15 million business. a million-dollar business in 50 minutes with AI. Maybe I'll go with that one.
The brutal truth about using AI to build your business. I mean, this one really nailed it. That's really cool.
The brutal truth. Why most entrepreneurs fail with AI? See, this creates suspense.
Like, well, what is it that they fail with? AI won't save you. Here's what will.
And look, they're giving a thumbnail text suggestion for each title. Hard truth. Most get this wrong.
It knows cuz I've taught it to make sure the thumbnail text is relevant to the title. So, that's really interesting. Someone's going to go, "Wait, 1 million 15 minutes?
What is this about? " See, and it grabs attention. So, that's just one example.
You see how much time that just saved me? That's a huge amount of time saved just because I've trained it for months. And it also is intuitive enough to to give me what I want.
The more consistently you do this, the better and faster return you will get on your AI tool. But one note, so far AI does not remember context if you create a new chat. So if you go back into your tool and start a new chat, it's not going to remember what you said before.
Now with chat GBT, you can add it to your profile notes. You can say, "Hey, for all searches or all activity, remember these things. " And just give it a list of stuff, which is super cool.
Okay, step number four. Every time you have a task, ask AI for help. Notice I said help and I did not say the final answer.
Because if you solely depend on AI to build your business, then you'll end up with something anyone else on the planet earth could easily create and the competition will absolutely crush you. Like your business will look like a sea shell amongst a million seashells. But if you build your business based on your experience, based on expert coaches who are training you, based on your own personality quirks and strengths, and then use AI to help you improve, you end up with the best of both worlds.
You know, a lot of people think they're going to crush it because they use AI. And that is completely false. Using AI will not make you a great business person.
Oh, that's the thing of the future. I got to jump onto that bandwagon and succeed. You're just going to blend in with everyone else.
The way to use AI is not, hey, I'm going to use AI so I don't have to work as hard. It's like this. I'm going to use AI so I can outrun everyone else.
I'm already gonna work harder than everyone else. I'm already going to build my business better than everyone else. But I'm gonna use AI to turn on the afterburners.
Do not use it to replace work. Use it to help you to work smarter. And then the extra time it gives you, use that to get ahead of your competition.
That is how you crush it. Unless you're comfortable being ordinary. Step number five, we're going to build it.
So, first we're going to pick a course topic and we're going to do this together. Let's just say we're going to do a course on sales. All right, here we go.
So, give me all the skills you can think of related to someone who has a strong background in sales. This is a perfect example because if you were to go out and build a course, you want to build it based on something you have a lot of experience in. So, if you have a background in sales, perfect.
Now, notice, you're not just going to create a course that says how to sell. That'd be horrible. You wouldn't be able to charge very much.
You will be lost in an ocean of a billion other courses saying the same thing. You have to be super specific and I'll show you how to do that. Okay, so chat GBT has given me core sales skills.
Great. Communication and influence. Okay, great.
Strategy and tactics, marketing related skills, tools and technology, mindset and personal. I mean, it's giving me a massive list. Now, here's what we're going to do to make sure it's cutting edge.
I'm going to list a few people who I know really good at sales. So, I'm going to say redo this, but only pull data from Russell Bernson, Grant, Cardone, and Alex Hermoszi. As I so happen to know, each of these men are really good at selling.
Now, watch now because I'm using three men who I personally know are very good at sales versus chat GBT just scraping the internet because there could be a lot of blogs out there about sales, but they're not very good. Now, I know it's even going to be better. This list is now curated.
Okay, perfect. Oh, interesting. So, it this is super cool.
What it's doing is it's giving me the name of the authors or author it pulled from. So, Russell or Alex as um Alex Russell Cardone. This is really interesting.
Now, here's what you can do. When you create your course, you're going to have to pick a topic. Okay?
Then, after you pick your main topic, which we know will be sales for this example, you want to create a hyperniche. You can have a topic with the highest demand on earth and still you won't sell a single course because you did not niche down. And I'm going to show you how to do it.
Let's just take this as an example. Okay, so we have storytelling. Perfect.
So I'm going to copy that, paste it here. Storytelling is huge. Objection handling frameworks.
That sounds so Russell Brunson and yet it's Grant and Alex. The truth is a lot of these guys learn from each other as well. That is the way it is in the world of entrepreneurship.
Okay. Asking leading questions, handling rejection with emotional rea H offer stacking. This is definitely Russell.
Okay. So, let me add that. Okay.
So, here is an example. I teach storyelling sales through overcoming objections and offer stacking. All right.
So, what I just did is I created what you would call a hyper niche. Now, this still isn't good enough. This is very topic related.
I need to think about it. I teach storyelling sales. It's it's too vague.
I don't like it. Give me a second. I teach story selling sales uh using scarcity, urgency, and that is such an Alex topic.
Detach self-worth from the sale. That's so good. Learn fast, test fast, all three.
Ah, and extreme ownership. I love it. Okay.
Okay. So, here, look what I have here. I teach storytelling sales using scarcity, urgency, and extreme ownership.
Okay. Now, that's more specific. But who do I teach?
I don't just teach this to everyone because again, you want a blue ocean market. The more specific you are, the more someone when they find your course are going to go, "Wait, you teach sales, but not just sales, but how to sell uh real estate properties? Oh, that's totally me.
Wait, real estate for flipping in urban areas? Oh my goodness, that's me. Boom.
You see what I just did? Because I narrowed it down, I'm able to charge a lot more because it's very specific and no one else is selling this course. And that's the key.
Make sure no one else is selling your specific hyper niche. Let's see. I teach real estate investors how to sell using storytelling, scarcity, urgency, and extreme ownership.
I teach real estate investors how to sell in urban areas. Okay, do you see what I did? Now, it's narrowed down to what you would call a hyperniche.
Okay, that's super helpful. And that brings me to the next step where you actually build the course. Now, do not ask AI to build your course outline.
This is a big mistake. The first thing you need to do is start winning yourself a few clients. Then build each chapter based on what your clients need.
This is 10 times more powerful feedback than AI because AI is pulling from everywhere on the internet. But the best feedback you're going to get is from 101 real people. And this will make your course an absolute killer.
One thing I like to do is I'll just send out a survey. Give me your top 15 questions you have about this topic. You're trying to learn how to play pickle ball.
What are your top 15 questions? You're trying to learn how to get shredded. What are your top 15 questions?
Those questions become chapters in the course. Once you've created your course based on the feedback, that's where you go to AI and say, "Okay, here's what I have so far. Give me ideas on a course structure.
" Now, just for fun, let's do this. All right. So, we're going to say my course topic will be boom.
Create a course outline for this. Now, again, do not just pull it from AI because guess what? If you do, you're not differentiated and the day will come where other people are going to absolutely crush you because they have something you don't.
You stop thinking for yourself. You stop focusing on your clients and you're just trying to find an easy pass. But if you use this to make it stronger, oh man, you're going to have one amazing course.
All right, so here we go. Look at this. Module one, foundations of urban selling.
Module two, story selling to the urban buyer. Module three, mastering scarcity and urgency ethically and so forth. So this already gives you some good ideas, but this is not a tenth as good as what the clients are going to give you.
But once you've built that, this can give you more ideas to improve it. The next thing is you're going to create content to drive online users to your course. And I use something called the Craftsman overriding false beliefs worksheet where you can come up with an infinite amount of content that converts.
And I'm going to break this down in a future video. But at its core, it's like this. Once you understand all the objections people have to buying your course and you find the false belief underneath each objection, for example, if their objection to buying your course and how to play pickle ball is, well, that'll never work for me.
That's their objection. What's the false belief? I'm not athletic.
What you do is you create content that overwrites that false belief by telling stories about your clients or you who overcame and how you did it. You will literally end up with an infinite amount of content. I never wonder, oh, what's the next content I should put on?
I have this massive list of content I cannot wait to get out to you because I understand the false beliefs for people buying my course. Now, fifth, sell your course for $5,000 to 200 people. And that's how you make your first million.
Or consider it this way. 200 people is only 0. 000000247% of the world's entire population.
Yes, there are enough people on this planet who will buy your course and make you a millionaire. And all you need to do is attract them by creating absolutely excellent free content. If you enjoyed this content today, click the link below and I'll make sure to put you on my list where you get an email of content every single day.
