so this influencer is Rich or he was so he got into crypto early and he made a chunk of change and he started calling himself the crypto King and because of that he convinced a lot of people around him to give him their money so he could invest it and eventually he had collected a ton of money from people to invest about 40 million dollars from around 140 people and one day one of the investors requested a withdrawal of some of his money and the crypto King he like starts making excuses of why he can't
give it to him so the investors all get together and they have an investors meeting and they're like yo where's our money crypto King and crypto Kings like I I don't have it I lost it and it's God allegedly meanwhile crypto King was posting this lavish lifestyle all over his social media here he is with his Lambo here he is on a private jet here he is with Machine Gun Kelly for some reason and he was apparently living in a massive rent house that he was paying 45 000 a month rent for and the investors
are pissed because the whole thing was allegedly just a big Ponzi scheme and cryptocame was forced to file bankruptcy and the court starts seizing his assets including two McLarens two BMWs and a Lamborghini and during the bankruptcy they start auditing him to see where all that money went that he claimed he lost and they find that of the 40 million dollars that he was supposed to invest he actually only invested less than two percent of it another 16 million of that he spent on himself you know like his McLarens inside tall but the rest of
the 40 million they have no idea where it went it's like the real one piece out there oh but the story gets worse one night crypto King is in downtown Toronto this all happened in Toronto by the way so shout out to Toronto so he's out in Toronto and he gets lured into a car by some guys he knows and they suddenly won't let him out of the car and they start pointing pums at him because they were gonna kidnap him so they take him and they start demanding three million dollars ransom they hold him
for 72 hours they force him to call a bunch of people and ask for the money and they also forced him to make this video everything that happened is my phone I'm not going to put the blame on anybody else feel humiliated feel disgusted in my actions I feel disgusting what I did all these guys that are owed the money I'm gonna do what I can do to make it right and if crypto King looks a little beat up there it's because he was eventually they let him go but they told him he still needs
to get them the 3 million and that if he told police there would be consequences and of course crypto King just goes straight to the police because you know that's the smart thing to do and the five kidnappers were all caught arrested and charged and surprised of the year one of the kidnappers was an investor whose money crypto King had lost but the craziest part the absolute craziest part so far as of the date of me filming this video crypto King still hasn't been charged for his role in the alleged Ponzi scheme like he's being
sued by some investors sure but he hasn't been criminally charged holy sh tell me that's not gonna be a Netflix series
