well hello there it is something like 10:38 in the morning um I was meant to meet Edward in the gym and a couple other people we were going to do there's four of us we were all going to do a chest workout at 9:00 but um I went to bed at like 3:30 something cuz I was editing and then I was working and then I started reading um so really bad on me either way I have to get to the gym now though so let's go all right guys got here okay I got to be
honest this morning was just one of those days I literally woke up got out of bed I was like [ __ ] I realized the time then I went down to my kitchen to make some food and I literally just sat there for 5 minutes just like staring staring out into the space like contemplating whether I should go to the gym or not um then I went to go put on my clothes and once again that hit me just contemplating whether or not I should go um contemplating whether or not to even continue daily uploads
uh and pump out another video today but I actually find that those are the best sessions where you barely don't even make it to the gym but then once you do you're so appreciative of the fact that you got your ass here so chest session in three [Music] [Music] to [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I only started implementing this exercise into my routine like maybe a month month and a half ago but I serious recommend it you set it up pretty much like that get like a squat rack or some places actually just have it like
built into the wall um you go put your regular Squad deadlift bar set it up and then it's uh angled push if you guys remember I did a video a little while back how to grow your chest um and that was one of my tips like I always try incorporate one angled press whether that be you know incline bench press or something like this always try incorporate one all right guys so the next exercise is kind of a bit different person all using a bench and uh flies uh cable flies except with a bench so
incline cable fly thingy um but then after that you super set it with uh I'm genuinely not even sure what it's called I was looking into how you can actually just get a workout with contractions um basically if you see really really big guys uh and they're flexing after they're set they're either a a douche um or B actually just trying to you know fatigue their muscle more because actually Contracting it um I mean that's what you're doing when you work out but uh if you do that after the set it still works the muscle
so you guys will sort of see it's um it's a super set so I will show you that now [Music] 7 help [Music] hey [Music] so do so so guys back home and as I said the workouts where you barely make it to the gym those are the amazing ones and that was the case today um after all the exercises I filmed obviously I don't want this Vlog to get too long um I did like four more exercises uh super sets drop sets stuff like that really really good session so that brings me to my
point whatever it is in life maybe you are a writer maybe you want to write an ebook and I mean I know what that's like uh maybe you want to get your health in shape maybe you want to meditate uh maybe your grades are really bad and you're trying to pick them up whatever that may be the steps to get there you know if you want to meditate my advice and tip to you and I genuinely do practice what I preach here just say I'll get there I will get to the place I will sit
at the computer trick your mind say I'll sit at the computer and I won't have to do any work or I'll sit down to meditate for 30 seconds it's actually getting to the place that's the hardest bid it's as people say the first step if you want to go to the gym just say I'm going to go to the gym I'm going to do one set and I'll leave and then once you're at the gym by that point you've won the battle if you want to you know continue you're writing your ebook say I'm going
to sit down on my computer and type three words and then I'm done and I'm happy and I'm proud of myself because you know what even if you do type three words it's better than just completely quitting and it trains your mind so guys whatever your goals are whatever your aspirations are trick yourself trick your mind and just get to a place where you're doing the process and worry less about the results and you know eventually eventually you'll build discipline and you know whether you feel like it or not you'll be doing things so guys
I don't normally show my food just simply because I don't think it's worth that much time on this Vlog but look how good this looks my Madre prepared it I mean come on I'm so so ready to tuck into this um as well as that watching Suits season 6 if you're not watching this you're making a big mistake it's the the only show I watch and season 6 is blowing my mind all right guys so I'm on my way to fulam Broadway near my gym I'm actually meeting up with a client of mine that I
do personal training with a lot of people didn't actually know but I also do personal training really just through word of mouth that's the only way to you know get to contact me but if you're in London and interested I do do personal training uh so yeah meeting with him talking about next powerlifting cycle exciting stuff hey inent inro with Kanye sound like Andre trying to turn my baby M to my fian she like music she from he he's done it quite well like he's set it up like having this all automated and stuff it's
kind of it's passive income which I I I I commend him for that but it's all effectively it's all marketing yeah all right guys so good little meet up with my client uh looks like he's probably going to sign on for 8 weeks going to let me know tonight for personal training we might run either the small of or maybe do a conjugate powerlifting program really exciting time guys um I mean first of all just I talked with him for like an hour and a half not only is he um a client to me he's
also kind of like a mentor um he's much older than than I am uh he's in his 30s but uh we really resonate with each other um he does a lot of website design and he also knows marketing and branding um and videography and photography so it just had like a really awesome conversation with him um you know we really do get along um which is one of the reasons why I've done personal training with him for quite a while now um and I always stick around over time give give him whatever service he needs
cuz at the end of the day you need to you know give back to the people who give to you so um actually I go on people asking me about this um I always talk about projects since I've come back to YouTube uh within the past 3 four videos and I'm like you know I'm so excited for all the projects so I think it's time to tell you because it confirmed now um basically while I was in Sweden I was there with my football team and uh I was talking with the coach about how it's
a big team but The Branding is just not on point it's not like a professional club or anything like that it's a Grassroots team but at a high level uh and they have a lot of players and they make a good amount of money um it's a large Club um I'm like you know it's a large Club but your social media your brand just isn't strong enough and you know you've got the players you've got the funds you've got the resources to be one of the top name grassroot teams in the world to be known
globally as some of them are uh but your brand just isn't strong enough so I'm close with my coach uh and um I'm not playing football for them next year just cuz I seriously have no time but um we got in contact with the owner um so the owner the coach and I had a conference call while I was in America about me possibly running their social media um so that's confirmed right now uh I'm going to be taking over their Instagram uh help grow their Instagram for them and uh do posts for them run
all of their Instagram uh do their Snapchat um you know Snapchat for a Grassroots football club I've never seen it done before I'm going to implement it and we're absolutely going to kill it on there it's going to be so exciting for the players um uh we're also doing Facebook um uh and I'm also running their Instagram doing some videography I have so many awesome projects in mind um and apart from all of that also help them uh actually build cultivate a stronger brand um also help them with search engine optimization uh actual you know
the little tips to grow which I I actually don't share um my tips to grow with uh you guys on here I'll share the general tips but um you know some things the really sort of Juicy information that I've picked from years of doing this um I don't actually share I mean I'm sure I've told you guys before but I actually used to make money flipping Instagram accounts uh before that's how I made money um so you know I have experience with this but I'm so excited guys and and you know in my head you
know going from this uh where I just secured like an another 8we um uh client uh in in person uh I've have seven online clients right now that I've accepted and and I'm so excited to work with uh now this whole thing and just being honest guys I'm not going to disclose any details but it's a lot of money weekly um you know the amount of money I'm making a month is a really really good amount uh as I said I won't name any numbers but for my age it's it's it's a really good amount
and I'm really happy with that plus it's doing stuff that I love anyways so guys um this is getting really long but I just want to say when you do good when you put great stuff out there that's what you're going to get back I think just being honest I know I deserve this because the amount of free content I put on YouTube the amount of time I put into my Instagram replying to every single person who you know asks me a question or anything like that this is the byproduct of all that work and
giving all that effort when you give you receive simple as that and I've given a lot of value recently and I guess now's my time to receive all right guys going to end off the video here just got off Skype with an online coaching client it's always super inspiring to hear their story see where they come from and you know see how I can help them today was a pretty good day guys um got all my stuff done pretty efficiently and it's 9:00 now I'm going to edit this video which will take like 2 hours
