most people don't realize the power of their imagination I certainly didn't many years ago but since have learned that the larger and more focused your imagination is the more you will be able to shift your reality now for me personally this led to radical changes in my own life from being broke and homeless at one point to now not only making six figures doing something I love but also having the time location and Financial Freedom to do what I want where I want and when I want and what's great about this is I'm not some
special case or nor my clients who I've helped to do this anyone can do this simply when they learn how to actually use their imagination once you expand your capabilities as far as your imagination is concerned and then focus it in a very specific way that I'll teach you in this video you'll be on the FasTrack to living the life of your dreams and creating reality in the ways that you see fit so first we're going to be going over why your imagination is insanely powerful much more than you've been led to believe how to
expand it to allow more into your life and then how to focus it with a very specific technique so manifestations start flying in with more regularity you get what you think about most of the time your ability to imagine is actually like a superpower the power of your thoughts your visualizations and feelings is typically understated and underutilized recognize that although I will be giving you a practice that you can sit down and for a period of time deliberately use that you still want to make sure you're becoming more conscious with your thoughts visualizations imaginings feelings
and so on because if you go through your day not doing that even if you do a dedicated practice you're going to struggle to create in the ways that you want however when you do take the time to do the deliberate practice we're going to give you it does allow you to more easily go through your day controlling your thoughts directing your imagination in ways that actually benefit you ultimately it will make it easier to think better imagine more intentionally and feel and experience higher conscious energy Earl Nightingale in his famous audio The Strangest Secret
claims that we get what we think about most of the time and James Allen in his famous book as a man thinketh States let a man radically alter his thoughts and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will affect in the material conditions of his life our thoughts are truly powerful and one thing to recognize with this whole process is typically we think in pictures our thoughts are in picture form for the most part and we imagine as a form of thought so the images the pictures that you hold in mind more often
than not are what's going to help you shape reality the quality of these images these imaginings therefore will go a long way to determine whether you are living a life of Joy abundance happiness or one of lack desperation guilt and so on however there is another piece of the puzzle for it is not thought alone that's going to shape your reality even though it is a big part of this there's a reason why prominent manifestation teachers like Neville Godard talk about things like assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled because it's not just down to
the images you're dwelling upon it is also down to the feelings that these help elicit if you were to visualize or imagine something but with little to no feeling there really wouldn't be much effect at all but when you visualize and have a powerful charge or feeling alongside of it then you are drawing that event that experience or whatever you're seeing toward you you can think of it is now being magnetized it has energy and power remember emotion is simply energy in motion you see when we imagine we don't want to only activate what we
could call the mental plane we want to activate the spiritual plane as well this is where the power comes from this is where energy comes from with these two working together your image becomes extremely extremely powerful as Napoleon Hill stated this principle operates so fast so powerfully and so efficiently it scared me and he was talking about how a visualization that hit what he considered The Sweet Spot that being the mind and heart or Spirit both bought in and working together it was scary how fast the outer world started to shift when he focused in
that way so why is it important to imagine intentionally what is this even going to bring about for you and I'll tell you something that a mentor of mine told me and has helped my results drastically and he said that doing the imaginations the visualiz Iz ations kind of the inner size or inner work was the equivalent of doing about 5 to 10 times more of physical work you know in the outer world meaning that through imagining and visualizing intentionally um and with discipline in the right way was like getting five to 10 times more
movement in the direction you want to go uh than just going into the outer world and just taking action after action after action now why is this it's because the outer World actually follows the inner world again what you are imagining what you are visualizing if you stay focused on it long enough and have enough a charge towards it you will start creating this gravitational pull or attraction that brings that into your physical world whether that's the opportunities the people the events the experiences or whatever else it is and I'm sure you've heard of the
idea of the path of least resistance or the effortless path and you want to know how you can travel along that path while still bringing about amazing results in your life well it is through doing the inner work including exercising your imagination which with the technique I'm going to give you is one of the most powerful tools you can use for manifestation now does this mean that you won't be doing any physical work no please don't make the mistake of thinking that is what I am saying what actually ends up happening is as you start
doing this inner work the universe Source God the field whatever you want to call it starts lining up certain things in your outer world for you then to start taking action with and so instead of having to throw a million things against the wall hoping something will stick you will only have to throw one or two because things will be lined up and calibrated for you because you're doing the inner work you'll essentially be more led to actually what you need to do as you're doing this and that's why it can happen five to 10
times faster because you could absolutely take the gattling gun approach where you just you know try and do a lot you know busy being busy throwing things against the wall something might stick and that can work but it comes with burnout hustling and grinding and the thing is you'll have to keep doing that because that's what you're getting good at or you can learn how to do the inner work and use your own power that's in you in order to attract the right actions events people and opportunities that again you don't have to throw a
million things against the wall you have the next best step or The Best Next Step available to you and it starts to make itself very obvious as well you'll essentially in a nutshell be given opportunities that you can then take action with or should take action towards and this is the true path of least resistance it is where you cultivate your inner world and Life Starts to bring in those people opportunities events and so on that match it it's not laziness or anything of that nature or path of least resistance because you don't want to
go do something or something like that it is literally in nature the path of least resistance because you are following the process and allowing it to guide you rather than trying to run through brick walls now one thing to recognize with this it's also going to do it in a nonlinear way or a way you don't expect we do the throwing everything against the wall cuz we're trying to control everything and we're trying to do things from a certain level of expectation but if you let go of that and let go of the how life
will start to bring in these opport opportunities in a nonlinear way that again you didn't expect again you can't have a breakthrough if you see it coming or know how it's going to come about but if you open yourself up to a true breakthrough and allow life to work with you you will have these things come in that your mind wouldn't have been able to see beforehand and then again when those things appear you do need to take action on them you can't just sit there and do nothing but again the right opportunities will start
showing up remember that the inner work will always move things quicker than doing random outer work hustling grinding or being busy being busy uh Neville Godard actually had a quote around this that I really like and he says all you can possibly need or desire is already yours call your desires into being by imagining and feeling your wish fulfilled and Napoleon Hill had a quote that said if you are one of those who believe that hard work and honesty alone will bring riches perish the thought it is not true riches when they come in huge
quantities are never never the result of hard work riches come if they come at all in response to definite demands based B upon the application of definite principles and not by chance or luck now these definite demands come through your thoughts imaginings and feelings the application of definite principles is in applying your ability to co-create as we are going over in this video so now let's go over a very simple but powerful technique that helps expand your imagination because a lot of people have a very limited imagination because they're used to not using it right
so we're going to use something that will strengthen that and then we're going to go over another exercise that helps you focus your imagination in a particular direction so this is an exercise I recommend you do every now and then you don't have to do this daily or even weekly but if you haven't done it at all I definitely recommend you do it and then every month or two you can use it again in order to expand and strengthen your imagination just think of your imagination like a muscle you know if you want to grow
it if you want to make it stronger you have to use it now we're going to do this specifically for manifestations and so you're simply going to ask ask yourself what would I do what would I experience what would I get what would I have if money were No Object so again Money Was No Object or you had all the money in the world I made you a check for $1 billion and you're going to put it in your bank account and basically everything became available to you what would you do what would you experience
now I came across this question many many years ago I believe from alen Watts he asked a similar one and I used to just say out loud what I would do if money were No Object you know what would I go out and do what would I experience What would I cause you know again there's nothing off limits and I noticed that the more I did this the more kind of just expansive my ideas became where it involved at first kind of the manifestations for myself then it involved things involving other people and even the
whole planet and Beyond right and so the more you go with this the more your imagination starts to expand because again in this question you have unlimited possibilities the only limitation is how far your imagination expands and this really helped my ability to imagine and visualize which is going to be very handy when we go over to next exercise which is going to help you to manifest now you can also do it in the way I did where you do it out loud but something that's even more powerful is if you write it and so
you would ask yourself this question and then start writing down everything that you would do or buy or whatever else in response to this question and again let your imagination go crazy you could have anything now is not the time to be quote unquote realistic now there is one other thing I want you to do with this exercise that's going to make it even more powerful and that is called a hot pen technique which is why it's good to do this um writing it right you can do it out loud too and again a similar
idea which I'll go over but what hot pen technique is is you're going to write this question out and you either with a timer or if you just want to flow until the end you can do that too but it's good with a timer do five minutes then 10 minutes you know you start small if you want so you can build this up but I would recommend doing at least 10 15 20 minutes so that you can really get into flow here and the way a hot pen technique works is as soon as your pen
touches the page you have to keep writing without stopping even if you can't think of anything you can literally write that out to help you out so I nothing's coming up I can't think of anything whatever it is but you keep writing and what this is going to do is allow this flow to keep coming through and it the most important thing it does is it doesn't let your mind come in and critique everything because your mind if you allow it will come in and be like well that's not realistic you know you're nowhere near
that or whatever else it's not the point of this exercise we are not analyzing what we're writing here we are just strengthening and expanding our imagination and so you write without stopping for the duration of the time even if you have to write you know something that seems incoherent or doesn't make sense or is on a tangent it doesn't matter and then you just get back into the flow the best you can now if you're speaking out loud that means you keep talking you don't stop to think about whether that makes sense or it's realistic
or whatever else you would just keep talking for the duration say it's 10 minutes um without stopping you wouldn't go well you know what if I had all you know if money were No Object you know I'd buy that certain car I really love and you would name the car I'd live in my dream home that looked like this you know I would help my family members and get them bah blah blah blah and be like well wait a second how would it you wouldn't be doing that right you're not bringing the analysis you are
allowing things to flow and that's what's going to make this more powerful so again not a mind exercise a complete heart Spirit exercise where you tap into that place and nothing is off the table now again I recommend doing this exercise every so often you can do it as often as you want and especially as you start getting results and you start gaining certain experiences it's good to go revisit this exercise because you can now imagine and visualize new things and more expansive things because as you start manifesting your imagination I promise you is going
to start to expand your confidence your believability and everything else however let's go over another technique and this is a visualization technique that's going to help you focus on a specific thing you want to bring about and because you've expanded your imagination uh because you strengthened it it's going to help you to focus on on this thing and the more you focus on it the more likely it is to manifest quickly so like mentioned developing the ability to imagine is good but now we want to be able to focus it and the reason for this
is because if you're going all over the place you're never going to get anywhere but if you're focusing on something like a laser like a laser beam in a particular direction that's always on one thing that thing is going to expand and grow very quickly the Napoleon Hill quote I mentioned earlier where this happened so quickly and so efficiently that it scared him he was talking about this technique where you have a sweet spot which I'll go over in a sec and you focus in a particular direction the manifestations start coming in so quickly because
you're just shining and highlighting that thing very powerfully um and really ignoring everything else it's the difference between the power of a laser on one particular thing or a light bulb Illuminating the room sure with a light bulb you might be able to see way more but there's very little power going to each thing and most of those things might just be distractions where a laser beam on a very particular thing won't light all those other things up but it will absolutely give a ton of energy to that one thing that you're aiming for and
aiming to bring about another way I like to put it is imagine if you have enough water to water a one seed or one plant each day and it's the difference between trying to water 10 seeds with enough water to water one versus just focusing on the one seed if you go to try and water all 10 of those seeds probably none of them are going to grow maybe they'll sprout a tiny bit but it's not going to have much effect yet if you were to give all of that water that's enough to nurture fully
one seed each day it's going to grow quickly it's going to grow fast and it's going to Bear a lot of fruit also remember the quote from earlier that you get what you think about most of the time so when we are focused in on one particular thing and you're thinking about that most of the time guess what you're going to start getting so the technique you're going to be doing is a combination of two things and we call this a passive and active meditation or visualization now is the active part of the meditation where
our visualization or imagination is going to come in so first off we have the passive meditation which is what most people are familiar with this is when you're connecting to the moment you might be focusing on your breath and you're not really trying to think or kind of press your thoughts in any particular direction you're just observing kind of melting into the moment you're lowering your brain wave States as well and you're you're becoming centered ultimately whatever works for you you can choose to use for this passive part it could be a mantra again focusing
on the breath whatever is going to calm your nervous system kind of take your focus off the physical world and into the moment kind of go more within and find that Stillness again breathing is a good one mantras are a good one some people just observe you know maybe listen to a sound it doesn't matter ultimately we're going to start with this passive part and there's an important reason we do this so after doing that passive part we're going to do what's called an active visualization or meditation now this is when you are going to
focus in on a scene that would imply that whatever it is you're aiming for so the thing you're trying to bring about has already come to pass and more specifically you're going to assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled so ultimately you're going to see a scene in first person where you are in the celebratory um kind of event um where you are feeling the feelings of the wish fulfilled as if it is already happened you're essentially seeing an experiencing and that's the important word here experiencing this kind of Ideal future scene that you want
to bring into your life now choose a scene that elicits very strong emotion but one that you also find believable now there's an important reason we do this this is actually where The Sweet Spot that Napoleon Hill mentioned comes into play because if you choose a scene that you don't believe in or one that doesn't fill you with confidence your mind is going to sabotage it and you'll be in that scene trying to imagine this scene trying to feel into it and you may notice I actually don't feel so good I feel bad I feel
negativity why is that because you're now focusing on what you don't want because you don't think you can have this and so The Sweet Spot specifically is choosing a scene where you believe that you can have this scene like you get excited about it and there's no doubt uh but again that excitement is there too because if you choose something that's believable but isn't exciting you also have no energy behind it so that's The Sweet Spot something you believe can be done but also is exciting to you now very important this is what you're going
to do this scene that you're going to experience should only last for 10 to 20 seconds after those 10 to 20 seconds you start the scene over and so for the duration of the active meditation you are going to experience the scene for 10 to 20 seconds seeing it as clearly as vividly as you can in first person experiencing it after that scene is over you then repeat the scene and you're going to repeat the scene and experience it as many times as you can now why do we limit it to 10 to 20 seconds
very very simple most people if we say do it for a minute do it for 5 do it for 10 within 30 seconds you will be off in a completely different place and 10 minutes will go by and you'll be like wow I haven't even thought of this scene more than once right and so we do 10 to 20 seconds because again we want to focus on a laser beam and illuminate and crystallize this scene the best we can and so yes you will do this meditation for typically about 20 minutes you do the passive
meditation for 10 that's you preparing and then 20 minutes of the active meditation one reason we do the passive meditation is to prepare you to not be distracted to be more grounded to be more calm so that you can then Focus uh more effortlessly on the active meditation and then you would do that for 20 minutes again during these 20 minutes you are doing this scene for 10 to 20 seconds and then you repeat the scene and then you repeat it again and you do that as many times as you can for those 20 minutes
again this focuses it like a laser beam on this particular Scene It crystallizes it and as you start to do this more you're going to be able to experience that scene in such a way where you really think you're actually in that scene a great place to be eventually when you get good at this is you're sitting on the couch you're lying on the bed or however you want to do this it's fine either way whichever helps you get into it more you're doing that and then you come out the meditation the alarm goes off
whatever it is and you almost wonder where you are because you were so immersed in this scene it felt so real that you actually forgot you were on the couch or you were on the bed or whatever else you really were transported into that scene that is what you're aiming to do after practicing this enough that you're truly experiencing it now again don't worry if this is clunky in the beginning it's a skill you get better at it the more you practice and also don't worry if you get distracted just aim to catch yourself and
bring yourself back to the scene so maybe you do the scene a few times and then for a few minutes you think about something else just catch yourself snap yourself out of it and start the scene over because it's 10 to 20 seconds long it's going to give you uh a lot of forgiveness to go back to the beginning of the scene and do it again and if you forget again just keep coming back each time you recover is a victory that's going to help you focus even more moving forward now like mentioned you want
to do this at least for 30 minutes in my eyes um when you do one session a day consistency is going to be more important than intensity but as you get better at this um an hour can also be a good recommended amount and for that you would do 20 minutes of passive meditation and 40 minutes of active like mentioned earlier when you do this inner work this inner size it gets about five to 10 times more forward movement than if you were to spend that time just doing whatever in the physical world again it
gets you focused in and calibrated so when you do throw that thing against the wall the first one or the second one sticks rather than need to throw thousands against the wall hoping one will stick now one good thing about this practice is if you do it consistently you may also become more aware of your daily thoughts and imaginings I would recommend that you more actively choose higher thoughts and emotions throughout the day like I said earlier doing this practice daily is going to give you a lot of movement but if you do a 30
minute active uh passive meditation and then your thoughts are all over the place for the rest of the day you're not being intentional you're not going to see as much movement as you would like but again if you start being more intentional with what you're imagining what your thoughts are and again focusing it on that scene throughout the day or things that are adjacent and and kind of on that same wavelength you're going to see things start to shift in your outer world now another little practice you can do if you want to go even
further with this and to help your thoughts and visualizations and Imagination throughout the day is to do little mini kind of daily boosts throughout the day of this practice and what that means is you can do a five or even 10minute meditation using this technique to give yourself a boost or kind of a recharge so that you kind of fill your cup up and go throughout the day more likely to think in a way that serves you and so you could do for example a quick one minute of passive meditation and then four minutes of
active or two and three or you could do um three and seven for example so you have time during the day you could just sit down and breathe for about a minute and then do about four minutes of the active meditation again this is going to give you a boost and kind of a charge so that throughout the day you're more likely to stay focused like a laser beam on those things so for example let's say a few hours go by and you're kind of getting sucked into other things you don't want to you can
focus on this do this little exercise and boom kind of get yourself back on track now don't use the 5 minute or 10-minute boost as a replacement for the full exercise again ideally the ideal situation is you're doing this about 30 minutes a day at least um and again you can go longer than that if you will and if you stick with that and consistently do that I can almost guarantee you that you're going to start seeing things shift you're going to start seeing opportunities come about and again as as long as you mix that
with being intentional about what you visualize and what you imagine what you think throughout the day things will begin to change now one thing that might be an issue is if you don't know what to focus on you don't have a dream a DCA definite chief aim which is what you're visualizing here you don't even know where to start when it comes to constructing the scene I would go watch this video next because I give you a full um more or less Advanced workshop on creating a dream DCA and so on that comes from kind
of secret societies and Elites down the ages I give you the full video here is going to help you develop what you need to develop
