[Music] good little morning sweat sesh start off every morning with steam sauna you know really just sweat out the stress of the fact that it's been a year and we haven't made a single dollar but today that changes so ladies and gentlemen before we get started with today's vlog i just kind of want to prelude and tell you what you're about to watch because you're really not going to see the typical day in the life of a startup founder i'm not going to be eating any ramen noodles i'm not going to be cramped into a
studio apartment um i'm sure most of you guys are returning subscribers on this channel but if you're not i started my first business five and a half years ago that thing right there which used to be a creative agency for the first like 18 months and then and then we basically been in advertising exclusively for the last three and a half four years so after first two or three years of running my agency that spawned my education company where we build courses custom tools community they see everything that someone could need in order to succeed
with their agency and you know as i was running that as well as my agency for a few years around a year and a half ago an opportunity came about now one of the things that sucks the most with an agency is when you're running your agency you usually have five or six different softwares that you're using you know you'll be using three or four different softwares just to run the agency internally and then you'll have some extra softwares that you need in order to you know get results for your clients or communicate with your
clients and it's just annoying it's annoying to have all these different tabs open and they're just they're very mass-marketed they're not made specifically for what we're trying to do so a year ago i started agency flow with my co-founder now the story of how my co-founder is actually you know kind of came in contact my co-founder pierre his wife actually was a client of ours over i think like 18 months ago you know we were working together and then just organically a conversation started with pierre he had been working for the past two or three
years on a software for influencer marketing campaigns and he ran into the issue that 99 of founders and i said this is why this video is a little different than probably most founders like startup founder videos you're going to watch and that's why i wanted to sort of prelude with it he ran into issue the most startups face which is lack of capital right you know burning through cash second uh having to spend a lot of money to acquire a customer and third and i think this is the biggest competitive advantage we have well actually
i'd say second and third is really the biggest competitive advantage we have it's also just being able to speak to your market right like people don't want to do surveys and people just for any random new software or something you know they don't want to just give feedback right whereas with us we get iteration and feedback every single day now as i said i run the world's largest education company for agency owners right we are you know just being honest myself and kind of my team at gy where the experts and experts go to learn
from so we have a massive massive sample size of agency owners and what that allows is first of all as i kind of joke this morning yes we haven't made a penny and it's been a year but that's you know that's normal when the software game um you know this stuff takes a while especially and you'll see it later on this video the quality of agency flow is like i'm still stunned by how incredible this thing is how beautifully it functions on desktop the mobile app that we developed in in record-breaking time the voice function
the billing the crm they're just like the project management it's just it all comes together so beautifully but anyways as i said we haven't made money for over a year but the real competitive advantage that we have is right now agency flow uh for the last five six months has only been available like in the entire world the only people who could get access to it is 700 people okay 700 people have had the access code and we've had 250 people join and have their card on file and later today we intend on billing those
people because they've been very lucky to have a five month free trial and they're also going to get sort of the grandfather price at 49 a month when we launch publicly it's going to be net or yeah 95 a month we're gonna launch publicly so they're gonna get that 49 a month for the rest of you know as long as they stay so you know we're really making sure we take care of those preliminary people plus they get a bunch of fun really cool bonuses extras etc etc that you know maybe i'll mention some other
video anyways the real cool thing that we have with agency flow is organically we're gonna do anywhere from a million to three million a year in revenue without spending a dollar on ads just because of my audience and because of the quality of the product i literally have people in my dms who have messaged me every single week for the last whatever that is like 26 weeks or something since the first preliminary people were allowed into agency flow asking every single week can i get the access code can i get the access code can i
get the access code and i've had to tell people like look i'm sorry if i give you the access code i have to give the other thousands and thousands of dms and messages i've gotten the access code too so as i said today uh we start building those 750 people and we then we actually open up to around a audience size of 4 000 people have access to the early access code and then from there we're going to launch it publicly in around two months or so so as i said our big competitive advantage is
we're gonna get it to one to three million a year just organically for my audience and in front of you guys who knows sas valuation numbers that's a you know very easily 8 to 12 x multiple let's just say a 10x multiple and if that sounds ridiculous to you on rev just do your research right and that's very dependent on also uh staying within range on two kpis making sure that you have 100 year on year growth which for us won't be an issue at all and second making sure that you have less than a
10 churn which once again for us won't be addition at all the way that we've structured things the quality of the product and everything else you get when you're inside of agency flow so that's a massive competitive advantage the other big advantage from us is um you know we get to talk to our customers every single week aggregate between the two different products that we have we have three now going on four q a calls every single week i think we've got like 10 or 12 hours of q a calls and like you you know
you're muted and we're speaking to our customers literally one-on-one in a group setting but it's still your question is still one-on-one and that interaction is one-on-one so we have such a unique perspective and opportunity where we actually get to speak directly to our customers of our product um so you know it really really is just such a beautiful thing that we've got going on so i know this is a little bit long window but i thought i would kind of prelude before uh you know you look at kind of what we do today and you're
like well that doesn't look very like you guys don't look like normal star founders with scraggly clothes and you know living in terrible conditions and this and that and that's because i said i have this beautiful partnership with my co-founder you know he is so diligent and so disciplined and he manages the entire development team and we have seven or eight developers all around the world you know i manage all the marketing bringing the audience um sort of a structure and utility of the software things like the branding et cetera et cetera but although we
have all of these obnoxious obnoxious competitive advantage we're still running it bootstrap okay you know i put up all the funding for this and so i'll give you a perfect example pierre my co-founder flew out from switzerland and luis who's actually my lead media buyer at my agency right now he's doing like a double take he's the lead media buyer in my agency and in any spare time he's almost like the ceo at agency flow could we hire ceo yes of course you know more than afford to hire seo of course but i want to
keep that bootstrap and really scrappy mentality until we start bringing in revenue until we start getting to that 30k 50k 100k a month uh in recurring revenue mark and then that's where we can start to bring in more of these roles our developer team is the only place i won't cut costs and you know you'll really see that when you see the software when you see what we've been able to accomplish in such a short period of time so anyways i run the risk of rambling a little bit too much now every morning we go
downstairs and we do sort of like a morning huddle as i said they both flew in for this power week here in dubai normally everything is remote and of course there's like a daily team huddle uh i'll be also most the time i'm not there because i have to manage the other companies yeah let's go downstairs and i'll introduce you to pierre and luis kind of run you through what we're working on today and as i said tonight it's very exciting there have been people who have been on free trial with us for five months
we've given them a five month free trial and this evening we are finally billing them and we're giving them the founding members price of 49 a month when we launch publicly it'll be 95 a month so they keep that price forever as long as they don't cancel so anyways yeah let's go downstairs and run through our morning huddle [Music] before i get started let me actually introduce everyone so luis you want to introduce yourself i'm luis i started working with him on a good while ago almost two years i started the agency right now helping
with agency flow with grower agency and we're building everything here in terms of marketing up here is taking care you're gonna meet here in a while he's taking care of all the development of everything and yeah we're building everything together here so that's pretty much about it let me introduce my co-founder now and look at this slick guy hey guys so my name is pierre tuan um i'm originally from switzerland uh but i've lived in the uk for for a really long time met him about um pretty much exactly a year a year to this
day it was in december uh 2020 a year and a half uh with doom's work true yeah true no no actually yeah yeah a year and a half when we actually met and then about a year since i proposed like kind of the idea and kind of for us to join uh forces on this and so yeah that's that's what i do so i had an agency for the last five years as well uh specifically helping e-commerce clients um in the female niche so yeah just always always like try and find ways you can optimize
the agency and make things simpler and so like you know working with him has been like next level and so now we're all here in dubai just getting it all done making sure like you know 2022 is the year so that's that boom all right perfect so uh let me flip this thing around real quick so basically i said later today pierre and i are actually going to be recording sort of like an intro course that people get now there's a lot of other software's out there that when you join you know they'll give you
they'll give you some training on how to use the software but that's what we're trying to do is we're trying to not only show people how to use the software to become better agency owners but also just help them become better agency owners full stop so right now we're going through uh lewis how many modules is it six so it's six modules right now i'm just running through uh the slides for the modules do you want to explain the first module yeah so basically just run them through what the first module is gonna be like
so basically in this first module what we're going to do is set a gopher agency and show you how you can use agency flow to help you achieve this go and create a roadmap for it so for example we're going to show you how to set the end goal uh the end goal and then create a bunch of milestones to help you reach this goal and have that inside agency flow so you can take a look at it every day whenever you're working you're looking at the go so you're always reminded about it and you
can always keep track of progress along the way we are doing like a 12-week roadmap so you can not only be a long-term goal because 12-week is enough for you to achieve big things but also not so far away so you feel disconnected with the goal so we're going to show you how to do that in this first module of the course and then you can always do that like every 12 weeks and the two big things in your agency using agency flow and of course uh getting clients scaling your scaling your agency getting a
higher retainer clients and everything else that you could want at your agency so as you can see right here we have just built out the agency flow mini course it's the first a module of six modules where we just kind of talk about setting that 12-week sprint sort of action plan you can see right here this is where we're going to be talking about internal projects moving on communication tasks and basically just how to optimize all of this for your agency now if you come inside of agency flow this is the main sort of dashboard
bear in mind this is just sort of a burner account so you'd have you know your recent chats you have your upcoming task your recent flows uh on the top uh obviously your chats flows clients tasks invoices so you see right here where it says um a daily reminder to your future self you can put in whatever you want here right you know right now it says progress it's not perfection but instead you could type in right here daily reminder to your future self uh i commit to signing 10 clients the next 12 weeks or
i commit to sending let's say there's a certain benchmark you want to hit with the amount of outreach you want to do so let's say the next 12 weeks you want to send a thousand cold emails or something like that you can commit to that on the main dashboard and that's the beauty of agency flow it's built by agency owners for agency owners right not only are we giving you the best tools possible to deliver the best service to your clients with as little headache as possible we're also really trying to get you to do
here is just to be a better and more diligent agency owner so i think as i said looking at other software's out there i think that's the thing that they need to be better at i think most sort of sales software crm services need to have more sales experts in there teaching people how to use their software and actually build better sales organizations i think most project management tools like asana should do a better job i'm just being honest for every single user not just paid users or a bonus or this that even just any
regular user they should have the biggest project management experts on earth come in and actually show people not only how to use their tool but how to manage bigger projects smaller projects smaller huddles etc etc so that's why we feel a lot more comfortable kind of blurring the line sometimes between software and education at agency flow because i think the two really go hand in hand so that's what we're working on this morning we're gonna start filming that later today so that mini course is probably gonna be like an hour hour and a half so
what i'm actually gonna do is i'm just gonna drop maybe three or four minutes from that training video that every single person gets when they join agency flow and then we'll get on with the rest of the day i said this evening's gonna be pretty big gonna start billing our customers a lot of which have had the luxury of a free trial for four or five months and really hit the ground running so yeah we'll keep you guys updated so ladies and gentlemen welcome to this agency flow mini course now the purpose of this mini
course and really the purpose of the next six or so modules is not only for you to make an aggressive amount of money with your agency but to do it with a lot more peace in your life so here's some example 12-week goal get to 25 000 a month in recurring revenue milestone one might be you know invest 4 000 a month in advertising my milestone 2 might be get to 30 call conversion rate and milestone 3 might be get a ten thousand dollar a month retainer whale clan and by the way these milestones you
really can chop and change depending on what industry and what niche you work with my name is pierre tuan and i'm the co-founder of agency flow i'm super excited to be here today um to give you an overview of how the software works um why we decided to create the software and of course give you tips and tricks on um how to get the most out of the software is essentially divided into three main sections so flows which is all about your internal projects clients which is all about your external projects so communicating with clients
um etc etc and then invoices because of course uh getting paid is probably uh the most important thing um so as you can see here you're just on your dashboard so this is essentially the centralized place where we can just log in every day and just kind of see have a quick overview of your of your agency so um this first little section here on the top left is uh to give you a quick reminder so you set a goal for the year and essentially every single day you'll see this and it's kind of like
you know manufa manifestating slash goal setting all of this uh and we've seen that people that do that uh end up like achieving their goals way faster so we thought you know let's have it there uh you know front and centers it just you know sticks in your mind everything says the vast majority of them are a complete mess usually their project management looks something a little like this communication on slack more communication via email tasks on asana maybe some more tasks on trello and their work is spread all over the place the problem with
that is files get lost frequently you spend more time managing apps than actually managing the work itself and your team's efficiency drops significantly and lastly so does your own results but what is the solution keeping all of your agency project management efforts under one place now i want to go to the flow section in order to create that template uh for onboarding a media buyer i just click on f it directly goes to the flow section and um as i showed you earlier uh a flow is essentially a container for a project so everything related
to that particular project you can find inside this flow so uh as i said you have flow for many different reasons for your own personal life for specific projects you know for example if you're filming a new a new course which is what we're doing right now you can see it here um or if you you know onboard a new media buyer or whatever this is exactly where you can do this so pierre is uh just getting ready for a call uh with any customers at the moment with the current scale that we have you
know some around 2 300 users we're doing onboarding calls and implementation calls with any of our users that you know need or want it uh so right now we actually had um okay it's gonna sound terrible i hope you guys don't shout at me but i did let in one person outside of sort of our 750 batch on what's the procedure uh who once again has just been trying for a while now was very persistent on getting access to agency flow this guy got on an agency with 30 40 clients he sent in a message
to our team yesterday basically saying like hey i've onboarded 10 clients has gone smoothly is there any other training i can see before i on board my other 30 40 clients um and yeah for that reason pierre's gonna just hop on show him around agency flow show him what he can do with it just remember that when you're starting any business uh whether that's a sas company or you know in my case in the past an agency uh education company i have an e-commerce brand you know kind of done quite a lot of things whatever
business you are starting make sure to really really really take care of your first initial customers and that's really our big focus for 2022 any users we have we're gonna treat him like absolute royalty um so pierre's gonna jump on that call uh he'll record it on zoom and i'll drop some of the highlights you're essentially like the the first person they mine kind of lives outside um like any of the growing agency kind of thing and stuff uh so now i'm according to like the current pool of users so yeah anyway i would love
to hear a little bit more i think uh uh iman was able to kind of tell me a little bit about how you structure your agency and kind of stuff but um yeah go well if you have any specific question although i can just run straight to like a normal demo and stuff and and then we can take it from there nowhere is my norris man so i own a kind of a six-figure agency per month um oh honestly like 120k profits in my pocket every month i live with that um i i have over
30 plus clients i am in the position to actually honestly bring 50 plus clients to that i brought actually 10 right now but the reason i'm gonna you know explain why the reason i'm skip like trying to bring them slowly i want to understand it first so because i honestly it's it's a beautiful platform so maybe maybe uh yeah what would be ideal is like if you kind of show me some of the things that you're hoping to be able to do and then i can show you how how to do it and stuff and
and and the best way of of doing in stuff um so maybe if you want to i can i can run through kind of like what each of the sections are meant to be um i don't know if you understood or not but essentially flows is for all your your internal work so for example for yourself yeah exactly so if you if you want to like maybe you can even have like a flow to your onboard clients sorry on on board the um team members and stuff so whenever you add them you'll be like yeah
do this and kind of do all this stuff or if you're about to i don't know do some promotional material and stuff for your own uh agency stuff like so this is kind of where you you put all the projects for yourself so and then here you invite all your team members and stuff out so you can create a bunch of different one uh let's say you you could create a flow specific for um your youtube videos and you call it like youtube videos and then inside the notes you could have all of the new
youtube video that you're thinking uh of doing and stuff like that for example and then inside the task they could be like okay cool i'll film this one or film that clip or film this thing so and this of course you can add also some of your existing team members to those two ways when you create a client when you actually create it there's an option for you to um so if you go back just go back and click on create clients at the bottom bottom right here it says invite clients so this is where
you would put the email of that client so you can actually you can do it there or if you go back inside the flow i'll just show you um oh sorry now back into the clients back into that that that client so back into bombit i'm sure i'll show you how to add uh him again so go to teams at the bottom left there we go and then click on add the liquid to plus button and then he uh invite client to join and so this is again you can you can um you know add
as many clients as you want there and then you'll see them once they're accepted and essentially then this is where you can chat with the client um so the the client actually sees this page uh like like exactly like that so for example if you you can assign tasks to them to be like i don't know give us access to your tick-tock ad account or give us access to you on our google drive folder where they have some content or whatever so you can choose so this is yeah if you you're all you're going to
ask if you have so you can yeah yeah okay so okay so i invite them and then there's certain tasks so the thing is i have the same tasks for every client you know like like i i like to systemize things like do i have to create manually for every client the tasks you will not have to do that manually like this is this is at the moment you do but we literally work on the feature and that's again i i believe this is mid this week we you'll have two options one you'll be able
to duplicate the client so for example you create that first one exactly how you want with all the tasks and all this stuff you click duplicates and boom it just it creates the exact same one then you just change the logo and invite someone yeah we looked at notion and kind of look at some of the features that we thought were really useful and so we're adding those in the notes which will be like ability to um have like a create tables and stuff like that so again for you you can have other other stuff
so okay so it really looks like for you the main thing would be um all of those tasks like the automation side of thing that's that's the the really the the the big thing for you and yeah man this is awesome like it's actually really nice seeing how you want to set up your your operations and that will make a massive difference um so okay cool what's up for you by the end of this week your like that software will be seriously useful for you i would say um awesome and then and then with with
your clients so inside there bomb it and stuff then this is where you chat with them right so um you know then i mean this is where you'll be able to chat with them send voice notes send their links to your creatives etc but also what i would suggest for you to almost do is create um a notes inside this called um content or final content and then here you can just upload all the all the links like you know you write week whatever like uh first week january dot dot the link and so then
they have this centralized place where they can go back and easily find the contents that you sent you know the the first week of november kind of thing um because that's that's that's sometimes some sort of thing that you you might have send them an email or or something like that but you know they've got to go back whereas this you can literally have all of that same if you if you have like reporting and stuff you could create a note called reporting and then again well let me just show you how you how you
share that with the clients because by default your notes are privates um so click on um by default your notes are private um so only for you and stuff so just type one title will be like you know content or final content or content delivered or whatever you want yeah whatever it's doesn't matter yeah um if you share it then it's now there's that new icon that just appeared here on the right and that's this that's a symbol that says it's been shared with your with everyone yeah if you unshare it now this thing will
be removed and so that just shows that this was shared with everyone inside this team um and with with the invoice can they pay with paypal or just credit card at the moment at the moment they can't pay with paypal they can only pay with credit card um but people pay with pretty much every credit card um but we will we that's of course a feature that we're working on as well um so yeah i mean this is the the early days of this platform we literally i mean today we're launching officially to some of
the members outside um gya and stuff so so yeah it's it's early days but it's a good thing like at the moment you get direct um you know like uh support from us and stuff like that of course you've got an email you've got you've got a a bunch of stuff to be able to chat with us directly this is gonna be interesting for three hours okay i gotta make sure that okay i gotta make sure make sure that it doesn't show like people's names and stuff like that but like that is okay justin if
there's anything at all oh i don't know how well that's chewing all right let's try justin if there's anything at all that might potentially you can see like someone's email i'm gonna try to move this like a little further back but yeah oh my god this is just gonna go on for like an hour basically now all of our free trial customers are finally getting billed and this is just going to keep going on and on and on oh man it's bumping it's cool though oh my god i don't think i got anything that's pretty
[ __ ] sick let's do it it just doesn't matter i mean there's a lot of failed ones but anyway yeah but as i said like i mean some people have been on free trial for five months that makes that makes a lot of sense yeah but it's the reciprocity okay we're not feeling anymore yeah like now with some good ones looking litter there we go there we go [Music] i don't really know what the delay is for but oh well because i think it goes through and it just processes whatever yeah probably [Music] [Music]
so as a little celebration for today's uh sort of mini mini launch before the larger launch in two weeks to a database of four thousand customers and then from there publicly to hundreds of thousands through my socials um just celebrating today's little mini launch i'm gonna take the boys out to a nice dinner i've also got one of my buddies omar from passionate feud we did an interview like three years ago at this point on his channel i get interested to pop it up somewhere on screen he's actually in dubai so he's actually super keen
