There is a wide variety of races that operate within the Command and in these great variations, there are also the ways they most like to feed their avatars: with fruits, vegetables, legumes , cereals and legumes, for example, there are also those who feed only on starlight from their home systems, there are the large Mother Ships with their own ecosystem, which provide everything necessary to maintain the Command's avatars.
There are also elixirs that are prepared – powerful energetics that supply vital energy – extracted from enlightened systems and natures preserved by Brotherly Love. There are, for example, in the Pleiades cluster, trees that produce elixirs which the Pleiadians make use of. This tree exists throughout that cluster and is called Tayrgara by the Pleiadians, which in your language would be something like Mother-of-Life.
The Aldebarans, in their world systems, also have something like this, with natures, and an elixir-like liquid emanates from the soil that is like food for the Aldebaran biological systems. They call this liquid Uarky, which in your language would be something like Force. Each of the systems has its particularities and ways of maintaining biology, but for the most part they feed on sunlight from the stars, which they inhabit as their home or they feed on the star that illuminates their systems of worlds.
There is great honor to nature and forms of biological life, because, even if, for example, a Pleiadian already lives only on light and he needs, on a mission, to inhabit an environment where biology feeds on something more solid, he respects the law of the system, using a corresponding avatar. Obviously we are only giving a few examples to facilitate understanding, but there is an immense variety of forms of life and food to nourish existence. In general, you are moving towards the most perfect balance in all areas, where your bodies will begin to guide you towards an increasingly better way of eating.
The Innate Consciousness in each of you is wise and it would be good to start interacting with your personal systems, your own biology, your avatar that receives your spirit and ask him what is the best food for your expansion and pay attention to the signs that will be given to you. For a long time, you have been poisoned by many food industries that aim only for profit and, in a way, these contaminations still occur. As they expand their consciousness, their life dynamics will change and their bodies will indicate the need for improvement in the way they eat.
Evidently, there is a lot to be adjusted in this sense, as many are still below the basic nutrition line and this is another point that we observe and is also the main agenda in our meetings. In any case, as far as possible, considering the conditions still present, try to observe what you are nourishing yourself with and whether you are just cheating your hunger. When you are in your prayers, take the opportunity to ask your mentors to nourish you with energetic rivers of life, or even call the Pleiadians with their elixirs, or the Aldebarans, or anyone who has an affinity, like the Sirians who also have elixirs of life and nutrition that they call Arshalux.

There are special chambers where we rest our avatars in sleep and we also allow ourselves to enter the world of dreams, like you, but in a conscious way, as you call astral travel. Generally, we only need a couple of hours to rest efficiently.
Of course, this all depends on the avatar we are occupying and which system we are inserted into in our missions. In many cases too, meditation already serves us as body nutrition and rest, revitalizing us completely and guaranteeing us more time with a very active vital fluid. All of this that we talk about, of course, is in a way that makes it more understandable within the parameters that you have, because in our most original states of Being, without having to descend to the lower dimensions, we just exist and the Source is our food, rest and total revitalization, when in a purely energetic existence, because many of us too, as we have already said, are of pure energy in connection with the Primordial Source, where you also walk.
