okay listen to me very closely I'm more passionate more excited about this than anything I've recorded since 2018 more than six years so listen this is in my opinion without a doubt the best thing that somebody can do to launch their own business or be part of somebody else's business do this business model right here you be able to work from home you'll be able to travel the world I'm in Sweden right now you'll be able to have the ultimate Freedom you can do this part-time you can do this fulltime and the basic business model

as you can see is how can you build an agency but a special kind and become a middleman the key word you're going to hear through this presentation please listen to the whole thing average human now has a shorter attention span than a goldfish goldfish have a six-second attention span scientists say humans have a 5-second one please listen longer than a goldfish why because the two most important decisions in your life that you better get right and you better think on and study and research well are who you have a kid with and how you

make your money your career so for a lot of people this is going to change the game why do I have so much confidence in 2016 I launched a version of this that changed the world about a 100 million people saw the free presentation I did and 40,000 people used it to learn how to launch their own online business okay so here's the key words and I got to take you back to a little story depending on if you came from an ad or whatever you might have heard the story but I going to give

you the better version so my cousin Maya she's born in La I was born in La she's born in near Santa Monica I was born in Long Beach I was born to a single mom didn't have money her parents were married my cousin and she went to high school with these two guys just regular dudes right now those guys own a company that's publicly traded worth $1 billion it's a customer support agency in a niche they're the middlemen they don't actually do any of the customer support work they Outsource that to the Philippines here and

then over here they have companies businesses some of them as big as Uber that pay them and they take a middleman fee for doing that and it's built a billion doll company you can see right here on my phone the company's called task US market cap right now is$ 1.3 billion two people now by the way this isn't about how to build a billion dollar company Bryce Maddock and Jasper wear they built this they have they're a middleman and they have 27,500 people working and they do the customer support when you're on Facebook when you're

on Uber when you're on coinbase companies like Airbnb all these companies they do the work now that's a huge company so forget that forget building a billion- dollar company I have an agency I charge business owners 25,000 to 250,000 to do services for them but in my agency I charge $25,000 and I'm just the middleman I find them a chief marketing officer and I place it in their business now let me not get too complicated let me get real simple I don't want to make this too simple I don't want to make this too simple

because then it's not believable I want to show you how you can start charging business owners one all the way up to $255,000 as a middleman to find them people who do services for them so let me just give you a full or a couple ideas for a niche agency when you own an agency you're essentially the middleman so podcast management agency there's now 5 million podcasts in the world and tens of thousands launching any every week most people don't know how to do a podcast I can train you it's not I can train you

in under four months everything you need to know about podcast at one point I had the number two business podcast in the world I know a lot about it by the way I used an agency to do that for me so you form a little agency and right now the going rate is $10 to $220,000 a month a month and the crazy thing is you can Outsource 80% of it so you don't have to do most of the work you're going to have to do some you have to do a little bit of management but

imagine working from home having a niche podcast management agent let's do another one customer support just like TASC us does they don't have the whole Market you go you go to companies hey do you need need someone answering your emails your support 80% of business owners are like yeah I never answer them on don't answer them on time great I have an agency I'll bring you the best people then you're the middleman to the Philippines or India or I have an office in Pakistan you provide the services and you take a cut by the way

who's the ultimate middleman in the last 500 years who gets wealthy Banks what do banks do do they actually do the work no you lend them your money from your work then they lend it out to somebody else who takes that money and does construction and they do their work and build houses and they get a cut the middleman has been Building Wealth with the least amount of work the least amount of headache over the last 500 years and unfortunately if you're like me and you went to the public school system and you didn't have

parents that were Rich nobody told you this every rich person's parents has told them the value of being a middleman but not middle class or poor parents CU they didn't know so I'm not mad at my mom she didn't know any better but over the years I started my first online business in 2001 figured out took me nine months to build my first sixf figure income and I figured how to make seven figures eight figures I've done over a billion dollars in my own companies and online Revenue more than 500 million in one year with

my companies and so I've been fortunate enough to see not only what growing up with a single mom taught me but also I've been in business with three guys on the forge list I've had three mentors in addition to that that were on the Forbes list I started with multi-millionaire mentors and over time I went all the way up to the Forbes list and what I learned from Forbes list people is they learn the power of being a middleman especially to make your first big money eventually if you want to be at the top of

off you don't have the freedom to fix anything else what's the number one cause of divorce not cheating people think it is Google it Financial stress eventually breaks up relationships Financial stress who are the people that live the longest and live the least on Earth statistically if you look at any country in the world the wealthiest live the longest they can afford the best food they can afford the best chefs they can afford the best doctors if they get sick who in every country in the world lives the least the people without money so your

health is indirect ly direct or and directly related to how you make your money happiness what's the number one thing that stressed people out I can predict right now that out of the eight billion people on earth I can predict that at least 7 billion woke up 7 billion maybe more maybe 7.5 billion woke up and said how am I going to pay the rent how am I going to pay the food I owe money to this credit card I owe I can't pay what am I going to do and they lay it night up

at night which of course affects your health but it also affects your happiness you're not going to be happy if all you do is Loop all day thinking what's wrong financially so this system and why I'm so excited about smma the new version 9.0 is that this is one of the great Solutions being offered on Earth and I know that sounds cocky and Tai who are you to be able to offer well for some reason I've been able to offer these Solutions I when I launch smma in 2016 I remember where I was I was

no hate people who teach at Yale my grandma taught at UCSD but I don't want to learn how to make money specifically something from some Professor who never made money who just studied in books and I love books don't get me wrong but that's not it's like if I want to learn how to build a house I'm taking a University degree if I learn how to be a plumber I'm not going to go to a university even medical doctors what do they actually do they spend a little bit of time in the classroom and they

spend most of their time in a residency working side by side with somebody who's already done it so when you get in this program it's less expensive way less expensive okay way less expensive and guess what uh I've done it I have an agency I have an agency that does seven figures even more it's done eight figures but let's just call as I always say under exaggerate I got an agency doing millions and that's not even my main focus that's a side part of my business so I know how to do this in my sleep

says he says if you can imagine it and you have the courage to speak it it will happen he went from a poor boy to I think his net worth is a billion dollars in just a few years he said get in get rich get out he had the courage to speak it and is exactly what happened and you see that pattern over and over so as you watch this video I pretty sure the majority maybe you have been programmed to go oh let me cynically think through this I've gotten haters before for my smma

program and I'm like really I guarantee you my success rate let me not use the word guarantee they say don't use that uh I'd bet a lot of money that the success rate of people who went through my smma program is better than universities what's the stat I like talking to CHP how many people who go to college actually end up using the degree they get the career in what they got the degree in this is going to be a shocking number depends which country you're in see we know the majority of people never use

the degree they get this says chbt 27% of people a 2019 analysis by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found that only 27% of college graduates work in the field that they got their major in so you might say well and those people spend four years and $50 to $100,000 getting a degree in something they never use I mean maybe they use and people say abstract well they got smarter get no no let's be practical this is a practical video here what you're about to learn in four months not four years four months not

four years let's say it doesn't work we only spent four months and you spend a tenth of what you would spend here but I don't want you going in it to lose I want you going in to win I hate that mentality I run into people like that you know as I said I started out with five millionaire mentors changed my life taught me how to make my first million you know got me I I went from you know being born to a single mom my dad in prison in Long Beach terminal Island to living

2016 he goes I have a check for $27,000 he prepaid me how do I open a bank account true story I post that I had a lawyer Armen for two years all he did was verify spent two hours every day ver verifying all the testimonials that came in we'd get people to send me your bank statement send me your tax returns you know send me like sign this little thing affidavit saying what you're telling us is true and Jaden was like dude I never had a bank account a poor kid who wasn't in college was

living in someone his dad's basement made more money that month his first month in smma $27,000 then the average person makes in well it depends what part of the world you're in more than people I was just in Brazil the average person makes 300 bucks a month okay that's more he making more than like 10 years eight years of people's work and by the way if you don't live in America this works beautifully because you can get American businesses to pay you and you can live in countries where it's not so expensive to live but

this also of course Works in America it was designed for America at first but now it's been designed to go Global I recommend you get your clients in the US or in Europe because that's where the most money is but I was just in Dubai for those of you who follow me you know millions of people watch my stories and stuff every year and I was just in Dubai and a kid flew all the way from Mumbai India and he's like I've been trying to meet you for years and I was in Dubai and you

know he couldn't get into America and he's like man he's like I made $700,000 last year with my agency and I have 20 people working for me and his cost was $ 100,000 because in India it's not that expensive so he made 600,000 you know something interesting now little disclaimer I'm telling you some exceptional stories not everybody's like Jaden gross and got their first check of 20 there's some people have gone through the program who got no results I'm just going to be totally candid of course just like only 27% of people who go to

going to give you just like templates going you're going to learn a series of questions that are going to be asked and it's going to just reveal like oh you should do a customer service agency oh you should do a hiring recruiting agency oh you should do a coner agency so let me rapid fire just go through some of these Niche agencies that I've seen work really well we already talked about the customer service one we talked about the podcast one okay viral video a agency there's a guy in one of my telegram official groups

he learned from me how to build do viral videos he's got a viral video agency he's made an extra 6,000 this month One customer he does their Snapchats Tik toks and Instagram reels so he gets a customer that wanted to build their personal brand and he basically says okay send me the footage I'll edit it all up in a good style and I'll post it for you now the cool thing is you don't know have have to know how to do video editing I'll show you in the program where to find thousands of video editors

overseas so you can charge let's say you have a customer in America they want to grow you charge them $10,000 a month to manage their social media and and make viral videos for them you give them okay so you basically you're the middleman you get people in the Philippines in India by the way you pay them a good wage in Brazil you can pay them above average by the way you don't have this isn't about exploiting people this is about paying them way above the norm way above the norm not $1 above the norm you

pay them customer pays you let's say 10 grand a month or 20 grand a month month you then Outsource it and you keep the difference it's an insanely cool business model by the way as I said the sad thing is people don't realize this is what the wealthy have been doing all the time behind their back what do you think Wall Street is what do you think Wall Street is what do you think stocks are the whole stock market I remember I I've owned NASDAQ companies I've been on the board of a NASDAQ company executive

chair you know what you know what the these companies um the New York and Wall Street is just a middleman they call it Finance investment bankers what do they do they raise Capital they're the middleman and they make billions Goldman Sachs they don't own a company they're just a middleman so you can be a middleman for viral videos you can be a v a middleman for coner services so I have a concierge team they're in Pakistan there's two of them and guess what I pay them and they help me as I travel the world they're

on WhatsApp they split their time so there's somebody on and they manage my life my travel booking my hotels if I need a restaurant so one of my guys said Ty let's start a concierge agency so what you do is you find some people that live in India or Pakistan or Africa or South America and you find business owners and wealthy people in the United States they have a conier service that'll manage your life you charge them $5,000 a month you keep part of it and you pay out the people who do 80% of the

work for you middleman okay what's another one you can do um I like one not just coners but I like virtual assistance this is a great one so virtual assistant agency is not somebody who like concierge manages their life and lifestyle virtual assistance there's a lot of business owners that just have a hundred things they need to do and they don't have the budget to hire somebody in the US or in Europe so you're like I'll provide to you virtual assistant for $2,000 a month and these virt and you keep the difference and you pay

them 1,000 or whatever the number is you can choose if you want to be super generous you can be generous if you want to keep more money for yourself you can do it okay we'll give you the guidance on what in the program we talk about exactly what I think you should pay out but it's yours to choose okay so you have you have that agency model a recruiting and Hiring Agency model is I was just on the phone today with a guy in Dubai he does $17 million a year with his German recruiting agency

now he doesn't keep all that money he's the middleman I think he keeps my guess is roughly 10% profit but that's $1.7 million a year he pays himself over $100,000 a month for his high so companies need workers he provides the workers I know another guy this is another guy in Dubai he has a uh computer programmer AI agency so he has in parts of Europe he has a whole team of AI people and they're in countries you know they're it's kind of like Eastern Europe okay places like Serbia Romania things like that okay Bulgaria

he has them here and then American companies need computer programmers to do AI or build apps once again he has I think 70 people that he's the middleman for so let's say his profit my guess his profit minimum as a middleman is $11,000 per computer programmer per month that's $70,000 a month in his pocket in that Niche he's probably making more like 3,000 a person so I guess he's making anywhere on the low end from 70,000 to 200,000 and he doesn't know how to computer program that's the crazy thing you know you could do this

with a maid service I I use a maid service in Beverly Hills that's not my preferred model but I'm just I want to surround you and go you know you're going to have a Uber Car Agency I wouldn't recommend that one either but that's people have been doing that they're middleman they basically get cars rent them out to other people who do all the work and drive I know guy in Costa Rica I forget what he's making $200,000 a month now that one's more complicated cuz you have have to get he financed all the cars

so I'm just I I want to expand the mind inside the program I'm going to show you the ones that I've seen I've either done them myself or people I know very well that I know are actual numbers I know their numbers I'm only going to recommend to you agency niches that you be the middleman for that are working right now so you're not going to have to be a Pioneer you're not going to have to test then we're going to give you a templ on how to do it and give you the templ on
