Views from that, but nobody's actually ever going to buy anything from you. You're not actually helping them solve their problem, and you're really not giving value ultimately at the end of the day. So, you guys are the types of people I want to work with for sure. So, before we start, let me be straight with you. I've got two jobs today. So, job one is to teach you the best YouTube lesson that you've ever gotten for free Right here with no catch. Job two, at the end, I'm going to offer a way for you to
work with us directly, which is our coaching program where my team and I handhold you to grow and make money on YouTube, just like the 1,000 plus community members that we have winning inside right now. And I'll be honest, it's not cheap. It is expensive. So, here's the deal. If I don't give you the best lesson today, do not book a call. Do not give me a dollar. But if I do, if I actually change how you see this, then you owe it to yourself to take a look. And if the paid thing isn't for
you, that's totally fine. Stay anyways. Learn everything. It is yours for free. So, does that sound fair? If that sounds fair, drop deal in the chat. Drop deal in the chat if that sounds fair. Okay. Awesome. Good stuff. Okay. Also, by the way, we are giving away Free stuff at the workshop. Uh at the very end, you will get a chance to walk away with the Niche validator pro, the chat GBT or the Claude AI version, whichever one you like to use. And this is the newest version yet and it is a massive upgrade over
anything that we've put out before. And you will also get $64,497 worth of bonuses, but only for those who stay until the end offer. So, type staying if you're staying until the end For the niche validator pro. This is I would say this is probably arguably our most popular tool ever. Uh people absolutely love this tool. Um and we've gotten literally thousands of comments at this point about how much people love it. We're actually thinking about potentially making it into a product uh cuz it's so popular. So, but we're of course we're giving it away
now for free. So, all right. A lot of people are staying. Awesome. Now, before we start, I'm going to ask you to type things in the chat the whole way through. And here's why. This is the forgetting curve. It's been studied for 140 years at this point. And if you sit and listen, roughly halfly of what uh roughly half of what I say is going to be gone within the hour. uh 2/3 will be gone by tomorrow. But the same person who discovered the forgetting curve uh curve also discovered the fix for the forgetting Curve
which is active recall. So every time you pull something back out of your head, the line resets so you can retain more information as we go. So every time I say type it, that's not me being cute. That's repetition. So you're resetting your curve. Do that 20 times tonight and you walk out with knowledge in your head instead of that knowledge being gone by breakfast. So type locked in if you're with me. Type locked in in the chat if you're with me. Okay. All right. Locked in. So, not going to be doing the dishes or
anything like that. Actually pay attention and you are going to learn the most top tier information when it comes to YouTube. And this is, of course, I'm going to be teaching the AI side a little bit, but really the most important thing is the fundamentals and the foundation. Because if you build the foundations correctly, once you start building those other Things on top, it's like a building, right? If you if you get the foundations right, it it it scales. But if you don't, the building will just collapse. Okay? So, it's the same exact thing with
YouTube. All right. And look at this. Drew Barrymore is starting a new interview show. So, where is she putting that? Of course, YouTube. Uh, and here's why. Her TV show isn't going anywhere. But the real conversations, the long honest Ones, she says that she can't do them on TV. Uh, think about what TV actually is, right? It's a studio audience, ad breaks every few minutes, a clock counting down. You can't go deep in 6 minutes. Nobody can. So, the interviews that actually mean something, no audience, no ad breaks, no cutting away, the whole thing start
to finish on YouTube. So, here's the lesson for you. Everyone thinks TV is where the serious stuff happens. But TV can't hold a real Conversation. The format won't let it. YouTube has no clock, no limit, nobody telling you to wrap up. That freedom is why people go deep with you. And going deep is how strangers start to trust you. And someone who trusts you is someone who buys from you for years. And that's exactly what I'm going to show you today. Now, one thing I always like to say is this is a maze. You start
here at the top and you finish here at the bottom. And your goal is to get to the finish as fast as you can, whatever that goal is. And most creators start with good intentions and then they get lost in the maze. They end up burnt out, overthinking, stuck in analysis paralysis with zero views and zero income and then they just give up. But actually, most people don't even start in the first place, right? So, if you're here watching this right now, if you're at the start, then you're Ahead of the majority of people. So,
type burnt out if you felt this or not yet if you haven't even started. Type that into the chat. Burnt out if you felt this or not yet if you haven't started. Okay. All right. A lot of people say not yet, but I am seeing a good amount of burnt outs as well. Good stuff. Okay. Now, additionally, one thing that I like to say about this maze part is anything You've heard about YouTube outside of what I teach, chances are it's probably you entering this maze. Because most people go into the maze and they get
lost and they put their hands up and they're like, "Maze keeper, come and get me." And getting lost in the maze is focusing on all the stuff that does not matter. Like all the YouTube coaches that have entire channels about reviewing YouTube gear when that makes like 1% of a difference in the success Of your channel. And that's the maze. That's the reason why you don't get results because you're focusing on all these things that do not matter when in reality you could just focus on the few things that actually matter and actually get you
results. But let's just say hypothetically you go into the maze and you just navigate it perfectly. Let's say you're an absolute pro. This is the fastest way that you can get from start to finish just like this. I'm kind of Tracing it with my uh mouse here. That's the fastest way. Um but actually it's not the fastest because there's another way. You can just go around the maze, right? Uh pretty clever. Okay. It's it's faster, easier, and safer. And it's pretty clever, right? But even this isn't the fastest route. This is because we learned from
a young age the fastest way to go from point A to point B is a straight line. And what if I showed you a way to do just that? To skip the maze Completely and you literally just go from start to finish straight to the results. Okay, so type straight line if you want the straight line method for going from start to finish guys. Type straight line into the chat. Okay, good stuff. I'm I'm having to scroll down. It takes me a second. Straight line. Okay. Awesome. And one thing I want to say about this
part right here, by the way, a lot of Other YouTuber advice out there, I don't think they're purposely giving you bad advice, at least not in most cases. Some some of them might be, but a lot of them give good advice, but they'll give good advice for like a gaming channel or a prank channel, etc., etc., right? Cuz there are a bunch of different types of YouTube channels and there's a bunch of different, you know, niches to follow, right? But I'm going to be talking about the type of YouTube Channel that is the easiest to
get results with. And it's a type of YouTube channel that you can pivot to anything else later on down the line. And that is why when it comes to winning on YouTube, I have the straight line for you today so you can get there the easiest, quickest, safest, and most comfortable way possible. And specifically, you're going to gain access to the hottest opportunity to exist in the content creation business. Now, these are the newest stats that just came out. And before they were saying that YouTube and the content creator ecosystem in general was going to
be worth about 20 uh about $1 trillion by 2034. So about $1 trillion by 2034. And then about 6 months later they updated it and they said it was going to be worth $1.6 trillion by 2034. And by 2035 it'll be worth 2 trillion. Okay. So this is growing at an Unprecedented rate. And look at this going up while so many other things are going down. It's harder than ever to get a job. Uh there's so many industries that are being disrupted. Meanwhile, content creation is just going up and up and that is a sign.
It's a sign about the future of work and the future of careers. Okay? And this is one of the biggest opportunities that I want you to get access to when it comes to content creation. And I want you to do it while Bypassing all the traps, the gotchas, the limitations, and the barriers to entry that otherwise would lock you out, forcing you to stand on the sideline as you watch generational wealth pass you by, helpless to do anything about it. And you will definitely want to take advantage of what's happening right now in the creator
economy because you are in the perfect place and time to start. And mind you, YouTube pays out tens of billions of dollars every year just in AdSense money alone. So AdSense, those are just the ads that pop up on YouTube and the creators get 55% of the revenue generated from those ads. So YouTube pays out tens of billions of dollars every single year just from that alone. Um, but it's not going to lifestyle vloggers and entertainment channels anymore. So type money in the chat if you want a piece of that 2 trillion. And uh, yes
guys, I am live. So guys, yes, I'm live. Two fingers, three fingers, Five fingers, what I mean, what do you want me to do? Yes, I'm live. Uh, the reason that it says Monday, September 14th is because I'm in Asian time zone right now. So, it's morning for me. Okay. So, like I I don't know. I don't know. Maybe that's why you think I'm not live or something. I I Yeah, I'm live. Okay. I'm obviously I'm live. I'm here answering questions. And just Ann Feinstein just commented. Emily Fagan just commented. Todd Townsend, Tracy Mcmanis, Daniel
Registrant, Joel Fipps, Betsy Rosado, Ness just commented. Christine commented. Uh, Waneda Ross just commented. Christine Nasoui just commented. Okay, do do I need to say some more names? Okay, I think everyone Are we all good, guys? We're live. Everyone happy? Satisfied? Okay, cool. We're all live, right? [laughter] Everyone's satisfied. Perfect. All right, cool. So, uh, Got it. Yeah. I mean, I understand like I I don't I've never done that, you know, fake live thing, but I understand some people do that. So, I understand why people are asking about that. But yes, we are live. Okay.
And today, you will be handed the key to unlock that prison cell that is keeping you trapped in away from the YouTube growth that you've been wanting for a very long time. And seriously, we've helped online businesses. Of course, we've helped lots of different types of online businesses. Um you know free uh coaches, freelancers, but also job seekers, stay-at-home parents, nineto-fivers, grandpas, grandmas, agency owners, service providers, digital product sellers, failed YouTubers, um YouTubers getting views but struggling with monetization, YouTubers with dead channels, successful YouTubers who are crushing but want to crush it even harder, people
that own software companies or SAS, Uh even location specific businesses. We've worked with um cosmetic dental clinics, uh financial advisors, um different types of like accounting businesses, um other other types of like certain medical type businesses. We've worked with uh like there's a a training business, medical training business, just all kinds of like even physical in-person businesses. Um people doing paid ads that want to make their paid Marketing two times more effective by having a YouTube presence. uh physical brick-and-mortar business owners or blueco collar businesses, even people with disabilities do this, right? So, this works
for almost any niche and almost any situation because we designed this type of YouTube channel to be flexible so that you can go in so many different directions. But to get there, I'm going to be exposing the dark side of YouTube and creators who are now Slaves to the platform. Here's an example. Boogie2988. Now, I am not trying to make fun of him at all. I actually respect him a lot for revealing his public income, but he's got about 4 million subscribers. And he revealed on a podcast tour last year that he's only making about
$44,000 a year, which is less than the average income for an American. And he is one of hundreds of thousands of creators who are promised success Through views, but views do not automatically equal money, right? Meanwhile, I work with people who get 500 views per video and they're making $10 million a year on YouTube. And if you don't believe me, we'll be going over some examples a little bit later on. Right? So that's the disparity. There's people who are getting millions and millions of views every month, 4 million subscribers, and they're barely making a full-time
income, right? You Know, like Boogie2988. I mean, that's $3,700 a month. That is not very good for 4 million subscribers. And then we've got people that are getting, you know, 500 views uh per video and they're making and they're running an entire business off of it that supports like a 100 people, right? You know what I mean? So, it's just like a completely different ballgame. And we're we're going to talk about exactly how to do that. But there are just a lot of people Who get a lot of views and they don't make a lot
of money because they're doing things wrong. And if you just automatically assume that if a person is getting a lot of views, they're making a lot of money. It's it's just incorrect. And I'm going to show you how to actually recognize if they're making money and type got it. If you get that views do not automatically make money, this is actually essential. It's completely essential for you to Understand this. Uh, a lot of people really get this wrong. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. Okay. And seriously, I know there are a lot of people in this crowd that
are frustrated, burnt out, and stuck because you were promised a gold mine, and yet you found nothing. So, you've been uploading videos. You're frustrated because you can't even get started uploading videos because you've been told that you need to buy this camera First or that gear first, you need to be really good at editing or any of those types of things. But basically, you found nothing but regret. So, let's talk about who this is for. This is for you if you're a total beginner who wants to finally start and not burn out. And by the
way, go ahead and drop your profession in the chat. I'm curious what all of you do for a living because a great example of a total beginner is my brother Zach. So, Zach spent uh 30 years In the trades, HVAC specifically, and uh he was a a total beginner on YouTube and we were able to get him great results with this. So, okay, we've got IT marketer, healthcare, uh, realtor, marketer, unemployed, community relations, Ruby, accountant. Johnny, music, SB, teacher, Ray, chef. Uh, Chris, registered nurse and health coach. Awesome. Jenna, quality engineer. Laura, server. John, PT,
physical therapy. Jennifer, stage hand. Steven, Retired. Brian, video editor. Stephen or Steve Zimmer, landscape designer. Awesome. Uh, Kievana or Kiana Kiana, safety ambassador. Uh, Scott, marketing. Scott, photographer. Jay Raven, teacher. Christine, surgical tech. Patrick, architect, electrical engineering from Gregory. Awesome. Okay, good stuff, guys. So, we have I see cyber security here. I see banker, physical therapist, IT. So yeah, a lot of like highlevel professionals here that basically you Guys have a lot of experience. I see a lot of realtors, real estate related ones here. Basically, you guys have a lot of experience, right? You have
a lot of wisdom. You have a lot of experience. You can actually teach other people things because you have have gained knowledge. And those are really the types of people that this system works the best for is people who are usually a little bit on the older side. Not not necessarily like either on the older Side or they have they're overachievers, right? And uh that's the the type of person that the system works the best for because you have knowledge, experience, and wisdom. So, let's talk about my brother really quickly. So, um he was in
the 50s. Uh he was in his 50s. Uh he's not techsavvy. Never made a video in his life. And for context, I use the system to start a new channel every single year. And the reason I do that is Because I want to make sure that I'm updated on what the algorithm is like for a new channel. But last year, I decided, you know what? I'm just going to make a channel for my brother instead. because he basically came to me and he said, "Shane, I'm 50 years old. My body's starting to wear out. I
need to figure out how to make money without wearing out my body." And you know what? And so I decided to help him grow his YouTube channel, right? So, one thing I'll say very quickly here is um you know, I I grew a second YouTube channel. I documented all of it and I uh got crazy good results with the second YouTube channel. I documented all of it on YouTube. That was about 2 years ago. So, I started a second YouTube channel from complete scratch. got crazy good results with it. Ended up making over $30,000 in
the first month. Uh grow that second YouTube channel. I also have countless amounts of results from people Inside my community that we've worked with. Um hundreds and hundreds of testimonials at this point. Uh so we've gotten crazy good results for them. But there were some people that were like, "Shane, you know, you're you're cherry-picking the winners." Or, "Shane, yeah, okay, you you grew your own channel because you you know, uh people recognized you because you already have a big channel or something like that, right? They they they were skeptical Still. And I'm like, "Okay, how
about if I pick a random 50-year-old in my family and just grow their channel and document all of it and nobody has any idea that it's me behind the scenes because it's his face instead of mine, right?" Well, that's exactly what I did. Now, he's in the trades and you know, at first when he came to me with this, he thought I was going to recommend a remote job or some type of certification and I was like, "No, you should just start a YouTube channel." And he was really surprised. He's like, "Oh, well, I'm not
tech-savvy. I'm not good on camera. I've never even made a video in my life. I'm in my 50s. No one wants to listen to a 50-year-old." All these excuses started popping up in his head for why he couldn't do it. And I just told him, "Just trust me, bro. Just do it. Just do what I tell you. Use our system and it's going to work for you." And the very first video that he posted blew up. Got Over 800,000 views. And less than one month later, 29 days later to be exact, he made $214 in
a single day. That's a $78,000 year run rate. So yeah, it works for beginners even with no tech experience. And I just want to pause for a moment to just let you let this sink in how ridiculous this is. One one shot I documented it publicly. People would have known that I failed if if I failed and we blew up his channel and got to a full-time income in less than one month, Right? Complete beginner, never posted a video in his life in his 50s. And these are the results that we got him, right? And
then uh to finish out his first year, he had an $18,000 month. Okay? And this whole time, by the way, guys, he spent four hours a week or less because he's runs a full-time business. He has an HVAC business, right? He also is a realtor on the side. So, he's, you know, that's quite, you know, it's pretty busy. He he's very social. He goes out To a lot of social events. He golfs a lot. You know, he has a real good social life. And, you know, being a realtor, running a business on the side is
um I mean I mean that that's pretty busy right off the bat. And so, he only had about 4 hours a week to do this. and we still got him to $18,000 in a single month in his first year on YouTube. Okay? Plus a full-time income within his first month, right? So, he's making money from affiliate marketing. Of Course, he's got AdSense. You know, he's he hasn't launched any products on his channel. He's just promoting other people's products and services at this point. If he actually launched his own products and services on the channel, he'd
probably make significantly more money than that. And that's one thing we're going to talk about, right? AdSense is not the only monetization method on YouTube. There are lots of other ways where you can make more Money. Sometimes you can make a 100 times more than what you make from AdSense. So, this is also for you if you're a faceless uh creator and you want to use YouTube automation. So, there's a very specific type of faceless channel that we recommend if you uh do want to go faceless. And I actually started faceless myself way back in
the day when I started on YouTube. So, type face or faceless in the chat, whichever one you Prefer. I want to see how many of you are in each bucket. I I we do absolutely recommend that you show your face. It's uh it's just superior. It's just better if you show your face. Yeah. Uh so we do absolutely recommend that you show your face. With that being said, there is one way of starting your channel faceless and it's a way where you can easily just later on just do a face reveal. And so it's just
like a seamless transition if you want to. Oh. So, so yeah. And then This is the way to do it. Okay. So I'm seeing most people want to show their face, which is good. But yeah, so let me give you an example of of a client that did this. So you can see this is Whiz of Ecom when he first started. This is what his channel looked like. So he was anonymous and he was faceless. And you can see that he had a cartoon character that basically represented him, right? And he was able to scale
this channel before doing a face reveal to seven Figures. So it was a seven figure business. Um and he was able to to scale his channel as an agency to to seven figures. So um and yeah, he scaled his business to seven figures a year just being faceless. Then he did a face reveal and now he's making multiple seven figures a year. But the point is he said that almost all of his clients watched his YouTube channel and either directly or indirectly got almost all of his clients from YouTube. So they might Have originated from
other sources but then they watched his YouTube channel and that's what helped prospects make the decision to buy from him. Now he runs an agency and he did make the decision to reveal his face later on. But he built his faceless channel in a very specific way where you can where you can actually do that because again he used the hybrid personal brand method which means you have a lot of options in the future and we will get into how to Do that. So if you're making a faceless or a YouTube automation channel you need
to listen to this because you don't want to do this the wrong way. Now first thing you 100% absolutely need to use your real voice. Okay? Not the AI version of your voice. Not some random AI voice. Okay? Your real voice. YouTube is going to demonetize people who use AI voices, okay? Um or they just delete your channel and they they don't want that. That is noise pollution. Okay? Fake AI voices is complete noise pollution and YouTube does not want noise pollution. All right? Just like the song, no noise pollution. All right? So AI voice
uh don't do that, guys. Okay? Think about it. They allowed AI voices. If they allowed AI voices all the time, it would just be complete noise pollution everywhere, right? because people could just generate hours and hours of content in like two seconds with the click of a button. Okay? So, Use your real voice. That's the first thing. Second thing is you want to pick a cartoon character that represents you. It should look like a human being. And all you need to do is to make it abundantly clear whether you show your face or not, whether
you're anonymous or not. And that is a real person on the other side with a real personality. Third thing is you want to add an air of mysteriousness to who you are. people will stick around on your channel just To find out who you are because they think you're probably going to do some sort of face reveal in the future, right? So, you could even say something like, "Hey, I'll do a face reveal at 100K subscribers." That kind of thing. And that's what keeps them sticking around and they subscribe just to figure out who you
are, right? So, those are a few things that you want to do if you want to start Faceless. We don't recommend it. We don't recommend doing Faceless content. Um, most we found that most people who want to do faceless content, generally speaking, they they they're not coming into it with the right mindset. they a lot of them are okay with making like AI slop content and just like spamming the internet with complete AI slop and we're not interested in helping people do that right so if you do want to make faceless content but you also
want to actually make like valuable content where you're Sharing your experiences um and you're sharing your wisdom then you know we are somewhat open to that as long as you do a channel kind of similar to this um but uh this so this system will work whether it's faceless or whether you show your face but if you're trying to make AI slop don't don't even bother We're not we're not going to help you do that. Okay. So, this is also for you if you're a business owner, freelancer, or coach who Wants inbound clients without paid
ads. So, type clients if that's you. If you want inbound clients without paid ads, type clients in the chat. This is uh this system works very very well uh for getting clients um because it's really about helping people solve their problems and uh that's a great way to get clients is to help them solve their problems, right? Okay, a lot of people want that. Awesome. Sonia, Dylan, Mustafa, Joseph, Pixie, Bonita. Yeah, This YouTube channel is specifically very this this type of YouTube system is specifically very good for um getting people to trust you, like generating
trust, and that's what really makes people buy is when they like you, you know, they get value from your content and they they trust you. So, an example of that would be Davis. Davis's sales went up by 400% and after working with me, he's making 100K per month. And basically Davis owned a portfolio of Companies and he was spending about 20 hours a week on just one of his companies. So just one YouTube channel and one company. And that is obviously not sustainable. So his problem wasn't on the money side. He was already making plenty
of money. It was time. Like he just didn't have any time. But eventually we helped him outsource everything on his channel to the point where he's not even recording the videos anymore. So he has other people Recording the videos for him. And now he spends literally zero hours a week on any of his YouTube channels because he just has other people do it for him. So this is an option that some business owners want where they just don't want to have they want the YouTube channel but they just want someone else on their team to
record it. Or if they still want to record themselves, we can help them set up a system to where all they have to do is just record about two hours a Week uh a month. Two hours a month. Just two hours of recording a month and then that's it. Just one two hour session per month and then all your content is is good for the rest of the month. and it just automatically gets clipped and and distributed and everything. So, if you're a busy business owner, you know, you're super busy, you have a portfolio, you
can actually have other people record the videos for you or you can just have a system that takes care of Everything and then you just record 2 hours a month, right? And we help people with that as well. That does require you to actually hire people though. Um, if you don't want to hire anybody, the system still works at 4 hours a week or less, which is great. This is also for you if you want to network so you can land high-paying jobs, find career opportunities, or become an authority in your niche by standing out
with your YouTube channel. So, type authority if that's you. If you want better opportunities or to be an authority in your niche, type authority in the chat. Okay. Okay. Awesome. Awesome. So, this is honestly this is the one that people are the least excited about, but I honest, right? There's a lot of ways to directly make money on YouTube, but this is kind of an indirect way of making money. Um, but honestly, I'd say the indirect benefits are even bigger than the direct Benefits. So, here's a really good example of networking and becoming an authority.
So, Josh basically just started making really useful videos on his channel for people in the IT and cyber security niche. And he talked about how to get better jobs, which certifications are good to take, what skills to learn that are valuable on the job market, etc., etc. and he was able to go from making less than $1,000 a month with his channel to actually Getting offers from Fortune50 companies, including companies that are a part of Fang, Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, and Google. And these are some of the biggest and most prestigious companies in the world
where it's literally harder to get into a fang company than it is to get into Harvard or Yale. So, usually you have to apply to these jobs, but the companies were reaching out to him. So, he got an offer from several different paint Companies and ended up going with one of them for his dream job where he got to travel the world. He lived in Japan and he was working a remote job making multiple six figures a year. But then the YouTube channel just kept going. It got to 5,000 a month, then 10,000 a month,
then 30,000 a month. So, all of this while he's just doing it part-time and eventually he scaled all the way up to $186,000 a month using my strategies. And of course, he quit his dream job Because it just didn't make sense for him at that point, right? And he's also helped a ton of people get into, you know, high-paying jobs at this point as well. So, I like his example because it goes over every single stage. Just getting started as a beginner, using it to become an authority in his niche for networking to get his
dream job, starting a side hustle, making a little bit of money on the side, starting a full-time business, making 10 to 30K per Month, and then scaling his business, right? And the the biggest thing that I want to emphasize here is when you become an authority in your niche, you get opportunities that you just never would have thought were were possible. Okay? There is a old saying it's your net worth is your net worth. And I mean there's a lot of truth to that. So basically just as an example just to you know we give
a few examples. I got to get equity in a company that will likely Get sold for hundred million maybe even a billion dollars. Uh and I'm on their board of adviserss and that never would have happened if it wasn't for my YouTube channel. So have I technically made any money from that so far? No. But just there's a very good chance that that's going to happen. So, these are I've also got to meet a bunch of people that are um you know that were very interested to meet me because of you know the fact that
I'm a YouTube Channel. We actually just signed a famous uh UFC fighter last week. Uh really really famous person. Um I haven't gotten permission to talk about them yet, so I can't say who it is, but uh I've gotten to meet a bunch of people that I wouldn't have gotten to meet if it wasn't for the YouTube channel. I've gotten invited to $50,000 masterminds or to speak on stages that other people had to pay a ton of money um to to go to and I got invited for free, etc., etc., Right? I could just go
on and on. The indirect benefits of h have of be establishing yourself as an authority and building your network on YouTube are even bigger than the direct benefits in my opinion. I've also gotten job offers for over a million dollars to be the CEO of like some, you know, people's companies, which of course I turn them all down, uh, because I value my freedom a lot more. But, um, yeah, the the the opportunities are endless. You might be Thinking, "But Shane, if it's easy, then why do most people fail?" Well, it's because they believe in
these myths. One, you need to be an influencer. Two, you have to show your face and have a fancy camera. Three, it takes 40 hours to create one video. And four, you have to endure the process because it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. So these are some of the biggest myths that people believe in that cause them to fail. And the last one specifically, the Reason that most people think it takes a long time to succeed on YouTube is because they think they need a big channel that has lots of subscribers and
lots of views to make money. So if you choose the right niche, you do not need a big channel. And go ahead and type the number of the myth that you believed, one, two, three, or four. and I will look at that in the chat here for a bit. Okay. Uh so, type the number of the myth you believe. Scrolling down. Scrolling Down. I'm seeing a lot of ones and a lot of fours. Yeah, a lot of ones and a lot of fours. Um I'm seeing a lot of people say all of them as well.
Um and I'm seeing a decent amount of threes as well. So, it takes 40 hours to create one video. I'd say number one is you need to be an influencer. Number four takes a long time to succeed on YouTube. That's a That one's very common, too. Then number three is probably the third one. And then you have to show your face To have a fancy camera. Okay, cool. All right. Good stuff. But in reality, one of the biggest reasons that you failed is because before today, you lacked the leverage to invade this soon to be
trillion dollar opportunity. And I'm going to help you mine this opportunity so that we can grow rich together fast. First though, who am I? My name is Shane. I'm an ex-farmarmacist. I have a 1.6 million subscriber YouTube channel. You can see it down here. And I've Helped over 20 businesses get to 100K per month on YouTube from scratch. I've also helped countless businesses that were already successful uh or YouTube channels that had some success but then kind of died uh died down. I've helped countless amounts of those types of people have success on YouTube and
make lots of money from that as well. Um I've I've also helped tons of beginners get to like part-time income, side hustle income, second incomes, uh one person Businesses, things that uh can build into a full business later on. Um, but it can also make money right now too. I've helped countless people in that situation as well. And I'm also industry recognized as an expert on growing and making money from YouTube for businesses. So, here's a company that I worked with, Course Gez. This is the company that I mentioned before. They like working with me
so much that I actually got equity in the company Because they gave that much value to them and we were able to help them over 30x the amount of money that they made. With that being said, uh this is a startup and I usually like to work with individuals and one of the reasons I like to work with individuals is because you guys remind me of myself. So, let me go ahead and get into my story. This is me working as a pharmacist for 15 hour shifts, burnt out uh during the pandemic. Um and before
this, I came from a very poor background. I lived in section 8 housing. I lived in trailer parks. I was even homeless at one point. This is the exact Salvation Army that I lived in in Lawrence, Kansas. um for about 6 months and I didn't want to be poor anymore. So, I did what society told me to do. I went to college. I became a pharmacist. I got a doctorate and I also had to take out a Lot of money in student loan debt. I went over $300,000 in student loan debt. This is one of
the exact screenshots of a picture that I took uh when when uh I was I was deep in student loan debt. So, I took this screenshot and the thing is, you know, when I was poor, I had a lot of time, but I didn't have any money. So, I couldn't really do anything besides play video games or whatever. But when I became uh middle class working as a pharmacist, I didn't Have both time or money because I was spending all of my time working and all of my money paying down my student loan debt. So,
it's kind of like an out of the frying pan into the fryer type moment. And it was really a terrible situation because I started as a pharmacist right before the pandemic hit. And just to emphasize how bad this was, we got robbed three times in a six-month period. Right? Here's one of the videos of us getting robbed right Here. And so overall, I can't describe how stressed out, how depressed, and how anxious I was in this situation. I was totally burnt out. And I think a lot of us can relate to the middle class just
getting squeezed, right? You know, it's like it's almost I was poor when I was young and then I became middle class and I'm like, man, is this even that much better than being poor? Because at least when I was poor, I had a little bit of free time, you Know, and you know, like many people out there, I started wondering, wait a minute, is the stuff that society told me to do actually good idea? Maybe I made a mistake, right? And because of that, I tried just about every side hustle out there to make money.
Shopify, Amazon FBA, SMMA, coaching, consulting, courses, digital products, real estate, white labeling, SEO, flipping websites, flipping physical products. Uh here's one of them that I tried just as an Example. It's the booty kit. It's basically an at home workout thing so that you can work out your booty. Um, and I tried selling this on Shopify drop shipping as well as Amazon FBA, right? It's a little bit funny, I know, but I pretty much failed at almost all of them, right? I couldn't make any of these sustainable. So, a lot of it had to do with
me having ADHD and just always trying a bunch of different things. But, as you can see, my bank Account was constantly very close to $0. But YouTube was different than all these other side hustles. See, all the side hustles that I tried, they actually work, but they only work if you have traffic, aka views. If you don't have views, it's kind of like trying to sell something without having a store or without anybody even knowing that you exist, right? If nobody knows that your business exists or nobody knows that you exist, how can they buy
something from You, right? It's it's pretty much impossible for you to sell anything. And so I realized one that I really enjoyed YouTube, but two I realized that I could make any of these other business models work if I just focused on YouTube and getting views. Another way of saying this is you need distribution. This is a term that they use in business. When you have a YouTube channel that's helping people solve their problems, you have distribution because people know that You exist, right? So type distribution if that makes sense. None of those uh these
work without distribution. Type distribution into the chat, right? Makes sense? You got you got to have distribution, guys. This is really the secret because again, any one of these side hustles, any one of these second incomes, any one of these one person businesses, they all work and they work flawlessly if you have distribution. If you don't, you're probably going to be Spending all of your time just trying to get customers, get clients, get people to buy your stuff. So, it's like, yeah, the the side hustle might sound easy, but then you're going to be spending
and and maybe it even is easy, right? But then you're going to be spending all of your time getting people to buy your thing from the side hustle, which means it's just a full-time job. And in fact, it might even be worse, right? So, this is why distribution is so important. And after I tried it again, you know, at that time, I was basically in a household of seven guys trying to save money, right? And one of the people that I ended up meeting um was from Lebanon and his name was Sam. And he started
a wedding photography business and he barely even knew English when he first started when he first moved the country, right? So he actually couldn't even legally work. So he kind of had to start a business and just by necessity. And so He started this YouTube channel where he was making about $10 to $20,000 a month from his YouTube channel. And I think it was like less than 10,000 subscribers at the time as well as his wedding photography business. And he was doing wedding photography in Las Vegas and on the West Coast. And before this, you
know, I'd spent time in LA. I'd met influencers who had a lot of followers and had a lot of subscribers. And they were getting millions of views, but they Weren't making any money. And so I was like, Sam, how are you making money from YouTube even though you have a small channel? And he showed me what a proper monetization method looks like looked like, right? He showed me how I can monetize a channel without having that many views. And he initially taught me how to make money from a small channel like 10 to 20,000 subscribers,
but I took it to the next level to the point where there are some channels that we Work with that only have a few thousand subscribers and they're making seven figures. Because there are some niches where you're talking to an affluent audience and you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. Now, you might be thinking, Shane, you are exaggerating. There's no way you can get a couple hundred views and make $10,000 from a video. And you're right. I am exaggerating in the opposite direction. Let me show you an Example. So,
here's an example of someone who got a couple hundred views and made $100,000 from a video, right? Carla. So, not even 10,000, but a h 100red,000, right? She made a video that got a couple hundred views from a small channel about 1,500 subscribers and that landed her $106,200 a year ongoing contract. So it might even end up being, you know, if they renew the next year, it might even end up being 200,000. Um, so there's a good chance they're going To renew, too, because of her niche. Her niche is helping big businesses hire people in
certain positions that are very difficult to hire for, right? So it's a very good chance that it is a renewable contract. And who knows, it could end up being 200 or even $300,000 from a single video that got a 100red to 200 views. Now, you can see most of our videos don't get that many views. Most of her uh uh most of our videos don't get that many views. You know, they Don't get millions of views. And for a lot of people looking at this channel, they think, why is she even bothering? Why is she
even wasting her time? Right? uh well, she's not wasting her time because she's targeting the right type of person and she's solving a very specific problem uh for them, which is uh what we're going to go over uh how you can pick your niche as well later on. Guys, please look at the look at the notes on that one. Uh so, this is where I found the secret formula of YouTube success where everyone else was not talking about it. And so, basically, I started posting videos. And just to put this in perspective, I have gotten
lots of views. 6 million, 1.2 2 million, 1.7 million, 4.3 million views. But this video right here, the most useless degrees, this was my first ever breakout video and it got over 4 million views. But in its whole lifetime, it made about $30,000 from AdSense because it wasn't Making money outside of AdSense. And I've had several videos just last week that got less than 10,000 views, but made $40 to $50,000 from all income streams. And there are several videos with less than 10,000 views that made as much or more than that video. So that is
kind of the secret, right? Because listen, it is way easier for me to reproduce the video that got only 8,000 views but made $48,000 than to reproduce the video that got 4 million views but Made $30,000. It's significantly easier for me to reproduce this video. Right? So, type more if you want to get less views but make more money. Type more in the chat. Want to get less views and make more money. And this video like this, I mean, I can reproduce videos like this all day long. It's not that hard to get 8,000 views
uh or or 20,000 or 30. Like it's not that hard. It is very difficult to get 4 million views, guys. Like that. It doesn't matter how Skilled you are. You're you're not going to be able to get 4 million views on demand when it comes to educational content. That's just nobody can do that, right? Okay. Awesome. A lot of people typing more. Good stuff. And just to show you guys proof, here's how much I made about three plus years ago. So, three Septeers ago, I made about $283,000. Two September ago, I made about $325,000. And
then this last September, I made about $1 million. Okay, now I'm not trying to obviously it's September right now. We'll see how much I make this month, but I'm not trying to uh make people jealous by saying this. I'm just showing you their seats so that you know that I know what I'm talking about because I've started multiple sevenfigure businesses from YouTube. Okay, so there's a lot of YouTube coaches out there that are just coaches, Coaching coaches. they've never actually started a successful channel themselves and they're basically cosplaying as successful YouTubers teaching you how to
be successful at YouTube when they've never actually started a successful YouTube channel outside of just teaching YouTube. But me, I actually started a successful YouTube channel before I started teaching other people how to do it. And the craziest thing is I did all of this while being able to travel the World and only having to work 4 hours a week. So here's a picture of me in Tokyo at the same at the famous Shabuya Crossing Square. Here's a picture of me in Singapore. And here's me in the uh San Juan Islands just off of Vancouver,
British Columbia, whale watching, orca watching specifically. And I only had to work four hours a week this entire time. Now, just to be very clear, I choose to work more than that sometimes because I genuinely enjoy YouTube and I enjoy Helping people with YouTube. And I also enjoy my second business where I help people get into I've helped thousands of people get into the career that they love, right? A remote job that they love. So, I choose to work more than that, but I only have to work four hours a week, right? And there's been
many cases where I've gone very long weeks, month, even two months at a time without working at all. And during one of those two-month stretches, I actually had a Pretty serious health issue and I couldn't really work. And I spent zero hours on my business the entire two-month period. And the business actually grew, right? So, it grew without me. So, I had an online business where I don't have to have any in-person employees or anything like that. I can travel the world. I can do whatever I want. And my business just keeps going up and
up. So, type four hours if you want a business that only needs 4 hours A week uh to work. Type four hours in the chat. Scroll down here. Catch up to you guys. You guys are too fast for me. Okay. Awesome. Love to see it. Love to see it. Now, one of the reasons I love I know so much about YouTube and this is a real problem with a lot of people who teach YouTube is my first business on YouTube has absolutely nothing to do with YouTube, right? It was helping people land their dream remote
jobs. And we literally helped thousands of people, Thousands of verified testimonials of people growing their personal brands in order to land their dream job. Okay, so this was the first person that I built. This was the first business that I built on YouTube. And it got to multiple seven figures a year. And so I already had a highly successful business that I grew from YouTube before I even taught a single person how to do YouTube. And that's the difference between me and most other YouTube coaches. Most people Are just coaches, coaching coaches. They've never actually
started a successful business outside of the one where they teach other people how to do YouTube, right? So, they're kind of faking it before they make it. And that's why they're not very good at getting results because they've never actually been in the trenches. But something kept bothering me because I got the life that I dreamed of. But once in a while, I would create a video and Post it on YouTube just telling people what I was doing because I was seeing YouTube advice online. I would watch it and I'd be like, "Hm, I don't
really think this works for most people." Maybe it would work for a gaming channel, but it wouldn't work for most channels. And so I decided once every six months, once every year, I would post a video about what I was doing on YouTube and what was working for me. And every time I do that, I would get comments, emails, DMs. Everybody would be reaching out to me being like, "Hey, can you coach me? Can you help me grow my YouTube channel?" And I turned them all down because I was just too busy or I just
didn't really want to do coaching, right? Or I thought maybe it works for my niche, but it doesn't work for other people's niches. So, I turned them down, but I felt bad about it and I shrugged it off for years until one day I decided, you know what? I'm gonna do it. Okay. And one of the reasons I decided is because a friend of mine reached out to me, someone who I thought was very successful on YouTube. He was actually getting more views than I was at the time. And he reached out to me. He
said, "Hey man, I'm financially struggling. I'm barely making any money on YouTube." And I saw your video and I saw that you were making tons of money. What are you doing that's different from me? Can you please help me? And so he asked me for Help. So I decided to help him and decided, you know what, at the same time, if I'm going to help him, I can also help a group of people. it wouldn't really take me any extra time to present the information to a group of people versus one person, right? So, I
reached out to a bunch of those people and I decided to do a cohort where I worked with a bunch of them and I worked with a very diverse set of people, right? So, there's a professional truck driver for 28 years, a fresh graduate engineering student, a current engineering student, an Amazon FBA business owner, a coach, a freelancer, a failed YouTuber, a successful YouTuber who was crushing but wanted to crush it harder, a content creator for 11 years who wanted to shift over to YouTube, a tech salesperson, a girl in cyber security, a coach, an
agency owner, an online service provider, a fitness dude, a finance guy, a physical business owner, just on and On, right? The point is they were all different. Some had YouTube experience. Most had zero knowledge of how YouTube works. Okay? And then we applied the exact same format that I found to be working on my YouTube channel. So, same YouTube format, same proven way of making thumbnails, titles, and intros, same strategy for coming up with winning video ideas. And of course, a little bit of tweaking because every single niche Is a little bit different. There are
a lot of underlying principles, but they all do need a little bit of tweaking. And the crazy thing is every single one of them blew up. And the best part is they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. And that's the thing that made me feel so happy because I can only have so much impact with my channel, but I got to help other people uh others have impact with their channels, right? And so I was Basically spreading my impact to so many other people, right? So comment blow up
if you want to if you want your channel to blow up, guys. Comment blow up in the chat. And then they were able to impact hundreds of millions with their YouTube channels. And they all got their version of rich by helping other people live better lives. Okay. Now, one thing I want to say about this part right here, guys, is this is now my life purpose at This point. Okay. So, when I first did this, this was the first time in my life where I was just like, "Wow, okay, that's it. That's that's the thing
that I want to do is helping other people to educate the world because the traditional education system, guys, is is really broken. College degrees can still be good for some careers, don't get me wrong, right? But the traditional education system where you have to go deep in student loan debt in order to Get into a career uh or or you know that kind of thing, it's just broken, right? And I've helped so many people at this point, for instance, just teach other people how to get into their job. Like think about if you had a
time machine, like you've gotten a job, right? If you had a time machine, you could go back to your younger version of yourself and tell yourself exactly what you need to do to get into that job. you probably would have been able to get into it like Five years faster, right? It'd be very easy. Just be like, "Okay, learn this skill, you know, get this certification, uh, network with these people, etc., etc., and you'll get in so much faster, right?" And and it's the case for almost every job out there, right? And so, this is
what I'm really passionate about is helping other people start channels where they're educating other people. And of course, it's not just jobs, right? It's like anything that you're Good at, anything that you already have experience with, any problems that you've overcome, you can help other people overcome those problems, right? And so, uh, they all all the people that I started helping got rich by helping other people live better lives. And the reason for that is because I taught them how to make a very specific type of content, which is educational niche content. And the channels
that are winning today are educational niche Channels. In fact, educational channels make 10 to 20 times more money. And there are more opportunities for every 1,000 views than any other type of content. In fact, in the first month that we launched my second channel, we were able to make about $1,736 per 1,000 views. So, it got about $24,000 views in the first month right off the bat and made about $42,000. So, that's about $1,736 per 1,000 views. So, type in niche Authority channel. type in niche authority channel if you understand how much better this is
because I'm going to go over some examples here of uh the difference between a normal uh entertainment channel an education channel and a niche authority channel. Okay, so entertainment content just to put that in perspective entertainment content makes about $1 to3 per 1,000 views. And so if I would have done the same channel right this same channel Where I started and I got 24,000 views this was a a project that I did. I publicly documented it uh two years ago. I got 24,000 views. And if I would have gotten that same 24,000 views with an
entertainment channel, I would have made about 24 to $73. Okay. So, that's not great. That's not that's not great. Right now, with a typical educational channel like this is kind of uh you know, Mark Robber, Veritasium, that kind of thing. This Type of channel much better. $20 per 1,000 views. That's already right off the bat, that's about 10 times better. Okay, but still with this type of channel, I would have only made about $484 getting $24,000 views in that first month, right? So that's not a full-time income. It's not even close. Um, you know, it's
it's it's still a heck of a lot better than entertainment, though. However, with a niche authority or a Niche educational channel, I was able to make $42,000 in the first month with those 24,000 views. That's $1,736 per 1,000 views. So, this I'm I'm saying this to just really put in perspective the difference in the amount of money you make per view when you make this type of channel versus making like an entertainment channel or even like an educational channel that's kind of mass market education. uh you just make a way more money if you make
a niche ed a Niche educational channel or a niche authority channel where you're actually helping people solve their problems, right? And so with educational content, right off the bat, you're making like 10 times more money than entertainment content, but there's a better type of educational content which is niche educational content where you're properly monetizing your channel. Now, you can do mass a little bit more on the mass market side, right? This Isn't this isn't like a light switch. It's more of a volume knob, right? It's it's more of a spectrum. And so there's channels that
are a little bit more on the mass market side or a little bit more on the niche educational side. I would say my main channel is a little bit more towards mass market um than the the the second channel that I talked about. But I'm, you know, you can still make a heck of a lot more money than this if you're properly monetizing your Channel. So for instance, on my main channel, Shane Hummus, of course, that is a mass market channel with 1.5 1.6 million subscribers now. And that channel makes more or less about $400
per 1,000 views. So, it still makes a ton of money, but you can make way more money if you do niche educational content. And that's what I recommend that people start off with is just talking about a very niche subject and doing that first. And I'm going to get Into that here in a moment because you don't always have to stay with a niche subject if you set up your channel with the hybrid personal brand method, which is something that we'll talk about uh here in a bit. So, let me give you example of niche
educational content. This is the organic chemistry tutor. uh he makes about $43 to $119,000 a month and that's just from AdSense alone according to view stats right now. Usually these tools actually under Represent how much money people are making. For instance, if you look at my channel right now, it'll probably say we make about $10 to $20,000 a month when in reality we make about $50 to $60,000 last month from AdSense. Okay? So, it's definitely underestimating how much people are making because educational channels make money uh make more money from AdSense alone and they make
they have more opportunities on top of AdSense as well like I mentioned before. So, let's just say he's making about 43 to $119,000 a month from AdSense alone. And if he's properly monetizing even remotely well, okay, he's going to be making about $10 to $20 per 1,000 views. Okay? And so that would be about$136 to $273,000 a month uh from this channel total. And that's very conservative estimates. Extremely conservative. Now the interesting thing is check this out. He hasn't uploaded in 177 days. So it's About 6 months, right? Five or 6 months. And he's still
making that much money from the channel passively without uploading anything. And that's because he's been uploading these videos for a very long time. And each video is like a little soldier that just goes out and makes him money forever. And he has a whole portfolio of videos and they all make him a little bit of money every day. And that little bit of money adds up, right? It might just be a few Dollars a day per video, right? But when you have a 100 videos or a thousand videos, it really adds up, okay? Because you
you basically have like a portfolio of digital real estate at that point, right? Um, someone is asking if we are live. Holy cow, I already answered this. Yes, we are live. We are live, guys. Some someone was asking me if we are live. Uh, how do I how do I approve? Renee says, "My connection keeps dropping in and Out." Sarah says, "Can you tell us how to properly monetize the channel?" Yep, we're getting to that. Yep, I am live. Okay. Um, here's another one. Scotty Kilmer. He's in his 70s and he is making content helping
people save money on their cars. Now, one of the great things about him, he is quite entertaining. So, when I say make uh when I say make educational content, I'm not saying by any means that you cannot be entertaining. You can definitely be Entertaining, right? Scotty Kilmer is hilarious if you ever watched him. Okay. Um, but he basically made $24 million from YouTube. And he even said in an interview that he made more money in one month on YouTube than he saved in 40 years as a mechanic. And basically what he does is he just
helps people pick the right cars, maintain their cars, fix their cars, and help them with different car related products and services. That's his whole channel. And basically this stuff is dead simple for him. Okay? And that's one thing I want to point out with the organic chemistry tutor as well. This stuff is dead simple for him. He's just talking about stuff that he was already tutoring people on and he just did the same thing, but he recorded it with a camera and he posted it online. Now, this one is is one of the craziest stories.
physics wall. He came from a small video uh small village in India and his first Videos were in his parents' basement and you can see how bad they are like blurred face looks like it was recorded with potato terrible lighting can't even see the whiteboard etc etc uh but it didn't matter right he started making videos about these standardized tests in India and the standardized tests are incredibly important for your future basically determines what schools you get into what careers you get into etc etc so it's kind of like the ACT and the SAT in
the US so uh but probably a lot more important honestly and he just made videos about these certifications and these standardized uh tests and at first he was just talking about physics and then he expanded to other stuff so let's just put this in perspective how specific this is physics India standardized tests only very specific how he was tutoring people then he started making these videos and he kept going and then he launched a company That's now worth $5.2 2 billion called Physics Walla from that YouTube channel. Now, it's an educational app and it's now
worth $5.2 billion. And it all started making really bad videos in his parents' basement about physics. Okay? Literally just tutoring people like like what he was already tutoring people on, he just did those same sessions on video and post them on YouTube and now he's a billionaire. Right? So that is the power of educational content guys because you Are solving people's problems. You're not dancing on Tik Tok. You're not making prank videos with you know uh co you know with causing people to have a little bit of mindless self-indulgence right you are actually solving people's
problems and you're giving value to the world. So type no excuses if physics wall just killed your my setup isn't good enough excuse. Okay, this is the fundamentals, guys. Understanding these fundamentals. And you might think like, "Oh, Shane, I get it. I get it." No, you don't. Because when I when I look at people's channels, they they don't get it. They don't get it. They're not solving people's problems. They're not Yeah. They don't have a proper niche picked, right? This is the fundamental stuff. If you get this wrong, it doesn't matter how good all the
other stuff you you do is, it's just not going to work. It's like putting salt and pepper on a rotten egg. If the egg is rotten, it Doesn't matter how much salt and pepper you put on it, it's still a rotten egg. it's not going to help, right? But if you have an egg that's actually well cooked and it's good and you put a little bit of salt and pepper on top of it, then it actually tastes a little bit better, right? So, okay, no excuses. Mark, Renee, Craig, Andrew, Emily, Cari, Michelle, Jod, good stuff.
Okay, so now I'm going to hand you the formula for how to do all this. And there is a Secret formula. These are the most important things. So, if I don't talk about it, it's because it's not important. So, type formula in the chat if you want the formula. Love it. Um, Desmond is talking about building a niche authority channel for STEM and STEAM. I love it. Yeah, alternative education is huge. More and more people are homeschooling their kids. That's a really good niche. That's a really good Niche. I think I think the technical word
is alternative education. Um, that's a really good niche, Desmond. Yeah. Yeah, awesome. Okay, very good stuff. Um, uh, someone says, "You won't succeed if you're doing it yourself." Physics wallet started off 100% by himself. 100%. Um, he was doing everything by himself. Um, well, I guess he did have his parents' basement. He did. He did have That. [laughter] Okay, good stuff. A lot of a lot of people commenting formula here. Um, so the first thing is, guys, you need a niche hypothesis statement. Now, generally speaking, there are three niches out there that are the most
profitable niches. And these are really like niche categories, and that is health, wealth, and relationships. So, just to be very clear, there are millions of different niches within Health, wealth, and relationships. Um, and there's also a lot of niches outside of that, and you can make money in all those niches as well. But generally speaking, if you're confused about what niche to go into, you should be going into health, wealth, or relationships as a general category. Okay? And the reason for that is because almost everybody in the entire world has a problem in one or
more of those three areas. And then you need to go ahead and make what's known As a niche hypothesis statement. So what you want to do is you want to pick a niche. And by the way, while we're doing this, go ahead and comment what you think your niche is. Do not say health, wealth, or relationships. Okay? Try to go down deeper than that. Say say something a bit deeper than that. Right? So for instance, uh alternative education would be one for Desmond. help, you know, helping homeschooling, uh, helping people who want to Homeschool their
kids or that kind of thing, right, with education. Um, and I'll probably read a few of them while we're going through this, but I'm actually going to do this to illustrate something as well. So, comment what you think your niche is. And I know a lot of you are probably going to um, end up saying one or two word answers here. Let me let me read a few of these. Uh, alternative education. Awesome. Okay. Divorce, advice on education, helping Men over 40 get lean, healthy, and strong. Nice. Good stuff. anxiety, spiritual guidance, professional home service,
unknown history, homesteading in the suburbs, uh, help. Interesting. Homesteading in the suburbs. I like that. Okay. Uh, helping startups uh, keep from failing. Pette, do-it-yourself gardening, overwhelmed caregivers support. Ah, wow. These are some great niches today, guys. I love these. These these are good. Cindy ADHD coaching and late diagnosed women for late diagnosed women. Constance uh psychology, theology, uh homesteading, alternative education, unsure at the time, um anxiety, real life rural living, uh reflexology, addiction, uh recovery. Very good, guys. Very good. Now, um these were better answers than usual. So, I really like this crowd. This
is great. Um, and I know a lot of you are probably going to end up saying one or two word answers Like I said before when you commented your niche. And I don't blame you for that. U, but that's incorrect. And let me show you why. The niche hypothesis statement goes like this. You select a market or what a lot of people would call a niche, but I call it a market. And that's going to be your X, right? So, a specific market. And then you pick one problem that that market has, right? A specific
problem. And that market might have uh 20 different problems or 200 or 2,000 or maybe even 20,000 different problems, right? They might they might have a massive amount of problems. You're not going to solve all their problems. Okay? It's impossible for you to do that. Um but what you what you can do is you can help them solve one problem. Okay? And specifically, you kind of want to pick something that's a little bit painful or an annoying problem or a problem that isn't being solved very well. Right? So you pick one Problem. Okay? So that's
your why. And then you find a specific solution for that one problem. Okay? So it's going to look like this. I help X do Y or I help X overcome Y. Now the Z part, don't even worry about that right now. The Z is something that we can do later on. But the important part is that you establish there's a market of people and they have a problem that isn't being solved very well. And you're going to help them solve that problem. And that is the Foundation of how markets work. Markets are all about solving
problems efficiently. And if you want to give value and receive money by giving that value, then you really just want to focus on solving as many problems for people in your market as possible, which is what YouTube allows you to do in mass. So, type understand. If you understand why a one-word niche isn't a niche, you need a market and a specific problem. In other words, you need a Niche hypothesis statement. Type understand in the chat. Okay, I think this one should be changed to niche hypothesis statement. type niche hypothesis statement or something like that
or hypothesis. I think that would be much much better. Um, okay, cool. Awesome. Understand? Say, Joyce, Becky, William, Deborah, Sasha, Nick, Daniel. Good stuff. Okay, so let me give you a few examples of how To do this, guys. Now, I'm going to be using the accounting market specifically because for some reason I work with so many accountants. So, I'm going to be using the accounting market, right? So, I'm going to show you a bunch of different levels. And all of these people, by the way, are people that are my clients. I've worked with them or
they're business owners that I've met that are crushing it on YouTube. So, at the very first level is just teaching Students basic accounting concepts. So, that is more of a mass market channel, but it's teaching people basic accounting concepts. So, it's kind of like the organic chemistry tutor, but for accounting. And this person is making really good money, probably pretty close to seven figures a year. And they've been doing it for a very long time. time and they're making really good money and people who are in this market would be interested in a Video like
what is a P&L, right? That would be a video that they'd be interested in. Now, let's go to the second level which is accounting specifically for existing accounting students or someone who just graduated with an accounting degree. So, they got an accounting degree and they're trying to pass standardized tests or pass certifications. So, that would be like physics walla but for accounting, right? Because he was Helping people pass standardized tests and certifications. So, physics walla over accounting and of course in the US instead of India. So, that's the second one and I know for a
fact that this niche is making multiple seven figures a year and people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to become a CPA. Okay, third level helping people land their first ever entry-level accounting job. So, that's another business owner That I know and they are making multiple seven figures a year. Okay, so who's in the market here? um people who just graduated with an accounting degree and they're trying to get their first ever entry-level job. That's the market. And that's different than all of these different ones, right? It's totally
different content than all these different ones. People who are trying to refresh their knowledge on accounting do not want to get an Accounting job, right? Totally different content. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video like how to land a bookkeeping job. Then you've got fourth uh the fourth level. And by the way, guys, I'm going to do five levels, but I could pro I could do 50, 500. I might even be able to do 5,000 just for the accounting market alone. Like, there's seriously that many niches just inside of
the accounting market alone. Okay, so but Let's talk about the fourth level. Um, the people who are already accountants, [clears throat] but they're making $50 to $100,000 a year, and they want to become what's known as a financial controller. So, this is one of my clients as well. He helps people who are already accountants making 50 to $100,000 per year become a financial controller who can make 200 or even 300,000 a year. So totally different types of content when you're targeting That audience, right? And people who are in this market would be interested in a
video like how to become a financial controller. And then finally the fifth level which is basically helping businesses hire accountants. So hiring and placing accountants in businesses. So in that particular case, it's either accounting businesses or big businesses that need accountants and they are actually trying to hire or place really good accountants In their businesses. So even though you're talking about accounting topics, it's still a completely different audience and the type of content that you're going to make is going to be completely different for all those different ones. So I hope you understand why it's
so important to have a niche hypothesis statement even though it's all the same niche, right? It's all accounting because if I would have asked you if you were in one of those niches Before we went over this, uh, you know, hey, what's your niche? You probably would have said, oh, I'm in the accounting niche. Just like all these people, for instance, that commented their niche. And they probably would have said something relatively short like plant education or marriage relationship or teaching, etc. And that's why you have to have a niche hypothesis statement. It's so crucial
that you have this. If you don't know Who you're helping and what problem you're helping them overcome, you have lost from the beginning. Okay? It is so important to have a proper niche hypothesis statement. Now, did you find that valuable? Give me a thumbs up if you thought that was valuable and if you want the niche validator GPT that we're going to be giving out here in a short while, both in the Claude version as well as the chat GBT version. Awesome. Because that's going to help you dial in Your niche hypothesis statement. And I
cannot emphasize how important it is to have that. Even advanced people mess up with this stuff, guys. So, it doesn't matter whether you're advanced or you're a complete beginner. If you get your niche hypothesis statement down at the beginning in the first place, it's going to save you massive amounts of time and it could be the thing that fixes your entire business, right? So, you need to know who you're helping and what you're Helping them do. It's it's extremely important to know that. And people who are in this market would be interested in a video
like how to hire the best accountants. Okay. So, now I'm going to be handing you the blue pill to make you invincible as a creator because once you have your niche down, you are already way better than most people. But you need more than that, right? You need what's known as a hybrid personal brand because you Probably know what personal branding is, right? But when you mix personal branding with the correct niche in our YouTube automation AI system, you're going to have what's known as a hybrid personal brand. Now, one thing you need to understand
is I just told you that you have to have a niche hypothesis statement. But I'm going to say something that's probably going to confuse you a little bit, and that is you are the niche. Okay? So many people Get this wrong. They think their niche is what makes them successful as an educational channel content creator. But when you have a hybrid personal brand, you are the niche. So yes, you are going to start extremely niche with IHELXi. But once you get traction, when you build your channel in the correct way where you're building a hybrid
personal brand, you can then easily pivot to something else. So type I am the niche in the chat if you get it. Type I am the Niche. Okay? I love I love it when people say this. I am the niche. This is also very important to understand. Okay? Because this is what's really going to make you invincible as as a YouTube channel. This is another secret because sometimes people start a YouTube channel and they have some initial success and then they just get stuck in a very small niche and they're not able to expand and
we don't want that to happen to you. So Let me give you an example of this. Alexi now he's really big on YouTube now but he started YouTube about 5 years ago or so somewhere around there. And uh when he first started posting on YouTube, his niche hypothesis statement was I help gyms do marketing and sales, right? So remember very specific person or or or person in the market, right? And then a very specific problem that the market's having. So gyms marketing and sales, right? And now he can talk About anything. Now obviously he's really
well known for his business stuff with all the different types of businesses, but now he can talk about his unconventional diet. This is why you're not happy. He talks about his book launches. talks about how to stop wasting time. And yeah, I mean, now he can talk about anything that he wants. But the point is is that he started niche. And if he tried to do that from the beginning, he probably wouldn't have Had nearly as much success as he has right now. He started off being the king of a puddle, then he became the
king of a small pond and then the king of a lake and then the king of a river and then the sea and then the ocean. Okay? So, you want to start as the king or queen of a small pond first. That's very important. Or or a puddle. The king or king of a king or queen of a puddle first. Okay? But you got to start small. You have to start niche. But don't make Your channel in such a way where you can't expand it. And that's how we teach people to do it with the
hybrid personal brand method. Because when you create a hybrid personal brand, there are so many different ways that you can monetize your channel. And there's so many different directions that you can go both in terms of the content and the topics as how as well as how you make money with your channel. So his AdSense, Affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, networking, memberships, SAS, high ticket offers. Uh Alex Ramoszi basically opened up like an investment fund. He had a portfolio of companies that he invests in and he gets his deal flow from YouTube. So he's making
money from eight and nine figure business owners and making millions of dollars from each one all the way down to doing a SAS that costs a few dollars a month. You could do memberships, you could do Courses, digital products, and so many other things, even physical products, right? The point is all of these different business models work when you have a hybrid personal a hybrid personal brand traffic and you have distribution. People that actually know, like, and trust you on your channel because you built it with the hybrid personal brand method and you've helped them
solve a bunch of their problems. So, they see you as an authority. And not only that, You can even sell the brand or step down as the face of the brand in some cases. So, comment which one is your favorite by the way um out of all these AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsorships, job opportunities, memberships, SAS, high ticket offers. Comment which one is your favorite in the chat. Okay. Scrolling down here. Okay. All right. We've got a lot of I see a good amount of AdSense. AdSense is Great, I have to say, because it's just totally
passive, right? You just post the video and you just get paid. Like, that's nice, right? But like I said, guys, AdSense is just a very tiny slice of the pie. AdSense is less than 5% of what what we make on our channel, okay? Okay, it's a very very tiny slice of the pie. There's a lot lot way there's way more money outside of AdSense than there is in AdSense. But don't get me wrong, AdSense is really nice. Affiliate Marketing is also a really good one. Um, my brother makes most of his money from affiliate marketing.
Um, SAS is software as a service, Allison. Um, and then high ticket offers. High ticket offers is very, very good, especially if you have a super small channel. Um, high ticket offer is going to be one of the best ones, if not the best one. Okay, awesome. Uh, also you can just do all of them, right? That's the beauty about a YouTube channel is you can just Monetize in all of them and that way you have multiple income streams. So if one of them just happens to go down, well, guess what? You got all five
of the other ones, right? Um, awesome. Okay, good stuff. So, let me give you an example of a hybrid personal brand in action. So, Doug Demiro launched this website. So, if you guys didn't know, Doug Deiro has been on YouTube for over 10 years. He's a car review guy. I'm sure a lot of you Guys have seen Doug Demiro on YouTube, right? He he reviews cars and he launched this website called carsandbids.com uh from his YouTube channel. And it's a very, you know, he's been doing it for a long time. And this is an online
car auction website. And he ended up selling this website for $80 million, right? He ended up selling this online car auction website. Now, here's the interesting part, right? This was an online car Auction website. And when he first started on YouTube, online car auctions really weren't a thing. It was just a tiny niche. I mean, there wasn't much money in it, right? But then the pandemic happened, right? And you couldn't go to in-person car auctions. And so what did all those people who would spend their Saturday afternoons at in-person car auctions, what did they do
instead? Well, they started spending their Saturday afternoons on online car Auctions, right? Um, and so this niche absolutely exploded. It got really big. And he was positioned in such a way where he was able to launch his website, promote it hard on his YouTube channel, and then sell it for $80 million. And the whole point here is when Doug Demiro first started his channel over 10 years ago, he had absolutely no idea that an online car auction website was going to be his big break. There's a 0% chance he thought that that was going to
be the Thing that caused him to be a Deca millionaire, right? But he had no idea. And and the thing is guys is you're probably going to have no idea either. I had no idea that there were going to be certain opportunities like this company reaching out to me and me getting equity in the company. Nobody can predict the future, right? So this is a secret way of building your channel where as things happen in the world as uh what people buy changes people's Buying behavior changes as the market changes as you as a human
being change because uh as human beings we are growing breathing evolving people and we want our business and our YouTube channel to grow and evolve with us over time right you might change your interests over time or you change what type of content you want to make over time uh you know you want to build a YouTube channel in such a way that where it can actually evolve with you, right? So, this is the ultimate advantage. A channel that can adapt to changing circumstances, right? That's the ultimate advantage you could possibly have. And that's the
way that you want to build your YouTube channel. And by the way, when we say YouTube channel, obviously, this is about YouTube, but we also build it so that with the YouTube channel, it's kind of the center and then you can syndicate your content to other platforms, right? And we've been Doing this with extreme success. A lot of our clients are having a massive amount of success just reposting the same videos on YouTube on LinkedIn or cutting up their YouTube videos with automated AI systems and then putting them on Facebook and Instagram etc. Uh or
posting the full length videos on Facebook too, right? So we build the YouTube channel content and I just and we just put it on other platforms and syndicate it uh in an automated way or Very close to being automated. Right? So you're getting like two or three times more uh juice for every squeeze that you you do every every single video you upload, right? And if you think this only applies to big educational channels, by the way, guys, well, you're just wrong. Here's some examples of our clients. This worked for Waqen. So, Waqen was 18
years old when we first started working with him, and he was a freshman in college, And he was making all kinds of random content on study skills, productivity content, all kinds of different stuff like that. And he was making content on engineering as well because he was basically a business and engineering double major, but he wasn't really making any money, right? So, we basically sat down, we hashed out his niche, and it became very clear that he should help foreign exchange students get into elite universities in the US. Why? Because he was a foreign exchange
student that got into an elite university in the US. So, we really dialed in his offer and the very first month that he launched or very close to the very first month, he made around $80,000. So, he actually got so many client requests that he was oversubscribed and he had to stop making YouTube videos and weightless customers trying to buy his program because he just had too many people that wanted to Work with him immediately. This is actually a very common occurrence for people inside of our program. We have this ourselves. We're very picky about
who we work with. We can only work with a limited amount of people at a time. And so, we, you know, there's a lot of people that want to work with us and we turn them away. We only accept 18% of people who even try to book a call with us um to even get on a call, right? Um, so basically He had way too many people that wanted to work with him. He had to turn them away. And that's a pretty good place to be as an 18-year-old business owner. That makes every other aspect
of your business better because you're not having to worry so much about getting clients. You can then start worrying about like, okay, are we having the are we getting the right type of person? You don't just have to accept anybody who wants to buy something from you. You're Like, okay, is this the right type of person that I can actually get results for? And we joked around that he was making more money than the president of his university, which he was, which is pretty crazy to think about as a freshman. Here's another example. Richard, we
helped him go from making almost no money whatsoever on YouTube and also being one of the busiest clients that I've ever worked with. He was a product manager at a Fortune50 Company. He was basically working like 60 to 80 hours a week. He had a new baby. He had lots of investments like real estate investment properties, etc., etc., all kinds of different stuff like that. Just a super super busy guy. and he was basically able to grow his channel to $12,000 in a single month despite the fact that he probably could only work about two
hours a month. So yeah, I'm very proud of this case study because it was quite difficult to get Him results because he could only work a couple hours a month. So type 2 hours in the chat if you can find 2 hours a month for this because I'm pretty sure you guys are not busier than Richard. I'm also pretty sure you're not busier than the CMO that I interviewed last week, Andrea, who is working like 80 plus hours a week as a, you know, high-paying CM high paid CMO for a company and she found time
to do this. You're also not any busier than a lot of the doctors That I've interviewed lately that we've gotten great results for. Um, like Dr. Danny, for instance, who's super busy. Uh, you're probably not busier than her. Um, you you can find time to do this. People spend like 4 hours a day on average on their phones. you can definitely find uh two hours a month to uh to make this YouTube channel or what we recommend is about four hours a week. Okay, awesome. So, here's another example. Guy, this One's a really cool story.
He's actually disabled and his goal before working with us is just to make a couple extra thousand a month because he was close to retirement. So, that's 1 to 2,000 extra a month uh was his goal and it was going to supplement his income and significantly increase his quality of life in retirement. Right? This would allow him to go out to dinners with his friends, visit his family more, go on vacations, etc., etc. Now, he's disabled and he has tenitus, which is constant ringing in the ears. A lot of veterans have this. My dad has
it as too. He's a veteran and it's really debilitating. And so, he made this channel with the goal of just making a couple extra thousand a month in retirement. And that was his version of rich. So, he made $1,500 a month with less than 500 subscribers, $446 to be exact. And that was a brand deal for $1,500 a month. and now he's getting Closer to 13,000 subscribers. But the whole point is he hit his goal, which is $1,000 to $2,000 a month with less than 500 subscribers. So, if you don't think that you can make
money from YouTube with a small channel, you absolutely can. And he got his uh he got to his goal with less than 500 subscribers. Now, one more thing about him. Uh this is a really beautiful story and it happens a lot in our program. Life gave him lemons and he turned it into Lemonade. Right? So if you've had problems in your life, those can the silver lining of that is that can be a blessing, right? You can actually help other people overcome those problems and basically just teach other people how to solve those problems which
makes their life better too. And you can get paid to do that, right? So you can it can be a real silver lining. So one simple rule guys to make this happen, start simple and scale fast. You Do not need to show your face all the time if you don't want to. You do not need a fancy camera. You do not need fancy editing, a million-dollar studio, high production quality, or top tier video editing skills. And you definitely do not need to make highly entertaining content. Here's what you do need, and these are the most
important things by far, by the way. Viral video ideas. This is the most important thing after dialing in your niche, right? This is The distribution. Now, when I say viral video ideas, I don't necessarily mean getting the most views, but getting the right views. Okay? Then you need to make titles and thumbnails that get clicks. And then you need to just deliver value to your audience, right? And that is uh much easier to do uh than you think, especially when you use our AI systems, which we're going to give you a taste of those uh
here in a minute. Right now, let's talk about the most important Out of all those things, and that is the viral video ideas. So, I got this from Carl Icon. He's in the finance industry, and basically, uh he would find businesses that were making a ton of money despite being ran terribly. And I took that idea from the finance industry cuz I think some of the smartest people in the world work in finance. and I applied it to YouTube. So, type icon if you want to know more about the icon method. Let's see how many
people uh spell this one right. It is on the screen. Okay, most people spelled it right. Nice. Yeah, he bit of a weird spelling icon. Yeah. Okay, awesome. So, I was the first person to ever do this. So, what I did is I found YouTube videos that had a lot of views despite not having that many subscribers. That's important. It's important that they don't have that many subscribers because if they have a big Channel, they have a big audience and they're going to watch anything that they put out, right? So, they had a lot of
views despite having a small channel and despite the video itself being either mediocre or preferably bad. So, the thumbnail, the title, the intro were either mediocre or bad. So, just as an example, this guy right here, you can see his face is blurry, the doors in better focus than his face, his audio is really bad, and he was drunkenly ranting For 25 minutes about college degrees. and yet he still got 760,000 views even though it was an objectively bad video. So this was the thumbnail by the way right here. Then what you do is you
steal the idea of the video and you make a better version of the video. So the most worthless college majors, you could change the keyword a little bit or just keep the same keyword and boom, the most useless degrees. That's what I did, right? The point is you just keep the Title very similar. You change it slightly. Uh same format, same value proposition, make a better video and boom, that's what happens. So, I made a better video with almost the same title, right? The most useless degrees versus the most worthless college majors. Very similar. And
then I made a better thumbnail, a better video, and it blew up and got millions of views. So, this is what I've been doing now for the last 6 years now, guys. This is my secret. The icon method is the most powerful way to do it. Now, there's different versions of the icon method. So, for instance, on our channel, we do it with revenue instead of views typically because we don't really care about getting that many views at this point. We care much more about like getting the right views, getting the revenue. Um, but the
best way to do it when you start off with it is to is to just do it with views, right? Which is what we tell you To do it now uh with like this. Also, you can do this with other platforms. You can find uh content that did really well on like Instagram or or Facebook and then reverse use the icon method and then, you know, make videos on YouTube as well. With that being said, this is the method that we always teach people to start with. The other versions of the icon method are a
bit more advanced, right? So, this is there's a bit more to it than that, but this is the gist of It. So, once you get these down and you join our program, finding video ideas will never be an issue for you ever again. Once you get this down, giving the value, quite literally, your videos will do all the work for you. So, type nice if you thought the icon method was valuable, guys. Type nice in the chat because it is it is extremely important um that you get this down. The icon method is super super
important. choosing the right niche, monetizing Your channel correctly, and then actually having the right ideas. These three things are very, very important, guys. Very important to get these down. Okay, let's see. I'm going to scroll to the bottom. Nice. All right. All right. Good stuff. Now, let's talk about what it takes for you to be a part of this YouTube gold mine. So, type ready if you're ready to hear what it takes. Type ready in the Chat if you're ready to hear what it takes while I drink a little bit of Coke syrup. Okay. [clears
throat] Okay. Um, ready. Angela's ready. Karen's ready. Cassandra, Noel, Pam, Sudep, Pixie, Amy, Julie, Jerry, they're all ready. Okay. With no daily uploads. if you don't want to. So, click the link in the chat to get access to this early because there are a few bonuses that we're only giving to people that get this early access to and you'll have a higher chance of getting those bonuses if you Actually book a call now. Or you can type in gosh.com/coaching or scan the QR
code with your phone. So, here's what you get access to inside of CGE. And by the way, guys, we're going to go over these bonuses here. You'll get all of these when you join the program, but some of them you don't even need to join the program to get. And by the way, guys, if you know somebody who'd be great at this, share this with them. You know, a cousin, a family member, a friend, um, send them this link because we can teach them how to do it the right way instead of spinning their wheels
for years and wasting their time. We've literally had two sisters join together before. And I just interviewed one of them recently, um, Farah, and she's crushing it, and her sister is right behind her. So, Farah's making a full-time income, about six figures a year from her tiny YouTube channel, and Her sister is making a few thousand dollars a month already from her tiny YouTube channel as well, right? So, I'm probably going to be interviewing your sister here pretty soon. And uh by the way, who's booking a call right now? Go ahead and comment in the
chat if you're booking a call because we have a special bonus for you. And also, you guys should only book one call, one person, one email, and one call. Okay? Booking two does not get you anything extra. The Bonuses are tied to you, not to how many you book. All a second booking does is take a slot away from someone else here on this workshop, and our team cancels duplicates anyways. So, you might even lose the time that you actually wanted. So, if you accidentally booked twice, keep the time uh that you like and cancel
the other one. And guys, the last time that we did this, we were fully booked and we couldn't even open up more slots even if I wanted to. So, I guess so I suggest that you book now while you can cuz once I drop those bonuses, people just swarm the calendar. Okay? So, go to go.shenheim.com/coaching, scan that QR code or click the link in the chat. So, first we are going to help you pick a profitable niche. We have a bunch of YouTube coaches with 100K subscriber plaques. the best of the best and they will
help you find and pick the best niche and that niche will be in Between being the most profitable one where it's sustainable, it's profitable, and also something that you're passionate about. Next is the mindset section. So, you might be having a hard time starting even though you know that you just have to make videos consistently to be successful on YouTube. And I get it, it sounds easy, but it's hard to put your mind into making videos or having success on YouTube. And you probably Would have started YouTube or you probably would have had success on
YouTube already if it was that easy, right? Even business owners face mindset issues. This module helps with that. This helps remove all the overthinking, all the imposttor syndrome and it helps you take action fast. And this is actually when I ask people these first two are usually their favorite modules. The niche selection. People are just obsessed with this. And then also the Mindset section. Even though a lot of people don't really think that they need the core foundations. Another thing that I'll say about this is it's going to help you understand that if you follow
our system, success is inevitable. Right? If you follow the system, you will understand that uh when you go through this on a deep, logical, emotional, almost on a spiritual level that if you follow the system, success is inevitable. YouTube is a game where The only way you lose is if you quit posting, right? For some people, like my brother, it was his very first video that he posted. It blew up, got over 800,000 views. He went from zero to full-time income in less than one month. Right? For some people, it takes 5, 10, 15, 20
plus videos. But if you follow the system, success is inevitable. And you will understand that on a logical level when you go through this. Number three is the content genesis system. This shows you how to find viral video ideas in your niche that will have a higher chance of getting views and going viral. And in my opinion, this is my favorite module because I think this is the most valuable one out of all of them. This is where the secret is right here. Finding the right video ideas. And by the way, guys, just got word.
Um the slots are almost gone. We only have a few left. So don't wait on this. Go to go.shinhome.com/coaching /coaching or click the link in the chat right now. Okay, so we had yeah a certain amount of slots open and we already had well over yeah over 80 submissions right now it looks like. Okay, so the next is the holy trifecta. This is where we go over how you can make your thumbnail, your title, and your intro to package the viral video idea to have the highest chance of success for your video uh to get
views. So, all three need to be good and you Want to make sure that they're congruent as well. Next is the script writing alchemy system. This is where we help you write scripts with the help of AI to get your writing time down to less than 1 hour per video or in many cases way less than that. Okay. Um, so just as an example, my brother who got his video his very first video got over 800,000 views. He only spent about 15 minutes on the script, right? In fact, it was less than 15 minutes and
it wasn't an AI slop Script. it was a good script that sounded like him where the information came from him. Um, and that video did extremely well is also optimized for YouTube, right? And we show you that exact same system. Next is the viral video creation system. This is where we actually turn things into a system and this is what makes it possible to only work one or two hours a week on your YouTube channel and in some cases if you're a very busy business Owner, zero hours a week or a couple hours a month.
And this is done with these systems that I talk about, but also our own in-house AI that we only allow our clients to use, right? So, uh, the in-house AI, like I said, that we only allow our clients to use and the niche validator is going to be one example of that. Um, we're going to be dropping that here in a minute. And this is just it's just a fraction of the sample of the power of the AI systems That we give to our clients. And we have systems for almost every problem that you could
imagine on YouTube. So, just as an example, there's some people that have the wrong YouTube settings. They they mess up their YouTube settings and they have a 0% chance of their channel taking off because their YouTube settings are messed up, right? So, we have an AI for that. You can screenshot your YouTube settings and it'll tell you uh what's right and what's wrong based On our best practices that we found over the years depending on, you know, your niche and the different types of channels, etc., etc., right? So, we have an AI for that, right?
So, we have an AI for just about every problem that you could possibly imagine on YouTube. We have an AI that solves that problem, right? And lastly is the cash code system. This is where we actually make money out of the views you're getting, even if you're Not getting a lot of views. And it's very, very important that you're actually monetizing correctly. And I think we might have a few slots left, guys. Uh, we had 154 total submissions so far. So, 154 people already submitted. Um, I I'll have to take a look at a calendar,
but yeah, definitely click on that link. We I'm not sure how many slots we have left. So yeah, take those spots now. Go to go.shmas.com/coaching. Click the link in the chat right now. And that's just a taste of what's inside of the community. You don't just get one or two tools, you get the entire arsenal. Custom GPTs, Cloud Skills, all built for one thing, which is growing and monetizing your channel. And our clients are getting updates in real time and they are loving it. And the tools that we don't build ourselves, we tell you exactly
which ones are worth your time. Gemini, Descript, Pixels, and much More. So whether you run Chat GP or cloud, there's going to be a tool sitting here ready for you. No guessing, no piecing it together yourself. This is just a taste of what's waiting inside. And out of curiosity, type in the chat which AI do you actually prefer to use. Um, I think a lot of people are probably going to say Claude, I'm guessing, but there might be some people that like Chat GPT as well. And Chat GPT is really solid. Uh we've found that
Claude Consistently is the best when it comes to creative work, content creation, um anything that has to do with that. Uh writing for instance, Claude is the best by far, right? Um chat GBT is quite good at some other things though. Uh there's certain things that chatbt is really really good at too. Um all right, most people are saying Claude. Uh uh second most is ChatBT. A few people are saying Gemini. Uh, I see Perplexity. Um, couple other ones, too. Nice. Okay, cool. Good stuff. Plus, you get one-on-one coaching calls and dedicated client success manager,
one-on-one dedicated chat support with all of our coaches, multiple weekly group coaching sessions, access to an exclusive group of hybrid personal brand YouTubers, and access to the most powerful content creation AI systems on Earth. Okay, so and and this is what uh just a peek inside of our private Community. These are real wins coming in every single day. One member just hit uh 10,000 subscribers and 1 million views, grew 5x in a few months. Another person finally landed their first 10 leads straight from YouTube. Another one closed a $75,000 a year contract inbound straight off
the platform. Someone else made their first $10,000 from YouTube. Someone else 4xed their subscriber count in a single month. Another person crossed 5,000 subscribers And 39,600 views on a channel with just 800 subscribers. Uh so this is not a course that you just buy and forget about. This is a community of people winning together every single day. And these are just a few of them. This is what our group looks like on any given day. So, if you want results like this, book a call with us now and we'll look at where your channel's at.
See if you're a fit. Um see if we're a good fit to work together as well and map out a Plan um that would actually take uh map out what it would actually uh take you to get results like this. So, go to go.shinhus.com/coaching or click the link in the chat right now. And one other thing that I'll say about this guys is think about anything that you've ever gotten good at in your life, right? Just think about think back to anything you've ever gotten good at. It might be a subject in school or a
sport or an instrument that you got good at or Some kind of skill that you got really good at. Chances are maybe your job for instance, right? Chances are you were in an environment where you had a bunch of people that were trying to do the same exact thing, right? So maybe it's a class or or or some sort of sport. Everyone's trying to get better at the sport. everyone's trying to get better at the instrument, etc. So, you were in an environment like that where everyone all wanted all had a shared goal. They All
wanted to get better at that thing. Then you had people that were a little bit less good than you, people that were on your level, people that were a little better than you, and you had a mentor and a teacher on top of you that could oversee things, right? So, they could tell you what your blind spots are, telling tell you what you're doing well, tell you what you're not doing well, etc., etc. And this is the environment that makes it easy to get results. It Actually makes getting good at something easy. Because you know
what's really really difficult to get uh uh to do is to get really good at something when you're just sitting on your computer. You don't know anybody else who's doing it and you're trying to get really good at this skill of YouTube without knowing anybody else that's doing the same thing. You're like the only one doing it. It's going to be very very difficult to get good at YouTube, right? So, think Back to all the times that you got good at anything you got good at in your life. Um, chances are it was in a
situation like this. So, go to go.shmas.com/coaching. Click the link in the chat right now. This is one of the reasons why we get people such insanely good results is because of the fact that we set up a situation, an ecosystem, an environment that just makes getting really good at YouTube extremely easy. So, you don't Need to have a channel to book a call, guys. Most of the people that we work with, in fact, almost all these people right here, um, were total beginners. They did not have a YouTube channel. Uh, you do not have to
have a YouTube channel to book a call. Right? With that being said, if you do already have a YouTube channel and you're not having success with it, it's probably because you're making some fundamental mistakes that we can help you fix. So, go to Go.shm.com/coaching or click the link in the chat right now. Um, and this is the exact system that's responsible for 0 to 10K in just 18 days. Here's an example. Bro, I just hit my first 10K within 18 days of launch. Uh, I don't even have 1K subs yet. This is nuts. Thank you,
man. This is the system that's responsible for these results as well. So, um, this right here is usually there's a shaded region. Um, you can kind of see like this is a normal views graph, what a Typical views graph looks like. So, you can see there's a shaded region. That's your typical views. And then this is the line. That's how much that video did, right? In terms of views. And you'll notice there's no shaded region here. And I was looking in this client account and I noticed that as well. I was like, "What in the
heck is going on? Why is there no shaded region? Um, this this doesn't make any sense." And what I realized is this client had been posting On YouTube for over 8 years. And they had never had a single video take off. They were basically spinning their wheels for eight years posting on YouTube, spending thousands and thousands of hours of time and effort on YouTube, and they never had a single video take off. Their best videos ever did like a few thousand views, right? And then their very first video with us or one of their very
first videos got over 180,000 views and it was so much More than their average that it actually broke the YouTube Studio uh AI or or UI user interface, right? And it either didn't show the shaded region at all or it was so low that it actually blended in with the X-axis. So that is an example of how well our systems work. And this person, by the way, had taken every other YouTube coach, every other YouTube course out there, and he wasn't getting results. And then not only that, but this person actually started making Six figures
a month from YouTube, too. Um, and yeah, even if you think you're not an authority, guys, this can help. This can work because we will help you with that because first of all, you definitely are an authority in something because if you spent if you're if you're on the older side, that means you've spent thousands of hours doing something in your life. You have problems that you've overcome. Again, think back to the time machine uh situation, right? If You had a time machine and you could go back and help the younger version of yourself solve
certain problems in your life or or maybe get your job faster, any any sort of thing, right? Learn a skill faster, how much time, effort, and money would you have saved yourself? If the answer is a lot, then you could help other people solve the same problems, too, right? So, um yeah, this works whether you think you're in authority or not. Uh you probably are in authority. Um you probably do have experience, but even if you think you don't, sometimes it's actually more relatable for people that are like a little bit on the on the
lower side, like let's just say you're a five out of 10 or a three out of 10. Sometimes it's easier for you to teach a 1 out of 10 how to get to three out of 10 or five out of 10 if you're not an expert, right? Yeah. And all of our coaches have 100k sober plaques to help you, right? So, This person right here started on YouTube. This person was a complete 100% beginner.
