starting a company you need to work extremely hard so what does working super hard mean when my brother and I were starting our company instead of getting an apartment we rented a small office and slept on the couch we showered at the YMC da and had just one computer the website was up during the day and I was coding at night 7 days a week all the time you have to work hard like every waking hour that's the advice I would give particularly if you're starting a company if you do the simple math say someone
else is working 50 hours a week and you're working 100 you'll get twice as much done over the course of a year as the other person number two great product you've got to ensure that whatever you're doing is a great product or service it has to be truly outstanding if you're a new company and you're entering a completely new industry or Market the standard might be lower for your product or service but if you're competing in an existing marketplace with large entrenched competitors your product or service needs to be significantly better it can't just be
