[Music] let us introduce the production system based on the just in time Concept in which we produce only what is needed when it's needed and in the amount needed before implementing just in time we applied the push system where parts were delivered from the previous process to the next regardless of what was actually needed with the just in time method we now use the pull system where parts are pulled from the previous process only in quantities needed for the next process first cards called kanban are attached to the part or parts box workers remove the

kanban cards when using the part or the first piece in the Box they then go to the preceding process with the kanban to retrieve the corresponding part or parts box [Music] when the parts are retrieved a kanban for those parts is removed and sent to the previous process with production instructions this is the basic concept of just in time
