hey welcome back to the channel let me ask you a question what if there was a way that you could say certain words in a certain way to a certain person that would almost hypnotically lead them from not knowing who you are to being ready with credit card out maybe even throwing cash at you to become a customer or a client is that possible well it actually is and i've got a strategy i want to teach [Music] hello and subscribe i'm just kidding but subscribe so in this video we're talking about how to hypnotically turn
a stranger into a client it's not quite as extreme as that but it's very very effective okay we're not actually hypnotizing anyone but we are creating a feeling that strongly compels someone to take action on your offer your training your course your coaching whatever the case may be it's a big issue in our space right now not been able to generate enough clients we have an endless amount of marketing strategies we can be posting on social media uploading videos like this running paid ads on facebook uh youtube there's tik tok there's linkedin there's different sales
funnels you know there's an abundance of different strategies no matter what we use people still seem to have the problem of a lack of clients or people buying your stuff we need to learn from that that shows us that it's not so much the strategies that's the problem it's what we're saying on top it's the messaging on top of the strategy think about it facebook ads are great for one person and trash for the next well they're using the same platform with the same you know you know ability to run an ad to the same
audience there's the same ability here but someone can win and someone can lose what's the difference it's the messaging it's what they're saying and it's how they're attracting someone so i'm going to teach you a strategy right now that i usually reserve for just teaching my clients and it works very very well and it's called displayed understanding you should go ahead and write that down displayed understanding as the name suggests is where we are saying and doing things that is displaying to the person watching us and listening to us that we know who they are
we understand their problems and we have the perfect solution for them they're feeling understood it is one of the biggest things that we have to create with our marketing messaging is understanding it's making sure that person feels understood it's what they it's what they want more than anything to make a buying decision when you have a problem think about it when you've got an issue or a problem or something that needs solved and you see an ad from someone that doesn't really compel you it doesn't make you feel understood it's just providing a solution but
perhaps not the solution and then you see an ad from someone else that describes your situation so accurately that it's like they're speaking just to you you know that that ad or that video or that sales funnel or that webinar you know that that is being positioned for hundreds thousands tens of thousands of other people on that same day but there's something about the message that felt pinpoint accurate for your situation right now if that happens you are far more inclined to move forward with that person and take action on their offer than anyone else
and now we might have the same offers there might be 20 30 40 50 people that can offer you the same solution but the person with the right marketing message that displayed understanding of your situation they're going to win you as a client so how do we achieve this well there's a bunch of ways that we can do it and i teach on this for many hours inside of some of my training programs but i'm going to give you a little glimpse into it right now and give you one strategy storytelling storytelling is really really
powerful you've probably heard of it before right telling your story let the audience get to know you in your videos in your webinars in your marketing funnels all right tell a story let them get to know you well that's powerful yes but it's not the most powerful that story could be what we want to do instead of telling just our story for the sake of building a bit of trust we want to tell our story in a way that we know will relate to the ideal uh client avatar so you need to first do your
research on who is it specifically that you're wanting to speak to who is it specifically that you're wanting to help what are their problems how are they experiencing those problems because the way that it manifests for them might be different for someone else what are their pains how is this frustrating them how is it affecting their life who do they have around them what age bracket are they in all of these things we do our research on that person and now when we're telling a story guess what we can say and do stuff in that
story that we know hits on all the points they've got we're not telling lies we're not making up a story but we are hand selecting the parts of our story that we know are going to relate to them so if i'm targeting someone with um a youtube advertising training program right and i know that my client avatar are people that are already on facebook and they're trying to run ads on facebook and it's not working and they're wasting money and they're feeling confused by the tech and all of this stuff and i'm now offering a
solution which is youtube and if i also know that that avatar is probably gonna have an objection to youtube because they're gonna think it's just the same as facebook they're gonna lose money just like they did before that they're not they don't have any confidence in just another ad platform i'm going to take all of that into account and when i tell a story i'm going to display understanding so when i tell a story rather than just talking about i found it difficult to grow my business and then hey presto i found a great marketing
strategy on youtube i'm gonna tell a story about how i struggled on facebook how it was so frustrating how i didn't understand all the buttons and things that you could do and other people made it sound so simple yet i just couldn't get it and then i spent some money and i woke up the next morning and i spent a thousand bucks and i didn't have anything to show for it and i felt deflated frustrated all these things were happening and i heard other people talking about other marketing strategies and i just assumed it'd be
the exact same situation again so i didn't give them the time of day and then i decided i've got to give this another shot and i decided to dabble in youtube because i heard that there was some you know great strategies over there that i could use so i started to dabble on youtube i didn't really believe in it but i thought hey i'll just give it a go and lo and behold i turned on some ads the next day i woke up i'd spent a thousand bucks like i did on facebook but i had
two clients worth 2 000 each and i was blown away and i did more and blah blah blah and the story continues so what i've done in that story obviously i would expand on that and script it better but i'm displaying understanding that person is going well that's me i'm on facebook right now and it's not working i'm frustrated um i don't think i'm making all the right decisions i don't think i believe there's another platform that could be better so the way i've just told that story is gonna is gonna hook them in as
