love the idea of making someone's travel experience a bit more enjoyable that's a great perspective how do you handle stress or pressure I try to stay organized and keep a cool head for instance when I worked as a barista we had some insanely busy mornings I found that making a mental checklist and taking things one step at a time really helped keep the stress in check sounds like a good strategy can you give an example of a time you provided excellent customer service sure once a customer at the cafe was really dissatisfied with their order
I listened to their concerns apologized and quickly remade their order to their liking they were so grateful that they became a regular it felt good to turn that situation around nice job how would you deal with a passenger who refuses to comply with flight safety instructions safety is non-negotiable I'd calmly explain the reasons behind the instructions and the importance of their compliance for everyone's safety if they still didn't comply I'd follow the airlines procedures escalating the issue if necessary good to know tell us about a time you worked as part of a team in college
I was part of a project group that organized a charity event we faced some disagreements initially but we focused on our common goal and communicated openly the event was successful and it really highlighted the power of teamwork for me teamwork is crucial what do you think are the most important qualities for a flight attendant to have definitely a friendly demeanor and patience but also the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations gracefully absolutely how do you feel about wearing a uniform and adhering to strict appearance standards I completely understand the importance of
presenting a professional image I have no issue with wearing a uniform and following the guidelines to ensure a positive representation of the airline how would you handle a situation where a fellow crew member is not pulling their weight I believe in teamwork and would first try to offer my support or help to the crew member if the issue persisted I'd consider discussing it with them privately to find a solution together and why should we hire you over other candidates I bring not only a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and travel but also a strong commitment
