okay if you no longer want to be absolutely cooked you need to start zygo pulling this has been a part of my routine for over a year and a half and is fundamental to making your zygos pop and transforming your face what you want to do is take your thumbs and wedge them between your very final back tooth and your zygomatic bone SL cheek okay like this okay and when you're in that position you want to kind of massage upwards and outwards against your zygomatic bone with your thumb I wouldn't recommend pulling too hard unlike
thumb pulling this exercise is more focused at kind of loosening the fascia loosening everything so that thumb pulling me anything else you're doing is more effective and the bones are a bit more manable I'd recommend kind of massaging for two to 3 minutes every day before you thumb pull and before you tongue chew or before you do anything else that provides any upward force on your pallette to make your bones and maxilla develop more
