quasi here you know all throughout history there have been ancient societies that understood and benefited from harnessing the power of their mind yet when you take a deeper look there seems to be no mainstream media coverage of these teachings that are so common amongst these secret societies why my theory is that understanding the true potential of the human mind can be so powerful that there are certain powers that be in the world that want to keep it hidden under lock and key but today I want to tell you about a pretty eye-opening story dating back
to the 1820s you see there was once a New York Stone worker by the name of William Morgan who infiltrated the Freemason Society although he wasn't a Freemason himself he was able to gain access to some of the more guarded secrets that they wanted to keep hidden away from the masses and with these findings he threatened to publish a book that would expose the freemason's secrets as the news got around Panic spread through the whole Freemason society and in order to keep William Morgan from exposing these secrets he was arrested under false pretenses and when
he was taken away for these made-up crimes he was never to be seen again sounds kind of similar to some of today's stories of influences trying to expose the truth and then being arrested for it don't you think but the reason I'm telling you this story is because what could be so valuable and secretive that it would drive people to make these whistleblowers go missing could it be access to some secrets to reality creation or maybe methods to gain the power of your subconscious mind if this story doesn't convince you of the power that the
Freemasons yield by leveraging the power of their mind then let me show you some of the most notable Freemasons that we're well aware of George Washington Harry Houdini Mozart Winston Churchill or individuals who've gone on to change the world around us but why am I telling you all of this well despite their efforts this knowledge of reality creation that the Freemasons knew all too well is no longer the guarded secret that it once was and that's why in today's video I'm going to lift the lid on everything after years of studying this I've come to
find that the most powerful way to control your mind and ultimately your reality is through accessing one part of your mind and this is known as the subconscious mind and in today's video I'm going to show you exactly how you can do this for yourself now there are two main parts to this video first I'm going to show you a cycle a key cycle to reprogramming the subconscious mind known as the self-reprogramming cycle and next you're going to learn why most people fail to reprogram themselves with affirmations because of one key missing ingredient known as
confirmations and this is probably going to be one of the most valuable videos you see in all of 2023 if not for the rest of your life and you know I'm going to be honest with you this is going to be long so if you don't have time to watch this in full right now just go through it in 2x skim over it watch your videos how you usually watch it just to get the general idea and then save it to your watch later so you can watch it in detail later on so with that
let's get started in this video I'm going to be sharing with you what's known as the self-reprogramming cycle and what we're going to touch upon is what's known as the reticular activating system and why we've been unconsciously and subconsciously programmed to be a certain way and we've been functioning like that our whole lives so first of all what you must know and what you probably already know from now is that Focus creates attraction okay so whatever you focus on you track more and more of in one of the previous videos I've shared with you how
we keep focusing on the wrong things and that's why the wrong things come more and more so we're in a state of scarcity where we focus on expressing dissatisfaction when things don't go away as opposed to expressing gratitude when things do go our way so to give an example when I was doing business and I do business and I bring in clients into my program when I had my first 20K month I was actually sad because I was looking at the clients that I didn't sign rather than focusing and being grateful for the clients that
I did and I saw that as absolute Insanity that's what woke me up it's like wow I just hit my year-long goal and now I I'm bitching and complaining about it right so what you got to know this that Focus creates a attraction whatever you focus on you're bringing into your life ask yourself this where is the focal point of your attention is it on being grateful for what you do have noticing what you do have or noticing what you don't have and the lack of it right and the second thing you've got to know
is as a result of this conditioning we've been stuck in what's known as the law of hypnotic rhythm okay this is a concept from outwitting the Devil by Napoleon Hill and it's basically a way to explain why people are unable to break free from certain habits whether this be the habit of doing an action or the habit of thinking right so he says that 98 of the population is stuck in this law of hypnotic rhythm and they're unable to break free only the two percent are actually consciously able to think and use their minds the
rest are unconsciously subject to it when I explain to you this self-reprogramming cycle this is going to make a lot of sense and you're going to learn how to break free from this law of hypnotic rhythm it is possible to break free from it despite what people might say and what we want to do is break free from the unconscious conditioning we've been put through but rather get to a point where we consciously program ourselves to create success and even though I'm going to share with you how to subconsciously get to that default I still
want you to be conscious because if you attract success unconsciously you will always suffer your success okay what I mean by that is you know let's say you win the lottery but you unconsciously want it you don't know how it happened it seems to you like it's luck right because it's a one-time thing you'll see that most lottery winners end up losing their money anyways right most people who get a win and unconsciously attract something they lose it anyways kind of like uh trust fund babies they don't earn their money they don't consciously create it
as a result they lose it this is the poor people mindset they want to get a quick win quick win quick win give me the lottery win you know just pay my bill for this month that's it just just this month I need to survive this month they think of survival rather than thrival this is why we're stuck at the lowest level Paradigm the Paradigm of just having having okay so with that let's get to the self-reprogramming cycle and I'm going to show you why it is your thinking processes what it is right now and
how to get it to a point where you choose whatever thoughts you have and whatever you accept okay so first of all what you've got to understand is that we all have thoughts right and this is where it starts off it always starts off at the thought and these thoughts come from society in the form of incoming thoughts or they can be outgoing thoughts this is the ones you consciously choose okay so incoming thoughts are the thoughts you get programmed with through TV media advertising whatever it may be outgoing thoughts are the ones you're choosing
to focus on okay so the beginning of the self-reprogramming cycle is at the thought some thought comes in you choose to accept it or you don't and you attribute emotion to it you connect a thought with an emotion and what happens is this emotion actually charges this thought okay so you move around between thought and motion thought emotion you see oh do I like this thought yes or no you begin to resist the thought you hate it or you like the thought and you accept it right so to give you an example thought comes in
oh quasis batted making videos and then I start to get insecure I feel insecure the emotion is insecurity right and then what happens is as a result of that over time this starts to become a belief okay and now I start to believe that I'm bad at making videos because there's enough thought and enough emotion that it's been conditioned into a belief but remember I didn't choose this okay this was an incoming thought somewhere maybe I saw something or maybe I saw someone else's video and uh you know I thought to myself oh maybe I'm
mad I'm bad at making videos some incoming thought condition me that way because why on Earth would I choose that why why on Earth would this be an outgoing thought so thought emotion and now belief is quasi is bad at making videos what happens the crazy thing that happens is once I start to believe this a little bit I believe this a little bit it still isn't strong enough to be a conviction it's still not a at the law of hypnotic rhythm okay there's still room for change when this becomes a belief an interesting phenomenon
occurs what's known as your Ras your reticular activating system gets programmed with this belief to the point where you start to look for proof of it okay the interesting thing is once your Ras is programmed you start looking for this whether this be consciously or unconsciously more often than not it's unconscious you unconsciously start looking for proof of this right your mind just gets programmed to ignore all else and just focus on this belief so initial thought this was a bad video right maybe I say this oh you know this is a bad video and
then the emotion is like oh no this is a bad video and over time it goes you know it gets charged up with the emotion and I go quasi's bad at making videos belief RS gets programmed quasi is bad at making videos look for where quasi is bad at making videos you become like a robot and what happens is now once your Ras gets programmed you look for confirmation you look for confirmation that quasi is a bad video maker so now I'm going unconsciously looking for proof that I am a bad video maker so I
scroll through my comments and I see that one person who says quasi your videos are you know this didn't make any sense at all and now this becomes a conviction all right so then this becomes a conviction and you start to really accept it this is the level of getting stuck at the law of hypnotic rhythm okay so now it's difficult to change it over time this conviction gets stronger and stronger it keeps going through this cycle again and again because now this is a belief and you start to go through this Ras again you
look for confirmation again conviction conviction conviction okay this is the process that Cycles Ras is still programmed you look for confirmation and then it becomes a conviction again stronger conviction stronger conviction stronger conviction until it becomes very difficult to break free from this belief if you look at people who've been living a certain way for 30 40 years and they've been in a certain belief that oh I'm just not good enough I'm just not good enough and then they find out about Law of Attraction mindset work they begin on this journey of changing their beliefs
it becomes very difficult for them because for their whole lives they've been conditioned like this so if you're a parent watching this video make sure you are careful of what your children believe okay the younger you change them but the better so what we want to do what our goal with all of this is is to consciously change our cycle and consciously choose the kind of thoughts we want okay so what you've got to know is that it starts off at the level of thought the thought evolves into a belief and then the belief evolves
into a conviction these are the three levels that is the highest level of belief this is the lowest level of belief it initially comes as an opinion right this thought is just an incoming opinion you know quasi this video is bad it's just an opinion I could choose to accept it or I could choose to not depends what you do here is how you consciously override this process I want you to pay close attention to this let's say you now want to say oh quasi is actually a good video maker all right I want to
program myself with quasi is good at making videos so that I can confidently keep making videos like this okay quasi is a good video maker outgoing thought outgoing thoughts are the ones we choose consciously incoming thoughts are the ones we don't choose but we actually accept anyways because we're innocent outgoing thought quasi is a good video maker put emotion onto it start visualizing myself start experiencing quasi being a good video maker charge it up more and more it becomes a belief it becomes a little belief okay it's still not strong enough it just becomes a
little belief now what happens is we must consciously do this because the belief isn't strong enough we have to consciously program our Ras to look for proof so now we have to override this process and look for confirmation straight up so now I'm going to scroll scroll through the comments and see proof of this video being good you know sometimes I'll look for proof and I'll say um okay there's proof someone said this video is really good quasi thank you for helping me great quasi's a good video maker awesome confirmed it's becoming conviction okay this
is becoming a little bit of a conviction but we need to keep working with this whole cycle over and over again to break free from that all conditioning because remember I said we were unconsciously programmed to express dissatisfaction rather than Express gratitude at what is good so as I do this over time this Ras gets naturally programmed to accept this idea and start looking for ways that quasi is good at making videos oh this video got 15 000 views quasi is really good see it's going to happen because I'm really good at making videos you
know I am actually really good at making videos then you actually start to believe it because this conviction starts to get stronger and stronger and the next thing you know it you start to focus on things that you do want to see and ignore things what you don't want to see that's the state we want to get to ignore the one or two haters you have on your videos and focus on the like us the people that actually like the video and benefited from it right because not everyone's going to resonate with what you're saying
there's going to be some haters anyways so this is the self-reprogramming cycle and this is after years of you know understanding all of this stuff learning all of this stuff this is what we teach in the reality Mastery Program for my clients this is what I've personally used in my life what I've come up with and uh 100 you want to intercept it at this stage at the thought stage be careful what you accept this is an incoming one and this is an outgoing one outgoing ones you want to be careful of what we do
nowadays is we take the incoming thoughts and make them outgoing thoughts you don't have to accept the incoming thoughts they're just ideas remember that someone says oh there's going to be an earthquake tomorrow you don't have to accept it right you can be prepared for it but you don't have to worry about it 24 7 and send it out and talk to everyone like oh this could be an earthquake tomorrow earthquake tomorrow earthquake tomorrow no you've become prepared for it you inform people no Panic no emotion no emotion at that stage oh quasi's making better
making videos oh that's your opinion that's your opinion right and then this doesn't become a belief because there's no emotion onto it there's no you didn't put any emotion onto quasi's bad at making videos this was a bad video Maybe but that's your opinion right other people are saying it's good other people are saying it's bad so this explains why you know we scroll through our videos and we see the one bad comment and we're like this is bad two bad comments this was bad right so we're trying to protect something we're coming from scarcity
our Ras has been programmed to notice the bad instead of noticing the good so we want to use this whole cycle to override this process let's talk about affirmations first of all what you've got to understand is that affirmations are catered to changing your own beliefs at the subconscious level now as we've grown up we've heard certain things we've seen certain things you know we've experienced certain things and they've wired us to be a certain way as a result of that we have developed this own self-image for ourselves what we're capable of doing what we're
incapable of doing so what affirmations are tailored to do is change this self-image at a subconscious level so if used correctly they can be very very powerful but the problem is most people use them incorrectly and I've had to learn this the hard way myself why most people fail to use affirmations correctly is because they're not able to understand how the mind actually works now see how the mind works is that it works on Division and multiplication so any single thought that you have when you try to push it off to the side let's say
you have a doubt about yourself and you have some fear let's say you're about to get on stage and do some you know go for an interview or you know give a speech and you have all of these fears all of these doubts what most people normally do is they try to get themselves to feel better they're like oh no don't feel bad don't feel bad just just feel better instead of working through the fear moving through the thought moving through the nervousness they try to resist it so when you have a thought a fear
and a doubt and you don't like it you try to resist it what happens is this creates more multiplication and division so it starts to replicate itself more and more so to give you an example if I ask you to not think about a pink leopard all you can do is think about this pink weapon right so this is how the mind works any thought that you have you try to push it off to the side it actually multiplies and divides out more just the same way what most people do is they use affirmations as
a resistance to their current situation okay so most people when they feel sad they say oh no I'm happy and when they feel insecure they say oh I'm confident and they puff and puff their chest and move around like that and when they feel poor they say oh I'm wealthy and all of that right so they use this affirmation as a resistance to their current situation the problem with this is that it creates this same resistance which in turn creates that same focusing effect multiplying and dividing out this thought this limiting belief that you have
more and more so this keeps replicating on and on and on until it becomes rooted in your current reality so this is the reason most people battle with their own beliefs and when they battle this keeps this belief alive more and more so we've just seen that resisting it is not effective at all and most people use these techniques these visualizations these affirmations to actually resist their current situation which keeps it alive more so you might be asking well what do I do instead quasi what was the Breakthrough for me personally well as we've concluded
when you say these affirmations like I'm confident this actually creates more resistance now what you've got to do is now that you understand that the mind works in division and multiplication and that we've been conditioned over time we have to consciously brainwash ourselves so we have to condition ourselves to believe something that we actually want to believe over time okay the shift may happen instantaneously but if the shift happens instantaneously you keep getting haunted by these past thoughts they'll always come up because they're rooted deeper than you think so we've got to keep working with
it until we've overcome that previous conditioning and we've become we've confirmed become this is what we do in the reality Mastery Program you know we condition ourselves more and more to who we're becoming rather than who we were most people keep staying stuck in the past by the resistance right by propagating the old thoughts and beliefs so you've got to understand first of all how the mind works and how to brainwash yourself consciously this is how you effectively use affirmations so now that we've concluded that the mind works more and more in multiplication and division
we can use that to our advantage okay so now I'm going to share with you two keys that's going to teach you how to actually condition yourself over time to change your beliefs so with that let's get to it first of all what you want to do is you want to use affirmations at least resistance okay what that means is whenever you're in a situation which you don't like don't use the affirmation to turn the situation around before you get on a sales call with someone you know if an entrepreneur like myself you get on
a sales call or let's say you go to a big interview and you feel this resistance Brewing up don't resist it instead feel into it don't use the affirmation at that time because what that affirmation is essentially doing is it's trying to resist your current situation instead just feel into it just let the fear be let the anxiety be because when you fight it more and more it keeps it alive more and more when you let it be it dissipates it dissolves because your attention the nature of your attention exists in three qualities there's positive
attention there is negative attention there is neutral attention positive and negative attention have the power to attract and create reality neutral attention has the power to dissolve reality so what we want to do is put neutral attention onto that nervousness that we feel onto that anxiety we feel and watch it just basically watch it observe it experience it okay when you do that you'll see that slowly naturally the fear will dissipate anyways you know if I were to go up on stage right and do an interview if first of all I just worked with that
feeling I was feeling let's say I feel really nervous I went up on stage and I said guys you know this is my first time speaking on stage by the way I'm really nervous if you can't see it I'm like shaking you break it with humor right you laugh at yourself and humor is a powerful quality we were actually discussing that in the reality Mastery Program with one of my clients how humor creates separation from yourself because now you're too identified with the mind what the thoughts are what it's telling you with the body how
you feel but when you use humor you start to look at yourself in the third person and now you are no longer identified with the mind and the body but you're looking at the mind and the body and you're laughing at it you're laughing at the insanity that's what you want to get to so use the affirmations only at a point of least resistance okay what that means is usually first thing in the morning last thing before bed that's when you're in least resistance mode that's when you're most relaxed use your affirmations tell you say
your affirmations to yourself only at these points maybe you can say throughout the day and only use these affirmations to get to a good feeling state within yourself okay don't use it to manipulate some results this is what most people do they visualize to manipulate some result they use affirmations to get some quick result they say oh I'm confident and then they feel confident and they walk around confident right but it actually creates resistance to that current situation when there is internal resistance within you so the key is use it at a point of least
resistance now number two is you want to back these affirmations up with what's known as confirmations now I can't stress the actual power of confirmations and I made a previous video click up here to check out how to actually use confirmations to root and close up the tie when you open up a new reality okay so most people use an affirmation to launch a new reality a new idea but the mind doesn't want to accept it because the mind needs concrete cold hard proof okay without proof the mind will be reluctant to accept any new
idea so how you give yourself confirmations is you use the day okay the whole day let's say I do my affirmations first thing in the morning last thing before bed as I'm going throughout the day I'm making it a mission to look for proof of me confirming my affirmations becoming a reality what that means is if I'm saying to myself oh quasi's confident well what are instances in my day-to-day today that I was confident what a few instances that I was really confident and I conducted myself in a confident manner what were the results of
those it doesn't matter how little it was okay you ignore anything that doesn't support your worldview confirm everything that does support your worldview in this way you bring conviction to the mind that this is going to be a reality right I can't stress the actual power of confirmation it's it's absolutely crucial because what you're doing when you're using confirmations that you go step by step getting your mind to believe okay and we're going to talk about uh the illusion of belief why you don't really need belief in one of the videos that follow I'll probably
insert the link up here so with that I conclude this video I hope this was helpful but just a recap let's talk about why most people fail with affirmations first of all affirmations are tailored to change your subconscious beliefs okay and second most people fail because they don't understand how the mind works what they're essentially doing is they're creating resistance to their current situation rather than swiftly changing it and shifting it right they're fighting with this current situation when they use affirmations they're not trying to go to a new reality they're fighting with this current
reality which is keeping it alive when you have force force creates counter Force so this doesn't become effective at all and when you say affirmations you say them at a point of high resistance you say oh I'm confident even though you don't feel confident oh I'm happy even though you don't feel happy this creates resistance creating this counter Force effect keeping this current reality alive more and more and what you go to do is condition this new belief you want to put in over time it said first the seed which needs to grow into a
beautiful flower right and the two keys to do that are first of all use affirmations at a point of least resistance and usually this is first thing in the morning last thing before bed I have a set of 10 affirmations that I read right before bed and first thing in the morning when I wake up this becomes very effective I urge you to give this a try right number two use confirmations use your day-to-day Life as a mission to confirm what you're intending to become and in this way you'll see that within 30 days your
whole life will change so at this point you already have powerful tools to experience a shift in your life learning the self-reprogramming cycle was the biggest thing that allowed me to go for my full-time engineering job to becoming an entrepreneur and making my first 20K month however there was something else I didn't just have to change my mind I had to shift everything about me my whole identity when I became a different person I was able to go from being a corporate slave listening to a boss and following orders to ultimately becoming a seven-figure entrepreneur
