good morning guys so just got in the gym starting off with conjugate today is um heavy upper day so today's variation is incline chest uh incline bench press this is the second of 3 weeks um so last week was 75 kilos which means today I'll go for 80 kilos just getting that linear progression and yeah and then after that I'm going to do a 100 rep Squad challenge which you'll see in a separate video oh [Music] [Applause] all right guys so I had 80 kilos pretty clean so I'm going to go 82.5 so going over
what my 100% or my new PR for today should be just cuz you know I feel good if you feel good you might as well go for it [Music] [Music] this is close Point man yeah I guys wasn't able to hit 82.5 pretty much I stopped at my sticking point um so now it's time to back off to 80% uh and go for a 3X3 [Music] [Music] [Music] n [Music] he [Music] [Music] n [Music] [Music] n [Music] he [Music] [Music] [Applause] all right so finished up with my chest workout pretty good I'm filming my 100
rep squat challenge right now [Music] um my 100 rep squat challenge will probably come out after this video so stay tuned for that um and yeah I'll see you guys at lunch and returning back to the Vlog now did the Hun rep Squad challenge yeah that was quite [Music] interesting all right guys so I'm walking home right now after doing the 100 rep Squad challenge walking is actually just so tough right now um the thing with the H 100 rep Squad challenge is I talked about this briefly in it is it tests your toughness I
was reading an article on you know on the matter yesterday and toughness is really something you need to develop whether that be physically and or mentally preferably both but um with a 100 rep Squad challenge even though you're only doing it for what maybe like 20 minutes or 15 minutes of the whole process there's so many times when you just want to give up um whether that be your mind or your body um so guys do things that really just TS test your toughness um because you Everyone likes to think I I'd like to think
that I'm you know very tough and I could handle anything but times like this really does test it and you get to see what you're made of um and I'd say that was sort of humbling I now I don't think I'm as tough as I used to to be honest just something like that where you test it um it can be quite quite humbling sorry I'm mixing up my words it's just an effect of all the squats um see you I'll see you guys when I'm back home all right guys so for lunch I'm having
fajita and I know myself Drake would be proud hope you guys get that reference um you got it didn't you no oh my girls um yeah after I eat this I will pass out I know quick little tip guys have your creatine after you work out and preferably well number one while you're eating a meal and after uh and number two preferably after you work out um the spike and Insulin from the food will actually help the delivery of the creatine and um sort help it help its uh potency and [Music] Effectiveness socks and boat
shoes is the byproduct of being hella lazy all right guys so picked up some Ben and& Jerry's cookie dough and then two of these things they're like fizzy straws they're amazing um yeah just having like a really lazy day one thing that I do think is really great is when you have when you enjoy your free time you should enjoy it without any sort of guilt or like you should really enjoy your free time and in order to do that you need to work hard enough so basically what I'm trying to get across here is
put in the work and I'm not just talking about the gym inside the gym outside the gym whatever and then enjoy your time without any sort of guilt or without feeling [Music] bad caramel cho cho and C cookie dough have to be my [Music] favorite all right guys so my Madre got me some omega-3 fish oil pretty standard but this is zma one of my friends recommended it uh basically zinc magnesium and vitamin B6 he said it really helped him with deep sleep so you know I'll try it out and hopefully that's the [Music] case
all right guys so that'll conclude for today's Vlog honestly my legs are still so so sore from from the 100 rep Squat Challenge and that kind of sucks because tomorrow's my D um maximum effort lower day so I have to do squats tomorrow so I'm not sure why I didn't think of that earlier um that's quite stupid of me but anyways um had the wait wait there we go zma um I don't know I'll see what it's like um but yeah guys as always if you've enjoyed please like subscribe comment share with your friends let
