of these out with just one hand guys look how big this pill is like okay if you'll focus and okay you won't well guys I don't know if you can see in there but these pills are ma like honestly massive Optimum Nutrition I don't know why you're trying to kill people cuz someone's defo going to choke on that like honestly look how big that is that's that's just [Music] terrible all right guys so I'm back today doing my conjugate system today I I have um maximum effort lower day um with the conjugate system they really
don't Place much emphasis on deadlifts and deadlifts are just my favorite Movement by far so much fun um and I want to get my deadlift up even though I'd say it's my strongest um which is why on Dynamic and um maximum uh effort lower days uh I have Squad and deadlift um like I have a variation of both um my knee is so pretty bad which kind of sucks but uh yeah we'll try and get I'm going to say today's um deficit deadli so I'm working off a 2in platform um which obviously makes it harder
but I'm still going to try and get maybe 160 yeah I'm calling it one no not 160 150 my PR is 160 I'm sure I can get 150 today [Music] I [Music] think all right guys that went up quite well that went up quite well um now I have a 3X3 so 80% of what I just hit for three reps three sets and then three or four accessory movement for four sets of 12 reps pretty much bodybuilding I'll let the clips run [Music] [Music] by the way guys I got a take measure I was working

a priority for you whenever I think oh I'm so stuck for time I always try and look back at what my my number one priority is what my number two priority is and what my number three priority is and always have my priority priorities in mind and keep what's most important to me as a priority for example YouTube it's something that I'm trying to make a priority and I'm always trying to have it in my mind because even though at this point I have maybe 250 subscribers whatever it is this is some this is something
