with the like ravii and we like and this is bacon sweet bacon yeah I put some sugar so you can if you not if you not eat sugar you can just kiss it and the so not eat it kiss my bacon so I'm going to jump on it mix like oh you mix it and they become so pinky so trendy enj I'm going to grab one of these get some of that bacon oh yeah it's a bit Sweee so Dy much to me oh I love it it's a potato right no no it just we

started from here over here you see the red bricks in front of us they are put uh on The foundations of the very first palaces that used to be on the top of this Plateau so these bricks obviously aren't from the ancient times they're not a thousand years old they just put it here so you know that this is old keev Hill so this is an ancient city you know over a thousand years old and you go over with a car and it's like you're in the old city and over here to the left we
have a plexiglass and under it we have some basically what is this like Treasures oh some swords some axes and this is from one time so relics in the past the artifact of medieval times and the memory of the ancestors some people say that in the night under cover of the night the ancestors come out from the underground and you can meet them here don't tell me that so we're going to keep walking this way view admire the panoramas because if describing KF with one word that would be or with one uh sentence that would
be the city of Panoramas KF is the city on Seven Hills again like all holy cities like Rome like Jerusalem uh so KF and one of the main Hills it's this hill where everything started and obviously they always chose a hill so they had a Lookout Point to defend themselves place where princes lived so we can feel ourselves right now like noble uh like royalty guest royalties right and uh the common people at the bottom this is from where Russian land has started they put This uh symbolic Stone in order to symbolize that this is
the beginning the roots of all Eastern Slavic people back then it was all Pagan lands and uh uh multi- good system but uh back to the 10th Century 988 it's important date in our history and Prince Vladimir who adopted Christianity as a state religion and built this very church he ordered 10 part of his income to give to the church needs that's why tus church it was destroyed later during tals invasion in 13th century and we have only the ruins uh of the church left and this is St Andrew's Church so who's St Andrew St
Andrew one of the 12 apostles he traveled here to preach Christianity stopped here for the night and blessed this land to become beautiful city with lots of churches in it and we got city of KF and we've got St Andrew's Church so how many churches are there in Kev wo wo wo like too many too many but I love this I mean Very colorful and this is and this is not Orthodox right this is something separate it's a Christian Orthodox but separate yeah separate separate confession yeah it's a monument a local story that happened right
here in front of in this area in front of St Andrew's Church there was a guy who was a poor Barber but he wanted to solve his financial problems by marrying the rich girl who was not Beauty at all at the same time he fell in love with the Beautiful girl but that one was poor so he gave promise to marry to both of the girls at the end his plot was revealed he got nothing and uh the story over here teach you a lesson and also it's kind of a thing that uh uh prevents
you from any like bad juju I guess these situations there is the bug and uh for the girls in order to be safe from such men who can be not honest with you you're supposed to touch the bug so there is also a a ring on the girl's Finger for the men to be happy it was their beloved ones I'm supposed to do this right so to be happy with my wife that yeah she needs me to church your all bless your all blessed that's it okay let's keep going that's cool I like that two-minute
walk and we're here at St Michael square and what's really interesting is that we have two Cathedrals here yeah and uh with St Michael's Cathedral it's only the memory Of the 12th century there is a sad memory of the Soviet uh the Soviet times and the the presence of Soviets is still there when the Soviet period they wanted to put here they destroyed the cedal wanted to put here statue of Landing of 100 MERS tall facing the Nipper River again plan never fulfilled just left in the papers but cdal was destroyed and renovated from ashes
only in 2000 but again the way it looks it's really gorgeous with the combination blue and Gold the are Ukrainian colors blue and yellow and here on the background of the Blue Sky it's like as a floating above the ground before we enter the Cathedral over here to the right we have a mural with St Michael other angels and kings and if we keep going we have more murals right here is the moment of Enlightenment to the light what a gorgeous Cathedral I love the colors just so beautiful blue and yellow are the colors of
Ukraine that's the flag Definitely buy yourself a jersey the golden domes they stand for the fact that the church is the Piece of Heaven on Earth and of course the blue color stands for heaven so here at every Church is always separated from the rest of the city with the walls again to to make this border between Heaven and Earth we just entered St Michael's Cathedral and when you enter any Orthodox Church Cathedral it will always feel smaller than a Catholic one or a Christian one right just regular because the altar is hidden yeah right
yes and then also Orthodox they don't believe in statues it's all about just like icons like painting right and that's it beautiful I are also not painted by the artist it's it's just like the photography when you look at the photo of your family you don't think about paper and the pictures on it think about the person it's the same with the icon it's the connection to the Saints who For religious people it's the way for them to speak directly to All Saints Virgin Mary Jesus Christ Angels perfect and if you don't know what Cathedral
is or who it's named after whose Cathedral it is on the right of Jesus St Michael is there now that we're done with the cathedral we're going to go over to the finic there is a finic here in keev it's right behind the cathedral also one of the oldest funiculars in Europe one of the oldest TRS in Europe but you know What 21st century they don't accept cash you have to have card look at this beautiful so this is a tram really old it's great so there's two cars right one goes up one goes down
takes roughly 1 minute to go up and down right roller coaster roller coaster key of style roller coaster quick tip get the front you get the view of the tram coming up going down but you also get into the seat you want the front so get the view It's the two Railways one goes up and another one goes down and it's a physical mechanical way and obviously because it's modern times doesn't actually pull any lever or anything it's just automatic and that's it we're almost there literally takes one minute that's it the fastest way even
though it goes not that fast maybe for our for nowadays people but it's still the fast this way to get from the bottom City to the top where we were just once you exit The finicula you make it here to the lower part of the town right next to the river we explored the entire upper part you know historical keave you have to do everything we did right so Golden Gates right that's the beginning of ke or the the walls of ke right then from there go down to the Metro see the Metro you have
to oh yeah it's one of the most beautiful stations in the world and with all the mices exactly super pretty from there we walked over well we drove over To one 100 rokie and we had like a tasting menu it was diverse extremely different Ukrainian food the bees was exotic the ribs were delicious everything was super unique and um man I can't I can't say his name it's hard yven yven yven he is hilarious incredible Chef so funny every single thing he said was Ukrainian yeah real Ukrainian and yeah just delicious food right so it's
like modern future Ukrainian food and then from there we Walked over which is literally right next door to see the new over keev you saw the the ruins of the church old ke Hill Where it All Began exactly then we saw St Andrew's Church and then we walked over to St Michael's cathedral which is across the street or across the the main street from Cathedral of Sophia St Sophia about the craft beers in Ukraine you are missing out they are so good they're delicious let's walk into Rea let's go eat yeah and the restaurant Is

marshmallow right yeah so they adding marshmallows to the tank that's crazy it's almost like a sour marshmallow explosion I don't even know what to tell you here it's like a little fruity and not too not too too sour that had sours they're like almost like orange juice you know this is great I would say this I would say this the best brewery in the Ukraine right now I make they make uh the best ipas they make the best New England ipas the best Stout the best sour they're amazing and called P guys 10 men 10

in the aroma is awesome it's not as bitter is like you know check stuff like that but still it has a lot of you know aroman flavor in it how F body I mean I I would say that's a beer that I would drink like every day okay every day well I'm going to drink it every second right [Music] Now W different yeah man so I do feel like it's more like the pant Orel you know but with hops yeah and the Hops here are more flowerish like tropical and not really you know like uh

also have here for me right this is for me I'm going to try okay okay guys so I'm going to show you how to make some of these dump things she already stuffed them right banaki so I'm just going to go like this right so I'll grab one let's see there's a there's a method to this right there An art so okay so you push it down fold and then that these are she stuffed this one a little too much okay so no yeah mine's never pretty look at the difference hor all right let me

and get some of this mhm sour cream so good oh I love these mushrooms you know some people have problems with um the blood sausage I love it so this is blood sausage and instead of rice there's butt wheat Inside it's a big one when I cut in half This falls apart yeah just like Marcia mhm tast is different with the butt wheat so so it's nice and soft little mushy the outside you have a nice [Music] layer I know every plate here is going to be amazing like everything is so good okay so I
have both the Cabbage right and then this is a chicken cutlet looks chicken ke [Music] cutlet I love CET and so juicy outside crispy like amazing what a taste huh so any dish that has the name ke in it you have to have in key no I'm joking with you guys that is so good so good and this is stuffed cabbage right cabbage roll M it's a tomato based sauce right it's orange but it tastes more Like tomatoes my is telling me to get some of the sour cream and put on top of that wow
one of my favorite things on the planet are stuff stuffed grape leaves or stuffed cabbage and obviously my father's Hungarian so I'm all about the Cabbage life cabbage all day this is like to die for so this is how they serve here the bread right so they use no yeast for the bread and they're saying the most popular one is the buck wheat right Buckwhat so good love buckwheat and it came with like four different I guess like mashes right and this one it almost looks like Pate this is m in case you guys didn't
see me eating in canapa I love Pate there it's Guinea here I'm pretty sure it's [Applause] duck mhm oh it's delicious s eni cottage cheese egg flour and then fried and the way you do it is you get some of the Sour cream clean my thing there right right on top like that M this dessert yeah Jam inside so it's like ke chicken style siki the look but inside once you bite into it it's almost like a cheese guayava pasito in Miami uh so it is I don't know exactly what fruit this is is probably

grounded this is basically the business area mainly offices and Business Center around but in the neighborhood from here it's K clav so it's business and Holiness coexist almost in the same area okay how far is it it's another 5 minutes drive with the traffic but it's really The same district it's called p district because of K of P clav the the monastery itself it gives the name to the whole District so they have an eternal flame here it's a beautiful Park wow and it looks over the entire city on that side be on the highest
part of Kia there will be a gorgeous breathtaking view to the left side residential area to the river as well there are kilometers of parks K is really green City and Park after Park 20 Kilomet that go Parks if you guys don't know this is one of the greenest cities in Europe 50% of the territory covered by the green areas this is not the main entrance where we will see it from the column but here it's the alley of the hero cities you see the fur trees on both sides they are put here on 35th
anniversary of the Victory and by representatives of the hero cities this is like the alley of Glory each tree here on the bottom as you can see it Basically commemorates the hero cities or cities that had a significant battle during war war II at the very end we have this huge column or huge pillar right and that is for the unknown soul soldiers you know they passed away and no one knew who they were lost in the battles there are so many still on in search there's also La of Heroes which just passed the statue

other Side's very flat lots of residential towers and in front of us we have a bunch of cranes cuz they're building another Museum and what is this behind us this candle the candle is the upper part of the Museum of fing it's not the tragedy of Ukrainian people during the Soviet period when staling wanted to destroy Ukrainian Nation it's considered to be Ukrainian genocide so again there's more there's more than 10 million people who died during one year During the starvation during famine so basically during the famine more people died in that one year than
they did during the Entire World War II it's crazy so we're going to go and see let's go that way okay so as magita mentioned this was basically the Ukrainian genocide you call it the holor genocide 1932 to 33 10 million people died and you know this is a prime example of many millions of children right millions of children who would take some wheat some Five straws right from the field and instead of letting them keep it to eat they would just send them to Siberia that's sentence for that death sentence for for p incredible
now we're making our way to the monastery ke La Means caves it's part of the monastery inside the caves wow okay awesome and on the way as you can see many old churches but we're going to the main event let's go what's the cost to Enter 130 to enter the site and also to go all the way to the top of the bell tower so if you don't want to go to the top of the bell tower it's just 100 right so you can see tombs and some of them are like mummified right natural mumification
which is something you can see also in the Vatican and people go there and pray this is like a piligrimage to the place yeah exactly the Holy Trinity Gates church and they call it the arch of purification once You enter this holy side through these Gates you're since Left Behind you're washed away and reborn and as you enter you can see over here this is the 11th century church right yes incredible original bricks the original bricks wow awesome and this place is massive if you really want to see the whole thing I'd say you need
at least four to 5 hours we're just doing the main sight here the upper part where we are it belongs to the mon to the National Preserve and the Protection of UNESCO it's one of UNESCO uh and the lower part belongs to the monastery it's an acting Monastery with 120 monks living there 96 and a half M and there was a law in the city for a long time that nothing could be built higher than the bell tower of K Clover first thing we're going to do is go up to the top of the bell
tower okay lots of steps right no elevator rich in heaven only 35 M up that's it the but the total height it's 96 and2 so you you Get to go like 1/3 of it but from there you get awesome views over everything and one thing I let you know is that right now it is like may I don't even know May 13th or 14th and it is still really cold here in ke and it gets colder as you're making way up in this monster I'm out of breath I mean we're going fast I'm minute break

right there is yeah there is a big significance of the Bells in Orthodox missan tradition the Bell supposed to remind you about every 15 minutes B supposed to remind you about eternal values in life serious serious stuff way better views up here obviously we're about let's say 15 ft higher and over here behind us we have what used to be the residences of the monks that is part of the museum now so the monks have all Moved to the other side outside right the bottom part okay all right so let's go down to the caves
right oh I'm freezing so the caves are in there not yet but it's on the way okay wow so this is a chapel right I a piig also a church for used for winter Services winter Services wow so it's just one big dome basically the biggest in the Ukraine biggest dome in Ukraine this one wow so on the top you have you know a mix of angels that's Jesus okay Jesus I've never sitting with a hat like that yeah is a supreme King oh Supreme King okay very dark it's very old obviously how old is
this church it's the end of the 19th century and it's made on purpose because the only light is is Jesus besides the church there's a dining room for the monks right so it used to be a dining room obviously it's not anymore but very beautiful paintings all over the place so depictions of the Bible everywhere Right it's gorgeous this feels like I'm stepping back like 500 years entering a church like this this church was uh built in the end of the 19th century but on purpose in order to remind people they use this architecture to
remind about Byzantium Empire times because Christianity was brought to K of R from Byzantium Empire so to remind people about the root of Christianity so it looks like a Sophia in Constantinople yeah I was going to say I mean it really Teleports you back 500,000 years very similar to Sophia in terms of the Interior right really beautiful incredible love it lots of gold lots of dark colors all right cave time let's go to the caves people come here and more than half the day why because it's a huge complex you know over here we have
the cathedral and the caves are like all the way down there so it's going to take us like 10 minutes to get there we're going To run though yes let's run speed so we here in the cave so you buy the candle in order to light up your way there's the way on the picture here how you supposed to hold the candle so it doesn't burn you so there's 13 steps symbolizing Jesus Christ and the 12 apostles and you definitely need a light because if not if you don't have a candle there's nowhere to see
down here right now there is no people but usually it's kind of crowded so you have to keep The distance in order not to burn somebody in front of you and uh in all the days this Cas were built as a residential Place monks used to live here used to pray here on the ground the cave Monastery is very narrow extremely dark and what you can see in there is a few different chaples and MiFi Saints and this is how monks used to live before the 11 Century because land was expensive so they just went
into caves yeah also they felt like Heritage there Is this Hermits who live on the ground exactly and now we're going to make our way back up to Cathedral I'm already out of breath this is the dorm mission of the Virgin Mary Cathedral this is not the original it's reconstructed in 2000 the original is right here or a piece of it's right here it was bombed in 1941 and unfortunately we can't go inside with cameras so that's basically our day yeah yeah we started today with uh Ukrainian Restaurant what sh exactly you Got what yeah

area right the memorial then made our way over here and saw this entire complex went to the top of the bell tower best views you walk around go down to the caves and that's basically what we can do you can spend many more hours exploring but that's it for us right yeah you know guys I love craft beer in the Ukraine they just started about 5 to 10 years ago but their beer is delicious I tried so many different ones in ke so Good V I went yesterday amazing yeah let's go inside let's go ready

insane wao we have cheese in there I don't even know what else is in there looks amazing sauce and uh yeah it's right M sour cream granan all day that was incredible with spinach got some spice in here oh look at this guys wo too good Wow mhm love the bread love the roast beef oh nice and creamy look how good this is oh it's so big what else is in here cucumbers man it's like it's like exploding man hey hey don't take it off messing eat it eat it it's good right it's a massive

brewery and we're going to see some of the process of how they make their beers and try some yes what are we doing we are just going to a brewery tour here in the middle of craft beer and Vil Music Festival e8th Edition so we're going to see the brewery and we're going to try some beers directly from the tanks give me something really strong I want a strong ale so here we have the hot process this is where everything is Smashed and boiled and uh filtered through the big filter tank then it goes over
here and gets uh cooled down to a to the fermentation temperature goes into a tank we have 12 tanks of two of 20 hect 12 tanks of 40 hect L and 12 tanks of 60 hect and this is where all the fermentation happens and this is where we have the mation uh and uh in one of the other rooms in the back we have the bottling and here is the king we're going to try The seon this this is this was brought on my 50th birthday so on the 20th uh April uh just a couple
of weeks ago and we're going to try it straight fresh from the tank I love seison Farmhouse ALS so delicious let's do it I don't do regular beers anymore once you once you taste crap bear everything else is crap bear M nice but it's still super young it's very very young you can tell you know yeah at needs like a week more here and T at the last stage but it's uh it's Really yeah collecting itself together very well yeah to my mind bro you're a maners cheers I love this I love Ukraine I love

morning let's go so we're currently exiting the city a little bit of traffic Monday morning you know usual stuff so let me ask you what is this and how far is the Fortress this is the Highway K of chop it's called it goes through the city chop is the last City in Ukraine that borders on Slovakia and Hungary uh The Fortress is in 1 hour and approximately 15 minutes Drive well we will be seeing Ukrainian V Villages uh farmlands too early we need coffee we so Farmland I'm sure it's going to be very beautiful I
saw the Fortress online yesterday it looks incredible and I can't wait to eat the trout fishing for trout and eating caviar caviar here is like oh it's so good it's like right next door miva you know trout caviar trout cavar it's red it looks red and tastes similar to an Ordinary classical red cavar but it's going to be a different experience that traffic felt like I was in Kei no seriously it took us like half an hour to get out of the city center but now we're on the highway making our way straight South it's
hilly it's a little windy uh you have Farmland but a lot of nature right right beautiful you can observe the trees here how they change mostly the seious trees a little bit of third trees you will also see as we get Closer to the mountains there will be waterfall starting place and in terms of like what it reminds me of just like driving through like Poland and stuff I've been on roads like this in Poland very similar right a sunny sunny little chilly day but you say get a lot hotter down here right it was
hot trans here always they are m to the South that's why they grow grapes and produce wine so we just made it right off the highway into a small street with there little Villages here and there look at the bridge wow look at this we can walk on this bridge if you want I can I stand by the road and let's do it I'll just I'll see you really fast oh it's going to be great I love it and they painted the the bridge blue and yellow the flag of Ukraine what is this oh look
this Old Bridge woo a little scary I know I know no the V is going to get mad at us can't destroy there the only thing that connects them Right wow beautiful so these are just two small villages that are connected with each other right yeah this is crel It's a village and it has the special very old bridge that you can see it's wooden and metal here and if you look attentively into the water you may see the f fishes oh man that water looks incredible look yeah small fish everywhere right yeah beautiful what

asleep before and now I feel great this is incredible and right here in front of us we have like a little I guess depiction of what it used to be right and how they built it this gra so you are right here yeah you can also get views in between right let's go see that So the area is for one day Outreach trip and we first of all we are hiking secondly we are learning the local history of the 11th 13th century and uh we enjoy the nature so there was a fortress here you can
see the whole U tourist information and you can also visit a museum which is very interesting see it right so you get the Rocks you get beautiful views and then on the way down we'll see some more rocks and views right rocks and Views and there is an Old well also the place where the Festival of well medieval F Festival takes place all right let's go it's awesome I haven't been to a fortress like this before be careful on your way down it's a little slippery oo you got to be really careful even though it's
a beautiful sunny day it must have rained last night it's moist it's damp oh but the air up here feels so incredible yeah only 90minut drive from Le is a easy day trip come out here see the Fortress you can go down in the springs you can also see over here to the right this is archaological who discovered The Fortress and they also have an area here for festivals let going to get a quick bun yeah poppy seeds look at the poppy seeds lots of them crazy you'll get sleeve then mhm so now we're going
to a waterfall right to Waterfall yeah okay to see the beautiful nature to see What kind of craft people are selling uh what kind of food stuff like barbecue pickles this is very tasty and very interesting experience you're amazing I've never seen potato kebabs like this great I love it so definitely come to this area this is uh basically gift shop right they have jams like I said before wooden uh crafts but they also have some of these like Liquors right so Blackberry oh can I try can I try something oh that one's super sweet

go there with backpacks with lot of alcohol they sing so and drink got to love Ukraine Slava Ukraine Slava this road is intense huh the first bad Road I experienced in the Ukraine is this one you know infrastructure wise the country is getting way better but obviously this is like a tiny area there's not even a village out here this is just a waterfall right and uh to the right we Have beautiful forest and we have like a river right so it's the stream right here and the water at the very end and there it's
also a souvenir area right food area Ukrainian street food right exactly oh my gosh got to hold on oh I love it man cuz look at this the farmer coming here with his horses look at this yes I know so it's like a little strip right okay let's check this out I love this the sound is so peaceful the nature the air the sun this is just Incredible day what a peaceful experience out here in Western Ukraine you want to get closer to the waterfall you're to climb these Boulders you're right up to it woo
careful it's little slippery oh wow this great Diana amazing amazing he we had the waterfall called Kaman cing in Ukrainian means the stone so there's lots of lots of stones here it's beautiful there is a story that if you wash your face with that you will stay Young forever I guess I'll wash my face with it she said to watch my face with it right oh my God it's freezing it's ice cold woo all right let's go back to the top I want to see the street food this is a beautiful artisanal strip I mean
you have seven vendors roughly some of them are cooking incredible kebabs like these let's you have like mushroom kebabs potato kebabs more honey more jams more tea tea infinite tea here a it Smells so good you smell the fire they're cooking Kebab stews in the back wow can we try this this is a rainbow trout uh so it's going to be baked there's another type of throut called Golden so this is a very tasteful dish tasteful fish I highly recommend it if we weren't going to the Trout Restaurant to fish for trout we would eat
right here right now but there something else I want to show you too over here is like a venomous snake drink what is this this Is like um espiritus and there we have herbs and then we really have a venomous snake there I don't know if I would try that that's a little scary look at the snake oh man should we try it it's like in a laboratory I know I know I'm not trying it I'm not trying it if we weren't going to this amazing restaurant I would eat right here look at this pork

be amazing I full I wouldn't even touch the bread I'll would just go like this right I love how they just pop and the owners here are too funny they're like You have to try this local wine let's try it white wine obviously M fruity mhm nice so this one next mhm M this is such a delicious fishy lunch mhm traditionally you put butter on toast and you add cavar if you want to be like an Like Me Go Wild you know I can eat like 1,000 grams of this super light lunch I love fish
fish Especially from the rivers out here you know obviously this is Farm race right but this is as local As It Gets In terms of a fish experience so next up we have smoked right it smoked right here no this is marinated oh it's marinated and this is smoked smoked yeah okay so I'll go with the marinated that's mhm how's that M very different mhm not like a herring no it felt like almost like like a little bit of bones but it's not it's a little Tougher the outside obviously you have the skin M nice
and creamy like juicy wow very different flavors here too and over here we have smoked right this you have to be careful though cuz here you get the bones just got to open it up like that yep look at this so when you get inside the spine area you got bones let's open it up M look at this so good mhm be very careful m smoke is like SMS like pasty pasty flesh Of the trout this food is incredible it's going to go all out right now loving to smell fish what I suggest is using

it for example but mostly all year around you have a chance to come here enjoy whatever time of the year it is and the cuisine is always perfect the cuisine The View so peaceful nature if you guys didn't know you can go skiing in this area right yes slav score is a kind of ski resort mhm with cable roads you can really ski very well here and enjoy the beauty of the m mountains slaying also depends what you like M I don't know for me the best has to be the Tartar and the caviar the
the good choice yeah the best choice golden trout fish Pate my gosh it is like fish Pate so always on a piece of Bread try this this is like next level Pate this is crazy good M mean you know a big p gu I love it eat the whole thing straight up with it spoon just get in here and [Applause] go give me all the fish every single one M something different very tender it feels like it's still fermenting mhm you know but there's no Alcohol in here I had something like this in Surinam like
straight from a tree with Calabash they had like the like the seed you know you drink it out of that best thing though right here taking that home so in terms of like difficulty smell fish is the most difficult because the spines second one would be the Marin one because you still have to pull out Some of the skin the rest would just like just take it out right so here we have basically pickled vegetables this is pickled Plum right mhm so try this [Applause] one wo this tast sweet M real sweet at the same
time you feel that pickle taste that is like you can't try this one you can't eat it oh H class class oh Oh I didn't think it was going to be so hot next up we need the soup I need to cool this heat down this is another trout dish trout soup this is like the best thing for a hangover right yeah M oh my gosh so good M it goes with WKA well should be very spicy right M no man the trout just like falls apart obviously this is very different there's like no marination
there's no salt there's no pepper no spices nothing but The broth here the fish broth and it's still really really hot and then next to it what does it have it's I think it's the same Pate oh it is yeah mhm M I'm not touching any bread it's going to eat straight P mhm wow the broth is on fire in Winter it will heat you the best yeah yeah for sure here it gets freezing it snows the whole place is full of snow so with trout you Have to get it cleaned they have to like
open it up for you so that's what he's doing right now he's opening up the one that has been grilled once that's done he's going to do the other one man this fish looks too good M barbecue smelly taste M I love this fish wow Dill a little bit of lemon right mhm M wow what an experience here with this trout huh we had every type of Trout got try yours very good Swedish so we have pine nuts right mhm M big it's so much more like tender you know just falls apart a female trout

ladies are making kebabs uh they sell different things there jams Honeys Etc then from there we drove another like 20 30 minutes um this way so keep Going south and we stopped at that waterfall Kyan Kam yanam and then there it's like an artisanal SL you know Tiny Village there right like six houses with bed Road bad Road uh so we tried some vodkas uh had some coffee and I mean the experience is awesome cuz everybody's super friendly they let you to come in uh you can eat there if you want to they also have
trout as well they have like potato kebabs uh they have like five different types of kabs right but snakey Vodka yeah I'm not doing this snake ever so from there we drove over here and we got the full experience we fed the trout we caught trout we ate trout in like six different ways my favorite thing ever is the caviar obviously but I love the tartar this is amazing this one's better than this one though I just like that this is like more Smoky this is just more like buttery M M yay ready to explore

flight you got to go from lightest to darkest strongest right give me that Stout man okay my friends we have five beers to try we're actually getting two more Stouts Imperial Stouts it's going to be awesome all right so here you go try try you try I try easy M easy mhm spices right it's like more like um like Tangy more citrusy you were saying mhm oh it's nice it's light I'm sure This is like a 4% yeah yeah has to be down there all right number two is IPA here you go so it's a
cloudy IPA yeah try try you're going to like it I'm going to be cloudy as well no no no IPA is uh it's always citrusy uh always a little bitter and this smell I love it's taste you know in America the main thing like why everybody jumps into this as the beginning of craft beer is because it gives you actual flavors this is going to be way less it's going that's Straight and this one has a yeah it has way more flavor she's hogging the beer she like that one not a beer person at all
but getting yeah so this is like in New England you said New England think nice so what I like about it is that it's you know again crisp but smooth smooth it's more like a sessionable IPA it's uh not too high in alcohol I'd say it's maybe like six you know once you get to the doubles and You're in the eights right so we're getting here you know what I'm going to try this one first you're second maybe I'll skip no you can't skip this one just have a sip it's definitely bitter it's Danier it
feels like dank that's like the best word to describe it um just thicker thicker body and always I think the 8% is when you start to get to the doubles sour as well to me yeah yeah bitter it's The bitterness bitterness so what is this called yeah this one is called double trouble it's made by local Ukrainian Brewer he's uh making beer at his place at his home yeah so he's a home brew but this is awesome home I like it so what is the number eight 9% eight eight eight double trouble and then over
here we have a sour you want a sour refreshment yeah it's a good pallet cleanser I personally can't drink a lot of sours maybe one but if you have two Or three like the acidity you know I feel like uh but this one have a little lactose little lactose okay is more B sour mhm wow it's nice easy drinking no yeah it's like almost like a like a fruity beer right the sour so yeah yeah so fast so fast straight I mean we're not destroying them but reverse and this is the porter right yes you
you want to try so Porter is always going to have a chocolatey taste that's like that's the that's the main uh feeling with it Coffee chocolate yeah coffee chocolate yeah I feel like Stouts are way more coffee you know Porter is way more chocolatey sometimes it feels like a like you're drinking a brownie you know what I mean sometimes that's why I like it cuz I'm a chocol holic oh man this is my beer this is the winner for me take them home haven't tasted ones I know I know that one's going to be good
so this is The only beer of these five that is not from ke it's from Ukrainian W North East North Northeast Northeast okay huge country guys huge definitely learn a geography and something really awesome here is that the place mats are basically shows you the difference between bottom fermentation and upper fermentation right so alss and PS gives you every single type you can see the line here it's lger on the bottom als's up here And it also shows you like these are English als's so over here's like Russia right so Imperial style obviously as you
guys don't know uh Empress Katarina cool right European dark lagger you have the German alses Belgian dark ales this is amazing how to drink and travel how to drink and travel just keep drinking and the travel won't stop uh it's for finish is to uh Imperial Stout it's from uh Red Cat Brewery it's a collaboration gko Brewery and F Brewery for bum in the Imperial style Imperial Styles here we go and they're both 12% roughly this one's sweeter this one's more Smoky let's do it mhm let me see mhm oh yeah this one's way sweeter
it's a harder beer this is going to be a lot easier to drink you know the tast is I opened your mind here with the beer right it's so good this one's awesome oh and they also gave us some cheese here And uh which better for you which is better for me it's a this candy this I like more of this you can have it n it's mine it's mine so I want to give you some more information about this place it is amazing a few different rooms right they also have food so they have
food pairing you prepare the food with your beers really awesome and they have these sneakers so they have the converse obviously the ks right and they use this if somebody makes a reservation they put It right on the table bam easy and another thing is there's two different prices for the beer there's like a lower price and a higher price and basically you got a boat yeah you can start with one price and then by the end of the day because everybody's ordering it it's going to be double higher it's going to be double higher

I think it's cuz we've been standing for like 15 hours yeah yes we are doing the workout KF style it's the residential house but KF Soviet times uh skyscraper no red star it's the Ukrainian flag red blue and yellow that's amazing and what's really cool About this Boulevard is that the upper level up here it's more seating more bars and the residential buildings my apartment is actually right over there and then obviously we have the main Boulevard and the other size a smaller like sidewalk right and that's more residential buildings but we have this building
right here which is like a huge Mall more official governmental buildings city mayor office and then different ministers so in this Square They do like break dancing Gathering lots of Street artists musicians they come here party place as well and party atmosphere I feel like this is normal this is the way you walk here sometimes you're a Skywalker sometimes you space what happened here in 2014 2015 Independence cor and known to the whole world as thean because of the revolution of Glory that happened back to 20145 people raised against the former Former president for to
protect the values European values as well as democracy freedom of self-expression uh and of corruption and people were actually dying for that lots of people died during those uh started as a peaceful protest but end ended with shed blood and violence so then 3 months later he finally resigned he escaped to Russia he's in hiding he's still alive and uh yeah basically that's what this square is about prior to that ' 91 you Know Soviet Union before the wall fell this was Stalin's monument that was Moscow hotel that all changed after ' 91 and it
extends so it's not just this side of the square after the Boulevard on that side it's really really beautiful look at that like incredible buildings that is obviously more Soviet style you were telling me right yes stying classicism so yeah classic classic Soviet style but it's it's still really beautiful it shows you what this Country has gone through and yeah just another piece of history of the Ukraine right the statue was this hands up it's like the gesture of blessing independent gesture Independence all right so where's that secret restaurant at now we need to go
underground underground yes it's related to the Revolutionary event we're going to find out once we're there first we need to find it find it and you need a secret code I won't tell you the code you're going to have to fire the Locals It's Tricky yeah that's awesome this is the biggest underground passage even though it doesn't look like that uh from the outside but once you're down there it's very easy to get lost there many entrances many exits and connections to the Metro which is here but also to the underground mold and this is
also the place where people get warm when it's cold outside in winter so this is the real place to warm up and in case you've never been to any cold European nation like Poland everywhere you go there's like this in Warsaw just like this like huge mall right so you have venders everywhere it's basically the best place if it's freezing if it's snowing to go shopping we haven't been to malls I don't like malls I'm not a mall guy and usually they do this they stop me watch watch they stop me oh no no one

Ukrainian drinks the restaurant only serves Ukrainian food so we're going to have a very unique wo what's happening it's amazing with this cork yo yo your first time here on the stage so do we have drinks here or what do we do of course so I show you Artifact in this room it's our secret place which we name headquarter in Ukrainian IT staff so basically another Museum right so this whole entire restaurant is a museum showing you that history of the new modern Ukraine has to be the coolest restaurant I've ever been to I have
I haven't even tried the food yet but wo so we have uh Batman so who is this naal Ukrainian when you come inside you need to say two secret words if you want to Come inside these two words belong here and here you can see he in different your interpretation oh I love it cuz he has it's Darth Vader you have Loki what else you have uh Jadu you have uh this guy uh Cyborg Batman the last thing we have to see here in the museum restaurant is like basically the ruins of the old gate

pepper M the honey oh tonight I'm eating eating non-stop cheese a dairy life spicy cheese Bata cherry tomatoes and arula mhm oh incredible m So because of a Soviet Union cheese wasn't a huge thing obviously it's evolved now because people they have too much milk and cheese okay last two dishes right so we have the chicken ke and this one is like the penta Bish banish and it's like bacon right yes okay always so we just dive in right mhm you know the surprise inside surprise inside huh M oh wow I don't know what they

time textures of B The Taste mhm M cheesy mhm oh wow and Sal mhm if you get lots of cheese M mhm and it wasn't made in this right because this this like in Albania you know South uh Europe This is a tava oh usually they serve they cook it in this clay potters clay pots okay perfect so just baked that's it when you go to carats uh for Sure you'll have a lot of this mhm with the bacon it's next level m they also serve it with mushrooms in another popular way okay besides just
eating this like alone there's also like a green sauce right here like over here so I'm going to get this off so good the KE chicken it's funny how they name so many dishes after the city ke chicken Kei cake have to have them both mhm this is going to be this specialty of the house the cocktail Called the named the last barricade a bar these are all the ingredients that you need for the cocktail or the logo wow it's amazing wo the flavor here like it's fruity the absent is overbearing it's very strong oo

come here Main Street yeah Main Street come to miden square revolutionary Square once you're here cross over go under go in find that secret door and you better have that password and if you're not with a local you won't get in cuz you don't know the language fight and you will win fight and you will win yes exactly and uh yeah so we had a bunch of food we saw the restaurant like a museum and we had a drink and that's basically it I'm tired But happy happy happy we still have one more day in
Q so I'm excited another beautiful day and uh we the one of the most picturesque but also epic places of Kev the huge statue of motherland or B chinate it's one of the tallest statues in the world this Soviet spirit in it because it was made back to the Soviet days but it says a lot about about the Ukraine and the and the heroic days of Ukraine during the World War II this is the tunnel the bridges above us right And in here you have an illustration of basically uh Pride you know no fear during
Soviet era there was no fear tough Ser Spirit you get from all of The Monuments it's like that the face expressions around it's all about decisiveness courage never give up protect motherland exactly and over here we have soldiers and obviously during war it's not just the soldiers who we fighting it's also the civilians over here we have civilians right so there we Have a mother she obviously maybe lost her son or somebody in the war so she's holding it together and that's basically what this is representing right if we keep walking M there it is
wow huge massive statue up there gigantic powerful the next section we have on the left side it's the resistance the partisans were also were actively uh involved in the war during the occupation while on the other side it's the back front line all the industry all The factories uh everything was oriented towards the needs of the war and of the army and this is it the motherland Monument massive statue right in front we have three tanks over here to the left we have like a mini Park we have the flag really unique engineering structure made
of stainless steel it goes uh deep underground it's one of the most stable statues in the city can stand against the earthquakes of 8 or nine uh degrees of f schedule and also Another cool thing about it that on the top of the latest sh there is observation spot uh when the lockdown is over one can go all the way to the very top the view is breathtaking from the top also again these days people ask why it's holding uh sword and shield as a mland since it's not supposed to but it's because again it's
the part of the museum and the museum itself is inside the lady it's inside the Statue walking from the motherland statue back to the Entrance we pass by basically a mini museum with war War II tanks planes what else is in here it's all original pieces but also this water Ducks the the cars that could go on the surface of the land and also in the water exactly t34 is the third one in the of the tanks then you have Mig an all the aircrafts that were participating in the battles it's original original and there's
some more uh tanks over there but that one from the other war from Afghanistan war later Period okay all right I need some street food let's go time to re recoverer I know I know I need some energy right now I'm tired I love their clothing they will sing a song no way and so why they just like this there's the village in Ukraine in KF it's called and this is where their band is from the oldest uh singer is 86 she sings like a young girl sing at the marriage at the weddings the band

call it Key of hot dog before they even and you hear what hot dog means so another hot dog I ate a lot of hot dogs in Germany and in Brazil so you'll be surprised by what what they call here hot dog and this is it number three and it's basically a corn dog it looks very similar to corn dog I've eaten that many times like carnivals like fairs in America I haven't had it in many years and they have is this many different versions of it or what is this menu no Also the drinks
the soft drinks that you can get with it but the only food that they serve is this uh it's one type of it it's easy to find by smelling it and it's easy to find by always cute next to the this window it goes really really fast because the service is fast okay let's get one okay so it's 25 and it's oily oh thank you all right so let's go eat over here so basically it looks like an empanada or like a massive U pastel or Samosa Okay guys let's try this M so you see

roughly 45 minutes because of traffic you know right now is you know 5:30 big traffic jam what day is it Friday it's Friday okay that's why when you're traveling and you're having lots of fun the days just all blend together just remember when your flight is that's important so we're almost at the brewery but I wanted to show you something this area has a lot of Soviet style buildings if you've never been to Eastern Europe you know anywhere that was Soviets this is what it's like right the Soviets built this just all square boxes that's
it right they were typical projects for The houses and wherever you go throughout Soviet Union or former Soviet Union cities and countries they will be the same looking houses yeah my my father's family is from Hungary and when I go to Budapest you have the same style it's all the same like this not the whole city certain sections right completely different KF compared to the right Bank yeah yeah for sure and there made to the brewery let's go how you doing Sasha good good all right I Le Some some stuff right let's do this good
a chemal library not Library laboratory laboratory Sasha is one of the Brewers and he's showing us right now the ingredients which is barley malt and hops that's it oh and water so I just came up to the top of their Brew system um I think it's a two barrel system it's huge I don't know CU they do it in liters but over here on the screen which is zip Technologies it shows you basically everything they do you said 7 To 8 tons a day of beer they make so many different beers obviously breweries they make
lots of beers I think it's like a dozen easy got German pills golden ale milk stout hoppy lger WTF Baltic Porter that's the one I want to try the Baltic Porter everything looks amazing oh Imperial sty oh what this is all of them oh it's crazy so they made like 50 beers but obviously they don't have all of them on top they probably have like 20 something beers incredible So let's keep going this way no they have their own water that they get it from the underground so it's not delivered it's uh it's straight here
and here as you get deeper into the production are the fermentation tanks there's three rows so you have 4 tons 6 tons two t two tons and two tons over there so smaller batches okay so the reason they do that is because they might make something you know really seasonal it's quick they put it out you Know in the market and if itn't as well then they reproduce and they make you know more batches right so once you pass all the tanks you get here to the Distribution Center basically this is where they fill up
the kegs that they ship out they also have a canning system and a bottling system right beautiful cans and obviously right after the distribution area you have the storage so this is where you have hundreds and thousands of can bottles and kegs that Are ready to ship out to different bars different restaurants all around the Ukraine what's in here oh my gosh ask about how many they oh my gosh it it's freezing wow look at all the kegs so you have the small kegs the bigger kegs a lot of bottles a lot of cans oh
man God this huge oh and these are all the different types of hops no like all the different Cascades Sal yeah yeah right incredible I love The Branding this is so nice V really cool cool so now we're entering their experimental Brewery and this is where it all started right this is where the brewery began uh experimental breweries are always like the smaller fermentation tanks obviously because they make smaller batches they try they like they continue this is great oh man this is amazing and they have a lot of barrels so they're aging a Lot
of beer I think I have to try a beer I need to drink a beer equipment here was done Handmade by the local engineer it's not no way this is all handmade so it doesn't come from a company somebody made it here custom custom custom built B the piece of the details but it was made by the local guy he said he has 12 for me to try we're going to try one from here so I think we're going to try a beer directly from one of these Fermenting tanks look at this this is the
best beer if you want to try good beer like great beer go to the brewery the tanks here light what is this beer it's a blonde he said M nice creamy very creamy tastes like a more like like a cream ale no what a blonde a blonde you don't know what you're talking about David after you have blonde you have to have dark beer look At that what do we have here here we go M little chocolatey no oh wow so smooth incredible ashes to ashes black to Black that's the name of it I mean
it's just black to Black and my Association is Ashes to Ash it's um a bit too heavy for me yeah my friend's too much so this is black to Black it's not so heavy I mean it's heavy but it's not like a crazy alcoholic beer it's not an imperial stout it's a regular Stout M like I say the logo is the best being Viking oh another one over here it says he's going to offer you some heavy archery thing okay let's do it Bo yeah I told him don't fill up all the way can't throw
any of this away we're trying this huh it's going to be good oh be careful oh you can't handle this m it's smooth there's too many different flavors in here the thing with beer is that it's so diverse so Different wow what a beer you got to try you got to try okay this is an imperial stout that is supposed to be a year in that fermentation tank it's only been 4 months it's super complex lots of different hops in here 11% alcohol is delicious it's like literally a dessert this is a dessert beer it's
too good dark beers all day David let's go to the bar now to try Some other beers and we can also eat here if you want to I might have a bite I'm pretty hungry this is great look at this so in like the restaurant you can see the right here oh my God this is awesome I love this place over here it's like OB like Barn House brewery right super high ceilings lots of wood everywhere you got the fire going I have three beers really beautiful beers they're all unique this is the Oriental ale
here we have the Deepa so not dualipa DEA double IPA and right here we have the strong ale and over here we have some pork ribs with some yummy french fries mhm wo it's like flowery that's so unique oh and obviously this is getting stronger like this right I forgot theact percentages here but I know this is like 8% and this is a little higher this lower mhm M it's almost like a I don't know if that's Ginger but it's Like that flavor you know something different not fruity though more flour mhm so it's thick
body not crazy with the Hops but really nice wow this is good you should try this that's a it's a strong ale this has to be up in 11 or 12er try this H and it's not uh it's what it's l not Stout it's not P right it's it's l Stout Porter they're all alss but this is just called a strong ale because it's is very Strong this slight I mean like like clear clear clear a will be like a session of IPA very light missing the the yeah right they do this so good I
yes he has he said that it's locally made they have their own grill with the wood uh different kinds of wood makes the taste special yeah Smokey very Smokey slow cooked m m mhm mhm this is no language hey that's my language mhm People always say like David you do too much HS I'm like mhm tasty M I can't stop eating I've told you guys not a huge fan of pork but pork ribs every day ridiculous with the caramelized onion on top mhm it's also caramelized I like the onions need the perfect place to come

lending me a jacket cuz We're going to go outside and explore but just so you guys understand this place so this room is the wine tasting room if it's bad weather outside you can taste wines right over here you do a you know wine tasting with some food over here as you can see lots of bottles you have corks you have all his different wines right so don Alejandro and I love it it's the monkey right so the monkey is logo it's also on his wrist let me See monkey mushroom wow I love the property
so it's like old houses they use a lot of glass different colors so like mosaics all over the place right woo little trampoline to work out that's what the wine tasting happens when the V is fine I've never seen this before so this is where you taste the wines but the table they put 600 bottles all over the place so I guess they put it in they put the concrete and they mix it all together like bricks sort of right same Thing over here with the barbecue so 1,400 bottles were used for this barbecue look
at this you're grilling and you have all the wines in here oh my god there spiders in here too this is this is so unique I've never seen a wiing like this I mean this guy's just like making his house with bottles corks glass everything he uses to decorate the house right to to really like amplify the feeling here woo it is freezing and what's down there there a Bottles with wine so there's barrels down there inside wo so how many are there like 3,000 l in one bottle 93,000 L of wine right here each
one is 4,000 bottles and together there's 31 this is the Old Winery or the original Winery right cuz they have a new facility use this for to store wine just storing wine here so this was the original now they store wine and look never ending corks I'm going to take a few he's like take a million take a Million have too many oh W look all these wines so how many wines are in here how many are stored I mean this is like thousands in here wow and it keeps going smelling here smells so good
is there a certain variety of grape from the region like Odessa area black grapes it's a wine made by the French U technology and this one is called and this is his champagne after a year and a half of being settling here he puts it into this area where it's basically Fermenting vertically right like um upside down right and then he turns them slowly almost like like Don perion right every every like few weeks or every few months they turn turn and turn and then you have the sediment right here look at this this would
be champag champagne this is p go the underground uh storage each shelf here contains 600 bottles so 1 2 3 4 5 6 he also has 170,000 bottles in the seller right 170,000 Down there this is the entrance to the catacombs that's where they contain or hold 170,000 bottles it's really really scar to go down there and it's extremely cold so I'm skipping that M but uh I think we should continue one it's a one way ticket the owner here is way too nice look he opened up a container that has wine it's been fermenting
as soon as he opened it up I mean it smells like fermentation right there delicious grapes he fill up Two no four bottles right so fill up four bottles and now he's going to Cork it with this machine now he's going to show us how to put the labels on the on the bottles this owner my guy Don Alejandro Don Alejandro another storage how many storage rooms do you have is it in there down there wow so it's like underground here called black because you see there is no window or anything you came here make
a fire it's become very uh Very warm and very dark and you got very sweaty and you have a boss was and this is the label room where he puts on labels and puts on the top you know to to seal the wine yes so uses special glue to put on the label obviously a little different from huge wiers where they just have massive machines this is all done by hand with love right done the dawn right here Don they have a bathroom they want me to see That's pictures on the wall these are 1950s
postwar mini posters obviously after the war people were starving and here they were saying like if you had a little bit of Curves you were a little chunky that means you got some money right so that's what this means okay it's time to try some wines right super food Ukrainian super food the Ukrainian superfood wine I thought it was coac who Couldn't get the sword to work so he just popped it you Gran super food let me try some of the champagne though you ready liver sa liver sausage Li sausage m oh my gosh you
follow it with tomato you follow with tomato P tomato again tomato so good unsmoked I'm getting lit Getting M Salo is so good H yeah BL sausage not sausage for me that was the best one locally Made brza cheese [Laughter] yeah oh so good I think after this I need a lot of water my friend here is too much so we have the blood sauces the liver sauces the cheese the Salo Salo Salo is so good Salo if I stayed in this country for Like 2 months I'd be I'll be a blimp was taking out
special for your visit so this came from the underground storage that we just saw the one that's like dark didn't want to go oh yeah it's too dark in those catacombs I can't go in there it's all oh man it smells good M tastes really good mhm super food so all these were made Locally the sausages the cheese even the bread right yeah M including this incredible wine wow four four different wines in one of vintage of four yes rolled in one and it's called saavi which is Georgian vne but it was made here with
Ukrainian grapes so now it's like Ukrainian I can't wait to go to Georgia I had a Georgian dish day the py the the cheese yeah Che [Laughter] This the life right here what a great wine so Georgian wines are similar to this like in stfe that's ours is B obviously if it's yours you have to say it's the best you want to be the best right tastes phenomenal I mean it's l a little dry man it smells incredible tannins another wine okay Ukrainian Gangsta don't worry I'm tattoos too no filter yeah the present no Present
thank you so now going to try the bottle that he took out of there labeled one for me my present let's do this yeah m tropical right little tropical mhm unfortunately I'm not a Somali so I can't bring out all the tannins and talk about everything but it tastes really nice very different and obviously for this winter weather it's Perfect the one thing I'll tell you about this wine is that it tastes like the Earth right the soil but it's so different I've never tasted a wine like this before no I know watching still has
a little bit fermentation taste not like the the other one right not like the champagne but it's very nice pairs perfectly with cheese with the blood sausage and probably a big steak right yeah I'm sure Ste Though my friend here decided you know what let's try another champagne a different one that oh that one's way better the bubbles yeah that one is more like like fermenting still this one's still like Farmhouse champagne 13 and a half alcohol oh that's it yes Str he brought all this from India no way and he put it into his
wall it's incredible so it's going to Take me to the top this is his summer home you know this is where they make the wine you can do wine tastings here but in the summer him and his family come here to stay and wow that is crazy look at this the whole thing so we're going to go up to the top and get some views unfortunately it was so wet that I didn't bring my drone but it's all good all the chestnuts it's awesome wow nice views you know what Let's go higher over here we

right mhm Marine on top wow so it's like a fluffy layered cake and then you like drown it in the sauce get oh it's the mering right mering oh my God super fluffy it's creamy oh my gosh I don't know how much Of this I can eat we have lunch in like 2 hours mhm m oh wow the cream that pours out in the top layer look at this the top layer is like creamy almost like cranber on top right and then it's multiple layers I'd say I wouldn't say baklava but just the layers it

that's what this museum is dedicated to obviously you pay a ticket and that includes a tasting which is four different cnacs and over here to the right we have the gift shop which obviously that's the exit so when You finish you can go in there buy some different cacs some different wines okay ready to go okay let's do it yeah look at this 23,000 bottles the ceiling is incredible I love it wo the space is epic and this first room is to relax and understand the history of the brand so right here 1863 Nikolai Sho

mean how many barrels here 33,000 of this botles Only the smell downstairs was great this is like insane like wo you can get drunk on the smoke I I know that's what I was going to say I feel like I'm getting drunk right now and the bottles are placed on special wood platforms and they painted with white paint and this paint is uh the one that you use to cook check this out this section right here they have barrels dating back to 1949 that's the oldest one they got they have 53 51 so all these
cnacs are being held Until they're 75 years old so they can botle it and sell it as a 75-year-old conac obviously right now they have 25 40 years 39 years 50 years but not 75 yet I want to come back and try at 75 years for sure are you drunk yet I see I feel it told you're drunk it's like when you smell the CNAC this is intensified to like 10,000 wow so this man is too funny my man he's like you have to climb up to the top of the barrel so you can see
Over everything it's a little dark obviously because they keep it in with no light you know for conditions so it can age better but look at this 35,000 here 35,000 barrels it's like a sea it's an Endless Sea of barrels okay how do I get down from here wow okay and this is the room of paradise obviously with the smell you feel like you're in heaven so they have conac in these big jugs that can't be held anymore in barrels so these are From 64 52 63 so to keep them from getting you know bad
in the barrel they brought them out here and let it sit they have the oldest Barrel in Eastern Europe over 120 years old right yes and how big is it 128 okay biggest uh uh Barrel in east Europe This is the biggest Barrel in Eastern Europe look at this Barrel this is like a this is like a building over 25 tons I can't be in this place anymore I'm getting drunk I've never felt this way before of a smell in my life what a museum I've never been to a p like this even at is
not like this I mean in terms of Museum you know you can't see this many barrels smell this type of intensity this uh glass pipes are used to take the coak from the barels to the bottles so they don't have to take it out manually this is just a you know a easy system with pipeline right basically a pipe how many more barrels Man this is like it's infinite downstairs we saw the biggest Barrel in Eastern Europe this this is the oldest dating back to 1893 the oak is so good that they never had to
fix it until the year 2013 so it went like over 120 years 130 years you know in Prime condition the vocus of the factory buried it in the ground uh not just to presolve one barel uh but uh to take it out of the Z and taste the CNAC and and use it as a sample for creating future conac so now We're going to taste some conac and you're saying it's different type of tasting it's like um it's like a walking tasting we're not just going to sit down and just drink drink we're going to
go have a drink walk around have another drink right so we're trying four different ones this is a wishing BT now we're making our way down to the catacombs we're going to the upper catacombs you can also see the lower part you know the entire city has Catacombs literally right under every building there's catacombs it went they took the bottle put it on the Y and went with this all hours of and the bottle came back and they took the CAC from the bottle put in the bottles so there is a limited edition only 999
bottles called uh Pirates and Zs and we're going to taste it so this is the first conac we're tasting and this is it went around the entire world everywhere we go here is like an Experience so how do you taste cognac very easy take a sip then swirl it for 10 seconds so your receptors pull out all the flavor wow that's good oh and then you don't say anything for a while it's very good I like this type of tasting you know walk around see the museum slowly finish the class the smell on this is
absolutely phenomenal so how many years has this Aged 34 de Maron he invented conac obviously by the painting he was drunk and he invented taste in in conac also got to say this round the world CNAC so unique smells so many different smells in here it's hard to like narrow it down but it's fantastic and this was exclusive for me right no one's going to get this taste the museum doesn't end yes new bottle from inside so here you can see what a Barrel looks like inside these are all the instruments they use to make
barrels if you're missing just one instrument you can't complete a barrel you need every single one of these they're like Pickers man I don't even know what these instruments are called but pretty awesome I've never seen this and here we have like some old Co just sitting here for like 100 years here we have some more of their brands and let's keep going I think we still have three more Cognacs no three more all right uh Z okay and then don't talk for some time m m mhm wow this is delicious in the Next Room
of the museum we have an old tram that used to be pulled by a horse incredible that's the original right and then over here to the right we have old bottles and we have like Aristocrats or Like You Know Rich guys famous guys from the area um from 1890s you know like early 20th century and these guys only drank shusta conac on principal they wouldn't touch any other conac hey it is the best right it's so good I haven't had coac in France yet but I'm sure it's this level I'm going to finish this one
old bottle uh his bottle uh cost uh 1,000 00,000 for that bottle if you want to buy it so from the year 1898 so these Are all old bottles so this whole area is all about the bottles right the evolution of the bottles the labels French consul is here one the French Consulate here in Odessa is in this building in this room right here I met him earlier very nice guy so if you need a passport if you're French if you have a problem come right here oh chandelier is this when you come here you

help him out too so the way he started making this dish was he got the feta fish same fish right slightly salted and he chops it up he gets an apple chops it all up together after that he's going to put the bread in here with some milk Right and then I'm sure he's going to combine it all together right so that is sort of the process smells amazing I just had a tiny piece of the fish M just like that raw tartar the best okay so he finishes cutting then added bread uh butter a
pepper and olive oil so it's basically tartar of this fish mixed with butter bread soaked with milk it just smells amazing it smells so good I can't wait I mean this place is famous for the fish right Odessa is a fish place Black Sea got lots of fish I was supposed to help him but I told him no way he has to do it himself this is like I got to watch the process I mean it's just incredible I can't wait to taste it so how do we eat it we're going to put this with
bread right this with bread and also tomato so on this bread oh I love this bread the dark bread it's like a nice uh it's a rye bread no right that was so fast that was incredible so after he Made the entire tartar right mixing it then they put on top of the Ry bread he put some more fish he put some onion and parsley this is new potatoes uh black SE a fish salted slightly salted and chicken neck it's not actually neck just stuffed chicken it's making an appetizer from Mado tomato and brinza cheese
made from cow milk so if you guys didn't know they make tomatoes in the area they produce with tomatoes and these are different these are huge Tomatoes like Giant super juicy and they also have you know a different color one I haven't seen this one before it's like a yellowish orange tint so that with cheese in Ukraine if you taste some dish you have never tried before you make a V and it will come true oh I cannot wait this is going to be so good I'm going to eat all of them I'm serious M
oh wow wow say a creamy fishy salad right with fish on Top oh my gosh it's so good it's not even that salty like it's not so like overbearing M I love with the r bread oh wow can I say Cur bread the fish M the bread inside onions fish on top my wish is to come back because for this dish if you're into fish if you're into like fish salads oh what a great combination M like I would say in Spain they call a TOA you know bread with the salad on top this one's
phenomenal and the fish came from right here from the Black Sea it's ridiculous the bread that's the best Black Sea sardine I eat all of it oh thank you so much this place is amazing Odessa Cuisine Oh My Style no I'm all about that fish fish life you know it's so different cuz in the north it's about pork you know pork pork pork here it's All about fish nice Salty Fish and they're easy to eat right there's like almost no bones a little bit of tail but it's okay I love these small potatoes potatoes cabbage
and beetroot are like the root of the country right the root of the cuisine but obviously in the South you're going to get more seafood and what I like about is that it's not so fishy you know it it's a little oily not so salty M just like Flows Down super succulent I'm so happy the yellowish orange one right a little different with basil I've never seen this tomato in my life you know I've seen the other one the big red one we have something similar in Florida but this orange orange yellow mhm mhm the
cheese is basically like mozzarella M it's really refreshing you know the cheese nice and spongy but for me what makes this is the basil right I Love all these herbs you know they always change flavors I'm all about that vegetable life the oil too mhm what a meal so it's almost like it's bread in inside right so it's like onions bread and like chicken broth almost obviously it's chicken but it's all been mashed together almost feels like a like a cutl you know wow everything's too good the food Is M yummy yummy before the next
dessert comes I'm going to have some more fish if you guys didn't know I'm a fish lover eat this whole thing so just going to take us to a small house they have right here where they have chefs making those tiny croissants so he's going to show us how they do it and make it like mini form right it's still raining it's intense this rain is too much it's not normal for me wow so this is how they make the tiny like croissants no oh my Gosh and Van tiny van tiny tiny Veni so they're
making the creeps they're making delicious croissants Veni all tiny tiny ones all done by hand how many a day thousand million they're making too many too many it's so [Music] goodia Chia long wet morning but we made it happen we started off at Empress Katarina Square in the smack center of The city that's where I suggest you stay that's where I'm staying from there we walk down to the steps it's a must sea here in Odessa then from there we took an Uber to the CAC Museum got in a complete tour we tried some Shu
conac oh 70-year-old coac was the best but really the craziest part about that whole experience was going to the barrel room 35,000 barrels up there and I was getting drunk off the smell it was that intense and then from there we came over Here datsa and we tried some Odessa food Odessa food is delicious it's very different from the rest of the country you know they like pork in the north here it's all about the fish wow the chef Sasha made a few different dishes for me then we ate it all so delicious wow I
love the food here I can't wait to explore more
