[Music] so a lot of people ask me what is one thing I do to sort of keep energy from the day and be the healthiest version of myself that I can be and I really swear by this I do green smoothies I drink them every morning it's wonderful it's great fiber it it's get you to get your veggies right off the bat so don't worry about it so much it's great for picky eaters my husband one of them keeps vegetables with he will drink his smoothies oh I swear this will work for everybody and I
wanted to show you how I make it get the first parts of the swing makings you want to pour some water in first before just a little bit in and then you take your thickest green which for me the romaine I'm gonna cut it up and you want to fill it up that much just a little bit pour it all in there like that and then I like to do spinach chopped spinach I think is sort of a mass for food because it is so much protein there are so many vitamins so much fiber it's
filling it tastes really good so I'm gonna do the cucumber cucumber is 96% water so this alone will keep you super hydrated throughout the day and it tastes really good and celery also very very hydrating but celery gives you a natural sodium so that you can retain all of these nutrients then they go into the fruit so fruit makes us taste good otherwise it would just be a bitter smoothie so apples always great expert chopper blend it well down on top and then I love hair hair is one of my favorite things Amana cancels out
comes all the green tastes so great filling another thing is spirulina Connor so if there's one supplement I can tell you all to take its spirulina powder it is ALPA lining it is like super food for your blood your oxygen and yourselves it's amazing so I pour this in here and when it's when you put it in with a bunch of vegetables and fruit don't be sick as much it can be a little bitter to taste so stop hiding I hide super super nutrients in the smoothie and no I'm okay I'm doing it great and
then lemon is the magic ingredient so you want some lemon in because lemon cuts all the taste or a little bit water in it [Music] what's really awesome at least means that you can entertainer it to you and what you'd like so if you like more fruits features a big request in my house they really like more fruits sometimes I add more apple times I've put in berries and there might be kale is a great vegetable put in there some people do Swiss chard some people do all kinds of things didn't get super creative as
