Mark chapter 14. I told our um bishop in the back, I know that tonight is divine alignment. I'm grateful to be here. My grandfather, whose name I share, Bishop Harrison James Bryant, is a graduate of Allen University. Uh, so I am so appreciative. I'm a uh I'm a refugee. So I'm I'm glad that God give me a spark of still being connected.
Mark chapter 14. Amen. Bishop, you may have to make space for me if the Baptist put me out this week. Thank you so much. Mark chapter 14. Thank you. There's room at the cross. Mark chapter 14. I want to illuminate for your understanding softly minstals. I want to illuminate for your understanding just one verse. Um uh chapter 14 verse number three. While he was in Bethany, reclining at the table in the home of Simon the leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar, a very expensive perfume. It was made of pure nard. She broke the
jar and poured the perfume on his head. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head. You may be seated in the presence of the Lord. >> I want to uh I want to preach on this our first night of uh convocation. I want to preach using as a subject something's got to break. >> Amen. >> Look at the person beside you. Tell them before this night is over, something has got to break. [Music] >> Geologists all agree that diamonds are the hardest thing on the planet to break. Author Charles Dick in his
book, The Power of Habit, Why Do We Do What We Do in Life and Business? He disagrees. He asserts that the hardest thing to break is not a diamond. But first lady, the hardest thing to break is a habit. It takes 30 days to create a habit >> but sometimes it takes a lifetime to get out of it. >> There's a uh Indian poet named Ashish Choo and Ashish Chug wrote a poem entitled What is the hardest thing to break? Surprisingly, the answer is habit. Ash says, "If you break the H, you still have a
bit. >> If you break the A, you still have bit. >> If you break the B, >> you still have it. If you break the tea, you still have I. >> The root of your habit is I. >> It's easy to look out the window, >> but it's hard to look in the mirror. When you come to the realization >> that what has to break >> is you, >> it becomes breathtaking and will put you in a chokeold. >> That in order for you to get out of it, >> he'll crush you while you're in
it. Alcoholics Anonymous underscores that the first step to recovery is admitting you got a problem. >> Many of you don't know it, but uh Shakespeare is a matto and he said to thine own self be true. Deliverance won't come until you recognize that your dysfunction can be traced to internal bleeding. >> It is not what is happening around you is what's happening inside of you. And um tonight um the Holy Spirit wants to come into alignment because there are many of us who have adjusted to our own dysfunction that there are habits we no longer
pray about. >> We've just accepted. I got to stop eating when I'm not hungry. I got to stop spending while I'm in debt. >> I got to stop traveling while my house is unsettled. >> I got to stop creeping because my marriage is crawling. [Applause] >> I got to stop fussing every time I'm frustrated. I got to stop cussing when I know scripture. I got to stop drinking when it's my dreams that are dehydrated. >> I can't keep going back to those who make me feel good when I know they're not good for me. Taking
all these gummies are going to be the death of me. I got to break it, but I need God to help me break it. your your your bishop brought me only because he trusts the anointing that's on my life. Would you lift that hand right where it is that you are? Lift that hand. It's not a stick up, it's a surrender. I want you to lift it up. I declare and decree over every lifted hand that between now and Labor Day, whatever habit you have that is not orchestrated and deputized by God will be broken
off of you. Not only will it be broken off of you, it will be broken off of every person in your circle. And those of you who need God to break something off of you, would you just give God a shout of thanksgiving right now? Come on. With that in mind, it makes me curious about this sister we find in St. Mark. >> Yes, sir. >> And her seemingly erratic behavior. >> Jesus is at a private dinner party that was invitation only, >> but somehow she got word about it and was determined to crash it.
It is amazing that you hopscotch the gravity of the infiltration of that text is that these people are having a party for Jesus and actually think it can be private. >> I think I lost you. >> There are so many people who think that they have the authority to quarantine Christ. that they only want to have access for grace for what they wrestle with and will not extend him to people who do not mirror their brokenness. I'm getting ready to mess with you. You don't like it. It is amazing, Bishop Marshall, uh that for um
uh for eternity, the black church, Stay with me before you pass out, the black church is proficient. It is proficient in preaching against homosexuality. But I have never heard one sermon on molestation. [Applause] No sermon about incest. Y'all ain't saying nothing to me. We'll preach against abortion, but nothing about rape. Uh we we we will say everything that we can about drugs and alcohol, but nothing about obesity. We pick out the sins that we have conquered but don't address the things that we still wrestle with. We try to treat God as if he is our
private best friend and never want to preach with the issues that will in fact instigate our issue. So the church will sit down a girl that gets pregnant, but will not sit down the father of the baby that plays the drums. Y'all ain't saying nothing. We We got a grave in equity on how we deal with sin and how we deal with issues as long as it does not impact us. And so we can contend with white evangelicals in South Carolina that will say that Trump is God's man even while he's taking away Medicare and
Medicaid. That Trump is God's man even while they're shutting down public schools and defunding H.B.CU. We'll deal with all of that, but we will not deal with the fact that racism is still alive and is still America's original sin. I know y'all don't want to talk about all of that, but I came tonight to tell you that God, without your permission, is getting ready to break some stuff. And if you are not careful, you might be what he's got to break. Hallelujah. God will break up relationships. He'll break up circles of friends. He'll break up
clicks. I can't hear nobody. He will even break up your home church. If they feel as if they can deputize the anointing and the authority and feel as if God is their co-pilot, God will shut down the whole operation until you realize he is in charge. This woman, >> this woman who we find in our text tonight >> is nameless and faceless >> and she's not anonymous. >> She's nameless, she's faceless, and she's not anonymous. Uh, this woman is uh determined to break into the house without doing due diligence. She broke into the house, Bishop
Marshall, and she broke into the house without reading the RSVP. >> Because had she read the RSVP, she would have thought second about it. I I don't think she paid attention to who was throwing the house party. Uh she ran into the house of Simon. Here's the catch. Who's a leper? Now what you have to understand is that leprosy is a degenerative disease. Uh leprosy here it is is HIV 2.0. Uh because there is no cure for leprosy. Uh because of leprosy here it is you can scratch your head and a patch of hair will
now be in your hand. Uh if you have leprosy and you're walking with flipflops, uh one of your toes can fall off and you have absolutely uh no boundaries in order to reclaim it. Leprosy is so degenerative that if you're sitting in a seat like the one you are sitting in right now, a graft of your skin will still be in the chair when you get up. I need y'all to stay with me. Uh leprosy was so damnable uh that the church was so scared of it uh that they no longer believed in healing and
deliverance. Uh that if you had leprosy, they would ban you from the church and you could not come within 20 ft of somebody without shouting unclean. I got to pause right here because I know that's Old Testament, but I wish that that law would still apply that before I meet somebody, they got to turn themselves in and shout unclean. You ought to scream unclean before I give you my number. YOU SHOULD SHOUT unclean before I go to dinner with you. YOU SHOULD SHOUT UNCLEAN BEFORE I INTRODUCE you to my kids. YOU SHOULD BE UNCLEAN BEFORE
I ALLOW you to come into my house. He has leprosy. Here it is. And you had to live with other lepers. So imagine what you had to live through in the pandemic and in COVID because it was communicable. You had to wear a mask. Here it is. Because they understood that it can be transferred by your mouth. I think I lost somebody in here. The enemy is so afraid of a worshshiper. Hallelujah. Because you don't even understand. Your number one weapon is opening your mouth. You have the authority to speak those things that are not
and they become. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE POWER OF life and death comes out of your mouth? The enemy don't want you sitting beside a praiser because when YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH, THINGS BEGIN TO BEGIN TO HAPPEN AND BEGIN TO TRANSPIRE. ANYBODY WHO KNOWS YOU ARE CONTAMINATED WITH FAVOR, I DARE TO JUST OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH RIGHT NOW. IF YOU KNOW THE GLORY OF GOD IS IN YOUR THROAT, I DARE YOU TO SHOUT RIGHT NOW SO THAT WHOEVER IS SITTING IN YOUR VICINITY WILL COME INTO IMPACT WITH THE GLORY THAT'S INSIDE OF YOU. [Applause] SO,
she goes into a house party, >> and I don't have time to do a uh sociological study on why Simon shouldn't even be in the house. Simon, by law, should be living in a colony. He's living in the house and got the nerve to throw a party. Something amazing happens is that this woman comes into the house. You get me? Miss your shout. She comes into the house but doesn't catch what he has. I think I lost you. Would you lift up that hand for the second time tonight? I declare over every worshipper that whatever
was resident in the house you grew up in will not become resident in you. I can't hear nobody. I don't care if you were raised around alcoholics and drug addicts. You were raised AROUND PEDOPHILES AND NASTY SPIRITS. GOD SAID WHATEVER runs through your family will never run through you. FOR ALL THE SCREAMERS, YOU GETTING READY TO GET IT. All the silent people, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. GOD SAID WHEN YOU OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH, I AM DISMANTLING generational curses. WHATEVER RUNS IN YOUR FAMILY WILL NOT SHOW UP IN YOU. I NEED YOU TO SCREAM. WHY? CUZ
GOD SAID, "YOU WILL NOT DIE OF CANCER. YOU WILL NOT HAVE DEMENTIA. YOU WILL NOT SUFFER A STROKE. YOU WILL NOT BE RENTING HOUSES FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE A SINGLE PARENT. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE OVERWHELMED WITH DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY. WHATEVER YOUR MAMA HAD, WHATEVER YOUR DADDY HAD, WHATEVER YOUR SISTER GOT, IT WILL NOT BE IN YOU. THERE IS A DIFFERENT ANOINTING IN YOU. You may be seated. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Thank you, Holy God. I know this is unpopular, but I need you to release it right in
the house. Look at the person beside you and tell him, "I got an announcement for you." Hallelujah. I said, look at him and tell him, "I got an announcement for you." The Holy Ghost said if you scream, here's your shout. You'll be better than your daddy. If you OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH, GOD, I CAN'T HEAR NOBODY. WHATEVER HE COULDN'T ACCOMPLISH, WHATEVER HE COULDN'T CONQUER, WHATEVER HE COULDN'T GET AUTHORITY OVER, I HAVE ANOINTED YOU FOR WHAT YOUR DADDY FAILED IN. She's around the house of a leper but never catches leprosy. She's in a dysfunctional broken house
but it never becomes manifest in her. I don't know where the armor bears are. I don't know where security is. I don't know where the hostess is. BUT SOMEBODY FORGOT TO CHECK THE GUEST LIST. She gets into the house and not only does she get in the house, but she slivers into the living room. And as soon as she gets to the living room, she falls at his feet. She pulls out from under her dress a box. And they have no idea whether it is a domestic terrorist. They don't know where the ISIS has come
in. They have no idea if it's the Taliban. They don't know if it's ICE. But she pulls from under her dress a box. And when she pulls the box, I need you to see what happens. She has a box made out of nard. The nard, watch this box is somewhere, madame bishop, between 12 and 14 lb. So she's carrying under her dress 12 to 14 lbs. I feel like preaching here. There are folk around you who don't know how much weight you are carrying. They see you with your convocation clothes on, but they don't know
the real weight is under me. I KNOW SOME OF Y'ALL AIN'T dealing with nothing. BUT I NEED FIVE OF Y'ALL THAT GOT SO MUCH STRESS THAT IF ONE MORE THING FALLS ON YOU, YOU GOING TO IMPLODE. BUT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU THE TENACITY TO BE ABLE TO CARRY THE WEIGHT WITHOUT TIPPING OVER. ELBOW THE PERSON BESIDE YOU. TELL THEM, "I GIVE GOD GLORY AND I STILL GOT BILLS." I GIVE GOD GLORY AND MY BABY IS GOING THROUGH SOMETHING. I GIVE GOD GLORY AND I AIN'T GOT A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH, BUT I MADE GOD A
PROMISE. I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIME. [Applause] She pulls from under her dress >> a box that is 12 to 15 lbs. And the Bible says she broke it with her bare hands. She broke it with her bare hands. 12 to 15 lbs. And she broke it with her bare hands. Hallelujah. 12 to 15 pounds and she broke it with her bare hands. Bishop, I am a part, as you are, a part of the most biblically illiterate generation in the history of the black church. We're a part of a generation that doesn't know
the Lord's Prayer, doesn't know the 23rd Psalm, doesn't know the difference between a disciple and an apostle. Y'all ain't saying nothing to me. Is biblical illiteracy at its highest form. But you don't even understand why or how she broke it with her bare hands and it's 12 to 15 lbs. It would be a waste of my time and presumptive for me to give you a biblical reference for you to understand it. Uh so I'll give you a practical one. Uh for anybody who's over 35, you'll be able to relate uh with the analogy I'm getting
ready to give you. It is not found in the Old or the New Testament. is found on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, there was a man of God who you've never heard preached about. And uh this man of God's name was Papey. Now, I need you to understand something about this man of God. This man of God whose name is Papey, he does something that your whole childhood you ignored. Hallelujah. He's in the military. Hallelujah. But the enemy always shows up. Uh the enemy's name is Blutus. It doesn't make anything to you, but uh Bishop
Borders, you would understand this that Blutus, here it is, who always fights Papey comes from the same derivative that we get the word Barabus. Hallelujah. So here comes a man who is in the army and he is always fighting for his life against somebody named Brutus. But you never ask the question, why is Brutus always fighting him? Why is he always attacking him? Why is Brutus always going after him? He's only after him for one thing. Because he's got somebody named olive oil. Hallelujah. So whenever it is that he comes into relationship WITH OLIVE OIL,
THAT'S WHEN THE ATTACK COMES. SEE, SOME OF Y'ALL AIN'T FIGHTING CUZ YOU AIN'T GOT NO OIL. BUT THERE 50 OF Y'ALL in the room THAT KNOW THE ENEMY AIN'T FIGHTING ME OVER MY CAR. HE AIN'T FIGHTING ME OVER MY JOB. HE'S FIGHTING ME CUZ I GOT THE OIL. IS THERE ANYBODY HERE THAT GOT THE OIL IN YOUR LIFE THAT KNOW THAT'S WHY THE ENEMY IS AFTER me now? The lie, the lie your mother told you. The lie your grandmother told you your entire life. I was sent from Atlanta to debunk the lie your grandmother told
you. In order for you to be strong, you got to eat the spinach. that if you want to be powerful, you got to eat the spinach so you can be like Papey the Sailor mayor. Let me show you why that was a lie. Brutus would be beating up Papey. Here it is. And olive oil would give him the can. But what you didn't notice is he would open the can with HIS GRAY HANDS. AND HE DID it before he ate the spinach. THE TEST IS HOW WAS HE ABLE TO OPEN THE CAN with his bare
hand? THE ONLY WAY HE WAS ABLE TO OPEN it with his bare hand IS BEFORE HE TOUCHED IT, HE TOUCHED OLIVE OIL. I NEED YOU TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU GOT THE OIL, IT AIN'T BY MIGHT. IT AIN'T BY POWER, BUT IT'S BY HIS SPIRIT. FOLK ARE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT YOU TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW DID YOU GET THAT DONE? HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO PAY THAT BILL? HOW WERE YOU LIVING LIKE THAT? AND YOU BETTER LET THEM KNOW I TOUCHED THE OIL. AND WHEN I TOUCH THE OIL, HEY, HALLELUJAH. That's She broke
it. She broke it with her bare hands. Hallelujah. He gives us the authority to pull down stronghold. Hallelujah. You don't know what authority is in your hand. Hallelujah. Would you just pull it down right there? Hallelujah. Y'all didn't do it like you got the anointing. Y'all doing it like you in Pilates class. I said PULL IT DOWN. HALLELUJAH. God said when you pull it down, WHATEVER'S BEEN THE HARDEST THING IN YOUR LIFE IS getting ready to break. Some of y'all ain't dealing with nothing. I SAID WHATEVER'S THE ROUGHEST THING FOR YOUR CHILD TO DEAL WITH
IS GETTING READY TO BREAK. WHATEVER IT IS YOU'VE BEEN FIGHTING THROUGH FOR A YEAR IS GETTING READY TO BREAK. [Applause] >> She did not um She did not open the box. She broke it. She broke it. Um you may be seated. We got miles to go before we sleep. She um she didn't open it. She broke it. >> And because she broke it, I hope y'all will get it. Because she broke it, she had to use it all right there. >> She couldn't take none of it home. There was no saving it for the next
time. She had to give it all to them. The children of Israel, they got mana and God put a 24-hour reserve on it. You got to eat it that day or it's going bad. And can you imagine unpopular opinion? Can you imagine that all this time you saw yourself as the woman? You have been to a women's conference, been to a women's uh breakfast. You saw yourself as the woman, >> but God sees you as the box. >> In order to get the oil that's in you, >> he's got to break you. You keep seeing
God as a masseuse >> when God is a chiropractor. >> He He's got to break enough of you until there's nothing left of you. And the only thing you got left is to let your worship come out. >> Poverty um broke you until you became patient. He needed loneliness to break you so you could find self-contentment. >> God, y'all don't like this in here. He allowed THE DIVORCE TO BREAK YOU BECAUSE GOD IS A JEALOUS God >> and you stop putting him first. He says, "I I needed to break you, and your problem is you
kept giving credit to the enemy. >> It wasn't the enemy that did this to you. I, THE LORD YOUR GOD, BROKE you >> cuz IT'S THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET WORSHIP OUT OF YOU." >> It's it's it's easy to give God praise when you got background music. is God. I can't hear nobody. It's easy to give him praise when they putting a circle around you and rubbing your back and fanning you. But real worshippers, no early in the morning will I SEEK HIM. REAL REAL WORSHIPPERS WILL DO PRAISE AND WORSHIP BY YOURSELF IN THE
SHOWER. REAL REAL WORSHIPPERS WILL SIT IN THE CAR FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GO IN THE JOB AND 12 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GO BACK IN THE HOUSE CUZ YOU'RE TRYING TO GET YOURSELF TOGETHER. BUT YOU CAN'T REALLY WORSHIP GOD IF YOU AIN'T BEEN BROKEN. AND SOME OF Y'ALL ARE TOO CUTE AND TOO BOUGIE AND TOO STUCK UP AND TOO SOPHISTICATED AND TOO CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK. BUT IF I GOT ANY BROKEN WORSHIPPERS, CAN YOU LIFT UP YOUR HAND AND OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH AND 30 SECONDS WORSHIP HIM WHILE YOU'RE WOUNDED? My You ain't
in pain. Come on. I dare you. Let it all out. Worship God. Come on. I can't hear nobody. I need the sound of a travail. YOU STILL AIN'T GOT OVER THAT MAMA DIED. OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH. YOU NEVER SIGNED UP TO BE A SINGLE PARENT. OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH. YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE GOING TO BE A CAREGIVER. OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH. YOU IN A JOB YOU CAN'T STAND. CRY OUT TO HIM. I JUST BEEN WAITING FOR YOU TO LET IT ALL OUT, BUT YOU'VE BEEN SO RESERVED THAT YOUR OIL AIN'T FLOWING." >> HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. a nervous breakdown by now. that there are two people who ought to be glad that I'm saved. Cuz I almost put on a hoodie in the middle of the night and drove over to their house. Y'all ain't saying nothing. Folk folk don't know I love God, but I almost kicked over some desk. I need some people in this PLACE THAT HAVE ALMOST HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, BUT YOU MADE UP IN YOUR MIND, I AM NOT GOING TO BREAK DOWN IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. I AM NOT GOING TO LOSE IT IN THIS HOUSEH. I AM
NOT GOING TO PUNCH THE WALL OR THE AIR, BUT I GOT TO GIVE HIM GLORY. HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. HALLELUJAH. YES. is heavy, but I still got to give him glory. I'm alive today because he kept me. Hallelujah. You don't know how many people have treated me sideways when I did nothing to them. That people who I speak to and they don't even know I know what they SAID ABOUT ME. BUT I STILL TOOK THE HIGH ROAD. Y'ALL AIN'T SAYING NOTHING. I'M SICK OF BEING THE BIGGER PERSON. I'M TIRED OF CARRYING THE WHOLE FAMILY TOGETHER. BUT GOD
PREPARED A TABLE in the presence. Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. You You may be seated. I I only got two more times to tell you that. Um um this uh this narrative appears twice in the gospels and uh in the instance by which we read tonight uh she does something amazing that I wanted you to pay attention to is that when she got the bottle open uh she immediately put it on his feet. Now you have to know that this is the hour uh before the invention of socks. >> It's no Timlins, >> no Crocs. >> So
she put uh oil on his feet. Watch this. Because it took him uh three to seven miles to get there. So, she's got um to put oil on his feet to take uh the residue of the rocks out. >> She oils his feet here this because she's got to get the blades of grass from in between his toes. She h oils his feet because um with all of that traveling, he's not had the the benefit or the luxury of a pedicure. She anointed his feet uh because she wanted to say to him what God is
saying to you tonight. I have anointed your journey. >> Whatever steps you HAD TO TAKE TO GET HERE TONIGHT, >> GOD, I can't hear nobody here. It wasn't an accident. It wasn't a coincidence. I I WANT TO THANK HIM FOR EVERY MOUNTAIN HE BROUGHT ME OVER. FOR EVERY VALLEY HE BROUGHT ME THROUGH. SOME OF Y'ALL CAN'T SHOUT CUZ YOU AIN'T HAD TO WALK THROUGH SOME THROUGH SOME THING. BUT LOOKING BACK OVER MY LIFE HAD SOME GOOD DAYS. The steps of a good man, the steps of a good woman >> are ordered by the Lord. >>
That that's that's one possibility. The the second possibility is not so altruistic. Uh she anointed his feet for selfish reasons. >> Pastor, I'm lost. What? >> What do you mean for selfish reason? She had no idea how long she would be there before they put her out. >> So, she's got to do it in a hurry. >> Y'all stay with me. She anointed his feet so that when he left the party, she'd be able to track them. [Applause] [Music] If I can just follow his footsteps. Hallelujah. I can't hear nobody in here. Some of y'all
don't even understand how you have lost it by now. IS BECAUSE YOU'VE BEEN FOLLOWING HIS FOOTSTEPS IN THE PLACES YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW OCCUPIED OR EVEN EXISTED. HE HAD TO BLESS EVERY SOUL OF YOUR FOOT. WHERE YOU TREAD UPON, HE'S GETTING READY TO GIVE IT to you. He does something about securing footsteps. Um because um I think most of us miss the most profound miracle of the crossing of the Red Sea. We we we're so uh enamored by uh wind velocity and uh the Red Sea being uh divided that we miss the subtle miracle. The
subtle miracle, Bishop, is not that they came through the Red Sea, but they came through on dry ground. >> All right, I think I lost you. Now, the reason why this is a miracle is that at the bottom of the sea, um, water and dirt is mud. >> So, why would he find it a necessity to dry it when moving the water is sufficient? He said, "I've got to dry the ground." Watch this. So that you have no footsteps from your past that can follow you into your future. Y'all just missed what I just said.
God said, "For those who don't mind giving me glory tonight, you don't even know that I done wiped out your missteps. Wherever you weren't supposed to be, there will be no trace of it." don't know where my worshippers are. God says, "Whatever your dream is, whatever your idea is, whatever your concept is, I just poured oil on it. It is getting ready to multiply a hundfold beyond what you can dream, think, hope, or even imagine." 106,000 black women lost jobs in the month of April. So we are praying uh with uh intention uh that what is uh taking place across this country uh will be thwarted uh and that God's glory uh will prevail. And I want you to write this down even in the notes. Four places you need to anoint. Four places you need to anoint. And uh when I read this article, I never even thought about it. Uh and so I wanted you to have it. Here's the first one. Write it down. Write it down in the thread. Write it down in your
notes. Share with your colleagues, your co-workers. And I've never done it, but I'm asking you to do it. The first place is anoint your laptop. Anoint your laptop that uh on that laptop, God will give you strategies. lay hands on your laptop that God will give you the blueprint that God will give you clarity. Here it is. That every key you type will get you closer to a solution and to your assignment. Your laptop in a lot of cases and places is where your ideas are birthed. Proverbs 8 and12 says that you ought to dwell
with prudence for you are wisdom. I've never done it in all of my life but I am doing it. My little brother Michael, anoint your laptop. That's the sec first one. Second one, anoint. He hear this. Every contract or proposal. Anoint every contract or proposal. Here it is. Because that's where you have agreements. anoint your leasing agreement because you don't know if God is going to need you to come out of it, out of that car or out of that house. Anything where you have signed your name, student loans, whether it is something for your
business, you cannot sign what you have not surrendered. You cannot sign where you have not surrendered. Lord, let this contract carry your favor. Close every unnecessary door and open what aligns with your purpose. Let favor go ahead of me. Settle every negotiation. Close every vulnerable loophole. Psalms 90 and17 says, "Eestablish the work of your hand." Number one, you are anointing your laptop. Number two, you are anointing every contract. Number three, I've never done it. I've never done it. Number three, anoint your business cards or your branding material or your product, anything that carries your name,
your business card, your branding material, whatever carries your name, that your name will go ahead of you. Why am I doing that? You're doing that. Joanne Beck Beckworth said this is that you're doing this that God will seal your reputation. Your name is going to be fought for in rooms you don't even go in. Let my name be associated with integrity. Let my name be associated with excellence. Let my name be associated with impact. Let my name establish divine connections. Let every connection be a power surge and not a power drain. I want my name
to open doors for me so I don't have to knock. Revelations 3 and 7. Revelations 3 and 7. What God opens, nobody can shut. Whatever got your name, I want you to please, sir. Please, ma'am, I want you to anoint it. Your credit card, it got your name on it. Your checkbook, it got your name on it. Your social media page, it got your name on it. Whatever is attached to my name, I need it to flourish, I need it to soar. I need it to shine. First one, those of you who are just coming
in, anointing your laptop because that's where your ideas are birthed, where your strategies are typed. Number two, your contract because that's where you came into agreement. And you want to make sure all of your agreements are in alignment. Number three, your business cards because your name is going before you. Number four, seducing. I I've never done when I tell you this has opened up my eyes in in amazing ways. I want those of you who are on here, type your name on here. Your name is going to carry an anointing. Your name is going to
speak for you. Your name is going to be associated with integrity, with honor, with character. Your name is going to be saturated. Here it is. As is your reputation. Your name. The fourth place. I'm telling you, Joanne Beck would mess me up with this article. Anoint here it is. Your team messages, your emails, your Zooms, your team messages, your emails, your Zooms. Hear this because this is where your community and your culture is built. put an anointing on your team messages, your emails, your Zooms. I've never done it. I'm doing it with you so that
whatever it is that I send out, the enemy don't have space to cause disruption or discord. Whatever Zoom I stand on, woo. When my camera comes on, the glory is going to filter through every text thread that I am connected to. It will only speak what God is speaking. There will be no misunderstandings in terms of tone or intention or definition. of what I send out that is connected to my name. I'm praying over it. Here it is. Because I need a Holy Spirit filter to purify my connections. Before I speak on a Zoom, before
I type in a text, I'm praying, Lord, anoint my words. Let every conversation be saturated with unity, with clarity, and with power. God fill every word with supernatural wisdom and insight. I got to give you a scripture. Ephesians 6 and 19. that I may declare it boldly as I ought to speak. that I may declare it boldly as I ought to speak. Your business is your ministry. Your idea is your assignment. your nonprofit or your project is a reflection of his glory. I'm g give you these four and then we're going to pray. Number one,

Business cards. Watch this. Branding material and even my social media page. Never done it. This thing arrested me cuz I want my name to go before me. I want to be represented in honor and integrity. Number four, my team messages, my emails, and my Zooms cuz I am building a community and a culture where I don't want any confusion. I don't want any misunderstanding.
I want everything operating in DC in order. I want you to share this with the people who work with you, the people who work under you. I want you to share this uh with the people who you care about because I I believe that the anointing is flowing in those four areas. Something mighty and majestic it's going to take place. Come on. I want to pray. Lord, I pray for my brother and my sister that when they stand before their laptops, ideas will just flow. I cancel writer's block. I pray dear Lord that you will
anoint them with innovation, with understanding and I pray dear Lord you'll bless them with strategies and with blueprints. I pray dear Lord that you will put your hand on every contract they have already signed and every contract they are about to sign. God, I pray that it will align with your will if it does not disrupt it so that the contract is moved, has no authority and it has no power. I pray dear Lord that you will please kind sir. Bless everything that has their name, their branding, their business cards, their checkbooks, their social media
handle will all be reflective that their name is going to go ahead of them. I pray dear Lord that you'll put a hedge fence of protection around their life. God if you will bless every zoom that they have to get on every team thread that they are part of. I pray that you will anoint every email that it'll bring people together. It will not cause people to fall out. I pray that you'll give
them strength for what it is that they are assigned to do, what they are called to do. Hear this, what they are hired to do.
