stand up please do not pull away from me do you understand you're a man you cannot touch me right touch me [Music] on july 20th 2021 officers responded to a physical disturbance between a male and female in sparta wisconsin while enroute to the residence officers were informed the female was grabbing the male by the throat as reported by a witness they also learned the female had ripped the male's shirt and had him on the ground the female was later identified as twenty-year-old nicole campton upon arrival the officer noticed the male and nicole physically disengaging from
one another after nicole noticed the officer approaching she began walking away stand there just don't tase it okay i won't stand there nice please stand there stand there she then began sprinting away after being told to stop multiple times stop right now [Applause] put your hands behind your back my hair please stop put your hands behind your back cooperate please stop do it now i can't breathe put your hands behind your back right now please my hair is on my face okay put your other hand behind your back right now i can't like this hey

looking at the stop sign identification and basically she was all over him he didn't really do anything okay but she kept grabbing him ripped his shirt open um um kept jumping on top of them trying to get them to the ground they finally did get to the ground but then came back up and wouldn't let them leave or anything else where did this take place right over here i don't know whose squad that is okay that's all i see i didn't know anything else about back here what happened what drew your attention to them well
at first i'm like are they just screwing around yeah and because she was all over them yeah he said she said she was like jumping on his back or something okay then she kept grabbing at his throat what okay having a fight with this girl who is this that's my girlfriend that's what what is going on did you get out the door in the window okay we eventually just opened the door and let me go out i went out into the garage i opened the door i was gonna go leave i was just grabbing my
cigarettes and stuff she came out started reaching in my pockets as if she was gonna grab something i i just didn't want her to do that i tried to leave she kept following me i just wanted some space oh she's gotta also obey the law so obey our commands so what happened when you guys are out here on the street um she just kept trying to grab my stuff like what stuff whatever is in my pocket whether it's your phone did she hit you at all just watched each other a little bit i don't know
i get lost in about the moment okay no no no no what was all this about something as simple as she thinks i'd rather play games and spend time with her and it escalates from there because i'm the person that i want to go to and i want to talk and she's the person where she's angry she needs a minute and i i can't forgive them and i just wanna i want it resolved nicole was charged with felony battery to an officer and misdemeanor accounts of resisting disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia most of
